The staff is amazing and attentive. Second time here . Definitely a go to place . Love

Rien à dire
We were very happy with this hotel. The deluxe villas are excellent - comfortable bed, useful kitchenette, nice terrace, very clean, not too noisy... The pool was lovely, the food at the restaurant was delicious and decent value, plus the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was nice to find somewhere that was quite small but still had great amenities. Also really useful being able to park right behind each villa. Walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants, though we never did find pedestrian access to the beach (we didn't actually ask anyone either though). Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
Decor, was modern and well laid out.
Bed was lumpy made sleep very difficult
We had a fantastic time at the All Seasons Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful and the resort itself was perfect for us. We were there late July so it was off season, the pool was empty most days which meant our children had it pretty much to themselves! It’s a ten to fifteen minute walk to the Massy supermarket, where you can buy anything you need. We also downloaded a takeaway app (foodDROP Barbados) which we used to order takeaways to the room, strongly recommend the local Italian! There is a shuttle bus on weekdays which takes you free of charge to anywhere within 3K. If you miss this I suggest taking the reggae bus which for 3.50 BBD will take you as far as you need to go, this was a great experience the family loved. The Beach House again is a ten-15 minute walk but once there you get access to a beautiful pool right next to a practically private beach with coral reef snorkelling right off the shore. Speaking of which, if you enjoy snorkelling get the shuttle or reggae bus to Folkestone marine reserve for incredible snorkelling and a beautiful beach with an on hand cafe. All Seasons is a great, affordable base to explore this incredible island. Can’t recommend highly enough.
Was in quiet neighbourhood. Spacious room. Bank, supermarket, Beach, Burger King and duty free shopping in general vicinity.
Areas in the room was dusty. Eg. The night table
We would like to give a special thank you to Cheryl for making our stay in Barbados so wonderful. She was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay at All Seasons Resort. Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She gave us great advice on how to get around the island, where to catch the buses, and the best ways to explore Barbados. Her kindness and willingness to help made our experience so much easier and more enjoyable. Cheryl was truly the best, and we are so grateful for all her help and support. She is a wonderful person and a real asset to the resort. Thank you, Cheryl, for helping make our Barbados trip so memorable! ❤️🇧🇧
The location was great. It felt cozy like home with enough of a resort vibe for that getaway feel. The staff were amazing, very friendly, and professional. The food was delicious, the pool and lawn games were fun. The suite was spacious and clean. Great deal for the price.
The only improvement I'd recommend is to have an AC unit in the living area. There was only AC in the bedroom.
This is a lovely hotel with beautiful pool and lovely grounds ! A hidden gem with competitive affordability! Big rooms , cold AC,lovely staff members, safe area , close to the beach and restaurants / coffee shops ! Quiet neighborhood! Great location when on west side of the island ! Taxi to grocery stores or within 3 mile radius cost 15 USD or less . Staff members very friendly and helpful! Love Kelly at front desk so alert and polite! Made check in a breeze ! Antonia at breakfast was so much fun and kind personality, keeno and Alicia made some of the best drinks on that island , I love the Bajan people! Love their energy and the kindness they show through positive actions , conversations and togetherness! God bless Barbados and God bless her people! Always !
I love the Staff. And your out doors are designed for relaxation, around the pool area to the extensive lawns.
Improve and the shading around the pool area if it is possible.I
Overall, our stay at All Seasons Resort was pleasant, and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the resort offers a relaxed atmosphere that many guests will enjoy.
There were some cleanliness issues that affected our experience. A friend in our group had a lizard in their bedroom for two nights, and there were lizard droppings in the room during that time. While we understand that tropical destinations can sometimes have wildlife around, we would have expected the issue to be resolved more quickly and the room to be cleaned thoroughly. In general, the hotel could have been cleaner, particularly in terms of room maintenance and housekeeping standards. Based on our experience and what appears to be a common theme in average guest reviews, the resort has good potential but would benefit from greater attention to cleanliness and upkeep. Rating: 3/5 A decent stay overall, but improvements in housekeeping and room cleanliness would make a significant difference to the guest experience.
The location was quiet and peaceful but still close enough to shopping areas.
I would have liked a TV in our room and AC in the sitting room but overall it was an enjoyable experience. Would definitely book again.
