Very small room, many double but few twin beds, size of the bathroom is similar to the one in the ship or camper vans

Every day we had to report to the reception to have a new key printed due to a fault in the system, very expensive bar only available in the twinned hotel next

Closeness to motorway

No lift n we were up on the top floor. My partner is 77 n has a problem with the stairs so struggled. Asked for a double room but got family with a bunk bed above n 2 single beds too claustrophobic with bed above head. Your directions ( booking. Com) to get to hotel were not correct at all n ended up about 5 miles in another direction. No information given at check in re free wi fi. No kettle in room or rubbish bin.

Personeel receptie was aardig/behulpzaam.

De kamer viel echt zwaar tegen, klein en oud. Matras zag er acht smerig uit en de badkamer was een soort pastic hut waar je je niet wilde douchen.

Zimmer ziemlich abgelebt. Kein Fahrstuhl. Bad zu klein. Wirkte wie eine Unterkunft in der nichts mehr investiert wird.

Ubytování vyhovovalo účelu naší cesty, strávili jsme v něm 2x jednu noc zvlášť, prakticky jsme pouze přenocovali a jeli dál. Místo na parkování bylo i při našem příjezdu pozdě v noci, recepční vždy milé. Snídani jsme nevyužili. Postele byly perfektní, pohodlné spaní po dlouhém cestování, odhlučnění také perfektní, příjemná vůně ve všech prostorech.

Až moc stísněný prostor pro 3 dospělé osoby, nebylo kde odložit kufry. Na pokoji bychom preferovali ledničku.

Only stayed there as it was close to a location i needed to be. If i had known how poor it was i would of taken an uber home to Leiden, incredibly it would of been cheaper as well. Security is decent in that there is a man sitting and checking your meant to be there. Although the fact he is there makes it suspicious in that there are probably many prople on the rob in that area given ita location and most properties on that estate are defended like fort knox.

240 euro for a 1 star hotel with is so basic its offensive. Inhave stayed in cleaner and more hospitable hostels that are old prisons. Also didnt apprecaite the constant smoking and talking of people outside smoking until 0400 , which then makes the room smell like an old bar. Although it made the general smell of the room less hideous i suppose. I .

Alles, het is eigenlijk een uitzendbureau Hotel (Polen/ Roemenen) Het is er smerig, gehorig, handdoeken moet je zelf halen. De prijs die ze voor deze kamers vragen is echt bizar en niet in verhouding met wat je krijgt. Uiteraard wisten dat het geen vd Valk kwaliteit was maar zo erg pfff

De locatie, gratis parkeren.

Vieze kamer en douche, kregen in eerste instantie een bezette kamer toegewezen (dit gebeurt veel vaker, te lezen aan de recensies), te duur voor de gebrekkige faciliteiten en hygiëne, veel lawaai.

I did not get any insect bites as far as i am aware. I slept on top of the bed with my clothes on though. After changing rooms. The top floor has the possibility to open the window fully which helped a lot with the stench of the room. If i was travelling with a group of friends, being under age and we wanted to stay in the cheapest possible place sharing rooms I would consider this place. If the bed sheets were not rancid the place would get a 2/5. Stay above ground level if possible. Spend some more euros on another hotel. It is worth it.

The sheets were smelling rancid/sour from the cleaners putting them on wet and letting them dry on the beds. There were black curly hairs in my bed. The neighbours were very loud. There were spots on the bed linen that might have been mold. The pillows smelled so bad that I used the towels from the bathroom.

We hebben 176 euro betaald voor een hotel wat te vies was. Echt heel goor. Dit was echt schandalig. Prijs kwaliteit slaat helemaal nergens op

Het vertrekken in de ochtend

Kleine kamer, vies matras, raamkozijn smerig, schimmel badkamer, niet eens een bekertje aanwezig om wat water voor medicijnen te nemen. Geen voetenmatje. Geen waterkokertje, geen föhn. Geen Nederlandse tv, maar Pools.

Very bad

When we arrived, the room had not been cleaned, but the staff immediately took care of the issue and we received compensation for the inconvenience. The breakfast was abundant, the staff were very helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy. Although the location is not very central, it was no problem at all with a car.

