L' accoglienza in primis. Il personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. La pulizia..non solo delle camera, ma anche dei servizi in comune. La posizione a 2 passi da Brucoli. E sicuramente la comodità del letto e dei cuscini..non credo di aver dormito mai cosi bene in un letto che non fosse il mio!

Restaurants waren alle sehr gut. Service war sehr gut. Yoga-Trainerin war excellent. Alle allinclusive Angebote waren sehr hochwertig.

Manche Zimmer sind noch unrenoviert. Frühstück könnte einen Tick länger gehen.

Es war aussergewöhnlich. das essen war gigqantisch. das personal extrem freundlich. ausstattung und kopfort waren spitze. komme jederzeit wieder in diese kotes ich bin begeistert und empfehle es jedem weiter

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Kids Club war top und unser Sohn hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel ist recht weit entfernt vom nächsten Ort, so dass man viele Mahlzeiten im Hotel nehmen muss. Preis-Leistung der Restaurants ok, aber außerhalb der Hotels haben wir besser gegessen. Nicht überzeugt hat uns das Angebot am Mittag, entweder all you can it oder das Essen der Poolbar, Panini, Salat etc. Gerne hätten wir Pasta a la Carte bestellt. Unsere Dusche war bei Ankunft nicht sauber, Fotos haben wir dem Hotel gezeigt. Es wurde sauber gemacht, hätten uns hier allerdings eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit erwartet. In einem Autoghraph Hotel, sollte so etwas nicht passieren.

Abbiamo soggiornato per otto notti insieme al nostro Shiba Inu e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Servizi eccellenti e personale sempre gentilissimo, disponibile e sorridente. Un ringraziamento speciale alle ragazze della reception, Giorgia ed Erika, e a Stefano, che ci ha aiutato con i bagagli e ci ha salutati con un caloroso arrivederci, facendoci concludere il soggiorno nel migliore dei modi. Ottima anche la colazione, davvero top, e bravissimi i ragazzi del Lime Bar, sempre attenti e cortesi. L’unico piccolo neo è stata la camera, un po’ umida, forse perché, per la sua posizione e conformazione, non riceveva sempre la luce diretta del sole. Per tutto il resto, però, è stato un soggiorno eccezionale. Torneremo sicuramente molto volentieri!

I L’unico aspetto che ci è piaciuto meno è stata la presenza di un po’ di umidità nella camera, forse dovuta alla sua posizione e alla scarsa esposizione alla luce diretta del sole. Per il resto, il soggiorno è stato davvero molto piacevole.

Ho apprezzato molto la qualità del lavoro svolto da tutto il personale, ed in particolare le attenzioni e la competenza del F&B Manager, professionista di altissimo livello.

Onestamente nulla, sono rimasto piacevolmente stupito da tutto.

We really enjoyed our stay. The sea was absolutely beautiful — very clean, warm, and perfect for swimming and relaxing. The hotel grounds were lovely, with beautiful nature all around, which made the atmosphere very pleasant and peaceful. The room was quite clean and comfortable, and the food was tasty.

On the downside, the air conditioning was not powerful enough to cool the room properly during such hot weather. In some places, the hotel is starting to show its age and could use some renovation. The food was good, but the choice was somewhat limited.

Beautiful property, excellent service, friendly staff, and amazing restaurants with wonderful views. We loved everything about our stay!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour et tout particulièrement le cadre, magnifique et très agréable. La restauration est variée et de qualité, avec un bon choix de plats, il y a 6 restaurants au total (celui de sushi est incroyable). Les infrastructures sont très bien entretenues et l’ensemble de l’établissement est propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses, élégantes et confortables. Le personnel est également un vrai point fort : serviable, souriant et sympathique. Les trois piscines sont très agréables. Elles sont grandes, bien entretenues et l’eau est chaude, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable. Enfin, un énorme coup de cœur pour la crèche ! Quelle belle surprise à notre arrivée, surtout avec notre bébé de 14 mois. Les animatrices ont été formidables, très attentionnées, avec un encadrement d’un enfant par professionnelle. Notre petit s’y est beaucoup amusé et nous avons pu profiter de quelques moments de détente en toute sérénité. Pour finir, nous avons eu l’occasion de faire part de nos remarques à Mme Martina, responsable de l’accueil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié son écoute et la qualité de nos échanges. Elle a d’ailleurs pris le temps de nous saluer lors de notre départ, une attention que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. L’échange a été constructif et témoigne d’une réelle volonté de prendre en compte les retours des clients. Une très belle expérience, que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Pour un resort, nous nous attendions toutefois à davantage d’animations en journée pour les adultes, ainsi qu’à une programmation plus variée en soirée. Sur nos 6 nuits, nous avons notamment eu le même duo de musiciennes pendant 4 soirées consécutives, ce qui a quelque peu limité la diversité des animations proposées.

