la colazione che mancava nel salato ( scarsa scelta ) e il dolce non aveva etichette sul tipo di prodotto , le parti in comune non veniva accesa l 'aria condizionata come nella sala colazione che aveva solo dei ventilatori da terra .anche il pulmino della navetta per la spiaggia non aveva l'aria condizionata .il costo della spiaggia non era spiegato nella descrizione sul sito che era a parte .

Tutto 👍 posizione eccellente, l' hotel si affaccia sui laghetti salati. Hotel raffinato ed elegante.Staff accogliente e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Abbiamo cenato nel giardino dell' albergo, piatti ottimi, una cucina di alta qualità con prodotti del posto. Colazione dolce e salata fantastica. Grazie

Posizione unica, struttura molto accogliente.

Punti di forza sono il giardino ed il pontile sul lago e la colazione, location davvero bella e rilassante.

Camera e bagno da ristrutturare, non all’altezza di un hotel a 4 stelle. Ascensore da riparare/manutenere dato il rischio di restare bloccati.

L' hotel è bellissimo, molto curato ed elegante. Inoltre è fronte lago ed ha un giardino stupendo! Un posto ideale per rilassarsi.

Good staff and location, enjoyed the view from the room.

The entrance is a not what we expected but the room and staff made up for the concerns.

Il personale top.la colazione buona, poche cose ma buone.il giardino bellissimo e la vista.

La camera è stata ristrutturata ma con poca cura e il risultato non è il massimo.Il bagno fornito di tutto ma degli anni 80 un po' rivisitato con uno specchio enorme sulla vasca.

Il personale alla reception è molto professionale e cordiale. L’arredamento e gli spazi esterni sono molto curati e rendono estremamente godibile il soggiorno. La colazione è assortita e ricca e il servizio al tavolo per le bevande calde è impeccabile.

Frühstück war sehr gut mit reichlich Auswahl. Der Strand war im Naturschutzgebiet fast naturbelassen.

The location is amazing. The facility very much charming as per the name. Wonderful outdoor settings with many spots to take comfort and enjoy the lake and settings. Both Dinner and Breakfast were outstanding and the staff were courteous and competent. We stayed a night but will come back to enjoy the peaceful and relaxing settings and stay a few days. Besides the lake the wonderful beaches are just around the corner as well

Breakfast is nothing special, but ok. Location is very nice with direct access to the inner lakes and walking distance from seaside. Room very nice, confortable.

They charge double cost for renting two chairs and beach umbrella while you get them half price directly at the beach. Swimming pool missing.

The hotel is a real gem, located on a gorgeous lake and only minutes away from an extraordinary beach full of dunes and crystal clear water. The hotel itself is very stylish and has a charming and elegant garden that invites you to explore and lounge...and eventually have a spritz and high-end dinner. The tranquility of the space is mesmerizing.

I cannot find any negatives for this hotel...maybe the small elevator but who really needs an elevator for two floors!

The Hotal was bright and airy and the grounds were atmospheric.

The Hotel itself is not air conditioned rooms only. The menu although good was not clearly explained in anything other than Italian. Meat and fish mixed together.

Lovely natural surroundings, nice staff, good cleaning, and we were upgraded to a lovely spacious with lake view. Walkable distance to a beautiful long beach.

The room was spacious and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The facilities stated there was a restaurant, however, it was closed on the night we stayed. It should state in the booking information if it is closed regularly on a specific night. One of the things we look for when booking is, if the accommodation is not in the town centre, then it has a restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful. It’s in a fantastic location. You have your choice of the lake or the sea. The staff is friendly and responsive. The breakfast was delicious.

Struttura ricercata e molto curata, grande giardino sul lago e vicino alle dune del mare di Sabaudia. Parcheggio e buon ristorante.

Hotel di charme fronte lago a poca distanza dal mare, staff qualificato, giardino curatissimo, stanze confortevoli, colazione e cena ottimi, parcheggio interno. In sintesi: consigliatissimo!

not so charming hotel - 2 Star I booked three Superior rooms for a two-night stay for my family in mid-July. The hotel website advertised a pool and beach access, an important factor in our selection. In fact, while the hotel has a lovely garden and friendly staff, it does not have an actual pool – only a spa that can be booked for a fee. Guests who book through Expedia are furthermore excluded from access to the beach unless they pay extra because, we were told, that is only for the hotel’s guests which we apparently were not (we were invited to take it up with Expedia). The supposedly superior rooms (at 230 EUR/night) were standard at best and substandard in some cases (one of the bathrooms was so small that the open door grazed the sink; one of the TVs was a small computer screen) and the air conditioning was not working properly – a particular problem since we had a three-month-old baby with us. We spent the best part of the day chasing after the staff to get the air con up, with repeated assurances that it had been fixed while it had not. The next day my husband and I we were moved to another room while the others exchanged rooms among themselves so that the baby could stay in the relatively better conditioned room. Despite pleasant surroundings, facilities and services are not 4 star, and we felt grossly overcharged. will not return and do not recommend.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Nice staff and breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is also great. Beautifully kept.

Great hotel however could not give it a perfect score because they listed air-conditioned rooms but it's not true. They would not turn on the AC until the end of May. It was very hot in the rooms. I was not able to rest and neither were the other people from my party in the other rooms. They said to me "Americans are always hot" and I should open the windows. This is not a pleasant thing to say. I tried to sleep with the window open but there was a smell of burnt wood and I was afraid of bugs coming into our rooms. The fan in the room was about to fall off the ceiling and barely moved. So it was extremely HOT! We are on vacation and rest is very important.i asked to speak with the manager but he would not give face.