The only thing we didn’t like was that the room was not cleaned when we arrived. However, the staff responded immediately and handled the situation very professionally.

Zeer slecht hotel. Geen handdoeken, geen nachtkastje en maar 1 punt met stroom. Vieze vlekken op de plafonds en hele vieze "vochtplekken" op de muur. Vloer plakte aan je voeten en badkamer was ook smoezelig. Een plek om nooit meer terug te komen. We hebben ook de 2e nacht niet meer hier geslapen

​Check-in chaotique : L'accueil se fait dans l'hôtel voisin sans aucune explication préalable. On se retrouve bloqué devant une porte fermée à devoir deviner où aller. Cerise sur le gâteau : un employé était assis derrière une baie vitrée à un mètre de la porte, nous regardant galérer sans lever le petit doigt pour nous guider. ​Manque d'accessibilité : Aucun ascenseur visible ou indiqué, une vraie galère avec des valises. ​Nuisances sonores permanentes : La porte de l'étage claque violemment à chaque passage, y compris en pleine nuit (jusqu'à 4 h du matin). L'isolation phonique est inexistante : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans la rue. ​Confort et propreté à revoir : Chambre moyennement propre, literie qui sentait mauvais et chasse d'eau qui fuyait. ​Travaux pendant le week-end : Réveillés dès 7 h 40 le samedi par des bruits de marteau et de scie sauteuse, et de nouveau le dimanche par du bruit de chantier. Aucun respect pour le repos des clients

De nieuwe vrouwelijke denk manager,zeurde heel veel en voelde me totaal niet welkom of warm ontvangen

Niets alles viel tegen, vies, dingen kapot en kamer ruikt niet fris.

Gedateerde kamers, ruiken niet fris en alles is oud en vies in de kamer. Ook van een 1 sterren hotel mag je verwachten dat het wel gewoon schoon is.

Erg warm in de kamer Kon mijn snurkapparaat niet gebruiken, geen stopcontacten naast het bed

English channels on TV didn't work

The hotel is located out of Breda but it is quite easy to get to the city with the bus during week days as it is only 4 çin walks and buses in Breda comes really in time, in the weekend however you need to walk further as that bus station doesnt work so it takes like 15 or 20 min to walk, the hotel is ok, some stuff workers were really nice, but I dont recommend the breakfast

The bathroom was dirty and smelly, the shower curtains were dirty but after I complained about it they put up clean curtains and cleaned the bathroom, as compensation they provid a Sunday lunch to take on our journey

Everything. Small room, not tea/coffee making in room. Dirty walls and toilet. Very over priced bar and restaurant.

Helemaal niks, vies hotel

Locatie zit midden op een industrie terrein. inchecken moet in een andere hotel na dat we de sleutel hadden gekregen, deed ik de deur open bleek er gewoon nog mensen dood leuk in die Kamer te zitten. De beste man schok zich dood. Na een andere Kamer gekregen te hebben. Moest ik eerst zelf handschoenen en schoonmaak doekjes kopen om de wc in me hotel Kamer schoon te maken, blijkbaar vergeten!! Te vies voor woorden. Snap dat een hotel verouderd is maar het mag wel gewoon schoon zijn. Lijkt nu eerder op een goedkoop hoerenhuis!!

The room key had to be reset every day. The pillows are very small. The room was outdated.

La posizione per visitare Breda è buona, non distantissimo dal centro, serve comunque l'auto o il taxi. Può essere comodo se si ha la bicicletta. Parcheggio auto gratuito e comodo. Possibilità di colazione sul posto.

Il servizio è veramente scadente. Niente cambio biancheria e pulizia delle camere anche dopo frequenti solleciti. La card per entrare si smagnetizza quotidianamente. Impossibilità di aprire la finestra. Niente aria condizionata.

Je kunt zien dat het verouderd is. Maar veder was het redelijk schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk alleen jammer dat het allemaal in het Engels moest. Prima locatie grote parkeerplaats.

Het kussen die ik had was heel erg zacht. En het was ook erg warm op de kamers. De prijs was voor wat je krijgt wel een beetje aan de hoge kant.