D’abord l’équipe, dévouée et très sympathique, ensuite l’emplacement très joli, enfin un confort très correct. Le club enfant est également très bien géré.

L’accès à la mer qui est assez dangereux.

El lugar es un auténtico espectáculo. Es precioso todo. El desayuno es uno de los mejores que he probado y el personal es absolutamente encantador. El sistema de reservar los restaurantes es súper sencillo y se puede reservar el mismo día por la mañana.

La entrada al mar es bastante peligrosa y resbaladiza deberían mejorarlo.

Un aspetto che forse potrebbe essere valorizzato è l’offerta culinaria in una componente più autenticamente siciliana con un ristorante a la carte più ricercato di quelli attualmente proposti. Così da rendere l’esperienza ancora più identitaria e rappresentativa del territorio.

L'asilo per i piccoli accoglie bimbi da 4 mesi in sù ed avendo noi 2 gemelle di 9 mesi questo servizio è il top per una vacanza in completo relax...stanze, piscine, servizi igienici puliti. Ristorante al buffet con personale qualificato,disponibile, cibo abbondante e di qualità. Recepition e fattorini disponibili e molto gentili.

Scivoli per rendere le zone più accessibili a poscine e servizi vari magari dove ci sono gradini creare una parte con scivoli...abbiamo 2 bimbe piccole e i percorsi con scivoli sono più lunghi ed essendo il villaggio molto grande ci siamo stancati un pò

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl und ist qualitativ sehr ordentlich. Auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Was mir nicht gefallen hat, war der Zugang zum Meer. Die Felsen am Strand sind sehr rutschig, und leider wurde nichts unternommen, um einen sicheren Einstieg ins Wasser zu ermöglichen. Dadurch ist der Zugang zum Meer teilweise unangenehm und gefährlich.

Das Konzept der Unterkunft zog sich wie ein roter Faden durch alle Bereiche. Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent. Das Essen was man kaufen konnte war ebenfalls sehr gut. Genauso wie das große Frühstücksbüffet (Von Brot über Süßigkeiten bis herzhaftere Leckereien).

Das Mangia's Brucoli ist ein wunderbares Hotel. Wir verbrachten hier nicht nur sechs, sondern aufgrund des Vulkanausbruchs zehn Nächte. Das erste Zimmer war eine Suite (Upgrade von Junior Suite - vielen Dank). Diese war sehr geräumig und auch schön, allerdings wurde die Terrasse nicht gereinigt und da war auch kein Schirm. Das muss eigentlich dazugehören. Auch die Reinigungskräfte war hier nicht so ganz auf Zack, d.h. die Zimmer wurden spät und im Eingangsbereich nicht so gut gereinigt. Das zweite Zimmer war deutlich kleiner und hatte keinen Balkon. Es war nicht so schlimm. Es schien uns etwas neuer und die Reinigungskräfte waren hier deutlich effizienter. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig, gepflegt und wunderschön bepflanzt, an anderen Stellen richtig wild (auch schön). Der Zugang zum Meer ist zwar etwas holprig - es gibt keinen Sandstrand - aber wenn man mag, kann man ins Meer und sieht viele Fische. Der Ausblick zum Ätna ist gigantisch. Einmal spielten wir Paddle. Auch gut. Es sollte mehr Mülleimer geben. Die Hygiene in den öffentlichen Toiletten ließ zu wünschen übrig. Hier müsste deutlich häufiger sauber gemacht werden. Der Pool ist schön groß und es gibt ausreichend Liegen. Allerdings könnte er häufiger oder systematischer (z.B. mit einem Reinigungsroboter) gesäubert werden. Da war schon sehr viel Vulkanasche drin. Der Kid's Pool war ziemlich abgelegen und viel zu flach, auch weil zwei Rutschen älterer Bauart hineinführten. Sowohl meine Frau als auch mein Sohn verletzten sich beim ersten Rutschengang, mein Sohn wegen des flachen Beckens am Fuß, meine Frau an den Kanten der Rutsche. Dieser Pool war für uns ab da schon ein No-go, aber wir haben auch nicht viele andere dort gesehen. Die Kinder hielten sich lieber im flachen und schönen Bereich des Hauptpools auf. Die Musik war an vielen Tagen immer diesselbe: Gesang von einer Frau mit Keyboard und Gitarrenbegleitung. Ziemlich lahm und oft erst ab 22 Uhr.

