The facility felt old and worn out. Not worth the price.

Rooms are spacious

There is no cleaniness in all the rooms, kitchen and especially bathroom..fungus on the taps and flush switches full of fungus..electricity keeps trippings..ac dont work well.

All the staff including the riceptionist wete friendly .

Main bath room had issues. Most important with these reviews is your hotel might not perform that well in future or increase or hike the price. Hope this doesnt happen with your hotel.

The size of the apartment was great for the price

There was a few problems with the televisions in the apartment as in getting WiFi we had to keep calling reception but the staff were very helpful

2 toilet sink clogged. Long time to resolve room issue it took days. Ironing board and Iron 2days lock in a room cannot access. Main door lock 1 thin piece of wood is holding.

Cleanliness I am a bit OCD and i felt that the apartment was cleaned on the surface only

The staff was great and the place is Soo clean 💯

The staff was nice except for the man at the front when we checked out.

Rooms need to be updated. The rooms wasn’t very clean. Both TV remotes were taped together and didn’t work.

Very helpful staff! We had a couple of small issues, but they were solved immediately. The refrigerator wasn’t working, but they replaced it almost instantaneously with a replacement. Lots of space. Nice to have a washing machine to use. The location was great, with so many restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and a 15-20 minute walk to the train station in one direction and a shopping mall in the other.

I was there twice from December 4- 13/14, 2025. During both my stays the lock of the door was broken, Secondly the tv during both the stays wasn't working well to connect to the network. To correct that problem 2 nights in a row we slept at 4 am in the morning and mind you, my husband and i are both senior citizens.which takes a serious toll on our health. Worst of all in both stay air conditoning was very very bad. Even though we had put temp on 17 deg the temp in the room was 25 and that created health issue for me as i feel very very suffocated. Upon bringing this to the notice of the maintainence we were told the pipes are frozen. That's not a valid excuse. Also due to health reason i had postpone my stay first from Dec 12 to 13 which they did not charge me but yet i wasn't feeling well and i wasn't in a position to travel from oman to dubai so i had once again requested to postpone to december 14th but they charged me for the day even though i had changed well ahead of time . I am really disapppointed in the whole above experience. I would like compensation for all the inconveniences we had to face at our age.. Very very upset and disappointed

The rooms used to be clean, and the staff was very helpful. But now, we're not sure what’s changed. The manager and staff have become very rude — especially with things like the lights turning off automatically, claiming they have no control over it. They don’t even wait a minute past checkout time, and the hotel manager clearly doesn’t know how to treat guests properly.

I really enjoyed my stay at Emirates Stars Hotel Apartments. The location is very convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to get around Dubai. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It felt more like a home than a hotel, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful. They were quick to assist with any requests and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Housekeeping was reliable, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I would have preferred to have more variety for breakfast.

Spacious of the apartments

The other manager who was sometimes working in the evening opposite Ahmed another Manager was rude a few times. He was serving me and as soon as someone came speaking in his language he started serving them whilst I was waiting. This happened twice and never apologised then continued to assist me as nothing had happened.

As being a regular customer,, as expected,every thing was perfect,

It's was good stay in Dubai we like it

But I was surprised after my booking confirmation, when I came to the hotel reception they took 10 AED darhams from us why? Let us know
