The pool was under construction, we would appreciate it if they had let us know in advance. The beach was filled with Seaweed so we couldn't enjoy either and we had to drive far for a different beach...

El diseny exterior de l'hotel es bonic i l'esmorxar era prou correcte

El restautant és pèssim. L' opció per sopar no tw cap sentit ja que fan un menú tancat amb molts plats i si sols en vols un et cobren quasi tot el menú. L'opció per als.nens es molt pobre, una pasta amb mantega. Pel tema del sargazo la platja estava impracticable. L'habitació beuta a l'arribada amb una drcoració molt antiga, gens condortable.

Le bungalow 10 est très confortable et au calme nous avons vraiment aimé le service et l'accès à la plage et à la piscine. Malheureusement pour nous il y avait beaucoup de Sargasses mais on ne peut pas blâmer l'hôtel de faire ce qu'il peut pour limiter l'amas d'algues. L'hôtel est très beau, le petit déjeuner très bien et nous recommandons le demi-pension pour les excellents repas du soir. Big up au monsieur qui s'est occupé du ménage de notre chambre.

On a mis du temps à comprendre le fonctionnement de l'eau chaude dans la douche. Les jets skis qui passent trop près de la plage et le fait d'être isolés des lieux avec boutiques et restaurants. La piscine mérite quelques rénovations et changer le linge de lit et de salle de bain.

Hôtel confortable pour une nuit. Personnel agréable, bon choix au buffet du petit-déjeuner et plage propre.

My wife and I loved our stay at Petit Lafitte — the upgrade to a beachside cottage made our visit feel really special. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole place has a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a great start to each day. The location is perfect — right by a beautiful quiet beach and still close enough to reach everything in Playa del Carmen easily about 10 minutes taxi ride.

Localização, bangalos e estruturas muito boas. Por não ser um hotel gigante e nao estar muito cheio nos sentimos muito bem e confortáveis. Funcionários muito atenciosos e simpáticos.

Ficamos no bagalô que era ótimo, mas o ralo do banheiro estava entupido e nao tinha água quente no chuveiro.

Die Lage und das Konzept sind gut.

Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wartung und Verbesserungen an der Gesamtanlage sind erforderlich. Die Qualität des angebotenen Frühstücks und Abendessen sind zu sehr auf den US Touristen ausgelegt, worunter sie Vielfalt und die Qualität leidet

El mar adyacente está totalmente lleno de piedras y no es posible bañarse en forma segura, hay que caminar unos 100 metros para encontrar un espacio de mar din piedras.

Prachtig sfeervol hotel. De rust, echte strandsfeer, mooi strand, mooi zwembad. Dit alles zo weg van alle drukte en oase. Heerlijk gegeten a la carte. Ruim voldoende. Genieten!

My stay at Petit Lafitte was nothing short of magical. The beach and ocean view were breathtaking, food was amazing and the staff made me feel at home all the time. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen, whether for business or pleasure

Tout etait parfait! Endroit paradisiaque avec tout au rdv, personnel extremement gentil et pro, endroit loin de la foule, service impeccable, super resto et kids friendly. Je recommande ++++

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, direkt am Strand gelegen und bietet ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Der Pool ist einladend und das Restaurant serviert köstliche Gerichte. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und die angebotenen Yogakurse sind erstklassig.

Der Strand eignet sich nicht gut zum Schwimmen.

It is small. We stayed in a bungalow so it was quiet. They offer yoga every day which I loved. Staff were friendly, helpful. Food was excellent.

It is about 20 minutes from downtown. Requires a car or taxi. Taxis are reasonable.

Tout. Il n’y a rien à redire. L’hôtel est à taille humaine. L’ambiance est chaleureuse, le personnel charmant. Le buffet du petit dej très bien. Le repas du soir était très bien aussi. Ce n’est pas un buffet sauf pour les entrées et il y a des thèmes différents chaque soir.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Klar die Zimmer sind nicht mehr die modernsten, aber sie sind gepflegt. Das Essen war wunderbar, wir hatten Halbpension. Teils gab es Abends Buffet, teils a la carte mit Vorspeisenbuffet. Für uns war das Essen abwechslungsreich genug. Das Essen an der Beach Bar war exzellent. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich würde definitiv wieder kommen. Der Strand war sehr schön, man kommt auch ohne Steine ins Wasser.

Es ist keine Kritik in eigentlichen Sinne, aber ein wenig mehr Infos wären toll gewesen. Z.B. dass es einen Transfer an manchen Tagen in die Stadt gibt, oder das Licht auf dem Balkon nur nach Nachfrage angemacht werden kann. Aber das ist nur eine Anmerkung. Wenn man allerdings kein Kindergeschrei mag, dann sollte man lieber ein anders Hotel wählen, da doch sehr viele Kinder da waren. Der Pool könnte eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen.

Staff was welcoming and warm. A portion of the water had been cleared of seaweed so we were able to play in the water.

Food wasn’t good, few options. Bedsheets smelled like bleach and weren’t comfortable.

Hotel très agréable avec sa piscine et sa terrasse.

Skvělá poloha na klidné pláži, výhled. V části pláže jsou sice kameny, to však umožňuje dobré šnorchlování. Je zde i část s písečným vstupem. Ochotný personál. Dobré snídaně. I hotelovou restauraci s výhledem lze doporučit.