Soggiorno davvero eccellente. Hotel elegante, curato in ogni dettaglio e con una splendida posizione direttamente sul mare. Camera confortevole e impeccabile, personale sempre gentile e professionale. Molto bella anche la piscina principale, davvero ampia e con una temperatura dell’acqua sempre gradevole, perfetta per rilassarsi in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Atmosfera piacevole e vista meravigliosa. Un’esperienza che consiglio assolutamente e che ripeterei volentieri.

Det er problematisk at når vi booker 8 nætter med et barn på 8 år og det viser sig at badevandet er alt andet end børnevenligt. Der er store bølger og kraftig strøm - så det føles decideret utrygt at være på badeferie med et barn. Kan absolut ikke anbefale dette hotel, hvis man rejser med børn

Sicuramente la posizione situata nei pressi di accesso al mare e alle piscine. Inoltre i ristoranti ed i bar che ti davano ampia scelta culinaria. Consiglio vivamente la formula All-Inclusive. Lo staff ci ha particolarmente coccolati!!!

A mero parere personale la struttura avrebbe bisogno di ampliare la sicurezza della stessa nella fattispecie dell’accesso di cani randagi all’interno, sicuramente per via di zone perimetrali non opportunamente controllate. Non è possibile per un ospite di un cinque stelle ricevere la visita notturna di cani randagi all’esterno delle stanze e che gli stessi portino a spasso per le siepi gli indumenti lasciati ad asciugare sulle sdraio/sedie e l’indomani andarli a ricercare per le camere adiacenti!

Breakfast buffet was great. Rooms are very comfortable and suited us, a family of 4 very well. Loved the use and variety of the sports facilites.

1. Kids pool Lifeguard - We were 6 families all with kids..slight complaint would be ensuring that the kids pool has a lifeguard or someone on watch during the open hours to ensure less chaos and more control on the slides. 2. Lunch and dinner buffet - quality not as good as breakfast. 3. access to the sea - maybe you could try and make access to the sea a bit easier. there was a very slippery party to access the sea; not easy for families with kids.

Struttura meravigliosa, immersa nel verde e affacciata sul castello di Brucoli. Camera spaziosa, silenziosa e dotata di tutti comfort che ci si aspetterebbe da un cinque stelle. Piscina e solarium ideali per rilassarsi e per godere del mare cristallino della zona. Ristorante a buffet (mediterra) ricco, variegato e con prodotti cucinati espressi. I ristoranti a la carte offrono menù genuini e con materie prime di alto livello. Staff fantastico, sorridente e sempre attento alle nostre necessità! Menzione speciale per Miriam del ristorante Donna Floriana e per Giuseppe ed Ivan del Riva’s addetti al servizio al solarium, ci avete fatto sentire a casa! La nostra prima volta in un Mangia’s e di certo non sarà l’ultima!

Der Pool war sehr gepflegt und es gab immer genügend Liegen, auch an den Wochenenden. Badetücher wurden immer frisch bereitgestellt. Service am Pool, sehr aufmerksam! Die Bar am Pool war unser Highlight am Tag. Sehr freundliches und charmantes Personal, dass immer für einen Spass zu haben war! Wir haben in der Sushi Bar gegessen, am Pool, in der Bar und auch im Pizza Restaurant. Überall sehr gutes Essen und unglaublich zuvorkommendes Personal. Reception 24 Stunden besetzt. Auch hier, einfach nur fantastisches Personal!

