The hotel is great, there are two restaurants nearby that I like also. It is easy to get downtown, but also easy to get out of town or to the airport. I've stayed there everytime I go to Bologna since 2002, so I guess I like the familiarity.

Camera standard, molto grande e fornita di tutto il necessario. Molto bene anche il bagno. Colazione super fornita salato, dolce, bevande. Per la prima volta in assoluto abbiamo trovato l'angolo gluten free a disposizione, senza dover chiedere al personale, con prodotti di alta qualità della miglior marca.

La camera è poco insonorizzata, per cui si sente tutto delle camere contigue, ed anche i serramenti non isolano dai rumori esterni. Un po' trascurata nella manutenzione.

La pulizia è la gentilezza dello staff

It was a bit worn out … the head board in the bedroom was worn out . The card holder to hold the card inside the room for the lights kept falling apart and I had to keep putting it together ..!

Poczekalnia była spoko. Wygodne kanapy oraz bogate śniadanie. Pokój niezbyt czysty. Wylewała się woda z klimatyzacji oraz w nocy dochodziły niej dziwne i głośne odgłosy. Podłoga nie była dobrze umyta. Ogólnie nie było za czysto jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy. Zamknięty bar. Po kawę musiałam pójść do sąsiedniego baru za Ulice.

Pokój niezbyt czysty. Wylewała się woda z klimatyzacji oraz w nocy dochodziły niej dziwne i głośne odgłosy. Podłoga nie była dobrze umyta. Ogólnie nie było za czysto jak na hotel 4 gwiazdkowy. Zamknięty bar. Po kawę musiałam pójść do sąsiedniego baru. W Polsce hotele 4 gwiazdkowe trzymają formę. Rozczarowanie

Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und gut. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Tiefgarage ist in Ordnung. Für einen kleinen Hund werden 20 Euro pro Nacht berechnet, und die Kurtaxe beträgt 3,50 Euro pro Person und Nacht.

Ich weiß wirklich nicht, wie dieses Hotel überhaupt 4 Sterne haben kann. Ich verstehe das nicht und frage mich, ob Booking eigentlich überprüft, was hier auf Booking.com angeboten wird. Ich bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht und unangenehm überrascht. Ich weiß nicht, ob hier überhaupt jemand die Sauberkeit kontrolliert. Es ist einfach schrecklich.

La funzione essenziale di un hotel è permettere agli ospiti di dormire. In questa struttura, purtroppo, è venuta completamente meno. Alle 03:30 siamo stati svegliati da una telefonata della reception relativa a una sveglia che non avevamo mai richiesto. Alle 04:45 è arrivata una seconda telefonata. Dopo aver scollegato il telefono per evitare ulteriori disturbi, alle 05:30 un membro del personale è venuto a bussare alla porta, svegliandoci per la terza volta. La reception ci ha successivamente spiegato che la richiesta di sveglia era stata associata erroneamente alla nostra camera. La struttura ha poi riconosciuto per iscritto l’accaduto e si è scusata. Il risultato, però, è stato un pernottamento completamente compromesso e una notte praticamente senza riposo, prima di dover affrontare un lungo viaggio in automobile. Ancora più del grave errore organizzativo, considero pessima la gestione successiva del reclamo. Dopo aver rifiutato la richiesta di rimborso, non abbiamo più ricevuto alcuna risposta. Anche Booking.com ha comunicato di non essere riuscita a raggiungere un accordo con l’hotel. Un errore iniziale può capitare, ma tre interruzioni consecutive tra le 03:30 e le 05:30, seguite da una gestione del reclamo così insoddisfacente, sono inaccettabili per una struttura alberghiera. Esperienza pessima sotto l’aspetto più importante di un soggiorno: il riposo. Non tornerò e sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel.

Schinken. Käse, Salami und Butter waren in dem Raum wo auch der Toaster steht. Kleiner Raum und durch den Toaster viel zu warm. Andere Stelle wäre besser !

On wednesdays there is street market and you cannot park in front the hotel, being hard to find a place. The third day the hot water was not working at all - the personnell never showed a minimal gesture of apologize-just said we have already call the technician. It is supposed to be 4 stars hotel...

Singurul aspect pozitiv a fost faptul că check-inul a fost rapid, datorat faptului că am ajuns la hotel la ora 15.30, mult după ora de la care începea cazarea.

- Pozele postate pe booking sunt denaturate fata de realitate; - Mobilierul din camera este vechi, jaluzeaua verticala de la geam funcționează ca in antichitate, in scurgerea dusului erau fire de par, camera mica și înghesuită ( de acest aspect eram conștient la momentul rezervării); - In total, proprietatea se clasează mult sub cele 4 stele pe care le are hotelul

One room was available for early checkin which was appreciated so we could drop off luggage and carry on. Location is one stop from Bologna central. 15 min with cases in 36c heat was challenging! Breakfast buffet was very good fresh fruit, variety of breads and cakes, scrambled eggs lean bacon and chilled hard boiled eggs . Appreciated the Segregated dedicated gluten free corner with small variety of options.

Only one set of towels was supplied for three bed room occupied by adults. Hotel was selected purposely and staff were aware 3 adults as they scrutinised the passport details for each room. The second room a double bed only one set of towels supplied. We returned to hotel late to check into the 3 bed room exhausted after spending day in Venice and all trains were delayed and local trains cancelled. Only realised shortage of towels in morning. Hotel is 8 mins from airport but getting taxi was a challenge for 4 adults and luggage from cruise. Hotel policy is not to assist in calling local taxi. Train option not viable as local trains cancelled

Has 24 hr front desk. Someone on premises to answer questions. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Qui k ride to train station or airport.

