The location is remote and high on a hill so there are no places to visit on foot. The hotel is old and the decor is drab, even the staff uniforms are a depressing brown colour. This is not a joyful place. Perhaps it is not so bad if the hotel is full

Ruhig, da das Hotel sehr abseits liegt. Wir waren, neben Kunden die wohl von Supalai aufgrund eines Hauskaufes einen Gutschein bekommen haben, die einzigen Gäste.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und würde einer Generalsanierung bedürfen. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach gehalten. Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg anstatt Dusche. Der Balkon war nicht bestuhlt.

Es inmenso, tiene todas las comodidades necesarias. 3 piscinas inmensas, el personal fue lo mejor sin duda, te hacen sentir como en casa. Siempre con una sonrisa

Wir hatten einen Bungalow am Pool (P03) und waren mehr als zufrieden damit. Noch dazu, weil die Anlage Ende August nur wenig Gäste hat. Wir genossen die Sauberkeit und Ruhe sehr. Das Personal ist durchwegs freundlich und sehr bemüht. Auch sprachen alle Englisch. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse wurde auf Bestellung von einer Karte serviert. Alles super lecker, frisch und chic angerichtet! Wir nahmen uns fast täglich einen Roller, um Phuket zu erkunden. Das Hotel bietet auch einen kostenlosen Shuttle nach Phuket Old Town an. Die Pools waren wunderschön und der Ausblick unbeschreiblich.

Uns persönlich hat alles gefallen. Für Menschen, die mehr Trubel suchen, ist die Anlage wahrscheinlich auf der falschen Seite der Insel.

Excelente servicio, desde q uno llega lo reciben muy bien, además a pesar de q está retirado del centro tienen transporte para ir y regresar gratis, y son super puntuales. Las habitaciones muy cómodas, con una hermosa vista y execelente atención del personal

Bisi Baustelle war, aber wir waren in der nebenseson ganz alleine im Hotel und würden wie die Könige bedient.

Personnel au top. Chambre spacieuse moderne et très belle. Pas de problème d humidité. Piscine énorme et propre. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Het uitzicht, de zwembaden. Heerlijk . Prachtige tuin aardig personeel. Ik kan het niet omschrijven maar zo mooi dat je de kleine minpuntjes vergeet.

Ontbijt zou ik graag met vers sap hebben. Aangezien dat ook overal te verkrijgen is Verder is alles zo mooi en fijn. En een shuttle van vliegveld en naar vliegveld toe. Alleen bad met douche erin. Mijn moeder van 83 kan ik niet hierheen meenemen. Ook geen lift. Dus je miet goed ter been zijn dan is alles goed.

Heerlijk zwembad, fijne villa met prachtig uitzicht. Mooie tuin, groen overal.

Toch een stuk weg van de stad maar dat geeft niet. Zou fijn zijn als ze je kunnen afzetten bij de stad of mall, strand . Maar gaat prima met Bolt

The pool, amazing. The restaurant, amazing! The speed boat transfer alone is an experience. It's only my first day and I've already had one of the best days of my entire life. I can't wait to try the spa and activities. This place makes me want to apply for permanent residency!!!

The only negative I can think of is some of the fittings in the room are slightly outdated and old, possibly need to update soon. I enjoyed the rustic vibes though.

The hotel had great views but to access anything you had to walk 45 deg inclines and then two lots of stair - might need to be at some fitnexx level to stay here - its a non smoking hotel very strange

The staff is super friendly, the villa has amazing views. Location is great for scenic views and quietness. Great pools. I came back here a lot and found sweet welcome messages on the bed each time :)

Santhiya is absolutely stunning. Incredible location. The staff were so accomodating and friendly, everything was taken care of for us-absolute luxury! I will definitely be back. The nicest resort I have stayed at by far!

The hike downhill to the beach, distance to town and attractions. It is far from tourist spots... but we did get picked up for day trips by the tour operators

The gym is nothing special, just a ridiculous 4 m² gym in a glass box outside. If you don't have a car, everything is very far to visit. It's a good hotel for relaxing, but I missed restaurants, street food shops, and things to do. It's a very deserted location.

Sehr viele Tiere im Zimmer.

The view is spectacular and the atmosphere is serene. Relaxed vibes and friendly faces all around. The room was cleaned to a very high standard daily. They have daily free shuttles to town and the beach which was a great touch. We loved it!

The food could be improved. The breakfast was not of the best quality. The pool needs a bit of maintenance.

It has a fantastic view that you can spend the day and night looking at spotting the boats at night fishing just fantastic. great for couple quiet not a place to take the kids the breakfast was a bit ordinary for me but I will stay there again

Personalet var venlig og imødekommende. Fantastisk udsigt. Dejlig svømmepøl og strand. Fint med gratis busforbindelse til Phuket old town. Fin lejlighed

Morgenmaden kunne godt være bedre f,eks. Omelet efter eget valg og bacon, som vi plejer at få i Thailand . Salat og grønsager kunne godt være dækket til, da de var fyldt med små fluer. I det hele taget lidt mere europæisk, men der var måske ikke så mange europæere på hotellet.

