Ciò che rende questa struttura “diversa” dalle altre è senza alcun dubbio lo staff. Dalla Reception gestita magistralmente da Rita, al servizio di ristorazione, ogni cosa è stata eccellente. Il cibo squisito e variegato, ogni sera un menù differente e la possibilità di scegliere tra le varie portate proposte. Ricorderemo sempre l’estrema gentilezza, professionalità e disponibilità del personale di sala: Eligio, Paola e la dolcissima Cindy hanno dato alla nostra vacanza quel valore aggiunto alla già magnifica cornice naturale in cui è stata vissuta. La camera ,pulita e funzionale, è stata rassettata ogni giorno con estrema cura.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Strasse, was praktisch ist um die Insel zu bereisen. Zudem liegt der Flughafen Olbia nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Die Caffetteria della Nonna ist super und liegt im Gebäuder des Hotels. Der Kaffee dort schmeckt super & ist super günstig! Das Gym ist gut ausgestattet.

Nicht das separate Gebäude buchen, dies liegt an der stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Bilder sehen besser aus als die Realität. Das Personal ist je nach Anfrage unflexibel (Take Away Frühstück für einen frühen Tagestrip nicht möglich). Man erhält nur 1 Strandtuch für den gesamten Aufenthalt & kann dieses nicht waschen lassen. Bei uns fiel die Klimaanlage in der letzten Nacht aus - dann war Schlafen leider unmöglich.

Per essere un 4 stelle l hotel non si presta alle aspettative. Per non parlare del servizio. Non ti danno nemmeno 1 acqua gratuita che ormai anche negli Airbnb o hotel a poche stelle Danno. Caffè complementare una volta finito non viene sostituito. Asciugamani se ok li butti per terra non vengono sostituiti nemmeno su richiesta.

La ubicación. Un entorno tranquilo. Cuando lo ves desde fuera no te imaginas lo que hay en su interior. Comida de diez con un menú a elegir de 4 primeros y 4 segundos. Desayuno buffet variado y rico. Llevábamos una niña de 5 años a la que se le adaptó el menú. Destaco la profesionalidad y amabilidad del personal de cara nosotros pero sobretodo a nuestra hija. Paola y Eligio, camareros del comedor, gracias por tratarnos tan bien, nos sentimos como en casa. Antonio, camarero del bar de la piscina, amable y servicial, haciendo detalles a mi hija cada vez que la veía por la piscina. Eso no se olvida.

Struttura pulita, accogliente, curatissima. Colazione ottima. Buona cena. Personale di sala molto educato e cordiale. Ottimo il parcheggio di fronte la struttura su strisce bianche. Palestra attrezzatissima. Vicinissima ad Olbia e alla bellissima spiaggia di Porto Istana. Vicinissima anche a San Teodoro e a 30km da Porto Cervo e Golfo Aranci. Lo consigliamo vivamente!

Se dovessi trovare un difetto suggerirei un po più di fantasia nei contorni delle cene serali. Ben consapevoli che il menù deve incontrare i gusti di grandi e piccoli sarebbe stato gradito anche avere qualche verdura più elaborata come contorno. Una cosa che ci è dispiaciuta è stata trovare, dopo aver messo una bottiglia di acqua nel freezer della stanza, un avviso in cui si ricordava di non utilizzare il freezer per bevande non acquistate in loco.

Très bon séjour ! L’accès depuis l’aéroport est facile en bus. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, au sein d’un village tranquille, tout en permettant de visiter facilement les principaux sites et points d’intérêt des environs. Très belle plage de Porto Istana accessible avec la navette de l'hôtel C’est un hôtel familial, calme et agréable, parfait pour un séjour reposant. Le petit déjeuner est également très bon.

Quelques points à améliorer : la présence de fourmis dans la chambre, malgré un changement de chambre rapide. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être servi un peu plus tard et les horaires plus souples. Enfin, un petit livret d’accueil avec les activités de l’hôtel, les excursions et les informations sur les transports serait appréciable.

