Cleaning staff is not top of the line. Roman cleaning is summary and I always had to go down to reception to get coffee and tea refill(which worked only twice in four days)

Dat mijn collega voor de shuttle vooraf heeft betaald en ik dat nog eens over moest doen omdat het niet goed geregistreerd was.

L'hotel è sicuramente di livello, camere spaziose, molto pulite, colazione ottima (anche se costosa), letti comodi.

La posizione che è perfetta per andare in aeroporto ma non per chi, come me, aveva prenotato la camera per evitare il traffico di Amsterdam e al contempo andare ad Haarlem: Amsterdam è sicuramente lontana, la zona non è collegata tramite metro, anche la stazione di superficie più vicina è a 6 km, il traffico è abbastanza importante e per di più, nonostante l'hotel fosse situato in una zona spopolata (industriale), abbiamo dovuto pagare 15 euro al giorno di parcheggio (una costante nei Paesi Bassi che dovrebbe essere però evitata per gli ospiti degli alberghi almeno quelli di periferia) a cui si è aggiunta la spesa del parcheggio ad Amsterdam (una decina di ore = 68 euro). Peccato, un'altra volta opterei per un hotel centrale più costoso ma senza spesa doppia per il parcheggio e sicuramente più comodo per una visita a piedi della città.

I like the location, and I also really like having the option to rent a bike. The breakfast was also good.

On my last day, I was very tired and wanted to order a hamburger to eat in my room, but I was told that hamburgers were only available if I ate at the restaurant. There were other food options available for room service, but unfortunately, they were not choices I liked. I think having a wider selection of food available for room service would greatly improve the guest experience.

There was nothing in the area and everything you have to take the hotel shuttle and pay for it to go to the airport and from there by bus or subway to the downtown core. Better book a hotel downtown and that's it if you want to amsterdam

Great location, shuttle was really useful and facilities were good.

Pricing of the snack bar was extremely high, airport prices or worse marked up 4 times from supermarket rates, felt like they are extorting a captive audience. Room was clean, but bathroom tap was not great, could have been more amenities for the price, tv couldn't Chromecast (not okay in 2026).

1) paid for breakfast, but every morning a different person at the buffet would tell me that I am not on the list and that I didn’t pay for breakfast… looking at me like I am a fraud. Each morning they had to call the front desk to confirm (that I already paid…) I have no idea why they couldn’t just add me to the list or fix this issue even when I asked. 2) I was told about the games and gym room but my access card didn’t work. 3) It is very difficult to use public transport from this location. They offer bicycles to book but this doesn’t work for small kids. Since they are in the middle of nowhere (20 minute walk to nearest bus stop and two change overs just to get to the airport station) they should definitely offer the shuttle for use to the station. If the shuttle is meant to be used, they surely didn’t share that information. In fact, you are asked to pay 5 euros to hook your ticket back to the airport…

Staff upon check in was so nice and friendly, little activity set for kids is a bonus as alot of hotel in amsterdam forget that kids travel too, games room bonus bit for older kids few little additions for younger kids would really stand out, breakfast amazing all you need, coach is free from airport but not too airport but kids are free, reception area is gorgeous especially the little touches cold fresh water and fruit exactly what is needed after a flight with the little ones, kids min pancakes at breakfast with a range of sauces was a plus for the little ones. I would 100% stay here again as it is family friendly and right beside airport 10 min coach. Its quiet nothing around but perfect if you want to bring the little ones to the Netherlands

Coach should be free to and from airport especially for residents, you have to get to the train station then train into Central Amsterdam its a bit far out but perfect if you want to stay away from the busyness of the city

Das Zimmer war normal bis groß, modern eingerichtet und insgesamt sauber. Das Bett war bequem und die Klimaanlage angenehm leise. Besonders positiv fand ich die sehr gute Schalldämmung – weder die Straße noch Flugzeuge waren im Zimmer zu hören. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und der Check-in unkomplizier (egal um welche Uhrzeit). Das Frühstück hatte eine große Auswahl und war insgesamt gut. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir auch das große, saubere und gut ausgestattete Gym, das rund um die Uhr geöffnet ist. Der Freizeitbereich mit den Billardtischen ist ebenfalls eine nette Ergänzung.

An einigen Stellen merkt man, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. An den Wänden waren einige Streifen und im Badezimmer deutliche Kalkablagerungen. Außerdem waren das Toilettenpapier sehr dünn und keine Toilettenbürste vorhanden. Beim Frühstück wirkten Speck, Rührei und Obst teilweise etwas abgestanden bzw. so, als würden sie schon länger stehen. Bei den Billardqueues waren leider fast alle Spitzen beschädigt. Der größte Nachteil ist für einen Amsterdam-Städtetrip aber die Lage: Zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln läuft man etwa 20 Minuten und bis in die Innenstadt kann man insgesamt schnell 1–1,5 Stunden unterwegs sein.

Wat karig ontbijt. Voor die prijs verwachtte we wat meer. Alleen de eerste dag maar van het ontbijt gebruik gemaakt, daarna zijn we buiten de deur gaan ontbijten.

The first thing we need to say is amazing staff shout out to Raf who made our stay so welcoming, we are renovating in Haarlem nearby and unable to live in our house. He gave us a spacious room enough for the kid to play around and parents to not walk all over each other. The kids package and play area downstairs really enchanted our daughter. He also organised a room for my husband to be able to take work call with the US at night, so he wouldn disturb the kid sleep. Which truly made such a difference. Second shout out to the breakfast and breakfast personal. True smiles, especially from the very friendly blond Italian hostess. Great to start the day this way.