Sehr schöner Außenbereich mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Strandbar mit sehr nettem Personal!

1. Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel, uralte Einrichtung und ein winziges Bad. Sehr enttäuschend! Nur getrennte Betten verfügbar. 2. Sehr hellhörig, das Kindergeschrei war schon früh morgens in voller Lautstärke zu hören. 3. Frühstück vom Buffet war ok, aber jeden Tag das selbe. Generelle Anmerkung zum Strand und Lage: Das Hotel (wussten wir) liegt etwas abseits. Taxi in die Stadt kostet einfach 400 MXN, was m.M.n. unverschämt teuer ist. Zudem riesige Algenteppiche am Strand, die unangenehm riechen, baden war dadurch nicht möglich.

A localização do hotel é espetacular, literalmente pé na areia. De uma forma geral o hotel é bem silencioso, fomos buscando paz e encontramos. O estacionamento é realmente dentro da Pousada. O café da manhã é muito bom, podemos repetir a vontade e é bem variado. Apenas os sucos (2 diferentes por dia) que tenho dúvidas se eram naturais - pois tinham gosto de artificial. O jantar também é muito bom e bem variado.

Como todos os hoteis no México, nenhum tem ducha higiênica no banheiro. Me chamou a atenção que a pressão da água do chuveiro é muito fraca e a temperatura da água esquenta e esfria mesmo sem mexer nos registros.

El alojamiento es bellísimo, permite conexión total con la naturaleza, la cabaña cómoda, hermosa, perfecta, la pasamos increíble con mi familia, la playa es muy linda y limpia, la atención excelente siempre nos hicieron sentir especiales , 10/10

Il y a des rochers sur la plage de l'hôtel mais à quelques mètres, c'est plus baignable.

Schöner Strand, nettes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbüffet sehr lecker. Personal weiss betreffend Glutenintoleranz sehr gut bescheid.

Abendessen tageweise alterniedend Buffet (meist sehr gut und lecker) und Wahlessen (aus 3 Menüs, für uns nicht das Allerbeste, kleine Portionen und es hat recht lang gedauert bis gebracht wurde) + Salatbuffet (das sehr gut)

Les bungalows sont sombres et le couchage en mezzanine n’est pas pratique (dangereux pour y accéder et en descendre).

Nous avons ete surclassés dans un magnifique bungalow. L’hotel est très joli, avec l’espace bar et la piscine, l’accès a la plage, les hamacs... Frigo dans la chambre et eau a disposition.

Service lent. Le resto / bar pour manger le midi est cher. Le restaurant compris dans la demi pension propose 2 choix de plats, pas très bon. La plage juste en face de l’hotel est peu praticable, il faut se décaler un peu pour se baigner. Entreprise de jetski collée a la plage, très bruyante et qui empêche de faire du snorkeling.

Sehr schöne Anlage, der direkte Standzugang war super. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man flott unterwegs, ohne ist man auf Taxis angewiesen, da die Anlage weiter weg ist von allem.

I like the fact that the property is small and not crowded. The bar is next to the beach and well staffed. Very attentive and friendly. The lunches are good. The portions are large enough to share.

The food in the main dining hall is not good. The breakfast is ok but the dinner’s leave a lot to be desired.

The breakfast was great, the guy who did the check in was kind and also great.

Unfortunately, my stay fell short of expectations in several important areas. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the service from the serving staff was inconsistent. While some waiters were genuinely kind and attentive, others were rude or inattentive. I often had to ask repeatedly for basic items like cutlery, and it frequently felt as though the focus was more on tips or paying for extras than on providing good service. When I checked into my room, there was a used towel left behind and sand on the floor, which raised concerns about whether the room had been properly cleaned. I also booked two massages during my stay: the first one was okay, but the second was not good at all, and I am unfortunately leaving with back pain, which is deeply disappointing. I also found the “free yoga” offering to be misleading, as it was only available once and very early in the morning. Overall, much of the experience felt centered on encouraging additional spending rather than creating a genuinely relaxing environment where I would want to spend more because everything was exceptional. On a positive note, the breakfast was very good. However, dinner on my first night was not enjoyable, which led me to skip dinner at the restaurant for the remainder of my stay; the food at the bar was noticeably better. The highlight of my experience was the person who checked me in, who was kind and welcoming, as well as a few of the bar staff who provided great service. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay left much to be desired, and the combination of an uncomfortable bed and a poor massage significantly affected my overall experience.

This was out first weekend away at the beach with our six months old baby and it was a great experience! The property is beautiful and well cared for, it has great vibes of a cozy beach oasis rather than a mega resort. The staff is lovely, the views are beautiful, the food is good!

Absolutely gorgeous, sweet spot, so relaxed and wonderful. We would have stayed another night if we could. The staff…literally everyone…was amazing.

I think a little more transparency about what the food situation is would be really helpful for people who were staying there longer. The beach club restaurant and bar is really expensive and you have a fixed menu for dinner, so it’s important to know that going in. We were only staying for one night so it wasn’t a big deal. Also, it’s a really family friendly place (not a bad thing!!!) but just know that if you’re looking for an adults only experience.