Room was clean and desk staff on check in where attentive.

Air conditioning did not work. We asked reception to help and they basically said it was working. The room was 29°C when we went for dinner and we had the A/C turned to 19°C, cool and fan to full. When we returned it was 27.1°C. All windows and doors where closed. We kept the A/C on through the night and the room temperature did not drop. It was very uncomfortable. The AC condenser units, which were visible from the room, looked extremely dated and efficient.

The house keeping was excellent and the rooms were clean and generally comfortable. Several points of improvement: 1. The sofa beds are too small for tall people like my son. 2. There were no basic amenities in the room like tissues (which you would expect for a 4* property). 3. They didn’t even provide any complimentary water in the room (which given the current heat wave in Europe is poor).

The staff were ok, but not as helpful as you’d expect from a 4* property. On our final day we manage to get a free checkout at 12pm instead of 10am. When we asked about getting a room (which was not sold and so available) for 4 hours so we could shower after a day at the pool, we were told it would be 170 euros! This was ridiculous and just showed a lack of welcome we felt. Finally the breakfast spread was not very good and the same menu everyday!

Purtroppo, ben poco. L’unico aspetto realmente positivo è stato il personale femminile, sempre molto cordiale, disponibile e professionale. Anche alla reception ho trovato cortesia, in particolare da parte del ragazzo più giovane. Per il resto, l’esperienza è stata decisamente al di sotto delle aspettative per una struttura classificata 4 stelle.

Praticamente tutto il resto. La struttura è risultata decisamente al di sotto degli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un hotel a 4 stelle. Il cibo è stato uno degli aspetti peggiori: qualità molto scarsa, poca cura e proposte che personalmente ho trovato davvero poco appetibili. Anche il servizio non è stato all’altezza: mentre parte del personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, il personale maschile si è dimostrato in generale poco gentile e poco attento nei confronti degli ospiti, con l’eccezione del ragazzo più giovane della reception. Nel complesso, il rapporto tra categoria dell’hotel, qualità dei servizi offerti ed esperienza vissuta è stato molto deludente. Da un 4 stelle mi aspettavo un livello nettamente superiore, sia per quanto riguarda la ristorazione sia per l’attenzione e la professionalità del servizio.

Die Lage zum Flughafen und nach Olbia Stadt ist perfekt. Der Pool und die Liegewiese sind wirklich sehr schön.

Der Strand ist ca. 25‘ Minuten zu Fuss entfernt.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable, petit déjeuné pour tous les goûts et très bon, salle de sport très qualitative avec des équipements neufs, piscine bien entretenue et qualitative. La chambre et la literie étaient parfaite avec une petite terrasse avec pelouse.

Attention aux chambres près du restaurant, très bruyant jusqu'à la fermeture vers 22h/22h30 si vous êtes avec un bébé.

Es war besonders die ruhige Lage und Atmosphäre im Hotel . Hier war keine Hektik und die poolanlage sehr schön und ruhig . Hier konnte man herrlich relaxen.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Très bon séjour Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très bien situé, avec de très belles plages à proximité. La chambre était relativement spacieuse et confortable, et les espaces communs sont très propres et bien entretenus. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, de très bonne qualité, ainsi que pour la salle de sport, qui est vraiment très bien équipée. Le personnel est également à l’écoute et disponible, ce qui contribue à rendre le séjour agréable. Une très belle expérience, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Pour les petits points que j’ai moins appréciés, mais qui restent vraiment des détails : Il manque des rangements dans la salle de bain. La climatisation est légèrement bruyante la nuit. J’aurais apprécié qu’il soit possible d’avoir des serviettes pour la plage, surtout lorsqu’on voyage avec une limite de poids pour les valises. Mais honnêtement, ce ne sont que de petits détails et cela n’a pas gâché le séjour 😊

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Lovely breakfast selection everyday. Great location with loads of restaurants just a short walk away. Hotel was clean, it had a gym, the pool was fab and overall it was a nice, quiet and peaceful place to stay.

