Le bruit!! on entend les voisins de chambre parler et les couloirs résonne trop. Les portes qui claque. En tout inclus le service n’est pas top et les boissons bas de gamme, peut de variété au niveau des entrées.

Hotel fajny na kilku dniowy wypad, jednak na dłuższy pobyt dosyć monotonny. Barmana Nikola fantastyczny! Serwowali naprawdę smaczne drinki. Obsługa na restauracji również bardzo sympatyczna.

Dwie starsze panie na recepcji nie były zbyt miłe i pomocne. Jedzenie smaczne ale dosyć monotonne i zimne. Słabe wygłuszenie pokoi.

Personal de la piscina excelente, los toboganes un total acierto y la comida bastante variada y camareros muy agradables. Excelente limpieza en la habitación y el baño recién reformado una maravilla, además nos tocó habitación con terraza a la piscina.

Lo laberíntico que es, los ascensores casi nunca acuden a la llamada y hay que usar las escaleras todo el rato. Las instalaciones bastante anticuadas y no por bonito sino por deterioro; lo que no corresponde al precio.

El hotel es un laberinto. Para ir de un sitio a otro está muy mal indicado. Los horarios están pensados para los extranjeros y no coincide con los nuestros. No tiene las instalaciones para tener 4 estrellas y menos aún por el precio pagado.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, la limpieza la atención del personal adecuada, el buffet muy completo variado y delicioso, , los shows muy bonitos , el spa genial en general muy bien, volveré

En la media pensión que pagamos desayuno y cena nos cobraron la bebida de la cena por aparte, me tomo por sorpresa pero bueno se compro y ya

Las zonas comunes están muy bien. Buena ubicación , cerca de la playa. Están bien las actividades de animación que hacen.

La habitación estaba un poco anticuada para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. El colchón de la cama muy desgastado. En el buffet hay que mejorar mucho el tema de las intolerancias. Ya que no hay cartel informativo en todos los platos, y en los que si , a veces estaba erróneos con el tema gluten. En general se escuchan bastante ruido.

El hotel tiene todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días de vacaciones. Está bien ubicado para ver el pueblo, bajar a la playa, dar un paseo por la noche, la habitación con vistas a la piscina Tiene posibilidad de parking, algo TOTALMENTE NECESARIO, y tengo que decir que la estancia fue bastante agradable. Conocimos gente súper maja entre la gente hospedada, camareros, recepción y muy buena relación con Iker, el socorrista (súper agradable tanto con nosotros como con mis hijos... mil gracias)

Pero no me gustó nada el recinto en si. Está todo muy "concentrado". Por plantas. Pocas hamacas. Piscina pequeña. La animación MUY MUY ESCASA. Y la comida bastante repetitiva. Ni un día hubo carne que no fuese pollo o cerdo.

Las habitaciones grandes y camas grandes y muy cómodas el hotel muy limpio cerca del centro todo muy cerca el personal muy amable .

Hotel is big and situated closed to the beach.

The room was spacious but it seemed like too spacious, these was a lot of empty space that didn’t create this feeling of a cozy room. Also the AC didn’t work properly. And during this hot summer that was quite difficult to manage . The rest was good.

Me gustó que por lo general estaba limpio, la cama era cómoda, la terraza era amplia y bonita, el acceso al parking era fácil y la ubicación era excelente.

La comida, todos los días había lo mismo y por lo general dejaba mucho que desear.

Très mécontents, pas du tout comme les photos.. pas assez de transats, les gens les bloquent le matin des 9h en mettant leur serviette et partent à la plage, sauna et solarium laisse à désirer, salle de bain très vieillotte, balcon avec table non nettoyé. Ne valait pas son prix et ses 4 étoiles. Dommage

El hotel estaba muy bien ubicado y el bufet del desayuno estaba bien.

Parte del hotel se mantiene anticuado. De entrada nos dieron una habitación en la ala antigua, poco accesible y a la que costaba llegar. Al entrar olimos y vimos que había una humedad importante en el techo y, al comentarlo, nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas. El Spa deja mucho que desear...simplemente es una pequeña piscina interior, un jacuzzi frío y una sección de saunas a la que no quisimos entrar porque desprendía un olor desagradable.

El restaurant i el bar és el que estava millor del hotel

El hotel en general li falta una gran reforma, no funcionaven els aires acondicionats en el passadissos i en els ascendors, en la primera habitació molt antiquada sobretot el bany i amb humitat, el canvi que ens van fer el bany va millorar, llits almenys comfortables. El spa molt antiquat i amb poca higiene sobretot en el bany de vapor que el terra estava molt brut. El hidromassatge no estava operatiu.

Está muy cerca de la playa y el personal muy amable y atento.

El bar cerraba muy pronto.

Отель не тянет на 4 звезды. Номер дали изначально не тот. Пришлось идти выяснять почему дали не тот номер. Заказывали 24кв. а получили 18кв.Персонал ужасный. Переселили в комнату где был запах туалета. Ужас. Шумно. На такую большую гостинецу 2 лифта на 9 этажей. Ремонт советский. Интернет очень слабый. Еда вообще ужас. Грязный бассеин. Возле бассеина люди курят.