It was our 1st visit to Barbados (March)and we went with friends who have been several times. We really enjoyed our stay, lovely clean and spacious apartments,,, it was so peaceful there when sitting on our terrace to chat 🥂 or sunbathe with a lovely view of the gardens and pool. All the staff were so friendly and work really hard to make your stay very enjoyable. Even the monkeys 🙉 roaming around were a delight to watch. The weather was beautiful and hot and we came home very satisfied with our trip,, we will definitely come back. So thank you to all for making lovely memories for us 5*
La piscine et la taille des chambres
La restauration : fermeture à 21h le soir. Très peu de diversité.
Beautiful pool and nicely layed out. Quiet location. Nicely updated rooms with very large bedroom.
Decor pillows in our room on the bed were very dirty. Pretty gross. Cream type markings all over them. Also on bedside table. Also would have loved air conditioning in main living area. Huge contrast bedroom to living room. Staff fairly nice but the older woman at the restaurant was quite rude and not very nice, we felt like we were bothering her. My husband and I went to the wrong entrance and saw two staff members sitting in booths on their phones and no one came to let us know where to enter. We just figured it out on our own. It was 5:15, no one was in the restaurant and she told us we needed a reservation. We did end up getting seated; after apologizing we didn’t make a reservation (the info we were given upon arriving didn’t say anything about needing reservations) and there were only 4 other people in the restaurant the whole time we were there (it was slow season and mostly vacant). But everyone else was very good. Also could have used more hand towels (bring your own face cloths, they don’t have any). When I asked for more towels I was told I would have to wait for housekeeping the next day (maybe starting shift at 9:00 am; receptionist wasn’t sure) but I had somewhere to be by 9:00 am the next day so that was really inconvenient. One hand towel is not enough for 3 days. I wash my face morning and night and don’t want to wash it with a used hand towel. Also a bit frustrating the pool closes at 6:00 pm. It’s still hot outside past 6:00 pm. Food was very good and most staff were very accommodating and kind.
Amazing and friendly staff. Pool area was very clean with plenty of sun loungers. We ate at the onsite Indian restaurant twice and couldn’t fault it. Our room was spacious with plenty of room to store our luggage, the kitchen space was perfect for cooking which saved us a lot of money on going out for meals every day. There is a coffee shop and duty free store around 7-8 min walk away and the Massy supermarket/beach/souvenir shops are around 15 mins walking. Would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay in the Holetown area to book this hotel!
A/C in the living area of the apartment would have been ideal.
Our first time at All Seasons Europa Resort. We came with two other couples and two single adults, our ages ranged from 50 to 72. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved it. A quiet location away from the noisy party scene. A short walk to Holetown beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The accommodations were excellent, newly renovated, very comfortable, clean and kept clean with wonderful housekeeping staff. The pool was just right to cool off in anytime during the day, always crystal clear. We had two weekend meetings and one mid week meeting, in the conference room that worked out great for us. A great big shout out to Reilly who was always a step ahead making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Kelly and Kiara on the front desk were so friendly and helpful. Thank you Christien for you behind the scenes hard work maintaining the staff at such a high level. A very important item was the cost, very reasonable for everything. I highly recommend All Seasons Europa Resort for anyone visiting Barbados.
Our group booked the resort for our Conference and were well pleased with the service we received. We arrived at different times over a 2 day period, to a warm and efficient welcome at the All Seasons. The staff were very accommodating, serving us a complementary Rum Punch and giving us all through tours of the property and our suite. The accommodation was bright and spotlessly clean. Anything we needed was supplied, and housekeeping came to clean every second day. The rooms are modern with comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchens. The restaurant and bar are conveniently located pool side with quiet ambient music playing in the background. We found the staff to be attentive and friendly. We enjoyed several meals: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner: all of which were very tasty and beautifully presented. We enjoyed being able to eat pool side choosing seafood, burgers fries and such. The Restaurant served amazing authentic Indian dishes, so well done. The pool was large and well kept with lots of available loungers and sun shades. Our group of 11 opted for several evening meals together in the restaurant and found the food and service to be excellent. We will come back again.
My experience at All Seasons Europa Resort was a great first time in Barbados experience. I would rate it as 10++/10. The people were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and inviting. The free shuttle to the local grocery store and beach area was helpful for newcomers. The resort was well located in Hole Town. I would definitely stay here again.
