Clean and very central hotel with very nice decor.

Price was hiked up for golf weekend and offering no included breakfast is disappointing and turned us off booking a 2nd night due to cost.

Couldn't get a adult beverage at 11 am had to wait until 12 noon on a Wednesday when pubs open at 10.30.

We loved everything about the hotel. We booked the apartment, which was brilliant for us as a family of four; it was spacious and airy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There are no cooking facilities(they must have been before, as there is still a cooker hood!), but plenty of plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses, etc., so if you bring food back, you can eat no problem in the apartment! It's ideal for families with young children as well, as you have the option of closing the adjoining bedroom door so you can watch TV in the living room without disturbing the kids! The pool was lovely, and we made use of the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna(the steam room was broken), but this didn't matter as we enjoyed everything else! The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice for everyone. The girls working were all so nice, and if you're vegetarian, there's still plenty of options to enjoy a hearty breakfast! There's free parking for residents and provided with a code to leave whenever you need to, good Wi-Fi, and plenty of TV channels for everyone! All in all, it was a perfect stay, and we are already talking about our next visit! The hotel is near the main street, which offers plenty of eating places and lovely traditional pubs with live music. It's at the end of the street, so it was lovely and quiet, and everything is within walking distance. There's a local convenience store behind the hotel if you need anything, and it's a 1-minute walk to the beach. It's a great location if you want to go sightseeing, which we did, and a lovely drive to the Cliffs of Moher, which is a must-see. If you're a keen golfer, then it's a few minutes' walk to the golf course, and there's pitch and putt not far up the road. Thanks again to the hotel for the birthday chocolate it was delicious :)

No reflection on our stay at all; however, the toilet had a water hammer and banged very loudly. We reported it, and reception thanked us and said they would have it repaired.

The room decor was dated but fine

The shower curtain was a plastic sheet that continuously attached itself to my body whilst showering… vile…

The space in the suites, very very clean and comfie beds. Food was beautiful in the restaurant for dinner. Service was very good especially Sadie and Mark.

Nothing really only some of staff at breakfast not as pleasant at dinner staff. Few things gone before time was up and we paid 16.50 for breakfast. And a little bother to get them.

Very dated rooms and the room was in the basement and it smelled very very bad of food. It was probably beside the kitchen.

Personnel très sympathique, piscine agréable et que j'ai bien appréciée après une longue route, très bon petit-déjeuner, chambre avec belle vue sur mer bien que l'hotel soit un peu en retrait du front de mer.

Pas de ventilation dans la chambre : nous avons eu très chaud pendant la nuit et avons dû ouvrir la fenêtre (velux). Donc nous avons été réveillés tôt par la lumière du jour et les premiers bruits de la ville... La chambre n'était pas très grande mais suffisante pour notre séjour d'une nuit.

Room was great, it was clean a good size and all the aspects of the room worked fine , except for the WIFI. location of the hotel is fantastic, close to the town and accessible to the beach all walkable, Breakfast great, bar food was also good

The leisure facilities are a little tiered, steam room for example not working and although we used it, we only went once. The WIFI within the room was no good at all, and worked fine in the corridor and another places in the hotel, but in todays environment I expected useable wifi in the room.

Breakfast was gorgeous - such a selection. We ate dinner there both evenings and loved it. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff were friendly.

Lots of space in the room. We had an apartment with a kitchenette. Very handy and well supplied with dishes etc. Got top up of water, tea bags and towels each day. Strong water pressure, lots of hot water. Pool was lovely, not cold. Hot tub was hot. Not a big pool but perfect for playing around. Food was very good. Ate there a lot. Staff were excellent, friendly and chatty. Location is very good, just off the main street but no sea view. Free car park with plenty spaces. Highly recommend and we will return.

There was no stove in the kitchenette. So couldn't make pasta for kids. Musty smell (from the carpet I think) each time we entered the room. Personally I don't like a shower over a bath. It's difficult to step in and out of and is dated. Lots of different types of rooms so worth noting if mobility is an issue. Overall no significant issues at all.

Łazienka wymaga remontu. Brak w niej jakiejkolwiek półki, szafki gdzie można położyć kosmetyczkę. Brak miejsc na rozwieszenie ręczników.

