The hotel itself was amazingly clean, gorgeous grounds and very comfortable room. Most of the staff were very helpful ans polite.

The main reasons for our stay hasnt ranked higher are: - a big one is due to the evening menu. This was far too restrictive and didnt have any options that the lunch or bar menu held in the afternoons. I am gluten free and always have to check options. One evening in particular we paid for the buffet, £100 total for us both and the only things I could eat were dried meats + Salad, with my husband only eating mini pizzas. Everything else was very overcooked vegetables and fish. For the price i expected more. - the kettle in the room did not work. - there were a couple of rude male waiters, which is a real shame as you can see the other waiters trying their very best.

The staff is helpful and welcoming. The facilities are magnificent. The heated indoor pool allows bathing in cooler weather. The spa is wonderful and diverse. Breakfast was very good with comfortable flexible sitting options. The location is wonderful. It was easy biking to other towns around. Rooms are spacious and clean. The gardening is wonderful.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive. The vegetables section was basic. It could add a lot if there was a variety of vegetable salads - both to the healthiness of the breakfast and to its diversity.

Capisco che trovarsi in una località sul lago possa comportare prezzi più elevati, ma in questo caso il rapporto qualità-prezzo mi è sembrato decisamente fuori misura. Il personale è stato davvero gentile, disponibile e cordiale, e questo è sicuramente un aspetto positivo. Purtroppo, però, la struttura nel complesso mi è sembrata piuttosto datata e legata a uno stile ormai superato. Un’altra nota negativa riguarda la gestione della reception. Nel 2026 mi aspetterei sistemi e software più moderni ed efficienti: per effettuare un semplice upgrade della camera, infatti, è stato necessario compilare a mano un foglio in cui dichiaravo di accettare l’upgrade, per poi doverlo firmare. Una procedura francamente anacronistica, che non solo appare fuori luogo per una struttura di questo livello, ma rende anche il check-in più macchinoso e comporta una perdita di tempo assolutamente evitabile. In sintesi, personale promosso per cortesia e disponibilità, ma struttura, organizzazione e rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente da rivedere.

Toller und freundlicher Empfang, große Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Platz, großer gepflegter Garten, an Ferragisto Harfenspielerin zum Frühstück, großer Pool, schönes Abendessen im Garten.

Service beim Frühstück schlecht, Livemusik im Garten ist toll, aber es wären italienische Lieder und nicht englische schöner.

Alles war perfekt! Besonders die wunderschöne Poolanlage – ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Der DJ am Samstag war richtig klasse und könnte unserer Meinung nach gerne öfter, sogar täglich, am Pool auflegen. Auch die Live-Musik am Abend hat für eine tolle Atmosphäre gesorgt. Ein großes Plus für Gäste mit eigenen E-Bikes ist die separate, abschließbare Fahrradbox. Insgesamt ist das Hotel hervorragend organisiert und bietet wirklich alles für einen entspannten Urlaub.

A truly clean and well-maintained property with amazing facilities and pools. The staff were consistently kind and helpful throughout our stay. Both the outdoor and indoor pools offered a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and the table service at the pool was a lovely touch. Even the standard room felt spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Two things did affect our stay. On our last evening (a Sunday), our room’s AC stopped blowing cool air, though the unit appeared to be running. After raising it three times, we were given a fan, and management kindly offered a small bottle of high-quality olive oil as an apology, a thoughtful gesture, though I’d still recommend having maintenance address AC issues more promptly, even on weekends. I’d also gently suggest the hotel reconsider its phone policy around the pool and breakfast areas. While pool floats weren’t allowed, we noticed children (and even some adults) playing videos or games on their phones without headphones, both in the indoor pool and at breakfast, which was more disruptive to other guests than a float would have been. A house rule encouraging headphone use for phone audio in shared spaces would go a long way toward preserving the relaxing atmosphere the property otherwise does so well. Overall, still a lovely stay and one we’d consider again, with hope that these small issues get addressed.

The rooms are very old and clearly need renovation. The air conditioning does not work properly, and the overall cleanliness is very poor. We also found insects and a lot of ants inside the rooms, which was very unpleasant. The hotel is also located quite far from the beautiful and popular areas around Lake Garda. Very good stay in Bardolino, hotel facilities where excellent, we stayed B&B due to limited menu choices for one of our families allergies, breakfast catered for this. The hotel is a 20-30min walk to the town which has plenty of establishments to eat, drink and watch the world go by and is great for a stroll. There is a bookable shuttle service if needed. The hotels pools are excellent both inside and out and don’t have the reservation culture as open from 8am. However as we were leaving hotel was busy and we noticed a unusual amount of towels on the sun beds by 10am. From here we visited Verona and the dolomites as well as taking a sailboat trip to break the week long stay up. The wellness massages were also excellent for all the family. Hotel rooms a little dated furniture wise but with good space and aircon couldn’t complain. Stayed in the Augusta suites.

