The staff was so friendly and helpful. The little things provided were amazing such as we were given bottled water to take with us. Then they had a water station and fresh cookies. The coffee station was open 24/7 with good coffee. We felt so taken care of there and will return.

Water pressure in the shower is usually always a annoyance in all hotels except those who realize people just want a decent shower. It takes 2 to 3 time the amount of water to try to rinse off at low pressure rather than higher pressure that allows you to rinse quickly an get out.

The property was clean and well taken care of. The staff was so friendly, I’ve never had anyone be this nice at a hotel before!

The price was a little much for a room during the week.

I thought the breakfast was perfect. I had eggs and potatoes and hot coffee and it was fabulous. I liked that it was ready early so I could get to my destination and there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy.I I really enjoyed communicating with the front desk staff as they were very helpful and polite.

My husband is paralyzed and in a wheelchair so we had an accessible room. The bed was low which was nice for transferring from the chair to the bed. However one side of the bed was too close to the wall so a chair would not fit. The other side of the bed had a giant chair in the way so I had to move furniture in order for him to maneuver next to the bed and get in. There was a bathtub instead of a roll in shower, which would be fine except there was no shower bench so there was no way he could get into the bathtub. And the shower head was Out Of Reach for him. Just because you have bars everywhere does not make it an accessible bathroom. So I was a little disappointed as it appears to be a newer Hotel. By the way when I moved the chair there was trash underneath it water bottles Etc. I I hope that you take the time to hire specialist to make accessible rooms actually accessible.

This pleace is very welcoming, family friendly hotel. The location is 5-10 mins away from restaurants. There’s Red Robin, Starbucks, sushi I, froyo… there’s even a cinema in the vicinity. McDonald’s is somewhat 10-15mins away. Went there with 1 toddler who screams and 1 newborn baby which concerns us about the noise, but no complaints during our stay. Receptionist, Anaka was very welcoming. She gave us a very good room on the 5th floor facing the river. Breakfast is okay, serving eggs, potatoes, sausages and bacon. We love the make-your-own watfle. Complementary coffee 24/7 by the main entrance. Definitely will be staying here again.

It was a beautiful facility nice pool and hot tub ( jets were low but can’t change that ) with comfortable beds

The breakfast was the only real down side. The egg option was only a western omelette which none of us like and the potatoes had an odd seasoning. My friend said the waffles had an odd flavor.

Breakfast was less than good. Everything was a cool temp so by the time you sat down in the Breakfast area to eat it was cold. The fruit was not ripe yet and bananas too green to eat. Would love more variety of meats besides just sausage every day.

we have stayed here every time we go to Coeur d' Alene and have always been impressed. This time we were given a handicapped room which we did not book, the bed was awful and down on the floor, lumpy and uncomfortable mattress. we will not be back

I think the room was great. I had a king size with a balcony. Very spacious and laid out. My only complaint was the shower. There was very little pressure.

It was just about perfect in every way. My husband and I haven’t had such a good night’s sleep in ages - certainly not while traveling.

I liked everything about this property!

This is a great hotel in a beautiful place. There is so much you can walk to in minutes. The staff here are all so nice and helpful and the rooms are well maintained. I recommend getting a balcony room as the views are amazing.

It was just an okay hotel, nothing special. Arrived at 3:00pm. Had to wait until 4:00pm for room to be ready for us to use. There was also a mechanical noise/disturbance near our room. Nathan at check in was very pleasant & apologetic about the wait. Check out clerk was basically indifferent to our departure. No inquiries as to our stay or would we return - we will not! Appreciated the snacks & water while we waited for access to room.

Wonderful place to have a quite time. Close to the river walk and few restaurants. 2 miles to get to the downtown via the trail but totally worth it. Hotel has a really good facility, modern AC, spacious rooms, well equipped fitness center, pool and hot tube.

Probably the nicest Hampton I’ve ever stayed at receptionist was fantastic and I wish every pool and hot tub was open 24 / 7 like this one

Lovely hotel in the new part of Ceour D'Alene. Everything was great, fast checkin, decent breakfast, ample parking, restaurants nearby.

Why only one towel rack for 2 towels ,2 hand towels and 3 wash cloths ? At least one rack per person would be more functional. Everything else was excellent.

Hampton Inn hotels are always a safe bet, that’s why we chose this one. It was located close to dining, shopping and a great boardwalk on the river. The area was quiet and enjoyable. Staff was friendly and Hôtel clean. They were doing renovations so some of the parking areas were blocked. They still had ample parking. Noise, even with construction, was during hours that didn’t impact our visit. Would recommend and stay again.