Accueil,situation géographique, petit déjeuner buffet magnifiques.Piscine (bonnet de bain obligatoire) avec sauna. Pas de local vélo mais possibilité de le stocker chambre.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was modern, clean and in a good location. The beds were very comfortable.

Couldn't open windows in bedroom I was in, it was hot, so was given a fan. Got locked in the bathroom, a bit scary, but thankfully was able to get myself out! Room needs some maintenance but very clean.

Accommodation looking tired - bathroom dirty and dusty and a little bit mouldy in places.

Sehr gute Lage, relativ nah zu einem tollen und großen Strand, großer Innenpool mit Sauna, tolles und umfangreiches Frühstücksbüffet, super Restaurant und Bar mit leckeren Gerichten und sehr große Auswahl an Getränken, großer Parkplatz.

Zimmer hatte das Fenster nur mit Blick auf eine Art Dachterrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten, wo leider auch geraucht wurde.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were beyond helpful, the location was perfect, and the communal areas worked well for our family to gather.

The doors to the rooms have to slam shut when closing them from the outside. This makes for a lot of noise.

Au centre de Lahinch, hôtel avec piscine. Parking dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel.

Bâtiment moche. Pas de vue, même la salle du petit déjeuner donne sur un mur. Notre chambre était bruyante la nuit. Il faut un bonnet pour la piscine, mais pas souci, il en vendent.

Sehr großzügige Unterkunft. Der Rezeptionsbereich war hübsch und modern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Ausstattung sehr gut. Den Freizeitbereich haben wir nicht genutzt.

Das Hotel war riesig und die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da wir es nur für eine Zwischenübernachtung genutzt haben, war es okay.

Wir hatten Zimmer 14 und 16 im Keller mit Blick auf den Parkplatz. Der Preis war viel zu hoch und entspricht nicht einem 4 Sterne Standard. Die Zimmer sind schrecklich abgewohnt, es riecht unangenehm modrig und im Badezimmer ist schwarzer Schimmel. Der Teppichboden ist dreckig und abgenützt. Zu diesem Zimmer gibt es keinen Lift, was nicht angekündigt war. Die Koffer müssen über Stufen geschleppt werden. Wir kamen um 18:00 an und als wir ein anderes Zimmer haben wollten, wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, dass es kein anderes Zimmer mehr gibt, weil alle Gäste für diesem Tag bereits angereist waren. Wir konnten aber sehen, dass nach uns noch andere Gäste eingecheckt haben. Das Kundenservice war sehr schlecht.

Fantastic staff, so helpful and accommodating, in particular reception and leisure centre staff - both went out of their way to make our kids stay even more enjoyable if possible! The kids were given a goodie bag and loved exploring all of the fairy doors dotted around the hotel. Upon check out my daughter received a fairy certificate which made her day! We stayed in the hotel 10 years ago on a hen party and since then it has been completely refurbished and looks incredible. We booked a family suite this time which was two double bedrooms and kitchenette/living room which was absolutely ideal for us. We had dinner in the bar on the first night and everything was delicious! We can’t wait to return again next summer!

Nice hotel in the middle of town. Comfortable looking bar and restaurant but we didn’t use them or the pool which also looked nice. Room was also comfortable and plenty of parking.

We had a few issues with the en-suite with a rattling fan that couldn’t turn off and a banging cistern. We reported them when we left so hopefully they will be fixed. Felt hotel was a bit pricey.

Loved the central location and proximity to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach. Great swimming pool and spa facilities. Dinner and drinks in the restaurant were delicious. Loved the little fairy doors around the place. Our suite was perfect, had everything we needed for our family. Great to have a nice coffee machine and pods

For the cost per night, I would have expected breakfast to be included.

Lacking atmosphere, nothing to keep you in the hotel at night. Bathroom needs updating in line with rest if hotel. Bathroom with a shower curtain is very old school and not very hygienic.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t amazing . The hot food section was not hot enough. All the other foods available were great . The staff in the dining room were super efficient and friendly . The coffee and tea was perfect.

Rooms are a terrible standard. Really uncomfortable beds, old towels, don't smell nice and the bathrooms frankly need replaced. Leaking toilet, noisy fan that doesn't go off, dripping shower. One of the worst rooms I have stayed jn for many a year. The prices charged do not reflect the standard received
