Desconocía q había q pagar el parking nos enteramos al llegar

Muy costoso para lo poco que ofrecen.

Lo más que nos gustó fue que había un dennys en el mismo hotel.

Lo que no nos gustó fue el calor que hacía en la habitación. Las consolas de aire son antiguas y no enfrían bien. Tampoco nos gustó que el sábado no limpiaron la habitación (teníamos mucha basura por el bebé). Pase por recepción y lo notifiqué, recalcando que la de housekeeping estaba limpiando la habitación de al lado cuando nos fuimos, y que no teníamos el letrero de no molestar en la puerta. La de recepción notificó por radio y cuando regresamos a la habitación estaba igual que como la dejamos. Estuvimos los 3 días con la misma basura allí.

The front desk supervisor, I believe his name is Richard. Very poor in education on how to behave and talk to customers. He interrupted me every time I was talking, he even yell at me in many instances

Las habitaciones con las ventanas selladas. No sé nada afuera y en la habitación se ve oscura la poca visibilidad. Además en la piscina deberían de poner música, igualmente en el casino.

El tener un Denny's restaurante que hacía fácil el ir a comer en cualquier momento.

La hora de entrada era a las 4:00pm y la salida a las 11:00am.

Ruidos innecessrios. Desde las 7am en construcción sin avisarnos. Hasta las 9 30 am. Hacíendo ruidos fuerte no se puede descansar allí. En dos ocasiones llamé y nadie hizo nada. Pagar tanto par no poder fdescansar es injusto.

I was not informed of BF. What I ate in the hotel I paid for it. It could had been better.

Nos quedamos en el hotel todo el tiempo ya que los precios en comida eran modicos y queriamos descansar , ademas los lugares que queriamos visitar estaban a walking distance Del hotel .

El ambiente muy familiar. El staff estuvo durante toda la estadía muy dispuestos a servir y de excelente ánimo.

Su ambiente familiar, limpieza y opciones de alternativas de entretenimiento e ambiente tranquilo!! Aunque no los visitamos, teníamos la opción de trasladarenos al Hotel cercano (Borinquen) a disfrutar de sus instalaciones, ya que son de los mismos propietarios. Eso es bueno!!

It was clean pool was ok but the hotel should have some staff around the pool, also if kids of an age that still needs pampers parents should make sure they have pampers on before going inside the pool

They charge for parking and I think hotel guest should not be charged like some hotels do

I would have preferred to have traditional puertorican food and not Dannys. The pool water was full of debis.

Courteous professional staff, cleanliness of the gym as well as all surrounding areas.

Parking meter card did not always work. Only bummer on the entire property.

Upon arriving I had a little issue with my room and the staff went out there way to fix the problem

The property was in the process of remodeling and we reserve with out been notified. Swimming pool for kids area was unable to use and with all this no one said sorry for the inconvenience even no signs or apology.

We’ve been visiting this hotel for a long time and we might consider next time others in the area. Parking for guest is so expensive (charge every day). I don’t think is a fair deal in comparison with other hotels in the area. We were with the all family to enjoy a nice wedding and of course the stay but it was very sad.🥲

It was in remodeling status and there was not a previous notification. Kids swimming pool was closed and my grandchild were very dissapointed. No discount was offered for the inconvenience and I think we has the option to select another better choice.

Nice place for that area of Puerto Rico. Quite, clean and friendly! I recommend!

Facilities were clean and well kept.

No quality restaurants, Dennys staff was young and not very energetic. The laundry room on line operation was complicated at best.

The location is excellent in our case, due to a weeding coming soon, one of the few Hotel chain in the western part of the island

I always enjoy a stay in Courtyard by Marriott Aguadilla. There’s lots to do/eat/enjoy within a 2 mile radius. Staff is usually very friendly and courteous, rooms are always clean, and my grandkids really enjoy the kiddie pool! Some points, though. I can never get a late check out. I know the hotel is under renovation, and that’s ok. I think they should also consider renovating the rooms of the side wing; at least the bathrooms and furniture. They are so outdated! And the bathtub’s covering is chipped. I repeat, it is very clean. Just outdated. And I would get rid of carpets - not only here, but in every hotel! They are not very hygienic, but they are very allergenic. But, all in all, I will always recommend it.

The staff is kind. The kids' pool has to be remodel and the bathroom tub.

Amenities are good.

Our kids had a great time there, they enjoyed the pool!

The room was excellent, very clean and cozy. Although the hotel was undergoing renovations, management made every effort to ensure our stay was not affected. The Denny's Restaurant and the Casino are excellent. I hope to return in the future.

Needs serious remodel. I can see that some construction is currently happening, but there needs to be work done in the rooms. The bathroom was gross and the carpet smells awful. The pool was dirty and was not inviting at all.

We frequently stay at Marriott properties because of the consistency of well maintained rooms, amenities and friendly knowledgable staff. We did not experience any of that AND tiles in the bathroom were broken. When we booked it we did not know renovations were happening. We paid way too much for our rooms We left after 2 nights and went to another hotel

The property is under construction or remodeling and access are closed in occasions. The parking gates were non functional at times.

I like the restaurant, swimming pool and Casino. Everything on one place and you can relax.

This renovated hospital hotel was good...The rooms were clean bathroom was clean and pool was nice too..Front desk was good too just a little slow but good check in..Only issue was cold shower water and toilet didn't flush..Broken chain on the handle...I was disappointed in the response from the front desk about the cold showers and toilet issues hoping he would reduce something off of the $270 dollars one night stay ..He showed no empathy or remorse or help in that regard...We probably won't be back as we're use to more understanding management when these situations arise..

Hallways smell weird, room had mold spores on the walls, shower was moldy and covered in scum, and property does not have a poolside bar as listed in the amenities. Property is very outdated, but I’m more concerned with the mold.
