Posizione comoda, stanza pulita e con letti comodissimi. Personale tutto cordiale e gentile.

It was within walking distance to the hotel if the person has no walking limitations. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating.

I didn’t like that the front desk controls your room temperature if you want to temperature below 22 degrees. We initially were given a room on the sunny side of the building at 3:00 pm. The room was very warm and I requested a different room not on this side of the building which was much better. The shuttle service to the airport should be expanded past 9:00 am.

Very clean. Employees are very nice and polite

badzo wygodna lokalizacja

halas lotniskowy ( no ale cos za coś :)

Ottimo ristorante, posizione eccellente, ottimi servizi

Good location close to a mall and airport. Clean and cosy

Every was ok. Breakfast could be improved

clean & tidy, good variety of breakfast.

Need to walk quite a long way from airport with luggage.

Nice staff, large location with lots of space

Long walk from the airport. Kind of an old hotel

Just outside the airport. Very close to the biggest shopping mall in the region. Rey good restaurant.

Posizione perfetta per raggiungere aeroporto, vicina a gtande centro commerciale Camera molto spaziosa e pulita

Nada

Proximity to airport as we had an early morning flight Shuttle service ran on time and dropped us at departures There is a large shopping centre within walking distance

Sign posting to bar and restaurant

Smart comfortable hotel conveniently located to airport/bus route/shopping centre. Room and bathroom v.clean

Comfortable and great food.

Comfort e posizione

Cucina del ristorante

We stayed for one night before an early morning flight, and overall it was a very good experience. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and very convenient for an overnight stay close to Bergamo Airport. Despite being so close to the airport, we had a peaceful night and slept very well. The only downside was getting to the hotel from the airport. Although it looks very close, the actual walk is quite long, especially when carrying heavy luggage. In hot weather, as it was during our stay, this made the walk rather unpleasant. It is definitely something to keep in mind if you are arriving with large or heavy suitcases. Otherwise, everything was great, and the hotel was a very comfortable choice for our early flight the following morning. We left very early, so unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast.

Comfortable and clean, good breakfast

It wasn’t especially convenient from the Airport, despite only being across the motorway it was a long walk through a dark underpass and industrial estate to reach it late at night. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport (to pick up our hire car) ended at 9.15am (???) so we had to get a taxi which is a 5k journey because of the motorway system (€25). If you are staying for convenience like we were then it’s no better than the off airport hotels.

Very well located, near a mall with underground parking. A modern, clean, and airy hotel with attractive, perfectly functional amenities. Very comfortable.

Nothing

Hotel is very near to the airport, which was our selection criteria. It is a regular NH hotel where you know what to expect - clean, professional staff.

nothing

Helpful staff. Clean rooms.

The reception staff were very nice and the breakfast amazing

The hotel looks a little old inside, the room had a bad smell and the mattress bumpy. It is a long and difficult way to walk with the suitcase from the airport

Very nice and clean hotel

Not an easy walk to the airport and they charge you for their shuttle.

Siistit huoneet, lähellä lentokenttää.

Huoneessa haisi ”märkä koira”.

Czystość , blisko lotniska , transfer .

Easy to reach from the airport by foot. The room was clean and cozy.

Nothing

Pulizia, stanze grandi e silenziose.

Perfect

Nothing to complain

Perfect with you arrive late at the airport.

Lokacija odlicna! Osoblje usluzno i ambijent je odlican

Hotel i miasto

The proximity to the airport- its a short ten to fifteen minute walk. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Quiet room. Lovely breakfast buffet. Friendly receptionist at check-in as well as friendly staff at breakfast.

That you only get one free bottle of water in the room. We were two people so two bottles would have been nice.

Location is a huge factor - beds are quite comfy

Nothing

Endroit super

Literie un peu dur pour nous

Niente, fa veramente schifo

Tutto

Cleanliness and comfort. Proximity to airport given we had an early flight the next day. Close to shopping centre

Nothing

We loved the breakfast We loved the staff We loved the location We loved the service We loved the comfort We loved the size of the rooms We loved the atmosphere We loved the things that were in our room Thank you so so so so so much We loved the stay !!!!!!!

Everything was great Nothing we have to talk about that was bad Thank You so so so so so so much again We loved the stay

Prezzo comunque alto.

Very easy check in and the receptionist was friendly. Close to the airport which also made it to possible to pop to Bergamo for a few hours. Also right by a big shopping centre if you're killing time before a flight

Shuttle is very handy but expensive for what it is, especially if you're travelling as a family.

Pulito, bello, tutti gentili

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel is only 10-minutes walk from the airport. They also offer transfer service if you prefer not to walk. They have “ a lucky guest of the day” policy and we were the lucky guests! We were upgraded to the nicer room than the one we originally booked. The room was large and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We also received compliments in our room. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We are very happy with our stay and will definitely come back on our next trip!

Proximity to Milan Bergamo airport with a shuttle bus to the airport. Excellent parking. Spacious modern clean rooms with good cupboard space, coffee machine and minibar. Our room had a bath and a small outdoor balcony.

The food in the restaurant wasn’t that good. Go to the Orio centre instead for a great choice.

It’s across the street from the airport, but a long, slightly confusing walk. Arrived at 8 pm and the airport shuttle for the next day was sold out. Didn’t know that was a thing.

Perfect location if you want to catch an early morning flight, 10 min walk to the airport and next to a mall, for the last moment shopping

Bellissimo appartamento! Centrale e assistenza top!

Kind staff. Convenient to the airport. Good but limited breakfast.

Room smelled like sweaty armpits.

Close to the airport for late flight.

Close to airport

Polozenie, szybka obsluga, czystosc.

Comfortable bed, 24h reception with a kind staff, and very good breakfast.

The smell of parfume is everywhere.

Clean and comfortable. Provided transport to drop off on morning of flight.

Still a long walk to get from the airport to the hotel due to major road between the two after being dropped off by a shuttle bus from central Milan.

it was really near the airport. we got instructions how to arrive to the hotel

the room was a little smelly

tutto perfetto.Ampie camere, tutto molto pulito, silenziosissimo, navetta in perfetto orario, colazione abbondante , molto variegata, ristorante molto buono.L'aereoporto è anche molto ben organizzato. la posizone dell'hotel veramente strategico.Se proprio faccio un appunto mi piacerebbe un menu ristorante piu ampio.UNA CURIOSITA'...CON CHE CRITERI VIENE ASSEGNATA LA LUCKY GUEST?

Feel like home near the airport

Gentilezza personale accoglienza

Close enough to the airport, about a 10 / 15 mins walk. Clean and comfortable and good aircon.

Great staff, free airport shuttle

As instalações e a ducha

Handy location from airport and within walking distance too. Clean room and comfy beds.

For those who aren't able to walk to airport will need to take shuttle bus which comes with a cost.

Location was workable,ie close to airporto

No coffee, no kettle in room, small room

Friendly staff, easy to reach on public transport, and a short 10 minute walk from departures. Will definitely stay again if using Bergamo airport.

Everything was good 😊

We wanted a place close to the airport, and the location was very convenient for us. It was also great that it was right next to the shopping centre. Overall, the apartment was clean and had many amenities.

Nothing

Location to the airport

Air-con was not very strong