The only downside was no tea/coffee making facilties in the room but breakfast was served early and there was a cafe right next door open quite late you could take back to your room.

Reception staff was very polite.

We didn't like the dinner menu or the restaurant at all. We couldn't use our half-board because of the strogly limited choice of food. There was nothing suitable for a 6 year-old, who doesn't eat pasta. Breakfast was okay, but the staff was not polite at all. They kept looking at out plates or what we were taking from the buffet. Kind of creepy.

Purtroppo, la nostra esperienza è stata penalizzata da importanti carenze nel servizio e nel comfort, inaspettate per un hotel a 4 stelle. Trattandosi di una località di mare, abbiamo chiesto uno stendino per asciugare i costumi: in quattro giorni non sono stati in grado di fornircelo né di trovarci un'alternativa. In camera mancavano elementi d'arredo basilari come un reggivaligie e le sedie (assenti anche nel bagno). Inoltre, il bagnoschiuma è terminato il primo giorno e abbiamo dovuto chiederlo espressamente al personale per riaverlo. Un vero peccato: il potenziale della struttura è alto, ma l'attenzione al cliente e ai dettagli della stanza vanno decisamente riviste.

Schöne Grünanlage mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen, sehr nettes Personal. Da wir am Morgen sehr früh zum Flughafen abreisen mussten und kein Frühstück einplanen konnten, haben wir von der Reception einen Vouchers für die Caffeteria della Nona erhalten. Damit erhielten wir am Vortag Croissants und Wasserflaschen. Vielen Dank.

Musik beim Pool manchmal etwas zu laut. Es wäre schön, wenn von 12.00h bis 15.00h keine laute Musik abgespielt wird.

-Our room was spacious enough, had a balcony, and a large bathroom. it was clean. -Female workers were always helpful, smiling - breakfast is continental and is plentiful. if you have a proper one you won't get hungry until dinner - dinner menu changes every day, includes 3 dishes, and a dessert. Meals were very delicious and different from each other. If you stay a week, you will always eat a new dish. - loved the garden with a small pool, it was peaceful, grass was always clean trimmed and it was a pleasure to walk around, you can get a towel for the pool if they have one. - the shuttle takes you to the Porto istana for free, which is 5 minutes away - very close to the olbia city center, and the airport

- my biggest gripe was that they charge the water that you drink during the dinner. i have traveled Greece for a whole month and they bring you a glass of water immediately when you sit down, even without asking you. And here they demand money for your every sip of water which is very ridiculous. - the fridge in the room barely works. - male workers were weird, sometimes even rude. - dinner portions were sometimes very small - sadly 6 out of the 7 desserts I have eaten, were mediocre. One of them was a tiny sorbet, half ice, it's not even a dessert. And they bring the uneaten desserts to tomorrow's breakfast. - they charge service fee if you order from the pool bar - for its price these issues should have been better. - most of the workers can't speak or understand average English - our balcony was looking to the road, so we couldn't enjoy the landscape.