Restaurant on premises was closed in the evenings.

1) In both rooms there were wallpapers that had come off the walls. 2) The air conditioners in both rooms were old and made a lot of noise, and only one worked properly and cooled the room.

Der Frühstücksaal war neuwertig & schön. So wie das Frühstück ausreichend Auswahl.

Leider hat das Hotel keine 4 Sterne verdient. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, sowie das Bad ! Die Tapeten sind beschädigt & veraltet hinter der Klima war Feuchtigkeit an der wand. Das Bad ist alt & beschädigt. Es wäre notwendig die Zimmer zu sanieren. Zudem war sehr schlechte Luft im Zimmer beim betreten. Die Aufzug sind alt. Man merkt einfach das das Hotel Renovierungsbedürftig ist.

Mi è piaciuto in generale l'hotel. Avevamo una camera non rinnovata come nelle foto, ma comunque più che accettabile. Ottima colazione abbondante e buona.

Un petit déjeuner très diversifié avec des produits de très bonne qualité et un choix sans gluten et sans sucres. Réceptionniste très disponible.

La chambre était en mauvais état : papier peint qui se décolle, climatiseur ancien très bruyant et avec un liquide brun dedans, des nombreux insectes (grillons, gros papillons de nuits) malgré nous n'avions pas ouvert la fenêtre, chasse d'eau qui se démonte.

Al momento la strada esterna presenta dei lavori in corso e questo può creare qualche piccola difficoltà.

Il comodo parcheggio sotterraneo, un'ottima colazione per tutte (o quasi) le esigenze e gusti e la disponibilità e cortesia da parte del personale.

Qui abbiamo la nota dolente, dalla cosa che mi sta più a cuore, la colazione per celiaci ok ci sono le merendine e biscotti senza glutine confezionati, ecco sarebbe carino dedicare un angolo della colazione con prodotti da forno Freschi senza glutine (per un Bambino celiaco è importante godere delle stesse cose come tutti).

La camera è spaziosa e pulita, il bagno è buono trovi tutto il necessario, la cuffietta, il kit barba e anche il kit spazzolino. La colazione è super c'è di tutto non manca nulla e la qualità è buona. Il personale è disponibile soprattutto Francesco alla reception è stato molto gentile e cortese.

Come si possa definire 4 stelle non so. Forse in origine ma adesso non credo. Quando gli occupanti della stanza accanto hanno fatto la doccia si sentiva tutto. Imbarazzante. le pareti sono di carta velina.

Camera grande e pulita. Letto comodo. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo di aver trovato tutto il necessario per la cura personale : ciabatte, crema corpo, spazzolini e dentifricio. Ottima anche la colazione.

Le déjeuner était très bon et varié, bonne situation, proche du centre.

Très bruyant. Nous avons eu une chambre dans le même couloir qu un groupe de jeunes étudiants. Il aurait été plus intelligent de les placer à un étage différents de celui d’une famille avec enfants en bas âge.

All of the staff, especially the receptionist were very nice and really helpful. The room was cleaned well. Theres a great local restaurant just 300m to the left, that was awesome and a gelato shop across the street

There were bugs in the room. We told the receptionist, who thanked us for letting him know and that he will take care of it. The problem was he wanted to make us believe the bugs came in from outside... But they started crawling out of cracks in the wall and the floor as soon as it got dark outside. The facility is really outdated and starts falling apart (the escalator has weird stains on the door, the carpets are a little yucky, the ceiling panels in the room start falling apart, showers are a little stained), it would need remodelling to be a 4 star facility.

Parcheggio sotterraneo incluso, comodissimo, connesso con l'ascensore, davvero top! Colazione dolce/salata completa. Il personale (specie la ragazza di Catania alla reception) simpatici e gentili, tipico per la Romagna, ragazze molto capaci in zona colazione. Ampi spazi dappertutto, struttura estetica, ben fatta, 70€ al giorno è ok.. Bello il "Museo Lamborghini" a 23 km raggiungibile comodamente, prenotabile insieme all'hotel.

1) Quasi 6 € per persona al giorno per la tassa di soggiorno imposta dal Comune, che addirittura ha anche chiuso l'intera strada davanti all'hotel, rendendo scomodissima la circolazione : chissà se m'arriverà pure una multa perché Google Maps mi ci ha mandato. 2) Pareti estremamente sottili nella 114 : dal mio letto sentivo un po' il russare del vicino e nel mio bagno sentivo nitida la doccia dell'altro vicino, addirittura lo sciacquone dei piani superiori sembrava di averlo nella mia doccia, un rumore di scroscio mai sentito che aumentava di frequenza ogni mattina quando tutte le stanze sulla verticale usano il wc nello stesso lasso di tempo. Meglio tener chiusa la porta del bagno per attutire qualcosa. Anche il via vai nel corridoio (voci, passi, bagagli, etc) arrivava nitido al mio orecchio. Bagni funzionali anche se un po' vecchiotti, da rimodernare nelle finiture scadenti. AC in stanza ok.

The room wasn’t in a very good shape. Spots of mould in the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling off the wall in a sense of neglect.

Very nice and clean. Very close to the airport. Interconnected garage. The staff were very helpful and always with a smile, both at the reception and a the breakfast together with the cleaners. We encountered a problem to book the Mirabilandia tickets, and with no hesitation, the receptionist ( if I remember well his name was Johnathan)helped us by phoning and by doing the booking himself. We had a great experience. Thk you highly recommend it.