It was comfortable, beautiful and quiet
Gym equipment wasn’t working at all
The staff are great, from the desk to the housemaids always helpful and friendly, it’s very clean with a great restaurant
The sun loungers around the pool where a little uncomfortable
We visited the All Seasons Europa for 2-weeks in April 2026. It was just after the Easter holidays so there were very few children and mainly couples of all ages. Initially I considered the complex to be a little quirky in appearance, made up of single story chalets spread around a pool or on the perimeter of the property overlooking gardens or neighboring properties. The complex is in the middle of a housing community and unlike anything we’ve stayed in before but I grew to like it as the holiday went on. We wanted to come self catering in order that we can experience all of what Barbados has to offer and it was definitely a good base to do this. I only have mainly positive things to say about the hotel, these being that it is very clean throughout. The pool area is spotless as are the grounds and eating areas. The rooms are large and well equipped for self catering (kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board, plenty of cutlery and plates etc). It consisted of a living area with settee and chair as well as TV and table/chairs. Separate bed room had a large bed with ceiling fan and bathroom. The air conditioning in the bedroom was pretty poor, we had to have it on the lowest temperature and highest fan to get any sort of cool air out of it but we managed. Outside there is a large terrace with chairs and a table. The pool area was nice, it didn’t have many beds (~15) but seldom were they ever all taken. The sun-beds are also chained so you can’t turn them around to sit into the sun if you wanted to, which was a bit of a pain. There is a pool bar (closed on Mondays as are a few places in Barbados) so make sure you stock up with drinks, snacks etc if you plan to stay round the pool on a Monday. For me, the pool bar opens too late (11:00/11:30); wanting yo buy a drink at 10am is more the norm and I’d of though the hotel would want to take as much payment as they can. There was one girl in the bar (Aliyah) who always served you after 10am if she was working but it was other workers who refused. Aliyah was a very friendly worker who made you feel welcome and was always happy to chat to customers (she even gave some free ice cream on my birthday). Most of the Bajan people are friendly but there exceptions to the rule. It took about 15-mins to walk into town (Massey’s supermarket and start of restaurants) and Holetown is a nice town with plenty of eateries for all budgets and bars to enjoy the wonderful sunsets. Karaoke on 1st Street on a Sunday night is a real eye opener and one not to miss. Overall Barbados is a wonderful island and the hotel was in a reasonable location from which to explore. Not sure if we’d return to the All Seqsons Europa and would perhaps prefer to be closer to the town centre but we much prefer Holetown to the South of the island and the further North towns so we would definitely return to the location, perhaps not the hotel.
Location, size and facilities on site

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very nice well kept chalet set back from pool nice setting Restaurant ,never had breakfast but have heard good reports ,we had a fantastic Indian meal very tasty as should be as it’s a Indian restaurant and takeaway which is very popular. Restaurant is not open on a Monday so if you arrive late Sunday you have to find a cafe for your breakfast 20 minutes to nearest one set back amongst some boutique shop lovely breakfast or a good idea is bring some with you lol as the chalet has a great kitchen area. The beach is a fair walk so if you’re not into walking it’s not on your doorstep. Nearest bars are also 20/30 walk away it’s worth booking your preferred restaurant in hole town as they will book up quickly as we found . Also worth going into Bridgetown take a bus or taxi 30/40 minutes away Theres a good local bar if you carry on walking as tho your going out of town straight on main road ,karaoke on Thursday some real Barbadian characters hope this helps overall a good holiday
We recently returned from our second holiday at All Seasons Resort. It was just as lovely as the first visit. We chose it for the location, quiet but walking distance to Masseys supermarket, wonderful beach, buses and Holetown's restaurants. We found ALL staff to be friendly, helpful, always with a smile. We stayed in a deluxe suite, which is a great size for a couple, with pleasant decor. Kitchen facilities are good for basic self catering. We did some meals 'at home'. Our early request prior to arrival, for a filter coffee machine, was in the kitchen on arrival. Deluxe suites are set in the gardens and have a nice view of the pool, birdlife including hummingbirds! And monkeys. Reception did a wonderful job of organising a hire car at very short notice, thank you, and our taxi back to the airport. Again we had a wonderful time in a peaceful atmosphere.
