I would suggest to visit in a nice wither to enjoy the activities, there was a bugs and lizards inside ,I hope u get rid with it , also I hope you change the mugs, thank you

I’d suggest grouping family villas together - we were travelling as a couple and next door to a noisy family with young children

The pool, both the private and the common areas were exceptional, the beach was very nice and clean and the breakfast provided everything you can imagine. We enjoyed the free ice cream at the pool locations as well. The staff were friendly and always able to be contacted.

The AC in the room upon entering had a really strong mould smell, we had thought after being in the room for some time it would dissipate but unfortunately it only got stronger. We did mention it on the last day but it was too late to be rectified, it is something that should just be maintained though and not something we need to address. I also used the spa facilities, I really enjoyed the massage and scrub. What I didn't like was on arrival I was given a questionnaire and one of the questions was did I want to know more about their products afterwards, I said no. When I finished the massage and the therapist asked how I liked it - I said it was great and then the upsell started on the different products I could buy.. it was really not the way to end such a nice experience and it continued when she gave me a cup of tea.

I had informed the staff that I had chosen their location to celebrate my 50th birthday and there was not one mention of my birthday the whole stay. I felt that they could have made the birthday girl feel special.

Probably the best place we ever stayed and we stayed in many beautiful places. The staff were amazing and made my birthday very special. My son had the best of times at the kids club. Everyone was superb!

Food… honestly the food we had was average!! Definitely expected much more six senses! Super high price for hardly average food. Not many choices too, specially for sea food. Even in terms of coke, they dont have zero but have light only!

El servicio de playa, falta de atención de los empleados. Y el check out, parecíamos ganado metiéndonos dentro del auto para que nos vayamos y ni un agua para el camino ofrecieron.

Food should be better and more choice, gets dull after a few days especially lunch options. The transfer offered was very amateur, we were told to leave our cars in a Dibba supermarket where we would be met by their drivers. We did this and the next day got a call from the police saying we couldn’t park there. The hotel went and moved our cars but the covers were removed (apparently the police insisted) and there was a heavy storm with resulting damage to the cars.

Frukosten var toppen, men lunchen var aningens tråkig. Middagarna hade ett bra utbud, men var inte det godaste jag ätit.

Wonderful location, beautiful facilities and excellent staff. Nothing was ever too much hassle, especially from our main host Sarra who couldn’t have been better. Not sure how we will visit a “normal” hotel again!

Plastic rubbish floating in the sea and oil washed up on shore from a recent spill. Not the fault of the hotel or its staff though.

Everything was lovely.. location, villa The staff are super friendly and professional. The beach is perfect.. very clean.. the whole resort is spotless. Tea and coffee in the room are plastic and metal free. Highly recommended for recharging and relaxation.

Maybe only the boutique.. we would love to see more local products and maybe luban treatment products.. it would be lovely.

Location was very particular

Two things I believe needs serious considerations: 1- Food and drinks prices are ridiculous at the property. Totally unjustified. No matter how luxurious you think your property is. It’s greedy and dishonest. 1 glass of Prosecco for almost 40 dollars is just unsellable. 2- coffee (in room as well as at the restaurant) where really really bad. Undrinkable..

Great place, clean with exceptional service. The staff are amazing all of them, I would name the ones I dealt with the most (Mubarak went above and beyond to provide great service, Rehab & Mariasel from the kids club, Fitri from the restaurant, and Dina the manager).

لم يتوفر ماء في علب بلاستيكيه. لا اتقبل ان اشرب في علب زجاجيه الحوض كان في جزء حاد جرح رجل ابنتي الافطار العام. الشكشوكه والكرك مليئء بالبهارات اتوقع الي كان يخدمنا اول يوم في موقع الافطار العام لم يكن في وعيه يمكن سكران اتوقع مستوى الفندق اقل من اول زياره سابقه لي

Beautiful resort, fantastic staff, attention to detail is phenomenal

We stayed at Six Senses Zighy Bay with my wife and our 2 year old son. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience was seamless, warm, and beyond our expectations. The private villa with a pool was incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, blending traditional Omani charm with modern luxury. It offered complete privacy, which is perfect for a family wanting to relax and recharge. Our son loved the open space and the safe, calm environment. The beach was pristine, and waking up to the sound of waves each morning was pure bliss. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the exceptional service. The staff were not only professional but genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always offering help with our toddler and making sure he was comfortable and entertained. Dining was another highlight. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with healthy options and thoughtful touches for families with young children. Zighy Bay is a hidden paradise secluded yet accessible, luxurious yet deeply connected to nature. It’s a perfect escape whether you're looking for relaxation, quality family time, or both. We can't wait to return. It is truly a 10 star experience. I would like to thank the entire team and especially Mubarak.

The only downside was that one of the outdoor play area toys had some visible rust, with a sharp edge that could be a hazard for children. Despite that small concern, our overall stay was outstanding. We would happily return and recommend Zighy Bay to friends.

amazing place for quick getaway , the loved the beaches sunrise kayaking was amazing very limited food option but restaurants was good

need more activities option i wanted to try paragliding but there is one guide and was sick and they start very late in a hot weather no way to fly at 12 pm the food was good but the price was expensive too and too healthy everything with very strong ginger taste these kind of resort they suppose to have tender room service i need to ask for evening cleaning and specially changing towels they need to have control with pet issue because some people they get scared from animals

Excellent accomadation. The villa private pool was even large enough to swin in. Staff were very friendly. Nice food at restaurants.

On-site very, very expensive! £10 for a can of cola. £12 for a packet of peanuts. Average bottle of wine £60+. Steak £200!

It was secluded. Trying away from the crowds. The food was absolutely amazing- taste and presentation. But the biggest asset is truly their staff. They went above and beyond - customer service at its best!

The drive there. But road works are being worked on now.