Breakfast options limited, no fresh berries, coffee machines not always available due to lack of milk or coffee beans, perhaps a 3rd machine required. Sunday morning was chaotic, looked like a war zone, no spoons or breakfast bowls and only one person actively trying to row against the tide to try and replenish food & cutlery etc. Reception staff not at all helpful or knowledgeable about the local area such as bus and train stops and even letterboxes.

Vriendelijk personeel. Nadeel is alleen dat je gelijk in het Engels wordt aangesproken. Ik was samen met mijn zoon, hadden eigenlijk een tweepersoonsbed maar konden een kamer krijgen met 2 aparte bedden voor dezelfde prijs. Kamer klein maar verder prima en schoon. Uitgebreid ontbijt, volop keus en verse broodjes en fruit.

In de lobby kan je (fris)drank , ships en snoep e.d. kopen, dit is wel erg aan de prijs. Maar aan 1 bed een stopcontact, zelf een stekkerdoos bij dus dit hebben we mooi op kunnen lossen.

We particularly appreciated the 24-hour games room, which was very convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the spacious, easily accessible parking was another great advantage. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

What we disliked most was that part of the ground floor was being used as accommodation for refugees. This was not clearly communicated in advance and significantly changed the atmosphere of the hotel compared with what we expected when booking. The other major issue was cleanliness. Many areas of the hotel appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The entire property would benefit from much more thorough and regular cleaning.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport and would definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was very clean, comfortable and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you goes to Izabela, who welcomed us at breakfast and helped us during the service. She was incredibly kind, warm, attentive and professional. You can really tell when someone genuinely cares about the guests, and Iza made us feel truly welcome. Her lovely attitude and excellent service made our stay even more memorable, and we will definitely remember this visit even more fondly because of her. She truly deserves recognition for the amazing job she does! ❤️ The breakfast was very enjoyable, the hotel was clean and pleasant, and the staff made a great impression on us. We felt comfortable throughout our stay and would happily choose Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport again. Highly recommended and once again, a huge thank you to Iza for making our stay extra special!

Morgenmaden var fint samt personalet ved morgenmaden. Værelset var pænt rent.

Ved ankomst fik vi at vide, at vi ikke havde en reservation. Jeg viste vores bekræftelse, derefter spurgte man mig 3 gange om jeg var sikkert på om vi havde en reservation. Så kom chefen og han lånte min telefon og ringede, måske til booking.Com. Derefter fik vi vores værelse efter ca 25 min. Ingen undskyld🥲 Hotellet har valgt at renovere køkken mit om sommeren, så ingen aftensmad her på hotellet. Det er dårlig service når man ved hvor hotel ligger. Kommer ikke igen!

The facility and staff was nice.

You are free to ride to the hotel for the shuttle but you have to pay 5 Euro's per adult to go out. The initial booking did not mention that it said shuttle included. Further the entertainment package for TV is totally outdated. You have to pay for watching movies. There is no smart TV. The AC Unit was noisy and started rattling in middle of the night. Which was irritating. They need major upgrades.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und alöe waren sehr nett.

Leider war in Unseren Zimmer bei ein von zwei Betten die Matratze durch und man lag in einer Kuhle......habe mir eine 2 Decke geben lassen,damit ich überhaupt schlafen konnte. Das hat dem schönen Hotel einen großen Negativpunkt gebracht!

The reception and bar staff were super friendly and nice. The breakfast was very good.

There is no outdoor space or terrace. The room cleaning could have been a bit more attentive. The toilet bin was not emptied during my whole stay. An empty shower gel bottle was not replaced, so I had to find the cleaner to ask for it. Dirty glasses and cups were not removed. The face cloths, one of which was only lightly used, disappeared on my last day and were not replaced, while dirty hand towel I had left on the floor was not removed.

Ontbijt is prima, best uitgebreid. Personeel is ook vriendelijk.

De €15,- parkeerkosten die we opeens moesten betalen, dit hebben we voorgaande keren nooit hoeven betalen en hebben wij ook nergens gelezen tijdens het boeken. Ook vonden we de kamer niet erg schoon, best wat stof en wat vlekken. Het is wel hoogseizoen dus kan wel eens gebeuren

Le frigo était vide, il aurait fallu offrir 2 ou 3 bouteilles d'eau fraîches aux clients, surtout en été le jour de leur venue à l'hôtel.Le parking est payant : 15 euros la nuit, pourtant , j'avais reçu un mail me disant que c'était exceptionnellement gratuit pour mon séjour de 2 jours. J'ai montré le mail à la réception, on m'a dit que c'est un mail de booking qui ne fonctionne pas avec l'hôtel mais la réception a quand même était sympa en m'offrant la deuxième nuitée de parking.

We arrived late in the evening and paid a high price for our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working. We asked several times for a different room or a fan, but nothing was provided. We were with two small children and had to sleep in a very hot room with no possibility of opening the windows. We were promised a 50% discount, but after one month we still have not received it. I contacted both Booking and the hotel several times. I am leaving this negative review only because the promised compensation was never received. We are very disappointed.

Персонал був привітним, кімната дуже зручна, можна скористатися ігровою кімнатою, баром або спортзалом, чудова шумоізоляція, також сам готель розкішний і гарний.

Не можна відкривати вікна, телевізор був старуватим та не підключався до телефону, у деяких місцях було бруднувато, але не критично.

De kamer was echt niet schoon. Overal lag stof, alsof er al een aantal weken niet gezogen was. Er lag ook nog een sok op de kamer van iemand voor ons. Het personeel doet alles wat je vraagt, maar straalt niet echt uit dat ze daar met plezier werken.