We stayed at All Seasons Resort as part of a TUI cruise and stay fortnight. The resort is ideally situated, 10 mins walk down to main road with shops, supermarket, restaurants and Holetown beach. There is a free shuttle minibus at about 10.15am and 12.30 down to Masseys supermarket which is huge and has everything! The minibus returns to the hotel about 2 hours after the drop off times. Taxis are also plentiful if you have mobility issues and miss the shuttle bus. The chalets around the main reception area and opposite are more than adequate and comfortable with plenty of kitchen equipment if you plan on cooking for yourself. Beds are huge and comfortable! Lovely shower and hairdryer near sink. Veranda with clothes drying rack. Iron and board in cupboard and a safe. Aircon in bedroom only. We were in standard accommodation and don't know if aircon in kitchen/dining area in deluxe chalets. Our dining room got very hot! Fantastic Asian restaurant on site if you like curries! They do breakfast and lunch too with evening entertainment 3 times a week. Friendly staff without being intrusive. We had many an interesting chat with barman Demario who mixes a mean cocktail! Very quiet location so worth being back a bit from main drag. Monkeys visit the gardens in the morning and sometimes during the day. The pool is right by the main reception area, bar and restaurant, surrounded by a nice big grassy area in front of chalets. The reception staff can arrange taxis and trips if required. The area is nice and safe and the beach lovely. Plenty of sunbeds, parasols and activities available. Buses along the main coast road are plentiful and cost just 3.50 Barbados dollars wherever you are going! The yellow Reggae minibuses are a great experience! Hail them even if not near a bus stop. Can get crowded but all part of the fun. Everyone is friendly on Barbados and always ready to stop and chat. We need to return to visit the places we didn't visit this time! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!
We have had the pleasure to visit this resort on numerous occasions. It has never let us down, from the very warm welcome to the absolute upkeep of the cottages situated in large well tended gardens around a lovely pool with sun beds. It is quite but within walking distance of Holetown. So it's a great place to relax and recharge the batteries but when you want to step things up great restaurants and shopping are minutes away. A particular shout out to Cheryl and Kelly on the front desk, they were very welcoming and dealt quickly with any requests we had. A rejuvenating stay!
Lovely apartment. Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, clean and tidy.
A great place to stay for self catering or hotel. There are different themed things going on some nights and a resident Indian restaurant on site in the evenings. We had breakfast each morning and the service was very slow, but we weren’t in any hurry. Caribbean time. A supermarket was not far away as no shop on site.
The room was very big, the pool was great and the food was delicious
It is a bit far from the "nicer" beach - Payne Bay is about 25 minutes walking distance. If you don't have a car, that's a bit far.
At best a low budget tired hotel in need of many repairs and much TLC. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Peaceful. Inland from coast and highway which was only 15 minutes walk away.
I did tell the hotel but the shower screen wasn't fitted correctly so the bathroom floor got soaked every time. I also asked for a decent carving knife as the utensils were basic. So don't expect to cook much in the kitchenette. It was handy for breakfast and snacks . The gym was locked so no idea what was in there No shower in the courtesy room if you needed one at the end of your stay. I was told to use the pool shower which didn't have hot water .
Location, pool.
No complimentary tea/coffee/milk or even a small bottle of water in the fridge. Very poor quality towels .Water from shower leaked into bathroom and bedroom. Very limited toiletries. Payment of £190( 1 night stay) in advance and then on arrival had to pay an extra 150 US dollars I presume to cover any damage.. Still waiting for reimbursement.
Just arrived back from All seasons Europa, after a blissful stay for a week, after a cruise. Bungalows are a home from home. Fridge. Kettle, toaster, cooker. Pots & pans, cutlery, iron, ironing board, hair dryer. Temperature was reaching 30 degrees, so A/C, in bedroom & fan, was ideal. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Enough room for wheelchair. Check in, reception staff were helpful. Room 28, was not ready on our arrival from cruise ship, so had enough time to walk to Massey supermarket, to get essentials. Milk, Water, Banks beer. Early closing Sunday 4pm. Shuttle bus was used once to return with shopping. Weekdays. Doesn't run at weekends. Asian Spice restaurant on site, is excellent. Indian chef, so very Authentic. Vegetarian Biryani is colourful, hot, spicy. Samosas & Onion bhaji's, very nice with a Banks beer. Service has slow vibes. Gardens are neat & tidy. Very green. Lots of birds & monkeys on patrol. Nature's environment. In all , good friendly staff at this hotel, with good amenities.