Die Zimmerausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Seeblick bei Ebbe war der Blick auf ein trocken gefallenen Schlamm - Strand. (Dafür kann keiner - das sind die Gezeiten). Für eine Nacht ok da logistisch gut gelegen. Trotz allem hatte ich bei dem hohen Grundpreis deutlich mehr erwartet und komme nicht umhin, das ich den Aufenthalt enttäuschend fand.

Heel fijn zwembad, goed ontbijt en fijne villa met mooi uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We hadden in eerste instantie een kamer (hoekkamer) maar deze was bedompt het balkonnetje was erg klein zonder stoelen. We hebben toen voor een meerprijs een villa genomen aan het zwembad en dit was de meerprijs meer dan waard; schitterend uitzicht erg ruim en fijn terrasje.

Locatie zelf is (wat ons betreft) niet super; niets op loopafstand, maar voor 2 na heten was het oké.

Het was een echt waardeloze locatie waar echt helemaal niets te beleven viel, dit was de meest slechte locatie die we ooit in onze Thailand reizen hebben gehad

Lage sehr abseits, wunderschöner Blick und Pool. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Strand war mit Müll verschmutzt, obwohl das Personal wenig zu tun hatte. Die Klimaanlagr war veraltet und extrem laut und es gab keine Sleepfunktion, ich konnte Nachts nur entweder an oder aus stellen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit die Badesachen auf dem Balkon zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Das Bad war sehr abgenutzt und die Zimmer extrem hellhörig. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr einseitig, An 3 Tagen gab es immer nur Melone als Obst zum Frühstück und die Tomaten waren mit vielen kleinen Fliegen zusammen in der Schüssel.

The view is wonderful! The two swimming pools are great, the water was warm, the deck area is very good and relaxing. The breakfast is good and dinners are great. The room is large and comfortable. This was a very good place to stay.

The location was beautiful and the amenities were great.

The lack of professionalism of the duty restaurant manager on our last dinner was below standards. The situation should have been handled in better way. There were struggles with billing rooms every day at lunch or dinners even though we were a large group, the process should be revised for smoother operations.

Er was geen lift. Niet erg, maar omdat het tegen een heuvel is gebouwd lag het zwembad lager, daar was geen service. Voor een drankje moesten we vele trappen op om zelf te halen. Uitzicht op zee, maar geen strand

The sea view is very beautiful, but the hotel perhaps when it was built years back did not accommodate the view so much, otherwise the view could be much more panoramic. The facilities was rather old though they try to keep it up. It will be good if you have your own car, or else it is a distant to get in/out. Good pool. Food and beverage, overall service average.

There is no lift facilities and toooooo far from Phuket, so each and everthing we have to go to patang even food also. Many food delivary reject the order because of too far from city. Main inconvienient taxy 1600 bhat because all attraction sournded in Patang. Complementry Breakfast very worst, they will provide only the chineese based food, for westren only bread and butter, puffines and fruites, no food for indians. Many staffs they dont know english. We are family me, my wife, two daughters and on son-in-law, 5 people went they given one room for new couple 300 meter away from our room, after scolded they changed, rooms available next to my room but they are very careless. The Beach is very worst it is alaway go inside, you cannot see the beach always, it is like a back water. So pathatic...

Staff lovely and helpful. Restaurant for evening meal was good. Pool was large and clean. Grounds were well maintained. Our room (which was upgraded, see other comments) was lovely. Bed was comfortable.

So many stairs! This wasn’t clear in the advertising. Not ideal for anyone with reduced mobility. Need to use stairs for every activity, lobby, restaurant, pools etc. Not nearly enough sunbeds for the amount of rooms. The lower pool has a painfully rough and gritty surface to enter the pool. The advertised pool bar disappointingly, was closed, resulting in having to climb steps for three stories to get a drink. Difficult to carry more than one drink safely as there were small areas without handrails. Breakfast was mediocre as there were no eggs cooked to order. Fried, scrambled and boiled eggs were just left out. Not at all appetising! The room we first booked was a Delux twin with balcony and sea view. The balcony was very small with no furniture to sit out on. There was also construction happening opposite. A lovely receptionist spoke to her manager and arranged for us to have a Delux double which had a balcony with chairs, which was perfect for us. Check carefully when booking.