Great family hotel in a beautiful location We stayed for a week in an Augustus Suite with our 6 month old and overall had a really good experience. The Augustus Suite was very large and worked perfectly for the three of us. There was plenty of space even with the cot set up. The cot provided by the hotel was good, although we brought our own cot sheets which I would recommend. The air conditioning was excellent and particularly welcome as we stayed during a heatwave. Reception control the minimum temperature centrally, but they were happy to adjust this for us when we asked. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, particularly when travelling with a baby. Reception stored our ice packs in their freezer so we could use them to keep baby milk cool when we were out for the day. Small things like this made travelling with a 6 month old much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful with lovely grounds and pool areas. We also really liked the pool service, with drinks brought directly to the sun loungers. The location worked very well for us. Cisano is only around a 10 minute walk away and has a lovely harbour and plenty of good restaurants. There is also a supermarket nearby and easy access to the swimming lidos on the lake. Getting into Bardolino was easy too. The hotel arranged taxis for us which cost around €10 each way. There is no Uber in the area, but the hotel provided the number for a local taxi company. The main disappointment was the food at the hotel. We were staying half board but found the evening meals below the standard we expected from a hotel of this quality. We ended up walking into Cisano for dinner most evenings instead. There are plenty of good restaurants there, so it did not negatively affect the holiday too much, but I probably would not choose half board if we stayed again. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The Augustus Suite, grounds, pools, staff and location made it a great choice with a young baby. With better food, it would have been very difficult to fault.

This was our fourth visit to this hotel, we are repeat customers as we love it so much. It's a beautiful hotel, immaculately looked after both inside and outside. It's set across the road from the stunning Lake Garda, between Cisano (5 mins lakeside walk) and Bardolino centre (about 20mins lakeside walk). The atmosphere is relaxed and the food is amazing. All staff are lovely and welcoming and remember us each time we come and greet us warmly - the dining staff, bar staff and reception. Each year we catch up with waiter Gabriel who is first class at serving us, looking after us and making us laugh, thank you Gabriel. Hardworking waiter Davide also looked after us at mealtimes and made us laugh out loud. Thank you all and we hope to return.

We had a wonderful family holiday at Hotel Caesius. Facilities are excellent. Staff always happy to help and the food was very high quality. Bardolino is approximately 25 minute walk and there is easy access to the lake. Staff are always at hand to help. Thoroughly recommend this hotel

Absolutely brilliant! Lovely place with lovely people. Everyone very friendly. It is located in lake Garda with a brilliant view. Noise level is very quiet and relaxing. The rooms are a perfect size and are very clean. There a lots of pools and brilliant spas. There is a 1 min walk to the lake, and there are bikes to hire. This hotel has everything for a nice 2-4 week stay. Great value for money.

Great family holiday with mum, dad, 19 and 16 year old daughters. Very comfortable resort. Breakfast is a buffet and good range. 4 outdoor pools with the 2 main pools large and well managed to allow children but prevent them being overrun. The other 2 pools are smaller but allow ball games etc. There is also an indoor pool which helped on a thundery day! Bar staff really friendly and helpful and happy hour works well! Reception staff were always helpful in sorting transfers and advice in things to do things. The staff cleaning the rooms were all so polite and hard working and did a really great job. The garden staff have the place looking great as well. Overall a really great trip.

My partner and I had a lovely time here. The food is excellent. The massages aren’t cheap but are worthwhile and the spa facilities were very good and we used them daily. We had a very relaxing holiday to destress and relieve overstimulation.

This was our third stay at the hotel. As on previous visits, we received a warm welcome from the reception team. The facilities at the hotel are superb. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The restaurants and bars offer a wide selection of food and drink in a relaxing and informal atmosphere, served by friendly and efficient staff. Special mention to Gabriele and Roberto.

Our Second Stay at Hotel Caesius was just as good if not better than the first visit last year. We were greeted by the staff who recognized our three year old from our previous visit, which made him feel very special. The waiting staff welcomed him every time with a high five. Great food, very clean through out and very relaxing. The Pools are great and well maintained too. Met a few couples from our previous year too which just goes to show this hotel ticks all the boxes and gets repeat visitors. Booked for 2027 already. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic location and a lovely hotel, some rooms have been modernised and others are showing there age. But a lovely hotel.

