Best Western Plus Hôtel Vannes Centre Ville

The location, safe parking and nice rooms.

Little bit noisy on ground floor.

Tout !

Rien

Limpio muy bien situado y fácil aparcar

Nada que añadir

Habitacio espaiosa, neta i confortable. Hotel prop del centre. Ben situat.

No tenia aparcament

Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast

Room not thorougly cleaned ebery day

Extremely well appointed family room, very comfortable stay

Parking was good. Staff were excellent. Breakfast we thought was a bit expensive

The cost and the hot was a bit lukewarm

Excellent location

Noise from rooms above

We went back to bar to have a drink only to find A meeting in progress. Seemed like a tour party. Not good

Convenient location Really excellent breakfast

The hotel was nice and located in a good spot. It was easy to reach by car and only 15’ walk from the city centre. There is a public parking just across the street, so easy to park. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. We lived the helpfulness of the staff; everyone was very polite and ready to provide information or attend to our needs.

Maybe it was bad luck, but the air conditioning in our room was not working. The staff tried to fix it but not possible. Luckily it was not too hot, so it was relatively comfortable still.

The hotel was excellent, and the location was very convenient. The breakfast was good — everything was fresh and tasty. A special mention goes to the two-level family room. It was a fantastic solution and very comfortable for a family with children. We also appreciated that pets are welcome, although there is an additional €10 fee.

The parking needs to be booked in advance. When we arrived, we had to park our car in a public city car park. The check-in experience could also have been better. We arrived two hours before the official check-in time and asked if it would be possible to check in earlier, but unfortunately, we were told that this was not possible, so we had to go for another walk with the children. When we returned, it was already an hour after the official check-in time, but our room was still not ready and we had to wait another 20 minutes. There was lemonade available in the lobby, which was a nice touch, but waiting with tired children and luggage was not very comfortable.

Great room combination.

Stanza grande, pulita e posizione Accoglienza animali Ottima colazione

Nulla

Camera accogliente ben arredata, colazione super! ricca e molto buona

Great family apartment with plenty of space, very clean and convenient location. Breakfast was good quality.

Camera ampia e pulita. Buona colazione. Garage disponibile su prenotazione e parcheggio pubblico alternativo a pochi passi. Possibilità di cenare in struttura.

Non c'è un frigobar in camera

Posiziona perfetta, stanza pulita e confortevole. Colazione ricca e ben curata.

I love this hotel and stay there every time I return to Vannes, which is about 3 times a year. The staff is always lovely and accommodating and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I like their restaurant too and alway have dinner there. Great location, too- a stone throw to the old town.

Personal molt amable. Bon pàrquing interior a sota del mateix hotel. Habitació molt còmoda. Molt bon esmorzar.

Voi siete ancora in tempo......

Very convenient to the old town with secure parking.

Balconies are really small

Dolna sypialnia nieco klaustrofobiczna.

Comfortable mattress. Breakfast very good. Room was small but standard size. Price was accurate for quality. Outdoor area was nice but we did not have time to use it. Small balcony with room was great. I'm not sure how different rooms are situated, but we asked for a room facing the interior courtyard which was undoubtedly much better than street-facing rooms. Very nice bathroom with plenty of counter/shelf space. 5 minute walk to the Hotel de Ville and that is adjacent to the old town. Carrefour City within a few minutes' walk. Great location for that kind of location: not in the center so somewhat less expensive and also less busy. Parking was paid but reasonable price and the garage worked well. Spaces were plenty big enough for a VW Touran.

The fitness center is not well-equipped. One old treadmill, one old stationary bike, one old and low-quality weight machine, a few free weights but no bench. Also no AC in that room. The immediate neighborhood is fine and safe, but it is not a cute neighborhood. The hotel building itself is nothing special from the outside, but for a location outside of the center this is more or less expected, so not really a criticism.

Si on doit aller fumer ou autre...ça me gène...

Clean, good location, air conditioned rooms

Wi-fi worked only intermittently

The convenience to the city centre. Secure parking.

Lighting in the bedroom. The staff, who clearly did not want to be there. The shower is not what we’d expect from this type of hotel. The balcony was an absolute joke. 1m wide and .5 metres deep. There was no way two people could sit on it, let alone have a table for drinks.

Location

Gym is poor and can only "book" it from 8am