El personal del hotel, en especial los que atendían el comedor, muy atentos y agradables.

Estancia tranquila,el personal es amable y atento, la comida es variada de acuerdo a un buffet mediterráneo, y el servicio del bar está muy bien.

La piscina es muy pequeña para la cantidad de habitaciones que tiene, el agua está un poco turbia no me apetecía meterme, el hotel está bien solo que es antiguo y debería de hacer más mantenimiento, solo tienen dos ascensores para 9 pisos y la espera de hace larga sobretodo en las horas de ir a comer

La primera noche no funcionaba el aire acondicionado de la habitación en pleno junio. O sea tuve que dormir súper mal, porque cuando llegue a la recepción pues ya no había nadie de mantenimiento a esa hora (no es mi culpa que sea la hora que yo volvía al Hotel, y cuando me doy cuenta de que el aire no funciona). Luego, el secador de pelo no tiraba ni aire yo tengo el pelo muy largo y tengo mucho pelo y para hoteles que tienen piscina y están cerca de la playa para lo que cobran y que supuestamente son buenos hoteles creo que deberían tener un pelín de mejor servicio con un secador de pelo, porque tirarte una hora para secarte el pelo no es normal o al menos informarte y cargar con el tuyo desde tu casa

Найбільше враження на мене справив ресторан. Усе було дуже смачно, а вибір страв — неймовірно великий. Тут кожен знайде щось для себе, навіть найвибагливіші гурмани. Окрема величезна подяка всім працівникам кухні за їхню важку щоденну працю! А шеф-кухарю — низький уклін за майстерність, талант і неймовірно смачні страви. Ви зробили мій відпочинок ще приємнішим і смачнішим! ❤️

Найбільше мені не сподобалося те, що з боку працівників ресепшену зовсім не відчувалося ні тепла, ні уваги до гостей. Іноді я почувалася зайвою, ніби своїми запитаннями просто заважаю. У перший день я попросила записати мене на масаж. Мені сказали, що уточнять можливість і повідомлять, але до самого кінця мого перебування я так і не отримала жодної відповіді, тому на масаж так і не потрапила. Я не стала постійно нагадувати про це чи наполягати, оскільки вже відчувала певну байдужість до моїх запитань. Мені дуже не вистачило звичайної привітності, усмішки та відчуття, що гостям тут справді раді. На жаль, саме це залишило неприємне враження від перебування.

Nos gustó la atención, la ubicación, la comida. La habitación de 10, primero estuvimos en una donde se oía mucho la cama y nos cambiaron de habitación sin inconveniente.

It was simply a 4-star hotel. Room was ok, breakfast good. Staff ok

It was a bit awkward to get about. I had to go up to floor 6 walk along a corridor and down to floor 5 either by stair or another lift. My room was at the end of another and looked out on nothing. Also, a lot of noise at 5am when someone came in in another floor banging & shouting

Tous d’abord l’accueil à la réception personnel très peu agréable on vous donnent aucun renseignement de l’endroit et lorsqu’on pose une question on direz que vous dérange. La piscine de l’hôtel à petite et une jacuzzi hors service depuis une semaine Ma chambre le jacuzzi pas d’eau chaude et la climatisation ne fonctionne pas tous le temps avec la chaleur nuits vraiment pas reposantes. Je suis très déçu et je ne le recommande pas.

Manque d’hygiène dans le spa. Manque de courtoisie et d’amabilité du personnel, notamment du monsieur qui accueille les clients au restaurant, très désagréable. Manque de propreté de la piscine. Toboggan en panne.

Proximité plage à seulement 5 minutes de l’hôtel. Accès petits commerces en 2 minutes sur une très longue étendue. Bonne organisation du restaurant avec beaucoup de choix. Personnels sympathiques. Animations chaque soir non contraignante.

Manque bouilloire dans la chambre. Spa non individuel et pas très propre, odeur désagréable au niveau du sauna. Un toboggan non accessible sur toute la semaine où nous y étions, dommage.

The worst experience of my life. I strongly do NOT recommend this hotel! This hotel is literally infested with cockroaches. We saw them everywhere: in the spa area, in the hallways, and even right outside the door of our room. When we first saw a cockroach in the spa on the ground floor, we immediately informed the reception staff. They reacted as if it was completely normal. They simply apologized, but did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. The final straw was finding another cockroach right outside our room. At that point, we asked to be moved to another hotel and requested to speak with the manager. Instead, the staff ignored us for almost a day and a half. There was neither a manager nor a director available at the hotel. Only after we contacted Booking.com and reported the situation did a hotel representative finally arrive. Instead of apologizing and trying to resolve the issue, she told us that cockroaches in hotels in Spain are “completely normal.” When she ran out of arguments, she said, “You should actually be grateful that I came, because today is my day off.” After a long and stressful discussion, wasting a great deal of our vacation time and causing us unnecessary stress, we were finally moved to another hotel. Unfortunately, by then our holiday had already been completely ruined. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want to avoid poor hygiene, indifferent staff, and a complete lack of professionalism, stay as far away from this place as possible.