After being held up at Verona airport for EES we found a great choice of hotel. Staff very friendly and spoke good English.Shuttle mini bus to Bardolino or 15/20 min walk along the lake.Breakfast was very good and varied,fresh omelette etc.We ate inside on a nighttime as very hot outside.Help yourself to the salad bar which was a meal by itself.Waiter service for 1st and main course choosing from a menu.Help yourself to desserts.A decent wine was around 28 euros. Main pool was large and often quite.No rush for a sunbed plenty free all day.Underground spa was the best I have ever seen and free to use. No noise at night we were just along from reception with pool view.Half decent singers on some nights outside. There was an annual rock concert on across the road in front of the lake. so hotel left earplugs in the room but did not need them. If going to bardolino for ferry leave plenty of time as the queue one day was very long but walk left along the lake and there is a less busy ticket office which we used more. If leaving before breakfast you can order a free food box at reception.Overall a great holiday.

We have visited this hotel now on several occasions and I can honestly say it still makes me incredibly happy to be there From the first welcome at check in to the first evening dinner welcome from the maitre we were made to feel totally at home among friends I would perhaps say some of the evening meal choices were not quite to my taste as previous years but that said the pasta was always amazing but the portion size was to large for me most nights Waiting staff super and so professional Pavel and Davide and Samir and Marco always so happy to serve us Also the housekeeping was exceptional and although my Italian is non existent and her English also we managed a lovely conversation most days Finally the gardens and pool are truly wonderful Will we return of course we will same time next year and for 1 I cannot wait

Hotel appears to target large group bookings… during our almost 2 week stay, hotel was overtaken firstly by a corporate group and then by a group attending a family/friend celebration. The latter group completely took over the pool area, drinking to excess and shouting and roaring. A blind eye was turned by life guards presumably because of the group booking. If you are seeking peace, quiet, relaxation or travelling with children I would avoid at all costs.

Would absolutely not recommend this hotel for a family holiday. You cannot play any toys or even a simple softball in the pool, if it is meant for an adult adults only experience this should be made clear. I would not have booked this hotel where we have bought three generations to have some family fun in the pool. The pools are pretty empty we were not disturbing anyone nearby nor were we noisy, we were super respectful of anybody nearby. Any kind of fun is shut down in the pool there is zero atmosphere. The lifeguard suggested my 14 and 15 year-old play in a Baby pool, which is a few centimetres deep. Having stayed up multiple other hotels, we’ve never experienced this issue. Avoid if you’re planning a family holiday here. There will be more accommodating hotels around Lake Garda for families.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, the facilities are fabulous from the pools, to the restaurants, rooms and staff. But the location is outstanding, just beautiful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Frühstück ist super. Für jeden etwas dabei. Im Juni war es sehr warm und wir haben eigentlich nur den Aussenpool genutzt.

Overall we found the hotel very good. However to water down the orange juice and apple juice for the buffet breakfast is farcical .It was simply water with a little orange juice or apple added ! Every morning i had to place a special order to get undiluted juice which caused a problem. Why not just use common sense and offer proper and undiluted juice at breakfast ? By attempting to increase your profit margins by a few pounds you simply annoy your customers. The prices for spirits is high which resulted in most people simply drinking outside. In addition being a Peroni drinker i was amazed to find it obviously diluted and tasted completely different to all the outside establishments. Is it really worth doing this ? I simply refused to drink Peroni within the hotel and just had to wait until i went outside. Very sad. I fully understand and appreciate that every business has to try and increase their profitability , but please use common sense.

Die Aussicht und die Lage des Hotels haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch das Frühstück und die Frühstücksterrasse haben wie immer unsere Erwartung erfüllt.

Die Dusche ist regelmäßig übergelaufen, sodass das Bad immer "überflutet" war. Der Badbereich gehört renoviert.

Struttura meravigliosa,pulita, lo staff molto gentile e cordiale. Pur essendo una struttura molto grande ti puoi rilassare al100% Colazione eccezionale, cena altrettanto. Location strategica mezz'oretta a piedi lungo Lago.

Zur Lage des Hotels: perfekt. Sehr gut von beiden Einfallstraßen nach Bardolino erreichbar. Wir wurden von sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten, deutsch sprechende Mitarbeitern empfangen, was sich durch das gesamte Hotelpersonal durchzog. Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit geräumigen, sehr sauberen, Zimmern und Bad. Ein toll angelegter und sehr gepflegter Garten. Die Poollandschaft mit normal oder Thermalwasser mit je mehreren Whirleinheiten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein toller Service auch von der Poolbar. Ein Frühstück welches keine Wünsche offen gelassen hat, inclusive dem Kaffeservice. Im Untergeschoss befinden sich neben einem großen indoorpool auch die Spa und Wellnesseinheiten. Und, was lange nicht selbst verständlich ist, verfügt das Hotel über ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze (Außen sowie in der Tiefgarage) Alles in allem ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern welches wir gerne wieder besuchen werden.