Gentilezza staff, struttura curata

Tutte le richieste (come servizio in camera o prenotazione del campo di padel deve avvenire attraverso la reception e questo crea collo di bottiglia, in alcuni casi bisognava chiamare più volte per avere una risposta), per una struttura a 5 stelle un’app per gestire le richieste o un numero di whatsapp me lo aspetterei. Durante la colazione in alcuni momenti mancavano i bicchieri o alcuni cibi come la frutta quando finivano non venivano subito riforniti. Anche qui per un 5 stelle non me lo aspetto

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage des Hotels sowie das abwechslungsreiche Programm mit den verschiedenen Kursen, für die man sich anmelden kann. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal: Alle waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Es wurde immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob man etwas für uns tun kann – diese persönliche Betreuung haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein ganz grosses Dankeschön geht an Claudia, Ferdinando und Giorgia, die unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer herzlichen und zuvorkommenden Art besonders schön gemacht haben. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Relaxing holiday, staff were fantastic. Brilliant service at the Lime bar from Giulia S and colleagues. We loved the sushi restaurant watching the sunset over etna. Pizzas were excellent and the grill bar good for a steak or grilled fish. Donna Floriana restaurant had lovely pasta, slightly smarter than the other restaurants but still calm and relaxing. The buffet was a bit disappointing for lunch and dinner. I’ve had much better but it was very quiet, I suspect because the other restaurants are so good. We were on All Inclusive so ok for just popping in for a quick bite to eat. The pool bar was great, hats off to the staff who run around serving food and drinks in the 30+ degree heat! would recommend a car if you are staying for a longer time so you can get out and explore. It’s a bit of a trek to a nice beach, you need to drive south of the oil refinery/ industrial area. Overall we had Wonderful relaxing holiday,

We have absolutely loved everything about this holiday. The resort is beautiful, all of the staff are polite, friendly and attentive - especially Cristian at the Lime bar. All the food on offer is lovely. Would recommend renting a car to get out and see the island. Perfect holiday ☀️

Sea access is terrible (concrete slab with ladder), no sand to walk on

Staff in the restaurants and bars were great. Spa is good, food is great. There are a lot of fun things organized every night at the bar. We paid of all inclusive package which was really convenient.

Hotel front desk was not really capable or didn't want to address any of the issues I reported during my stay. I have Bonvoy Titanium Elite status which guaranteed me a room upgrade. I didn't even ask for a room upgrade but just change of the location so it's closer to the pool and sea (it's a large resort) so I didn't have to walk much every day. They first lied that they don't have rooms available, when I showed them that you can book a room exactly on those days room they agreed to change. Change took two days with me constantly reminding them about it. They obviously thought I might give up in the end. Also, my room was not cleaned two days so I had to remind them about that as well. Overall it ruined my experience. Front desk and hotel management weren't helpful at all.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, both at the reception and in the restaurants. The sun loungers by the pool were excellent - soft and comfy. The rooms were clean and serviced every day was perfect! Pizza at Al Grano restaurant was really delicious, and there was enjoyable evening entertainment, including live music.

This is definitely not a 5 hotel, despite what is stated on the website. It is a solid 4 star hotel, but not a 5 one! The food at the main restaurant, Mediterra, was disappointing. During our seven-day stay, we didn't have a single meal that we truly enjoyed. The selection of food was also very poor. There was also a very unpleasant smell in the main restaurant from time to time. There were many cats around the area, so we assume it may have been caused either by them marking their territory or by the garbage bins located near the hotel/restaurant. Whatever the source, the smell was terrible. There were also a lot of mosquitoes and biting insects. The hotel should carry out regular pest control, but it didn't seem to happen which was dissapointing. Our bed linen was not changed even once during the entire week, and in my mother's room the towels were not replaced either. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our holiday. However, based on our experience, we would not choose to return to this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, at times going out of their way to address an issue, however trivial this could be. We were on an all inclusive package and was there for a week. What bothered me was that we were charged for ordering water for our room and that there were a few items which are excluded from the all inclusive package. I personally must have missed three of four meals (out of my choice and no fault of the resort) so I feel it’s a bit of give and take. Access to the sea was not that great and the concrete platform where there was the ladder, was all algae and very slippery. The food was good at most times but at times lacked variety.