Honestly what a gorgeous gem in Holetown. At first reading reviews I had my doubts before we came but I can 100% say please ignore any negative comments about this place. If you want a peaceful, open spaced, chilled laid back environment for a holiday in Holetown, you’ve chosen the right place. The staff are so welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Anything you need or questions you may have, they’re so happy to help. We had breakfast at the apartment every day and went out for lunches and dinners. Asia Spice the on-site restaurant is SO GOOD!! We ate there twice, and had the barbecue twice on Monday evenings. Lunches were lovey too. We would recommend that the rooms get fitted with a coffee maker, and maybe a freestanding fan in the gym, otherwise everything was perfect. You’re a 15 minute walk from Massy, a big grocery store where you can get anything you need, and lovely restaurants near by. Our favourite beach was Payne’s Bay when we wanted to mix it up from the poolside. Highly recommended.
We just returned from our fourth stay at the All Seasons Resort Europa, and it never fails to impress. This trip was extra special as we were traveling with two other couples to celebrate a 60th birthday, and the resort provided the perfect backdrop for such a memorable occasion. For a group celebration, the rooms are incredibly large. Having so much storage and a well-kitted-out kitchen made it easy for us to host drinks together before heading out. It truly feels like a home away from home, which is exactly why we keep coming back. As always, the reception staff were polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our group had everything we needed. The room service remains excellent, maintaining the high standards we’ve come to expect over the years. The grounds are beautifully kept, and we were delighted to see monkeys and birds visiting almost every single day. The pool is a great size and was usually fairly empty, so our group always found space to relax together. For dining, we highly recommend the on-site Indian restaurant; the food is consistently very good. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet you are just minutes away from the vibrant bars and restaurants of Holetown. The shuttle bus to the shops is a lifesaver, and it’s a very manageable 10-15 minute walk to the Massy Supermarket. Having stayed here four times now, we can safely say this is a gem of Barbados. It was the perfect place to celebrate a 60th birthday with friends. We’re already looking forward to stay number five!
Good position of our room was good. Nice view from Veranda. Good size pool.
Lack of toiletries. Was expecting more.
Staff were lovely
Living area no air con but wasn’t too bad.
Great location, friendly staff and helpful. Rooms very clean
Lovely staff at reception and nice quiet location
The shower in our room was very weak
Good clean site. Always staffed for help or advice. Bungalows spacious good air conditioning in the bedroom & good storage. Plenty of hot water and good shower pressure. Linen and bedding serviced twice during our 10 day stay towels as often as required. Kitchen minimal equipment oven was old as was the toaster could do with updating as could some fixtures in the bathroom. Would have loved a brolly over the sunloungers set outside our bungalow. Pleasant outlook into garden area small bar and onsite restaurant which we never used as so much choice in Holestown which is a short 15 minute walk. Had to call maintenance when we first arrived but issues were quickly dealt with. A lovely quiet position and we would revisit.
Walking distance to the beach and shopping.
Some of the staff were really friendly. The restaurant staff were really nice and one of the front desk staff, she was very pleasant (the older person). There was one particular person at the front desk, I did not get her name but she was awful. She really needs to get some customer service training. I can’t be paying my money to stay at a place where the staff has a behavior like that.
There wasn’t one thing we didn’t like about our stay here. Would definitely return here if back in Barbados. Even although full and high season the place was quiet with no rush for loungers. It was central for restaurants and the big supermarket is about a 15 min walk away. A small beach a 10 min walk away was sublime. No one was ever on it. The reception staff should get a special mention for the friendliness and helpfulness. .
The space in the rooms were great. The proximity to the quiet beach and the resort do not feel busy despite being full.
The staff was friendly. Good location.
Living room area was hot no ac. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Very very very uncomfortable. No television in the bedroom. Stove need upgrading.
The location was great. Easy walking distance to shops and dining at Holetown and also not far to the beach. The room was simple and clean, and the kitchen amenities were adequate. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would recommend that simple items be added to the kitchen. Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters, tea, etc. Overall it was a comfortable stay and good value.
Arrived today. We have been to Barbados a few times, this is by far our worst experience. Pros: none Cons: Rude front desk staff We asked for 2 room keys and were rudely told no, it's their policy to only provide one. They say there's a shuttle to the beach and supermarket, BUT, in reality there's no shuttle on the weekends and during the week it runs only twice a day. The room is very hot, no AC in the living area. Almost no outlets to charge devices. They say it's 3 star resort, not even 2 star. They say it's a short walk to the beach but it's not. Tiny toiletries, about an ounce, so bring your own. It's so bad that we rebooked our flight to leave so we can leave early. We requested a coffee maker in advance and when we arrived,we were told that they may not have one, it not a guarantee even if you request one. They did bring us one. We have been to many Caribbean resorts and this is by far the worst. Don't waste your money and time!!