-The whole complex looks like coming straight from 1960 without any maintenance done -Restaurant food is below average -The coffee offered at breakfast should not be considered as safely drinkable -Staff tried to get us to pay for a ‘broken phone’ when all you had to do was to plug it back to the power socket…

Spędziłem w Supalai Resort & Spa w Phuket naprawdę świetny czas. Hotel położony jest w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, dzięki czemu można tu naprawdę odpocząć i odciąć się od codziennego zgiełku. Ogromnym atutem jest piękny widok na morze – szczególnie o wschodzie słońca robi niesamowite wrażenie. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i dobrze wyposażone. Obsługa hotelu bardzo uprzejma i pomocna – zawsze uśmiechnięta i gotowa pomóc w każdej sytuacji. Basen z widokiem na ocean to idealne miejsce na relaks, a strefa spa pozwala się w pełni zregenerować. Śniadania są smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. To świetne miejsce zarówno na spokojny wypoczynek we dwoje, jak i na relaksujące wakacje z dala od tłumów. Zdecydowanie polecam i chętnie wróciłbym tu ponownie!

The resorts facilities are very good and the villa was very spacious and well appointed. The view is absolutely amazing and we really enjoyed the remote location.

It felt like it was a new team of staff that were lacking leadership and enthusiasm . Things were generally too difficult for them to sort out or they were too ‘busy’ to sort things out.

The pool was large but there weren't enough sun loungers on most days. The view from the top floors were beautiful and it was breezy too.

There wasn't much of a beach. The so-called 'beach' was a rocky patch of sand where it wasn't too safe to swim, nor was it pretty or comfortable. The seaside experience is disappointing.

Personalen glömde att ta bort disk/ bestick glas ,kaffekopp samt bestick samt sopor. Jag tog sopor och disk och lämnade det till en personal som passerade vårt boende. När vi skulle checka ut trodde personalen att jag tagit med mig sakerna och krävde betalning för ett glas. Jag förklarade flera gånger att jag lämnat all disk till personal på plats men de ville inte tro på vad jag sa. Kändes väldigt olustigt att bli anklagad för att tagit med mig gamla bestick och kaffekoppar i bagaget. Vem gör det ? Läget var väldigt off fanns verkligen ingen restaurang utom hotellets egna, vi hyrde scooter men fick åka väldigt långt för att ens kunna äta lunch som blev dyr. Hotellets strand var väldigt liten och ingen trevlig botten mer som lera. Vattnet försvinner ganska tidigt ebb/flod. Finns ingen strand som var fin nära hotellet vi fick åka 35 min scooter för att komma till en trevlig strand. Ingen hiss fanns för att kunna ta sig till reception , restaurang , boende fanns endast trappor, entré .Bra att veta för de gäster som har fysiska hinder.

Nothing really to do there, everything closes at 7 except the restaurant which was over priced, shuttle buses only came at certain hours and you had only 4 hours to come back on the shuttle buss even though they had later ones so you paid way more to get your own ride. Only place to buy anything is the gift shop, also too expensive, shower and tub were worse than hotels we stayed at at a third of the price

Bad transportation from beach to hotel

We loved our stay in one of the private villas. It was close to the pool and had a fantastic view without sacrificing privacy. The resort itself was beautiful and the pools were lovely. It's the perfect place to stay if you want to kick back and relax in a tropical environment for a few days without spending a ton of money.

It was far from restaurants, shops, etc. which is fine if you want the seclusion. Better exercise facilities, another restaurant, and generally more activities would have been nice. I also had my sunglasses and shirt stolen one evening. I'm fairly certain it was one of the guests and this is by no means a critique of the resort but other travellers be warned; keep an eye on your possessions.

W Tajlandii to był nasz ostatni przystanek i zdecydowanie najgorszy. Jedynym atutem hotelu był jego basen oraz widok na zatokę. Łóżko wygodne z moskitierą.

Śniadania były okropne. Najgorsze, jakie kiedykolwiek jadłam będąc na wakacjach 🤢 po pierwszym śniadaniu niestety miałam rewolucję żołądkowe i już nic tam nie jadłam oprócz rogalikow i owoców (owoców było mało, latały nad nimi meszki). Podłoga w restauracji hotelowej była brudna, kleiła sud do butów. Mój syn i mąż również mieli rewolucję żołądkowe. Dobrze, że spędziliśmy w tym hotelu tylko 2 noce. Dostawione łóżko dla syna, za które zapłaciliśmy, było beznadziejne- rozkładana prycza z starym materacem. Nie dało due na tym spać, syn musiał spędzić te 2 noce na niewygodnej kanapie.

Der Blick aufs Meer ist einzigartig

Anlage ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig. DER Pool ist wirklich in einem schlimmen Zustand. Abgeplatze Fliesen, Beton aufgeplatzt, Zigarettenkippen werden mit weggefegt. Überzogene Preise im Restaurant. Personal völlig überfordert. Schlecht regulierbare Klimaanlage. Der versprochene Whirlpool, entpuppte sich als große Dusche. Kein Whirlpool vorhanden!!!
