I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions, it is always first class, the team are very good and helpful.

I always return here on my travels, always great service from the team, comfortable stay, great location near the centre.

This was my second stay, and it remains a reliable choice. I booked it again based on a good past experience.The room was very comfy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The quality was just as consistent this time around, and I would stay here next time I'm in Poitiers.

L’établissement lui-même, un lieu au passé très intéressant et l’espace.

L'hôtel est très agréable, la déco est sympa et chic. Tout est confortable et le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Si le parking est complet, il y a une solution à proximité bon marché.

Pour les personnes accompagnées d'un animal de compagnie, il n'est pas possible d'être dans une chambre famille car elles se situent à l'étage et les animaux ne sont pas admis à l'étage, ce qui peut-être contraignant pour les familles. Ceci contraint à prendre deux chambres (plus cher) et à envisager de partager la chambre avec les enfants mineurs. Cela ne nous a pas été indiqué au préalable et nous avions déjà réservé et payé. Il n'était pas possible de trouver un autre établissement et nous avons dû compléter le paiement. Il serait souhaitable de mentionner cette particularité lorsqu'on vient avec un animal pour éviter les surprises et les désagréments.

The staff were brilliant and recommended places to visit in the town. The breakfast was great and I loved that you could see the provenance of everything that was served and that so much was done in house - the faisselle, the jams, the cakes etc. We would definitely go back. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The location is perfect for exploring the town centre. Also the staff were really helpful. Parking was good.

Die Parkplätze beim Hotel sind anzahlmässig gering. Es waren keine mehr verfügbar. Es hat zwar in der Nähe eine Einstellhalle mit öffentlichen Parkplätzen, dass ist aber umständlicher und für uns etwas endtäuschend.

Die zentrale Lage, das reichhaltige Frühstückbuffet mit feinen Lokalprodukte und das sehr freundliches Personal. Da die Hotelparkplätze alle besetzt waren, haben wir das nah gelegene Parkhaus Hotel de Ville benutzt und vom sehr günstigen Wochenendtariff profitiert.

Unser Zimmer war direkt an der Rue Carnot und trotz geschlossenem Fenster, nachts sehr laut.

Room was a little small but we’re expected that for its location close to town.

When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who was SO helpful. We have a young child with complex medical needs, so carry lots of equipment. Having a parking space onside was a blessing! Both rooms were sooooooo comfortable and cool in the really hot weather. The room and bathroom were well equiped and exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel to central Poitiers, shops, bars, restaurants is perfect. We LOVED our stay and will DEFINITELY come back. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

La ubicación es lo mejor de todo.

Es un hotel que NO TIENE ASCENSOR, por lo menos en la zona que nos tocó lo cual resta puntos. Otras zonas si tenían, es verdad que nos ofrecieron una habitación que tuviera ascensor pero esa habitación no tenía aire acondicionado (susto o muerte, elige) con el calor que hacía tomamos la mejor decisión.

er waren slechte onmogelijke hoofdkussens, waardoor ik bijna niet geslapen heb. Ik kan mij dit van andere jaren niet herinneren, maar nu sliepen we in het hoofdgebouw.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter le centre + l'accès au parking à l'intérieur. La gentillesse, le sourire, la bienveillance du personnel. Ils sont adorables! La chambre est propre, de bonne taille. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si nous sommes de passage à Poitiers. Merci à vous!

La ubicación fue perfecta así como la amabilidad del personal y la tranquilidad del lugar. El salón de desayuno tenía vistas al jardín y fue muy relajante. A pesar de ser un hotel antiguo estaba reformado y limpio. Además, el tener parking fue un punto a favor importante. El aire acondicionado fue fundamental.

Las habitaciones eran un poco pequeñas y contaban con lo justo. Para nosotros tenían un cierto olor a antiguo. No malo pero si extraño.

Bonne localisation, accueil très sympathique, chambre agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le petit-déjeuner dans une salle vue sur le jardin et qui proposait de très bons produits.

Loved the hotel, great location, great family room

The parking was tricky as not clear which was the closest car park until you’d driven past it and then had to negotiate one way roads, traffic restricting bollards but there was a car park very close by offering 24hr parking at a cheaper rate that the hotel offered. The hotel obly has a few spaces but this multi story was large, easy to park and cheaper so would have been useful to know when booking

De l'Europe is the best hotel with parking places near the Poitiers’ center. Its older building is well managed, and service is exceptional, including great breakfasts and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Het is een hotel met karakter wat duidelijk met liefde wordt gerund. In de ontbijtzaal hangt een creatieve sfeer met kunst en instrumenten. De jam bij het ontbijt is door de eigenaresse zelf gemaakt. De binnentuin is ook erg fijn.

