Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Man muss sich vor Augen halten,es ist ein Ibis Hotel( was nicht schlecht gemeint ist)da ust immer mehr oder weniger der selbe Standard. Relativ einfach,aber alles in Ordnung, Service stimmt und Sauber. Ist für ein kurz Trip perfekt.
Leider keine Parlkmöichkeit Öffentliches Parlhaus aber in der nähe für 16 Euro der Tag.

Śniadania powinny być bardziej urozmaicone, a potrawy lepiej podawane np. smażony boczek był suchy jak wiór, kawa niskiej jakości, wybór warzyw praktycznie żaden tzn. były wyłącznie pokrojone w plastry surowe ogórki. Zgłosiłem uszkodzenie okna w pokoju, ale niestety nikt nie pofatygował się, żeby to naprawić. Do przycisku przywołującego windę na 2 piętrze czasami trzeba mieć cierpliwość, albo decydować się na spacer po schodach.

Efectuei o pagamento da taxa diária de turísticas, paguei em dinheiro, aparentemente o colaborador não registou o pagamento e durante o checkout, pediram o pagamento, e respondi que tinha pago no check-in em dinheiro, e a colaboradora duvidou que eu tinha feito o pagamento e questionou se eu tinha a certeza e fez uma expressão de reprovação à minha resposta. Foi muito inconveniente e rude.

De airco was defect. Met mijn gezondheidsproblemen is een werkende airco zeer belangrijk voor een goede nachtrust. De eerste 2 nachten waren warm maar iet of wat te doen. Van zaterdag op zondag was het echter zo warm op de kamer dat ik geen oog heb dicht gedaan. En we die middag, 1 dag vroeger dan gepland en betaald naar huis zijn moeten keren.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Hôtel très central : la proximité de la gare, des vélos à louer, de la zone piétonne. Chambre très propre, assez bien agencée, décorée et meublée avec goût. Personnel sympa. L'espace commun, salon et bar, est agréable.
Pour le tarif demandé (180 €/nuit sans petit-déjeuner à 18 €/personne) il pourrait y avoir un peu plus d'équipements dans la chambre tels que : boite de mouchoirs, chausse-pied, petites serviettes (il n'y avait qu'un drap de bain/personne). La fenêtre de notre chambre donnait sur un mur !!! Impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre (juste en oscillo-battant). PAS de clim en pleine canicule !! La literie était assez confortable mais le surmatelas glissait sur le côté. Le petit-déjeuner est très moyen et trop cher pour ce qui est proposé.

De airco was kapot en het was behoorlijk heet in de kamer. Blijkbaar was dit al maanden zo, maar het hotel vas volboekt en ze konden geen andere kamer voorzien. We zouden een ventilator krijgen maar die kwam pas na 2 nachten. We hadden recht op compensatie vertelde de vriendelijke man achter de receptie, die konden we vragen aan de leiding van het hotel zelf. Maar er wordt niet gereageerd op berichten.De kamer is zo slecht geïsoleerd dat het leek alsof je buiten lag. De tv vertoonde enkel blokkerig beeld. De badkamer begon aan de wasbak volledig af te schilferen. De houten plaat zat vol gaten.

A mosdókagyló lefolyó el volt dugulva. Szóvá tettem ezt a recepción, de a recepciós pökhendi flegma, minősíthetetlen stílusban (ilyet mond, piece of shit) lerázott. A lefolyót nem tisztították ki.

First room we were allocated was not a twin room and the airconditioning did not work. The second room was a double bed (twins were unavailable by then) and it did not have access to direct light. It formed part of an accessible room suite with a single room onto which we looked out. Very strange and not pleasant. We had booked the room well in advance and had asked for a proper twin. It should have been easy to accommodate such a request.

The matress topping kept moving , which left the bed being very uncomfortable , would have been better with a proper mattress. Also had no fridge, nor tea/coffee making facilities .

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026wij kwamen met de aspi’s van de chiro naar het hotel als tussenstop. Wij hadden net 85km gefietst en de man was heel vriendelijk, hij legde alles goed uit en liet ons onze fietsen ook veilig opstellen. Heel lekker eten ook!!!
we hadden een heeeele warme kamer, we moesten hierdoor de ruit openzetten maar Kortrijk leeft (zeker na de match van de rode duivels 😉) De airco was stuk waardoor deze niet op kon en we zwetend wakker werden

Soy clienta habitual del hotel y por error pagué un día más de estancia cuando me lo podrían haber reembolsado sin problema. Pero no, a ellos solo les interesaba quedarse con los 120 euros del día que no pude disfrutar. Estoy completamente decepcionada. Jamás volveré a recomendar este hotel.. Dejáis mucho que desear respecto al trato a "atención al cliente" LAMENTABLE..... PENOSO
