mobilier assez minimal, n'ai pas été informé du système de boiler pour la douche avant de demander. Du coup, ai pris mes douches à l'eau froide pendant plusieurs jours.

The suite was huge and all the decorations were great. It was a great vibe.

The elevator was very small and hot.

The facility more like a hostel rather than a hotel or holiday apartment

חסר תאורה בחדרים, רצוי להוסיף כיסאות בפינת אוכל וסלון שמתאים את מספר הנפשות שיכולה להכיל הדירה

4 ילדים+ מבוגר. מיקום מעולה 5 דק מהים. דירה מרווחת, נוחה, נקייה,עיצוב מדליק בנושא מוסיקה. קבלת פנים נעימה במשרד.

The location is great

The apartment was not clean, and the windows were very dirty. The furniture was old and rickety. Additionally, the safe didn't work electronically and could only be opened with a physical key.

Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to make a formal complaint about my recent stay, for which I paid approximately £2,000. I booked this property expecting a clean, modern room as shown in the photographs and videos. Instead, I was greeted by a live cockroach in my room immediately upon arrival. I reported this to the hotel, but despite being told they had fumigated a week earlier, nothing was done. I subsequently found ants/insects in the shower, which I also reported and showed to the staff. I was offered alternative rooms, but they were smaller than my original room and still not of the standard I had paid for. They gave me a smaller room and even their staff told me several times that the new room given to me is smaller than the original. There were also numerous other problems: The promised double bed was actually two single matresses joined together, with a very uncomfortable mattress and a dip in the middle. The reason for the dip as shown in the images the two single mattresses where attached by a zipper. The shower had extremely poor water pressure. Maintenance told me that this was the same throughout the hotel. The walls were poorly maintained and required painting and repairs. The general cleanliness and condition of the room were unacceptable for a £2,000 stay. Please note i have attached images of everything. I also contacted the property in advance because I was arriving at approximately 4:30 a.m., but I was told I could not enter the room before 3 p.m. On departure, despite having a late flight, I was initially told I had to leave by 11 a.m., even though the room could have been cleaned after my departure. This was particularly frustrating given the circumstances. I do not believe this property provided anything close to the standard represented when I booked it. חוויה נפלאה! הדירה הייתה נקייה מאוד, מרווחת ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך." המיקום היה מצוין וקרוב להכול. המארח היה אדיב, זמין ועזר לנו בכל שאלה. התמורה למחיר מעולה ובוודאי שנחזור שוב!

Parfaitement situé à 10 min à pied de la plage, à l angle avec la Ben gourion street très près de dizengoff quartier très vivant

Радушные и предупредительные сотрудники; чистота, в номере есть всё что нужно. Чайник, холодильник, душ, средства для мытья посуды, продуманные розетки, шкафы, сейф, микроволновка... куча всего, на самом деле. И, что немаловажно, всё это работает без косяков и оговорок. В номере тишина — по крайней мере, в моём. Внизу вроде бы есть миклат (не пригодилось). Удобное расположение, можно быстро добраться и до пляжа, и до автобусных остановок. Очень всё понравилось!

Lots of contraction work on the street

It was very clean and modern and decorated very nicely. Little quirky touches like the bright red fridge and the retro cupboards

There was no washing machine or washing facilities. It was the only criticism I had. If I book an apartment I would like a washing machine otherwise I might as well stay in a hotel

דירה טובה, בהתאם לתמונות ולפרטים המפורסמים. המתקנים בחדר מעט ישנים ודורשים תחזוקה, מקרר שנוזל או דלת מקלחון שלא נסגרת כמו שצריך, אבל לא משהו דרמטי.

המיקום טוב, אבל בגלל העבודות הוא מציק לא מעט כי הכניסה למתחם לא נגישה בכלל כי הכביש חסום לחלוטין מהמדרכה. אז להוריד ציוד מהאוטו מאד לא נוח, וההתניידות רגלית ברחוב לא סימפטית.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it’s has acstylishly decoration and the overall vibe of the place is great. It's just a short walking distance from the beach. The apartment is well-equipped enough to prepare simple meals. One of the rooms is a shelter room, so we felt completely safe if anything were to happen. Everyone on the staff we met was super nice. The fact that the street was closed for renovations didn't bother us at all.

Locatie in tel Aviv dicht bij Dizengoff Ave, dicht bij het strand. Prima appartementen ( éen 2-kamer apt en éen studio). Zeer plezierige directe en whatsapp contacten met staf vooraf en tijdens verblijf. Kamers keurig schoon, voldoende badhanddoeken.

onbereikbaarheid met taxi voor de deur door wegwerkzaamheden waren bekend en door ons geaccepteerd. Aircoregeling en Tv bediening in grotere kamer niet optimaal. In studio wel alles ok

עבודות הבנייה באיזור לא מאפשרות להחנות או להגיע לסביבה הקרובה. אבל זה נאמר מראש כך שלא הייתה הפתעה.

מקום מיוחד עם עיצוב מדהים ואוירה מיוחדת במינה ממש חוויה קיבלה אותנו מישהי מקסימה ששכחתי את שמה. יש שם כלי מוסיקה ופריטי אספנות וניתן להשאיל כלים.

הייתי 14 יום עם הבת שלי. המיקום מצויין, הדירה מרווחת ונקיה, כל כמה ימים מגיעים לסדר ולהחליף מגבות, שזה מעולה, הצוות נהדר, כל בקשה שלי התקבלה בחיוך ורצון לעזור... בהחלט ממליץ! אני אחזור לשם. תודה

Spacious apartments, stylish interior, we found everything we needed for a family vacation.

Spacious apartment

Bathroom was totally unsuitable, even for average height people. I could not use the mirror as it was too high. The towel racks were too high. The towel hooks were too high. The adjustment for showerhead was impossible for anyone to reach and the water temperature was close to boiling and a severe burns hazard. The elevator stopped between floors and we had to go either up or downstairs to reach our apartment, which was difficult with luggage.

Checked in an hour early, simple and fast check-in procedure, accepts cash as stated, entry by electronic keys. The room exceeded expectations, the kitchen has EVERYTHING! As well as the bathroom. Curtains are dark from the sun, the air conditioner worked perfectly. Strong wi-fi, many TV channels. Cleaning on the 3rd day - impeccable cleanliness! The street is dug up - so there is no traffic and it is quiet. A few minutes to the sea, as well as to the supermarket. For its price - excellent!

Good location and good size for a family

Next to construction site (although it was quiet during our stay), the doors were outdated and no hot water 24/7. Had to plan our next shower time ahead of time and turn on the water heater 40 minutes before use (and sometimes this was not enough). The windows were not sealed properly and during rain our apartment was flooded with water next to the windows.

Location was key, so near the beach and water along with amenities like food, juices, relaxation, and shopping!

The street is under construction so getting dropped off by taxi was a challenge!

No nos gustó. Estuvimos sólo una noche. Por cancelación nos cobraron una noche más. La calle estaba en obras del metro, lo que hacía muy ingrato el lugar para unas vacaciones.
