The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place

Food and the room awsome

The vive all good supermem

Staff was excellent and attentive. Breakfast was great. Location is central to most things to do in Jakarta. The shopping mall below also provides a lot of convenience.

Rooms are clean but carpets need a deep clean.

Great location, super clean, amazing space

Service service service - just wow!

"My short stay at The Ritz-Carton Jakarta, Pacific Place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch. The best part of the stay was the Incredibly good staff with kindness and excellent breakfast. The Residences were excellently located next to a mall with dozens of excellent restaurants. Staff superb and very spacious rooms.”

During my stay, I had issues with air conditioning in my master bedroom and I had to transfer to another room on another floor, and in the new room I had another issue with water temperature. Which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. For cleaning, please pay attention with under the bad. Dusty. The sofa and the carpet needed to be shampoo. Smells. The towel is a little bit old and hard, needs to be replace with something new and needs an upgrade for the pillows. For the 5 star, they didn’t provide any welcoming things as usual when I stayed at 5 stars.

Spacious room, breakfast, helpful bell boy,

Noise from outside(At check-in, I specifically requested a quiet room because I'm sensitive to noise. However, the room was extremely noisy at night due to the noise from outside. ) On the first day, I had difficulty finding the entrance to the hotel.

Our stay at Thi Ritz Carlton was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly warm, professional, and attentive staff. Every member of the team went above and beoyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The food was exceptional, with a fantastic variety and outstanding quality at every meal. The drinks were equally impressive, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special.

All employees are friendly and kind and helpfull. They let you feel very comfortable

Everything exceeded our expectations. This was, without question, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived, delivering exceptional service with warmth and attention to every detail. The room was luxurious, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities, spa, restaurants, and breakfast were all outstanding, and the location was perfect. Every interaction felt personalized, making our stay truly unforgettable. We left already looking forward to coming back.

Honestly, nothing. Our stay was flawless, and we wouldn’t change a thing.

location and breakfast. Thank you to Chef Akhbar for making it right for my order. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful

toilet - the smell coming from drainage

We loved everything. The club lounge experience was wonderful.

Lounge bar closing at 9pm was the only disappointment. We liked the intimacy and did not want to relocate to another area so early.

Connected to a mall

The kitchen has nothing. Barely anything to use. Useless. Blinds broken. Light bulbs dead.

Breakfast and staff are great.

Wifi is absolutely trash. Simply doesnt work, expected better

Honestly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I came to Jakarta to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the team at the Ritz-Carlton turned it into something we’ll remember for years. They handled every detail of the surprise quietly in the background, and when the moment came it landed perfectly. What really stood out was how consistent the service was across the whole property. The valets, the lobby team, the lounge staff, the spa therapists, every interaction felt personal. They remembered our names from day one and somehow always knew what we needed before we asked. I’ve stayed in plenty of high-end hotels around the world and the level of care here is on a different planet. The room was huge, very comfortable, with a great view over the city. The Club Lounge was a real highlight too, generous food throughout the day and a properly varied selection of wines and spirits, well above what you usually get even in five-star properties. The spa was excellent, the therapists genuinely talented and lovely people on top of it. If you’re hesitating, don’t. Thank you to the whole team. We’ll be back

nothing

Worst wifi I have ever experienced yet in a hotel. Not the "Ritz Carlton" experience I was hoping for. A spotty, 500kB wifi connection is not acceptable. Breakfast is really good and the staff are friendly.

Location, facilities, large room.

Complicated lift system.

Everything was excellent, staff, food, spa - nothing at all to complain about

Went there for a wedding, going to the ball room was easy just using the lift, nice.

Could get any hot water for the bath and it took a long time to get any hot water for shower.

Spacious and amazing view

The breakfast choices are not great, also v err y strange they don’t have smart tv😕 major turn off

All the staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. The room was very nice and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

It’s very convenient due to the location and adjacent mall.

The traffic can be heard at night and it distracts my sleep.
