Tuvimos un problema con la reserva que habiendo recibido ellos el adelanto y nosotros la confirmacion con la fecha dijeron que no tenian la reserva para esa fecha y cobraron 196 euros extras diciendo que el precio habia subido. NADA SERIO TOTALMENTE EN DESACUERDO

Fijne ontvangst, zeer ruime kamer met mooie en ruime badkamer, leuk ontbijt en prima ligging met voor het hotel ruime parkeergelegenheid.

Localização excelente, junto à marina e ao ponto de partida das excursões para as ilhas. O quarto era espaçoso, mas havia alguns pormenores de falta de manutenção: o aro da porta estava solto e a porta não fechava bem. A casa de banho não tinha luz na zona do duche. O quarto cheirava um pouco a humidade. O pequeno-almoço é numa sala também com cheiro a humidade. O pequeno-almoço é muito fraco, denotando um cuidado em servir pouco, com pratos e chávenas muito pequenos; a fruta é servida num pequeno copo, tudo em tamanho mini. Acho que não há necessidade.

Não gostei do pequeno-almoço nem da sala do pequeno-almoço.

Nous avons apprécié la taille et la propreté de la chambre, ainsi que la gentillesse du personnel. L’emplacement de l’hôtel était également idéal, notamment pour notre excursion et sa proximité avec le port.

En revanche, plusieurs points nous ont déçus. La literie était trouée et nous n'avions pas d'eau à disposition dans la chambre. L'insonorisation était également très mauvaise : nous entendions notre voisine rire aux éclats, la musique du port ainsi que le ménage dans le couloir. L'hôtel promet une vue mer, alors que nous avions plutôt une vue sur un parking. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était particulièrement décevant et ne justifie absolument pas le prix payé. Pour moi, cet hôtel ne mérite vraiment pas ses 4 étoiles.

The hotel had really friendly staff who always had a smile. The bar downstairs is welcoming and the rooms were large. They quickly fixed a maintenance issue in our bathroom. It was quiet and the beds were comfortable. We only had a short stay but it was a good location to explore the islands.

We stayed in this 4 star hotel because we wanted to sail in the La Maddalena-archipel by sailing boat. The hotel service is great and the staff is very friendly and competent. They arranged the most wonderfull boat trip with a 16 m yacht with a crew of 4 with Sail on Air. We sailed the archipelago and visited different bays and beaches. Drinks, fruit, lunch and snacks all provided and perfect. Petit déjeuné absolument à fuir. Dans le village vous trouverez un endroit sympa pour déjeuné bien mieux (bea´s bakery). La qualité du matelas/lit horrible et le sommeil ressort bruyant. Les équipements de la chambre sont présent mais vieillot comme l’hôtel. Photos booking fake ia utilisé n’est pas la réalité! J’ai demander un taxi, un non officiel est arrivé et après avoir regarder l’hôtel nous a fait payer 2,5x le prix de la course = anarque touriste !

De lokatie is top, dichtbij de haven zodat je te voet naar je bootexcursie kunt gaan. Parkeren voor de deur en het ontbijt geeft genoeg keus. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Er is geen zwembad, maar dat hoefde voor ons niet omdat we toch maar de zee gingen. Goed restaurant om de hoek (Goblet Wine bar). We hadden geen balkon waardoor het lastig is kleding te drogen, dus als je dat graag wilt dan geen classic room boeken. De stijl is wat gedateerd, maar heeft ook wel zijn charme.

Er lag op het doucherekje een leeg open flesje douchegel hotelmerk op zijn kant. Alles was verder schoon, we denken dat het personeel dit over het hoofd heeft gezien. Zou fijn zijn als je een fles water kreeg als welkom, dat gebeurt in veel andere hotels wel.

Le parking souterrain de l’hôtel et cher pour qu’au final il ne soit jamais fermé par le portail.

The room was spacious, clean, and the hotel was in a great location! The hotel reception staff were very gracious, very welcoming, and most helpful. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there; they made me feel at home.

The breakfast was okay. There was plenty of variety, but it felt like the focus was on quantity rather than quality. Most of the items were pre-packaged rather than freshly baked or prepared, so it lacked the fresh, homemade feel I was hoping for. The staff in the breakfast area weren’t very welcoming. When we arrived for breakfast there was no hello or explanation of how it works, you just have to figure it out on your own, quite the contrast to the friendly team at the hotel reception.

We were welcomed in a very personal and friendly way. The room was very well decorated and spacious. The lounge bar was also very cosy, the staff very friendly and the menu very well. From the hotel a very nice walk through the Village and Port. Ships to the Islands on walking distance..

Preisleistungsverhältnis: Preis steht in keiner Relation zum gebotenen Standard. Werbung ist leider irreführend gestaltet. Zb Café beim Frühstück leider inakzeptabel schlecht - aus dem Automat. Lage: am Parkplatz des Ortes , mit Blick von der sogenannten Royal Suite nicht zuerst aufs Meer sondern genau auf das Meer der parkenden Autos.

Excellent location beside the port with lovely friendly staff. Great bar and terrace. Surrounded by various bar and restaurants.