Het is een oud gebouw met de bijbehorende isolatie. Wij vonden dat niet erg, maar daar moet je tegen kunnen. Alles was wel heel goed onderhouden!

Absolument rien ! Sejour catastrophique.

Séjour catastrophique : - propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer ! - 1 ventilo pour 3 personnes en plein été . Pas de climatisation pour un hôtel 3* - lavabo et douche bouchés! Je n'ai pas pu prendre de douche ou me laver les dents ! - WC tellement près du lavabo que à chaque chasse tiré on en recevait sur nous juste à côté. - chambre face à la cour au rez de chaussée donc réveillé à 6h du matin par le personnel qui traversait avec des chariots sur les pavés! - aucune remise ou geste commercial après la nuit horrible que nous avons vécu ! Non seulement nous n'y reviendrons pas mais nous le déconseillerons à tout notre entourage. Et il faut arrêter avec les " nous sommes désolée nous allons remonter les informations" c'est faux vous ́e le ferez pas !

Room seemed a bit outdated. The morning after my one night stay I woke up with 4 or 5 insect bites, not sure what it was, but something more serious than mosquitoes.

Chambre agréable et bon petit déjeuner pris dans le jardin. Hôtel très bien situé. Il est plaisant de ne pas être dans une chaîne !

Le parking est cependant trop petit pour accueillir beaucoup de voitures. Bien qu’il existe un parking public à proximité et peu coûteux, il peut être compliqué de décharger ses affaires si l’on a bcp de bagages.

De ligging, prima bedden, de hygiëne en een goed ontbijt. Daarnaast heel vriendelijk personeel. Mijn dochter was haar airpods vergeten: die lagen nog onder haar kussen. Het hotel heeft ze gevonden en vervolgens naar ons huisadres gestuurd na heel prettige communicatie. Super-service!

Really warm and informative welcome from Sophie (in our language, English) with recommendations for places to see and restaurants. Room spacious and with nice garden views. Air con, simple to use and lots of cupboard space. The shared lounge was beautiful and we loved having access to a guitar and piano! A fantastic place to relax and great base to explore Central Poitier.

Just a little surprised that a builder drove his van into the garden at breakfast time when we were eating out there.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren bij de locatie midden in de stad. Een betere locatie ga je niet vinden. Tuin is prettig, ontbijt is top. Super lekkere lokale producten.

Alles was ok, maar de kamers verdienen een upgrade en eigenlijk de tuin en openbare ruimtes ook. Het is nog allemaal goed maar het pand, de locatie en het personeel verdiend beter.

L’hôtel est très central. On a pu aisément aller se balader à pieds et dîner dans le centre. Le personnel a été adorable (nous nous étions trompés dans la date de notre réservation et elles ont décalé notre séjour sans problème)

La literie était peut être un peu vieillissante.

C'est un hôtel familial, central, personnel gentil. Et les prix sont corrects. Le vrai plus est le jardin, agréable en plein centre ville.

Mal équipé - j'ai oublié mon dentifrice, l'hôtel m'a proposé d'en acheter pour 3 euros alors que tout hôtel a toujours ces miniatures à disposition. Ici pas de café, pas de mini produits hygiène. Pas de véritable machine à café, j'ai pris les miens à emporter chez Emile, chouette boulangerie à côté. La chambre était vraiment toute petite (si vous venez solo c'est ok, à deux vous vous marchez sur les pieds) L'hôtel étant loin d'être complet, il aurait été sympa de proposer une chambre plus spacieuse. Bruyant, dès 7h30 du matin on laisse quelqu'un jouer du piano, il y a des enfants qui crient...(alors qu'il y a un immense écriteau à l'entrée "hôtel calme"

Hotel jest doskonale położony, w pobliżu wszystkich ważnych zabytków. Mimo to w pokoju było cicho. W upalne dni sprawdziła sìę klimatyzacja. Dużym atutem jest bezpieczny parking, w racjonalnej cenie (9 € za dobę), zlokalizowany na wewnętrznyn dziedzińcu, dostępty także dla większych i wyższych aut. Należy podkreślić dobry kontakt z personelem, zarówno na miejscu jak i mailowy.

Nie otrzymaliśmy żadnych wskazówek dotyczących zwiedzania ani podpowiedzi gastronomicznych. Pokój trzyosobowy był malutki. Koszt śniadania (16 € za osobę), według mojej oceny jest przesadzony. Produkty były dobrej jakości ale wybór niezbyt duży, bez jakichkolwiek warzyw, bez jajecznicy czy omleta, bez naleśników.