La posizione ottima rispetto alle spiagge ed ai ristoranti, lo staff molto gentile nell'arrangiare auto a noleggio e taxi. Carine le scimmiette che ogni tanto vengono a trovare gli ospiti della struttura
We had a fabulous time at All Seasons. Despite it being high season the resort being full it was really quiet and plenty of sun beds and hardly anyone in the pool. We found all the staff very friendly and supremely helpful. The reception staff deserve a special shout out as they were always chatty and smiling. Our room was great. Spacious with all we needed in it. Enjoying the air con in the bedroom. They looked liked they’d maybe had a refit quite recently with a modern shower. The bed was really comfortable. Having an ironing board and iron in the room was good too. We dined at the restaurant one night and the food was delicious. It is a short walk (10 mins) to a small secluded beach. About 10-15 mins walk to the local restaurants and Massys supermarket. We cannot wait to return.
Good space throughout apartment, with good facilities. Lovely poolside, pretty and chilled vibe.
WIFI was very hit and miss, especially compared to other resorts. Only offering Asian food (one night offering a BBQ) this restricted us eating in the restaurant. Would benefit from a more themed BBQ party to get all residents to engage.
The staff are so friendly and always so happy. They will do anything for you. Felt so at home in this place. The rooms are spacious and everything you need. Great to see the monkeys walking around in the mornings. Booked to go back in Oct 26 and cannot wait. Oh the food is so good 🇧🇧💗
Second time of staying here. The gardens and pool area are lovely and peaceful. Our little bungalow had everything we needed. Short walk to shops, restaurants and beaches. The bar is much improved from last year. Easy to get around the island on the reggae bus. Holetown, in my opinion, is one of the best areas on the island.
can't think of anything.
Space and facilities. Restaurant great and wonderful staff
Location
Property was looking a little tied Rooms ok but furniture is dated Reception and bar ok Pool toilets definitely need refurbishing
Very nice
That you can’t have breakfast on Monday
Great resort in a quiet location. All staff very friendly and helpful. Special regards to Cheryl on reception who was awesome every day. Rooms have great cooking facilities and we cooked our own breakfasts every morning. A big supermarket store 10 mins walk away and places to eat also.
Convenient location, with large rooms in the accommodation. Pool area was good and the staff were friendly.
Spacious, clean and comfortable, walking distance to Chattel Village and back Would be perfect for an apartment style holiday as the rooms are fully equipped for self catering.
Nothing
The hotel is set in a lovely quiet area within easy walking distance to the shops ( Holetown, Limegrove, Supermarket ) and beaches , restaurants , taxis and buses. We stayed in a room across from the main hotel , very quiet & relaxing. We were often visited by the local family of monkeys ( don’t feed them , they multiply in seconds ! ) We had plenty of space, a kitchenette and air con in the bedroom. Our room was serviced every couple of days and was kept very clean with fresh linens. Pool area is very nice and there is a small but adequate gym. The Indian restaurant serves delicious food, excellent chef. All the staff without exception were lovely, professional and helpful. After two weeks we were sad to leave and not be able to get to know them more.
Quiet,comfortable, reasonably priced.
This hotel is a glorified Airbnb without even the basics. The kitchen had nothing useful to make it functional. The place was full of flies, which made it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and there was nothing provided to deal with them. The worst part was the heat. There is only one AC unit in the bedroom, so you’re forced to spend all your time there. The living room is unbearable and no fans are provided, so opening the door only makes things worse. On top of that, the internet was not just painfully slow, but also insecure. While using their Wi-Fi, my work email was hacked, which is a huge red flag for anyone who needs a safe connection. This was easily the most uncomfortable stay I’ve had. I won’t be back and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Spacious and comfortable
Gaps in entrance doors allowing insects /flies into the apartment
The receptionist was sweet. I think her name was Sherell
This property gives senior citizen retirement home vibes. Definitely not a luxury property. The shuttle that was advertised was not available. There wasn't any air in the living room space off the villa. The bedroom didn't have a tv. The breakfast was overpriced for the quality.
