Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre pronto a fornire informazioni e a venire incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti. Ho apprezzato molto anche la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio e, nel mio caso, la posizione è stata particolarmente comoda, sia per raggiungere il centro di Bologna sia per spostarmi verso il Sequoia Music Park. La struttura nel complesso è piacevole e la camera era pulita. La colazione era varia e soddisfacente, anche se senza una scelta particolarmente ampia.

Considerando la categoria di 4 stelle e il prezzo del soggiorno, mi sarei aspettato un livello di cura leggermente superiore. Alcuni elementi dell’arredamento risultavano un po’ usurati e sulle pareti della camera erano presenti alcuni segni. Anche il bagno, pur essendo pulito, avrebbe potuto essere più pratico: ad esempio, ho trovato poco comoda la presenza del solo soffione fisso nella doccia. Sono dettagli che non hanno compromesso il soggiorno, ma che secondo me fanno la differenza rispetto alle aspettative di un 4 stelle.

Albergo in posizione molto silenziosa vicino a Case Rosse e Parco delle Querce, a 10 minuti di autobus dalla stazione centrale. La camera era confortevole, bagno spazioso, condizionamento adeguato. Colazione ottima e varia. Caffè sempre disponibile ai piani, utile per chi deve partire prestissimo

La tenda della stanza lasciava passare davvero tanta luce ai lati.

Ci serviva una posizione vicino al parco caserme rosse ed era comodissimo per questo. Camera da business hotel normale, comodo il parcheggio

Troppo rumore, i nostri vicini estremamente rumorosi, video alto volume alle 2 di notte e urla la mattina, il rumore arrivava dalla porta e loro erano in camera, poco insonorizzato. Colazione non di buona qualità

I chose this location, as it is at a walkable distance to Sequoie music park concert venue. This is not a central accommodation, city centre is reachable by local buses that stop close to the hotel, and take you there in aprox 20min. The staff is polite and helpful. Accommodation was more than decent. The room was spacious, and super clean. The breakfast was fine, not a Michelin star restaurant, but you won’t leave hungry, variety of sweet more than savory.

There was only a big fixed shower head, no manual shower, so not very lady-friendly, unless you want to wash your hair every day. There is a complementary shower cap, but better bring yours if you have long hair, as the one you get doesn’t serve the prupose. Also one double bed means two single mattresses in a double bed frame, but it was comfy enough.

Soggiorno ottimo.Camera pulita, letto comodo e colazione ok.Staff gentile veloce al check-in. Io mi trovavo a Bologna per lavoro, quindi la posizione ottima per raggiungere il CNR.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and the elevator was very useful. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, with a bus stop almost in front of the building and easy access to the city center. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of food. A small suggestion would be to offer complimentary coffee alongside the tea, at the tea station on the guest floors. Overall, we were very satisfied and would recommend this hotel.

La colazione poiché cose salate e soprattutto il bacon era meglio lasciarlo in un pentola al cado che lasciarlo su un piatto a freddo . Colazione dolce top salato da rivedere.

Pysäköinti oli saatavilla, oma P-paikka. Henkilökunta oli kiva ja heillä oli hyvä palveluasenne. Siisteys oli ok.

Aamiainen oli hyvin suppea. Sijainti reilusti keskustan ulkopuolella.

Bij aankomst kwamen we in een kamer waarin gerookt was (ook al mocht dit niet in het hotel), maar bij de frontdesk waren ze heel netjes met het verhelpen van het probleem.

Er was gerookt in de eerste kamer waarin we kwamen ondanks dat dit niet mocht. De kamers zien er op de foto stuk strakker en moderner uit dan in realiteit, hierbij blijkt dat het niet een ouderwets uiterlijk heeft, maar ook is. De wc doorspoelen ging slecht met de knoppen. De gordijnen waren oke verduisterend maar het werd snel warm. Bij het ontbijt was aangegeven dat dit tot 10:30 uur zou zijn, maar bij de eerste dag werd het afgeruimd vanaf 9:45 uur en de twee dagen erna rond 10 uur, ze lieten staan wat over was voor ons om te pakken, maar aanvullen gebeurde niet, als het beleg of fruit op was, dan bleef dat zo.

Il climatizzatore della camera molto silenzioso e funzionale. Parcheggio nel cortile interno gratuito. Pulito e silenzioso. Prezzo adeguato.

We liked the kindness of the staff and, contrary to some opinions we saw before our stay, we liked the breakfast. We received a lot of help with moving within the city from the people in the front desk, which make it easier for us to enjoy our stay. We liked also the possibility to drink water or coffee 24/7 in the restaurant area.

The area is very close to the center but within walking distance there is not much around. The beds could be more comfortable, the pillows were too low for us. The hotel itself is very good but it could use a renovation in some areas.

In the offer when making the reservation, it clearly stated that the price included “taxes and all obligations.” However, the next day we were asked to pay additional city taxes 🤨 another 11 euros.

Not much. Though the room was clean and they changed our towels every day, and we had free parking space.

Oh, where to start. First of all I don't know in which universe this hotel would get 4*. The actual number of stars basically are between 2 or 3. Don't be fooled by the photos as the rooms doesn't look anything like it. When you enter a room you then figure out that the hotel is basically built maybe 90s and never ever renovated since. Rooms are small, not even close to the what four-star hotel should actually offer. Also be aware, in shower you get only the shower head hanging from above and if you are a woman then you will be hard to shower without wetting your hair. Of course you can use a shower cap but yeah that's still inconvenient. The breakfast is very poor although you do have some things to eat but not even close to the buffet of the four star hotel. Luckily there is a small pizza place few meters from the hotel where you can actually eat, especially for dinner because the prices are decent . If you ask me would I recommend this hotel to any of my friends my answer is no, couse it doesn't worth the money.

Personale molto cortese, gentile e disponibilite all arrivo in reception, hotel silenzioso, pulito, ottima qualità prezzo e posizione vicina al centro facile da raggiungere sia a piedi che con l autobus! Unica pecca la colazione salata molto scarsa e il cameriere di turno poco disponibile e un po scortese. Sicuramente comunque consigliato!