Me encantó la ubicación, creo que es ideal. También el bufet y las piscinas. Me encantó también que tuvieran muchas actividades para hacer en el hotel es algo que valoro mucho! Por las noches hacían actividades y a lo largo del dia también como aquagym en la pisciina etc

Lo que no me gustó demasiado es que las habitaciones están un poco antiguas, aunque las vistas son maravillosas peroo si es verdad que se deberian mejorar algunas cosas de las habitaciones

Decepcionante, reservé una habitación Deluxe porque tenía una bañera en la terraza de la habitación porque era el aniversario de mi pareja y al llegar al hotel me dieron una habitación inferior de lo que había pagado y sin bañera que era lo que quería porque se les habían acabado las habitaciones y solo les quedaban las más sencillas. Increíble nunca antes me había pasado algo igual por lo tanto no lo recomiendo.

Lo mejor: Las instalaciones, el spa, la piscina y la gran ubicación. Además la habitación también está genial!

Lo único que en la TV no funcionaban los canales españoles...

A full honest review of the Alba Seleqtta - Arrival/Greeting - Around a 20 minute wait to get checked in. The receptionist wasn't very informative on the services and facilities eg meal times, on-site facilities, entertainment Rooms - Immaculate rooms that were cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. Topped up complimentary soaps, shower gels & shampoos. A fridge was available in the room but no kettle. Kettles can be loaned from reception with a refundable deposit of 20 euros ( A guest told me this ) Pool area - Perfect if you have children. 3 great spacious pools that have well maintained surroundings. Restaurant - We went half board. Great breakfast and dinners. The food was hot and there was plenty of variety. Only problem was at peak times, you would be walking around the restaurant until a table would become available - this could be managed better. Entertainment - Very basic. If you enjoy evening entertainment, I would recommend going into the town centre or beach front. Overall, a wonderful stay at the Alba Seleqtta, will definitely recommend and visit again.

We travelled as a family of six – four adults and two children – and honestly found the hotel to be much better than many of the reviews suggested. The hotel is located just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There is a hill to walk up on the return journey, but it is very manageable. We are all in our 50s and had no problems at all. There are three swimming pools, which were more than adequate for the number of guests. The only drawback is that the main pool only has ladder-style access rather than gradual walk-in steps, which may be difficult for guests with limited mobility. The hotel would benefit from investing in easier access steps. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Check-in was a little slow as there was only one member of staff on reception, but she was lovely, welcoming and clearly doing her best to look after everyone. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, which suited us perfectly as we enjoy eating out in different places each day. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge selection including bacon, eggs cooked in various ways, breads, cold meats, fish, fruit and pastries. There was genuinely something for everyone, along with fruit juices and even free-flowing sparkling wine at breakfast. Friends we met were staying all-inclusive and said the buffet meals were very good, freshly cooked and offered plenty of choice. The only area that disappointed us was the entertainment. We enjoyed the belly dancing evening, but overall it was fairly limited. The disco mainly consisted of entertainment staff playing a playlist with very little interaction with guests. We chose to stay out most evenings as it wasn't really worth returning to the hotel for the entertainment. Investing in better live entertainment would encourage more guests to stay in the hotel during the evenings and would likely increase bar and food sales. Would I stay at the Alba Seleqtta again if I visited Lloret de Mar? Absolutely. With a little more investment in entertainment, this would be a fantastic hotel and one that I would happily recommend.

2/5. Very disappointed. When we walked in the staff were rude. We were sent to our rooms which had no electricity in until an hour later when we asked multiple times. The hotel isn’t representative of the pictures pool is tiny. Only a few sunloungers available. Hotel & bedrooms were dirty. Food was nice if you’re happy with having the same thing each time. Hotel entertainment was late. You can only order certain drinks if full board. I never write reviews but felt this really took away from our experience & will not return ever.

Это была неделя моей жизни потерянная зря!

Ничего! Ужас с момента заезда до последнего дня!номер ужасный кровать в номере указана двуспальная а в Реале она даже не полуторка. Кровать стоит напротив душа в душевой двери нет!!! И каждый день брызги воды были на постели! Дверь еле закрывалась. Её видимо несколько раз вскрывали и она была хорошенько попорчена. Матрас был скрипучий но перед самым отъездом мне его поменяли, хотя это уже не спасало ситуацию! Завтраки и ужины просто отвратительные! Никакой овсянки либо ещё каких либо других каш. Никаких других горячих блюд на завтрак. Всё меню состояло из яиц : омлет. Глазунья, скрамбл,и вареное яйцо! И внимание: они не подавали горячих яиц, мне администратор сказала что у них не подают горячих яиц!!! Все фото в букинге это фейк: аквапарка нет, на вопрос а где же аквапарк они ответили что аквапарк в другом конце города и нам надо купить туда билеты и автобус нас отвезет! Это был ужасный отпуск! Никогда больше!
