Reviewed Sep 19, 2026We loved everything about this hotel, from its truly fabulous waterfront location to the very enjoyable stroll along the harbour into town and to the ferry port and bus station. There is also a supermarket practically next door, which stocks pretty much everything you could need — incredibly convenient. The staff were polite, professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout our stay. It was also lovely to be able to enjoy a meal in the restaurant while taking in the beautiful sea views. Our room was huge! It felt extremely spacious, comfortable and welcoming, and the cleaning staff did a fantastic job. What more can I say? The whole experience really did feel like a home away from home, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily return!

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Hotel kousek od letiště. Večeře dle týdenního menu. Tedy pouze jedno jídlo a k němu salátový bar, takže když je uvařeno zrovna něco, co člověk nejí, tak má smůlu. Naopak snídaně velmi pestrá v bufetovém stylu, kde si určitě vybere každý. Pokoj byl klidný, vzhledem k přítomnosti koberců všude nebylo nic slyšet. Hotel nemá vlastní parkování, ale v okolí na ulici bylo míst dost a v čase 17:00-8:00 se neplatí. Ve zbylém čase je možnost parkování omezena na 3 hodiny. Takže pro využití na 1 noc po příletu nebo naopak při odletu je to dostačující.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Wat een mooi en schoon hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. Aan fjord. Vernieuwde promenade dus je loopt zo centrum in. Schitterend noorderlicht gezien. Al je eten zit erbij. Ontbijt, koffie en thee, cake en avondeten. En dat voor die prijs. Ik snap het niet want zijn 15 dagen op pad en voor de meeste huisjes enz betaal ik al 150e per nacht. Heerlijk gegeten. Wij hadden wrap en taco. Er is nog sauna en sportschool gratis maar niet geweest. Goed bed. Mooie kamer. Alleen in bad douchen vind ik niet fijn. Maar dat ligt aan mij. En deurtje ging steeds open waardoor vloer zeiknat. Maar zeker voor deze prijs gewoon boeken. Ontbijt was ook top en uitgebreid
Douchen in bad vinden wij niet fijn. Er zit half deurtje maar die gaat steeds over bad heen en dus vloer zeiknat. En mijn schuim kwam via put en rooster in vloer omhoog. Maar dat was het ook wel. Je kan deze gewoon boeken. Zeker voor die prijs met eten erbij. Het was top. Parkeren kan tegen betaling onder hotel of aan de straat maar moet je wel voor deel betalen. Alleen vrij van 5u in avond tot 8u in morgen.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Bett war sehr bequem und in der Nacht war es sehr ruhig, zumindest in der einen Nacht, wo wir vor Ort waren. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr abwechslungsreich und auch für Personen mut Unverträglichkeiten geeignet. Das Personal war sehr höflich.
Bei Halbpension war das Buffet am Abend etwas unzureichend, denn wenn man keinen Fisch mochte, gab es nur mehr Suppe als warme Speise. Nachspeise war keine vorhanden.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Most unique aspect of this hotel is the dinner included, which is quite nice and really a differential. It's based on a fixed weekly menu, we had one night with Mexican tacos and the other Thai chicken. Both were good. On top of this, in the afternoon the hotel offers fika (a kind of coffee break with cake). The renovated room was quite comfortable and spacious. Location was very convenient, Harstad is quite compact and from the hotel everything is around walking distance. Breakfast was okay, it can get a bit overcrowded. Overall, very good value for money.
Parking is not very obvious.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Frühstücksbuffet super!! Tolles Restaurant mit Blick auf Wasser, sehr leckeres reichhaltiges Frühstück! Das Buffet zum Abendessen war ebenfalls super und sehr reichhaltig. Auch das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Personal war auch sehr nett! Absolute Empfehlung. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist großartig, man ist direkt am Wasser und kann direkt an der Hafen-Promenade entlang laufen. Gut, dass man vor dem Hotel 10 min parken kann zu be- und entladen. Sauna vorhanden, wir hatten leider keine Zeit dafür.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Hotel je v klidné části centra blizko Hardstadskeho přístaviště. Z restaurace a sauny je krásný výhled. Pokoje jsou prostorné a čisté. Vybavení hotelu průměrné.
Hotel nemá vlastní parkoviště. Od 17:00 -8:00 se dá parkovat v ulici blízko hotelu ale od 8:00 hodin je parkování zpoplatněno a max.doba stání jsou 3 hodiny. Musela jsem každé ráno před snídaní přeparkovat na parkoviště 1,7km daleko, kde se zdarma dalo parkovat od 6:00 do 23:00 hodin.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Ottima soluzione per avvicinarsi alle Lofoten o viceversa ritornare alll'aeroporto. Hotel con vista mare e in centro, stanze grandi e comode doppi cuscini. La soluzione da noi provata con colazione e cena incluse è stata perfetta. Si mangia con vista sul porto e isolette il cibo era buono anche se con poca scelta ,un primo e un secondo e verdura al buffet ma per la cifra richiesta anche troppo visto i prezzi della Norvegia
Il parcheggio è ha pagamento sulla strada dalle 8 alle 17 ,ma si può spostare solo x 3 ore

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Great value hotel. Location good. Sauna with the view. The dinner and breakfast were great with lots of choice. The staff were excellent from beginning to end and could not have been more helpful. We had flights cancelled and they were really helpful. The accessible room was perfect and had heated floor and walkin shower. Paid the upgrade for the water view for one room and it was well worth it.

The rooms we got were very different to the pictures we saw online and must have been the old ones. The window for the one-person bedroom is to the inside courtyard, which was not very nice in terms of fresh air.

Dinner was a surprise, it is a buffet, but every day is a specific meniu. We reached on tacos day..so of you are not a big fan of chili con carne, you could have only green salad , tomato's , cucumber , and 2 types of dressing. That was all. No soup, no desserts, nothing else to choose.