We booked two rooms and a suite. Despite prior arrangements, one guest waited an hour at the airport without pickup and five more hours at the hotel before check-in. The hotel had promised to arrange her early arrival and transfer, but did not. We also requested nearby rooms because one guest has mobility difficulties, yet this guest was given rooms on the second floor with two flights of stairs. Finally, we were assured there was sea access via a pier and ladder, but only a ladder remains, reachable over unsafe rocks. The restaurant buffet has served spoiled melon, tomatoes and cucumbers several times.

Spacious hotel/resort grounds which hardly ever give a feeling its very busy (despite being peak season). Nice pools with enough chairs for all. Food was great at the grill and pizza place. Children loved the place.

Due to many guests being on all inclusive plans the restaurants are always busy and have to be booked. We were not on all inclusive but to me you should alsways be able to eat in a la carte restaurants without booking two days ahead. Not considered the buffet restaurant for dinner as I prefer sit down and be served. One of the two rooms had virtually no windows, this is due to the design (keep the heat out) but nevertheless didnt give a great feeling.

The Stefano was ace with a calm quiet atmosphere with views from the sea. The service was really quick with lovely waiters and the food was immaculate. Recommend to anyone in Sicily

Skvěle jídlo, velmi pohodlné, personál skvělý! Bazén byl fajn, ale vstup do moře spíše pro odvážné. Jinak velmi nás nadchnul Kids club. Dceři se moc líbilo a byl zdarma. Wifi ok.

Chytli jsem vlnu veder a tak klimatizace na pokoji nestačila vychladit a bylo nám v noci horko.

Maximal überfordertes Personal in den Restaurants, das kaum Englisch spricht. Tische werden ewig nicht abgeräumt, es sieht immer unaufgeräumt und ungemütlich aus. Kinder am adult pool werden nicht weggeschickt, ist dem Personal einfach egal. Das Essen ist sehr teuer für die Qualität, die man erhält. Dass in einem Restaurant, das Ganzen gegrillten Fisch in einem 5 Sterne Hotel serviert, NIEMAND weiß, was ein Fischmesser ist, ist erschreckend. Für den Kaffee beim Frühstück muss man sich jedes Mal anstellen und mindestens 10 min warten. In anderen Hotels der gleichen collection wird man am Tisch bedient. Insgesamt ist das ganze Büffet Restaurant sehr ungemütlich, weil es einfach nur ein großer Raum ist (Terrasse ebenfalls). Das kann man definitiv besser gestalten. Ich würde hier auf keinen Fall wieder buchen, das Hotel ist das Geld absolut nicht wert. Insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund, dass ich nicht die erste mit den gleichen Beschwerden bin und sich anscheinend nichts ändert.

Het is een groot resort waardoor het helemaal niet druk is. Ook bij het zwembad waren op elk moment van de dag nog bedjes beschikbaar. Het eten is onwijs lekker. Ruime keus bij het ontbijt en ook de andere maaltijden in de verschillende restaurants zijn heerlijk. Top locatie en goede sfeer.

Non posso dire di aver avuto l’esperienza che mi aspettavo. La struttura è nulla più che un vecchio Valtour ripresentata al pubblico con un nuovo nome.Fatta eccezione per la hall e l’ingresso che accolgono l’ospite all’arrivo,gli ambienti sia esterni che interni appaiono datati e privi di finiture di pregio Senza dubbio gli allestimenti sia in camera che in giro sono di rilievo,ma tutto qui. La mia esperienza:prenotato per una coppia con neonato( segnalato al momento della prenotazione anche perché avevamo richiesto una culla) all’arrivo il personale si mostra dispiaciuto vedendoci, perché avrebbero voluto cambiarci stanza,con addirittura l’upgrade,avendoci visti con la bambina,dato che la struttura…non beneficia di ASCENSORI!!!Ora,apprezzo il tentativo,ma avendo prenotato in anticipo non capisco perché se ne siano resi conto solo al momento del nostro arrivo.Senza dubbio dover affrontare tre rampe di scale per muoverci tra camera ,ristoranti e piscina,non ci ha reso il soggiorno molto agevole,dovendo di volta in volta sollevare la carrozzina a braccio.Abbiamo infine deciso di posteggiarla sistematicamente al deposito bagagli ma con notevole disagio,visto che comunque anche per spostarsi tra un ambiente e l’altro (non solo per l’accesso alle camere)bisognava affrontare spesso rampe di scale.O altrimenti effettuare un lungo giro tutto intorno al resort ,tra corridoi di servizio,per evitare le rampe. E non eravamo i soli ad avere questo problema,ovviamente.Come abbiamo notato,c’erano diverse famiglie con bimbi piccoli Tutto il resto,a nostro avviso,non a livello di un resort 5 stelle,dal cibo dozzinale (fatta eccezione per la colazione ,veramente buona) ai servizi.Es:siamo arrivati in piscina alle 18:30 (per ovvie ragioni vista la neonata al seguito)e non ci è stata data la possibilità di ritirare i teli mare.La piscina chiudeva alle 20:30 ma i teli,ci veniva risposto,vengono preclusi a partire dalle 18.