This is a lovely large hotel with nice rooms and comfy beds. Large car park underground. Check in was efficient and friendly I would definitely stay again. My only complaint was that the bar closed at 11pm promptly with no flexibility. All beach bars around also close early for a lakeside resort.

Sadly not as good as it used to be. Barman Honey very good. We were told that we could not reserve a table for restaurant outside but were walked passed several empty tables for 2 and taken to the lower level which was empty..very odd. Did not feel the customer was as important as it was before...this is our 5th visit but we will not return.

Breakfast was a lovely spread with ample choice. The location of the hotel is great and its walking distance from the beach , town and restaurants. Hotel is spacious and has a great indoor pool, jaccuzzi and an outdoor pool with Hydro massagers.

Situé à Bardolino, il est aisé de visiter les nombreuses curiosités touristiques de la région. Concernant l’hôtel en lui-même, je retiendrai qu’il avait une énorme piscine, c’est un bien petit souvenir pour un établissement 4 étoiles.

Kill by one thousand cuts, oui, c’est triste mais une multitude de petites choses conduisent à conclure que cet établissement est globalement décevant. Voici une liste non exhaustive des petites choses conduisent: (a) les ascenseurs ne fonctionnent que de 8h à 20h quid pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. (b) le bar piscine comporte une zone séparée du pool comportant des chaises et tables comme un bar normal, cependant vos boissons arrivent dans des goblets en plastique. (c) les toilettes de la piscine à 14h n’étaient plus propres et il n’y avait plus de papier. (d) le restaurant de l’hôtel ne dispose pas d’une carte mais uniquement d’un menu. (e) la structure physique de l’hôtel est assez bien étendue et ressemble à un labyrinthe avec peut-être d’indices pour s’y retrouver. (f) le pourtour de la piscine pour rejoindre un transat est assez dangereux car très peu d’espace entre le rebord de la piscine et le siège. (g) pas de sel ni de poivre sur les tables… mais uniquement un set se trouve au buffet. (h) sièges avec dossier trop profond… donc inconfortables (i) wifi faible, le personnel de l’hôtel avait des difficultés à prendre les commandes sur leur tablette dans la zone piscine. Bref … pris séparément, il n’y a rien de grave … mais l’ensemble aggloméré donne un sentiment que l’on n’est pas dans un 4 étoiles.

Tolles Hotel, alles sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Schöne Tiefgarage.

Le complexe très complet et très grand

We spent 5 wonderful nights. The hotel is close to Bardolino, 25-30 min walk to the shores of the Garda lake. The breakfast buffet is very varied and the food is very good. For half board, the meal is excellent and refined.

We stayed on the second floor overlooking the gardens. The room was large with a balcony and two chairs. There were towling robes for guest use foc Ali g with a large bag and pool towels. Flip flops were provided at an extra cost.. There is a hairdryer fitted to the wall in the bathroom which was surprisingly effective. Shower products are supplied along with a small vanity set. I was particularly pleased to find a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The mini bar was well stocked but we removed the products and filled with our own from the nearby supermarket. A large bottle of water is left in the room one day one but fortunately Italian tap water is safe to drink ( reportedly better than in the uk) so we just filled the water bottle up each day and put it in the fridge. The room was spotlessly clean. Food in the restaurant was of a high standard both a breakfast and dinner and staff throughout the hotel were very helpful. The courtesy mini bus into Bardolino was useful but it would be helpful if it was available later in the evening. There was only time to make use of it one way after dinner at the hotel.

Wellness Bereich war groß aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Wir waren im Nebengebäude das Zimmer ist auch schon älter und wir hätten lieber eine Dusche anstatt der Duschbadewanne gehabt. Die dazugehörige Terasse sollte bei diesem Preis nicht so einen Kunstrasenteppich haben könnte man einladender machen

Lovely hotel with extremely helpful staff. The pools are well maintained and the rooms are spotless. Two areas for improvement would be more vegetarian options in the restaurant and pool bar and for the courtesy coach to continue to operate later in the evening.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Nebengebäude. Dieses war sehr laut durch die angrenzende Strasse und durch die Zimmernachbarn. Dadurch fehlte leider die Erholung. Der Balkon war so klein, sodass man diesen nicht zu zweit benutzen konnte.