Spędziłam w tym hotelu około dwóch tygodni i był to naprawdę wspaniały czas. Hotel okazał się rewelacyjnym wyborem i z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić go każdemu! Na ogromne wyróżnienie zasługują śniadania — zarówno w wersji wytrawnej, jak i słodkiej. Były jajecznica, boczek, łosoś, gofry, naleśniki, ciastka i wiele innych produktów. Jak na włoski hotel, śniadania były naprawdę bardzo dobre i różnorodne. Otrzymaliśmy pokój z oknem od strony ulicy, ale był on bardzo dobrze wyciszony. Zazwyczaj jesteśmy bardzo wrażliwi na hałas, a mimo to w pokoju było naprawdę cicho. Sam pokój był bardzo ładny i widać było, że został odnowiony. W całym hotelu było bardzo czysto — codziennie dbano o porządek zarówno w pokojach, jak i w częściach wspólnych. Wszyscy pracownicy byli niezwykle uprzejmi, pomocni i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Dużym plusem jest również lokalizacja hotelu — w pobliżu znajdują się fajne restauracje i sklepy, a także piękna plaża. Podczas pobytu odwiedziliśmy kilka plaż na Sardynii i zdecydowanie plaża, do której można było dojechać hotelowym busem, była jedną z najładniejszych. Warto jednak pamiętać, że w sezonie może być na niej dość dużo osób. Polecam również zabrać własny sprzęt plażowy, ponieważ wynajem leżaków jest dość drogi. Ogromnym plusem hotelu była także siłownia — nowa, czysta, pachnąca i wyposażona w dużą ilość świeżego sprzętu. Korzystaliśmy z niej codziennie. Naprawdę był to rewelacyjny wybór i bardzo polecam ten hotel każdemu!

Nie ma takich rzeczy

Grundsätzlich ist die Hotelanlage schön. Nach unserem Zimmerwechsel konnten wir endlich schlafen, weil man von der lauten Straße nichts mehr gehört hat. *Unser Tipp:* Wenn ihr empfindlich auf Straßenlärm reagiert, nehmt nicht das günstigste Zimmer. Dieses liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und hat leider sehr dünne Fenster. Das Frühstück war okay. Die Lage ist grundsätzlich gut. Man ist schnell in Olbia und erreicht auch in kurzer Zeit schöne Strände.

Leider haben wir ein Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße bekommen. Die Straße war selbst nachts extrem befahren, sodass wir in der ersten Nacht überhaupt nicht schlafen konnten. Das Zimmer an sich war schön. Etwas ungewöhnlich war nur der Zugang: Man gelangt über eine Außentreppe direkt von der Hauptstraße ins Zimmer. *Unser Tipp:* Bei den günstigen Doppelzimmern sollte unbedingt vermerkt werden, dass sie sehr laut sind. Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir gerne von Anfang an mehr bezahlt und wären auch mit einer besseren Bewertung rausgegangen. Im 2. Zimmer Richtung Garten/Pool war es dann zum Glück schön ruhig. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt: Das Zimmer war bei Anreise nicht ganz sauber. Ich kann die sehr guten Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen, aber es gibt definitiv schlechtere Hotels - vorausgesetzt man bekommt nicht gerade dieses eine Zimmer.

La piscine Bon petit déjeuner

Chambre vieille et pas très propre (moisissures sur le plafond de la douche, miroir déteint et rouillé, cheveux dans le lit, ...) Les femmes de ménage nous ont réveillé à 8h en parlant pendant une vingtaine de minutes juste devant notre porte et en se permettant de toquer une fois la discussion terminée pour commencer le ménage.

Das nette Personal in dem familiär geführten Hotel versucht alles, um sämtliche Wünsche zu erfüllen. Beim guten Frühstücksangebot wird immer wieder nachgelegt und in ruhiger Weise zeitnah abgeräumt.

Nous avons agréablement été surpris par l'hôtel qui était encore plus joli que ce qu'on attendait ! Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, le coin terrasse au bord de la piscine avec l'ensemble de l'extérieur côté transat est vraiment beau et reposant. L'ambiance est calme et l'hôtel bien fréquenté. L'aménagement de la piscine et son style travaillé est vraiment top . L'eau était bonne. La chambre était suffisamment spacieuse, bien climatisée, le lit assez grand et confortable. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était varié avec de bons produits frais. Un vrai petit déjeuner équilibré pas comme dans certains hôtels. Nous avons également mangé au restaurant de l'hôtel pareil que pour le petit déjeuner je le recommande les yeux fermés ! ( Avec vue sur la piscine dans un cadre apaisant) L'ensemble du personnel était formidable, très accueillant, chaleureux et disponible pour n'importe quelle question. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment en VACANCES comme à la maison . Mention spéciale à la personne qui était à l'accueil et nous à aider à régler un problème lié à une agence de location de vélo sur l'île de la Maddalena . Je n'ai jamais vu une salle de sport d'hôtel aussi bien équipée que celle ci ! Tout le matériel nécessaire propre et en bon état pour faire de vraies séances de musculation. Très appréciable pour quelqu'un de sportif ! L'hôtel est très bien situé proche de l'aéroport d'Olbia. Une navette gratuite de l'hôtel vous amène à la plage de porto istana avec la vue sur l'île de tavolara ! Que dire de plus concernant l'hôtel à part que nous avons passé les meilleures vacances possible ! Merci à vous pour votre accueil nous reviendrons. 🙌🏼

Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad en een goed ontbijt. Ook is het personeel erg vriendelijk.

De badkamer was niet schoon. Er lagen lange zwarte haren op de grond en de prullenbak was niet geleegd. Er zaten roestvlekken op de spiegel. Daarnaast was de kamer vrij klein en hoorde je de drukke weg best goed. Het hotel heeft potentie, maar voor deze prijs verwacht ik echt meer van een viersterrenhotel.

La comida es espectacular, con muchísimas opciones cada día para escoger diferentes platos. La media pensión vale muchísimo la pena. Las instalaciones están muy bien, cerca de la playa y también del aeropuerto. Con dos piscinas, la zona de jardín es de 10 y perfecto para unas vacaciones con bebé. El trato del personal, inmejorable.

The room, the cot was with big linen for adult bed

We wanted something easy, close to Olbia but still that we can visit beaches on the North and West coast. It ended up being incredible stay. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen for this price and in Italy, as Italians are not famous for breakfast that has more than just pastries. Apart from great selection of desserts like croissants, pancakes, waffles, they also had scrambled and boiled eggs, ham and cheese but also smoked salmon, granola bowl section where you can pick from full fat or low fat yogurt and nuts like walnuts, almonds and chia seeds. All kinds of fruit, as well as even small gluten free section. We were also plesently surprised by the gym offered in the hotel, as it was completely new with all TechnoGym equipment and weights. The pool and lounge are also very nice and we spent a lot of time there in the shade during hot parts of the day. Shuttle bus to the Porto Istana beach is very convenient as even though beach is very close, parking is impossible to find there. There is also a very nice beach (Marina Maria) 1.3km walk from the hotel (or by car to the parking and then only 300m by foot). Location of the hotel is great, as it's only 10min drive to the airport and 15min to Olbia center. Big free parking is also available in front of the hotel. There are nice restaurants in the area as well, good focaccia place for lunch and gelato place, all short walk from the hotel. Higly recommend it also for family with the kids. Staff is amazing and very kind, and their English is very good.

Room we had was a bit smaller than what it looked like on the picture. They do have plenty of room sizes, but keep in mind to check properly the size of the room and if too small to upgrade to a bigger one.

Room was decent sized with comfortable beds. Location was near main road with private free parking.

Bathrooms need big renovation. Access to the room specially with big luggage was a bit of a pain. Breakfast was below average for the price of stay. In the evening parking was full every day. Value for money.

O quarto é pequeno.

I really like the staff and how well they treated us, especially my baby. They were very welcoming when we arrived at 9 pm. We had half board, which was delicious, but since our flight was delayed, we missed dinner on the first day. So they arranged some appetizers for us, focaccia, parm, and melon, without us needing to request them. This was very nice. The pool area was amazing, relaxing, and quiet! Our baby slept so well there, listening to the birds. The room was quite even, even though it faced the street. The free shuttle to Porto Istana beach was amazing, since we didn't want to drive on the first day. Plus, the beach is amazing. We didn't know about this beach until we got there. The cafeteria inside the hotel was amazing as well. The food was amazing. We had breakfast and dinner (delicious Italian pasta experience) at the property. They arranged some dinner for our baby as well, like steamed vegetables.

Access to the room was a bit annoying, as it was far from the main building and had many stairs. Unfortunately, with the baby stroller, another room option would have been great for us.