Our recent stay at Mangia’s Brucoli Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth, kindness and professionalism that we immediately felt at home. The resort itself is absolutely stunning – beautifully maintained, incredibly green, spacious, and immaculately kept. The rooms are modern, stylish and exceptionally clean, while still feeling cosy and full of charm. Every area of the resort reflects great attention to detail, from the fantastic facilities to the beautiful main pool and children’s pool, which were always spotless and inviting. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, approachable and genuinely happy to help. What truly sets this resort apart, however, is the people. During our stay, our young son unfortunately had an accident that required urgent medical attention. It was an incredibly frightening experience for us as parents, but the way the Mangia’s team responded was beyond anything we could have expected. A special thank you goes to Claudia, the Guest Relations Manager, who immediately sprang into action, quickly organising a team to help us, calling an ambulance and ensuring everything happened as efficiently as possible. She remained calm throughout, which helped keep us calm during a very stressful situation. We are equally grateful to the Resort Manager, Vincenzo, and to Ferdinando, who stayed by our side, helping us communicate with the ambulance team when there was a language barrier, making sure we understood everything and that we were supported every step of the way. Their care didn’t end there. After we were discharged from hospital, they arranged transport back to the resort within minutes. Over the following days they continued checking in on us, asking how our son was doing and whether we needed anything, right up until the day we left. Their compassion, professionalism and genuine kindness made an incredibly difficult experience so much easier to navigate.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il personale della reception è stato squisito, la colazione era ottima, ricca e di qualità. La camera, sopratutt o il letto, molto gradevole e confortevole, ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Il verde è ben curato e la piscina, insieme al mare, è semplicemente stupenda. Un luogo che consiglio vivamente.

Amazing hotel, beautifully renovated with stunning grounds. Great pool & ample snack / lunch / dinner opportunities. Room has every comfort you need. Oh and we loved the breakfast - great pistachio croissants!

Нам дуже сподобалась команда ресепшн, велика територія готелю, класний басейн, смачна їжа в ресторанах. Також дуже приємно було отримати привітання з днем народження.

Є над чим попрацювати з командою прибирання: вони могли не помічати, що щось закінчилось і не наповнювати кілька днів, поки не скажеш особисто. Також могли залишати всю каву без кофеїну, замість гігієнічного набору і шапочки для душу покласти дві шапочки для душу. Або не прибрати на терасі. Також, було б добре, зробити пологий вхід в море.

It's the second time we have come to this property. We love the peaceful vibe, the food is good, the view is amazing, and the rooms are comfortable and clean.

Great facilities and scenery

1. We got the all inclusive package but there were several items marked as ‘signature’ (most of them price difference was minimal) which needed to be paid for, including room service. I felt this was a gimmick and had I known in advance, I would definitely not opt for this package. 2. Reception & room service- phones always busy all day. This was unacceptable. My 70 year old mother had to get out with a 5 month old and 3 year old to go ask for more water in the room which was also charged. Whilst the next day this was removed and another personal number was given, there shouldn’t be a reason for a person not to be able to reach reception number at different times and days. 3. Better AC system should be in place. We always woke up at night feeling hot. Despite having both acs on 17. 4. Not enough deckchairs, towels and cushions by the pool.

The area where it is situated, it has beautiful views, the rooms are modern and fully AC’d, the pools are lovely especially the one for the kids.
