Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The hotel is completely renovated so everything was new. I love the proximity to Ermou, Monastiraki and Palma and all the restaurants. I took the X96 express to the airport and it’s so close and convenient. Staff was amazing!
The roof deck view was amazing and you can take a drink up to enjoy. It just needs a little cleaning up and little refresh would go a long way.

Cleanliness
9/10Multiple comments note rooms were very clean and 'spotless'; only isolated mention of a room that smelled of cigarette for two days.
Service
9/10Staff repeatedly described as friendly, attentive and helpful (assisted with late check-in, contacted guests about left items); generally praised across reviews.
Location
9/10Consistently praised as very central and safe (near Monastiraki, Acropolis, parliament/transport/shopping), highlighted as a major strength.
Room Quality
7/10Beds and AC noted as comfortable and effective, but multiple complaints about small rooms, very small bathrooms and compact showers reduce this score.
Amenities
8/10In-room coffee machine and functioning AC praised; breakfast generally good. Negatives include small elevators, a rooftop area used mainly by smokers and limited rooftop use.
Value for Money
9/10Several reviewers explicitly call it good value for money and state they'd stay again despite minor issues.
Food and Beverage
8/10Breakfast described as tasty and of good quality by many, though some mention limited variety and poor-quality coffee on occasion.
Overall Experience
9/10Overall very positive sentiment: recommended by multiple guests, many would return; minor issues did not outweigh the strong location, service and cleanliness.