We booked two junior suits with another couple, and were told on check in that out rooms were together and we could enjoy a shared terrace. Unfortunately room 202 was between our rooms and was let out an hour or so after our arrival. So not private after all! Rooms 201, 202 and 203 share the same terrace. The breakfast was disappointing and the smell was not nice when you first walked into the dining room. The room and hotel are very clean though.

hotel não corresponde às fotos ! O quarto é antigo e mal conservado ! A banheira que tinha no varanda do quarto estava se desmontando o q não permitiu que pudéssemos usar! Atendimento até que não foi ruim mas erraram feio com a gente ! Sofremos pra achar o hotel qdo chegamos e tb mal pedíamos as coisas pq pessoal era ruim de comunicação ! Café da manhã horrível com poucas opções do que comer e de péssima qualidade ! Reservamos o táxi e pagamos direto com o hotel e não chegou tivemos q ir embora de carona porque senão perderiamos o voo ! Não se colocaram pra resolver mais de 40 minutos de atraso ! Enfim Foi a nossa pior experiência e isso pq mal ficamos no hotel acordávamos e saímos voltávamos só pra dormir ! A cama não era confortável e Eles uniram duas camas de Solteiro pra virar casal e dava pra sentir o quanto era ruim o colchão ! Não recomendamos e não gostamos do nosso período lá

Op de foto’s staat een jacuzzi afgebeeld; maar die is alleen beschikbaar in een suite en niet voor iedereen bruikbaar. Lijkt net of dat voor iedereen beschikbaar is net zoals bijvoorbeeld een zwembad.

It's a charming hotel, right in front of the port. Perfect for us as we had a boat rental. It was also surrounded by life and restaurants. The underground garage was a nice feature to keep our old classic car fresh and protected. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok.

The only thing we noticed was that some of the sealing of the shower had mold growing. Very little but in an otherwise spotless bathroom, we thought it was a shame. The comfort of the bed could be better as it was 2 single beds put together, and also, having spring mattress is not the best for comfort, but this a bit subjective.

Bella struttura, situata in un'ottima posizione e gestita da uno staff estremamente gentile e disponibile. La pulizia è impeccabile e rappresenta sicuramente uno dei punti di forza dell'hotel. L'unico aspetto che, a mio avviso, potrebbe essere migliorato è la colazione: sarebbe auspicabile una maggiore attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti e un caffè di livello superiore, magari preparato al bar anziché con la macchinetta. Con questi piccoli accorgimenti, l'esperienza sarebbe davvero eccellente.

Very disappointing stay. The room was uncomfortable, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, the bed squeaked with every movement, and the pillows were hard. Breakfast was poor, and the hotel doesn’t provide an iron—you have to send your clothes to the laundry and wait for them to be returned after 9:00 a.m. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

sehr schönes Hotel an bester Lage in Palau. Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer (Suite) mit Sicht auf den Hafen. Das Personal war ausserordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Vor dem Haus kann man eine Stunde gratis Parkieren, beim blauen Parkfeld zahlt man von 8 pm bis 8 am nur einen EURO! Es erübrigt sich deshalb, einen Parkplatz im Hotel zu mieten.

Hotel muito bem localizado, de frente para o porto de Palau. Restaurantes próximos, cidade bacana de se hospedar com um centrinho bem legal, animado. Quarto bem confortável, espaçoso, cama excelente.

It’s located at the port, very close to the shuttle service to Maddalena Islands and boat tours. Also at night there’s a street market nearby, which makes this stay in Palau very interesting. Staff was always very sympathetic.

Breakfast is not very fresh and varied, juices are artificial and there’re only a few fruits. It wasn’t a problem for us, you can order (and pay) extra things à la carte (avocado toast, etc.)

Krisenmanagement katastrophal, die Klimaanlage funtkionierte nicht, wir hatten eine Suite (sehr teuer) und mussten mitten in der Nacht in eine kleinere Suite übersiedeln, dort funktionierte sie wieder nicht. Keine Kommunikation, kein Entgegenkommen der Chefin, null Freundlichkeit, wir waren sehr enttäuscht vom Umgang mit Gästen!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really made our stay extra special. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Maddalena islands.

Everything was on level and as is showed on pictures. I would definetely point out staff that was very welcoming and helpful, and included breakfast that was very good.

Large bedroom with balcony, lovely bathroom with plenty of bench space, great shower and personal amenities. I loved the decor too. Breakfast was excellent as was the dinner at the in-house restaurant.

Het hotel ligt prachtig aan de haven. De medewerkers van de receptie zijn zeer gastvrij, en ook de dames van het ontbijt.

Het hotel is geen 4-sterren hotel: er is geen buitenruimte waar je kunt zitten, geen zwembad of iets dergelijks, en het ontbijt hebben we in andere 3- en 4-sterren hotels op Sardinië echt verser en uitgebreider gehad. De douche is echt veel te klein voor een 4-sterren hotel. We hebben een korte broek laten wassen die in dezelfde waszak weer schoon gewassen terug kwam dan waarin hij naar de wasserij werd gebracht. We begrijpen niet waarom het een boutique hotel genoemd wordt: die uitstraling en inrichting heeft het totaal niet. De mail die je een dag voor het vertrek krijgt of je als je tevreden bent toch echt de hoogste score wilt invullen op Booking.com vonden we dwingend en ongepast. Of je als je niet tevreden was het wilde melden, dan konden ze er wellicht nog iets aan doen. Nu, een grotere douche etc zou fijn en passend geweest zijn maar dat lossen ze niet even op. Kortom, de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding voor een 4-sterren hotel is niet in verhouding.

Het meest beviel ons de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en de topschoonmaakstersteam. Keurig in witte kleding, super vrolijk, vriendelijk en goed. Nog nooit zo’n schoonmaakteam in een hotel ervaren.

Das Ambiente des Hotels.

Die Klimaanlage war extrem schwach bzw. ohne Funktion. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eher einfallslos, die Kaffemaschine produziert extrem wenig Kaffee. Die Lage direkt am hässlichen Hafenparkplatz stört, dafür findet man leicht einen Parkplatz.

Wir hatten 2 nebeneinander liegende Zimmer gebucht, die hat super geklappt, die Zimmer führten auf eine gemeinsame Terrasse!