La habitación era en edificio separado de 2 alturas pero estaba muy bien con terracita. La piscina es maravillosa y el desayuno está fenomenal, tiene muy buena bollería. Es un punto a favor el transporte gratis a la playa de Porto Istana. El pueblo es muy pequeño pero tiene varios restaurantes.

Große Unterkunft mit wunderschönen großen Garten und Pool, Zimmer sehr geräumig. Gute Klimaanlage. Frühstück okay.

Direkt an der Hauptstraße, Verkehr zu hören. Sehr weitläufig mit Köffer + ohne Lift (oberer Stock im Nebengebäude). Restaurant eher teuer für Qualität.

Tout était vraiment très bien, emplacement pas très loin de l'aéroport et de Olbia. L'hôtel est très beau et le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La chambre pour 3 suffisamment assez grande et confortable. Grand balcon avec vu sur la piscine et le jardin. Personnel agréable et attentionné.

Le restaurant était privatisé le samedi et dimanche et nous n'avions pas été informées. Pas de jus de fruits au petit déjeuner car machine en panne.

Schöner großer Pool inklusive Poolbar mit nettem Barkeeper. Helles Zimmer, nahe Flughafen. Flughafentaxi bestellt. Gratis Strandtaxi funktioniert gut und unkompliziert.

Personal zwar nett aber etwas schnippisch. Eher ein mittelmäßigeres 4 Sterne Hotel. Zimmer sehr alt. Man darf im Kühlschrank nicht seine eigenen Sachen einkühlen. Frühstück viel aber sehr mittelmäßige Qualität - nur Automaten Kaffee.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, v.a. wenn man Süßes mag. Schwimmbad perfekte Größe. Ausstattung gehoben, zB. hochwertige Liegen. Lage: zu Fuß in 10-15min am Strand oder per Shuttle in 8min. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe. Restaurants ebenfalls in der Nähe. Das Personal in der Rezeption war so herzlich und hilfsbereit wie man es selten findet! Auch Reinigungspersonal freundlich und kinderlieb. Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen, vor allem wegen der familiären Atmosphäre. Wir waren dort überglücklich.

Struttura curata, pulita, comoda per arrivo ad Olbia e per visitare la vicina zona di San Teodoro con le sue bellissime calette. Personale cordiale e gentile. Buon servizio di ristorazione. Colazione abbondante e varia, ristorante di ottima qualità. Molto bello l’affaccio su giardino e piscina.

Great hotel close to amazing beaches and easy buses to visit other towns. Very comfy bed. Great pool. Fab breakfast.

The property is set in beautiful grounds and being relatively small it is easy to get around between your room to the pool etc. The staff are very helpful and the Della Nonna cafe is excellent.

Die Zimmer sind schön ausgestattet. Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war sehr lecker. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir konnten am Abreisetag bis zu unserem Abflug den Poolbereich nutzen.

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Er kommt aus einer Maschine, wir konnten keinen anderen Kaffee beim Personal bestellen. Der Kaffee hatte aus unserer Sicht nicht den Standard, wie wir ihn in einem derartigen Hotel erwarten. Die Säfte beim Frühstück waren stark gezuckert u mit Wasser verdünnt, es gab keinen Direktsaft. In unserem Zimmer hatte die Duschwanne ein Leck, als ich es bei der Abreise meldete (wir waren nur 1 Nacht da), hatte ich den Eindruck, dass man sich nicht wirklich dafür interessierte. Wir wurden nicht vom Hotel gefragt, ob uns der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, das Personal beim Check-Out wirkte etwas desinteressiert und beliebig - mehr Verbindlichkeit wäre wünschenswert.

Lovely hotel with beautiful pool and grounds. Close to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice balcony facing the pool side grounds. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Breakfast was great with a variety of hot and cold items.

Evening dining was a little bit difficult especially for very young children as restaurants including those in the area did not open until 7pm.
