la atención de la recepción no es buena, no te indican nada del hotel los servicios solo te dan pase de desayuno. no tuve señal de internet, tampoco dejaron control remoto para la televisión el primer día, las camas son incomodas y el aire acondicionado de la habitación segundo piso no funcionaba.

The room was not really clean, it had a lot of dust. The sheets were stained, there were several roaches in the hotel and there was a rat in the poo swimming.. I just wanted it to relax and have a good night sleep but all that happened l. We stayed because we were so tired of driving that we slept for a few hours and left... We didn't even want breakfast... It was not a good experience....

AC didn't not work at all when we arrived. They fixed it but it was still not working well. Kept turning itself off and needed resetting throughout the night. We have stayed here before. Each visit has shown a bit more decline. Overall it needs maintenance but is good for overnight.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Buenas tardes, que puedo decir el personal excelente, buena actitud, servicio y amabilidad, los muchachos que estaban en la noche me atendieron muy bien y que decir de la señorita de la mañana excelente.
Que el hotel no parece lo que se mira por fuera, por el precio creo que deberían invertir un poco más las alfombras se ven deterioradas, las puertas horribles, en general el hotel se ve descuidado y viejo.

I reserved a non smoking room and the room smelled of TABACO spike my allergies, the rug was horribly dirty and smelly. the room was full of mosquitos. my say was horrible i didn't even sleep due to the allergies and i have mosquito bites all over. I will never stay their again.

We went to the lounge for a cocktail only to find it was closed (not open all day or night). We decided to dine in their restaurant and it was just awful and took for ever. Ordered a Hamburger and a Club Sandwich with fries. Fries were cold. Hamburger was ok, club was terrible. Do not recommend this place.

Their response was not pleasant, they said that the bathroom was like that because it was for people with disabilities and that I should have noticed when making the reservation. The manager's response was very absurd and she never showed her face... she did it through the receptionist.

Excellent breakfast (buffet style). Good selection of cable channels with Cinemax and HBO included. Decent wi-fi speed. Swimming pool and kids pool but not climate controlled, so it might be a little chilled. Housekeeping available daily. On site parking available. Decent bed and pillow. Amenities available.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2024EL lugar necesita mucho mantenimiento, y mejorar en la limpieza, la habitación tenia mucho aroma a humedad, la taza del baño estaba suelta y en la regadera habla cabellos largos de un cliente previo, eso habla de mal aseo. Hace unos años me hospede en el mismo lugar y mi experiencia fue increíble, ahora tengo la convicción de no volver.
