Une très belle découverte et un excellent séjour au Couvent des Minimes. L’établissement réunit avec élégance tous les codes d’un cinq-étoiles : un cadre raffiné, des prestations de grande qualité et un service particulièrement attentionné. Nous avons séjourné dans une grande chambre située dans le bâtiment principal, qui conjugue charme authentique, confort et équipements soignés. Elle s’est révélée particulièrement agréable tout au long de notre séjour. Le spa L’Occitane offre un véritable moment de détente, dans un cadre très agréable. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les jardins, luxuriants et variés, ainsi que la qualité des équipements proposés. Nous avons dîné au Pamparigouste et avons été enchantés par cette expérience : le repas était excellent, raffiné et parfaitement exécuté. Le petit-déjeuner est varié, complet et particulièrement soigné. Tout au long du séjour, le personnel s’est montré charmant, disponible et prévenant. Une très belle adresse, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée et où nous reviendrons avec plaisir, cette fois pour profiter d’un séjour plus long.

parfaitement préservé. L’hôtel est superbe, avec une décoration particulièrement élégante, aussi bien à l’extérieur que dans le hall et les chambres, qui sont spacieuses et très confortables. Les deux piscines sont magnifiques et permettent de profiter pleinement du calme et de la nature environnante. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine intérieure parfaitement chauffée ainsi que l’excellent massage au spa. Mention spéciale au restaurant étoilé Le Feuillée : une expérience gastronomique remarquable qui, selon nous, mérite largement une deuxième étoile. Très bon petit-déjeuner également. Enfin, tout le personnel a été particulièrement agréable, attentionné et professionnel. Une très belle adresse où nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

L'endroit est fabuleux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, le site est magnifique, le SPA et les espaces piscines très agréables. La piscine a débordement extérieur avec la vue sur la nature a été particulièrement appréciée. Les restaurants sont aussi très bien, le petit déjeuner particulièrement bon avec toutes sortes de choix possibles. En résumé, nous avons passé un séjour au top dans cet établissement.

La durée du repas au restaurant La Feuillée était un peu longue sur la fin, le rythme était bon au début, mais en fin de repas, nous avons du attendre un peu plus. Mais vu que le cadre sur la terrasse était extraordinaire et les plats délicieux, ce n'était pas bien grave.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, le personnel particulièrement attentif et attentionné. Le spa est tout aussi exceptionnel. C'est un très bel hôtel.

We had a very unpleasant experience at Le Couvent des Minimes. The male manager with a long beard showed obvious discrimination against Chinese guests and arbitrarily doubled the price without any reasonable explanation. His service attitude was extremely rude and hostile, which completely ruined the high-end positioning and reputation of this L'Occitane spa hotel. We strongly do not recommend Chinese tourists to book this property.

We absolutely loved this gorgeous and very special hotel. The peace and beauty are outstanding. The decor is second to none—every detail is truly exceptional. The pool, spa, breakfast, lobby and our terrace room were fantastic. We loved the food and in fact ate here every night except one because they place us gorgeous. The staff took great care of us. The stations of the cross kept intact were truly special. We loved our pool days and service. The wine tasting with Jules was outstanding. We hated to leave and wanted to stay and live there. We hope to someday return.

The property itself is undeniably beautiful. Set in a former convent, it has been tastefully restored and offers an elegant atmosphere. The bed was comfortable and the valet team was genuinely friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing and nowhere near 5-star standards. The pillows were extremely soft, offering virtually no head or neck support. I asked for firmer pillows on the first evening and was told that the hotel had no alternatives. I repeated my request the following morning; the receptionist assured me he would take care of it. Nothing was done and the same unsuitable pillows remained throughout our stay. Most members of the staff appeared distant, rarely smiled and seemed indifferent. They would say a generic “hello” while passing by, but never a warm or personal greeting such as “Good morning, Sir.” It may seem like a small detail, but it reflects the overall attitude towards guests. Surprisingly for a hotel of this category, there is no evening turndown service. Our room (Room 5) had a rather impractical layout: the toilet was completely separate from the bathroom, which was located on the other side of the room. Even more surprising, the bathroom was closed only by a transparent sliding glass door, offering virtually no privacy whatsoever. Housekeeping did not service our room until after 4:00 p.m., and only because I went to reception to ask for it. The valet service also failed us. I requested that my car be brought to the entrance 15 minutes before our dinner reservation. When I arrived, the valets had already left. Worse still, the wrong set of car keys had been left inside my vehicle. I had to return to reception, wait in line, explain the situation, hand back someone else’s keys, wait while the receptionist searched for mine, while the owners of the other vehicle were simultaneously looking for their missing keys. This should simply never happen in a luxury hotel. The L’Occitane Spa was another disappointment. Throughout our stay, it was impossible to book any treatment. Every request was met with the same answer: “We’re fully booked.” For a destination spa, this is frustrating, especially without any attempt to offer alternatives or solutions. One afternoon, while I was relaxing by the spa pool, a member of staff came and closed all the parasols without asking any guests. I was suddenly left in direct sunlight and had no choice but to leave the area because the heat became unbearable. Service was consistently slow, including in the restaurant. At lunch, our order was not correctly taken the first time and apparently had not even been entered. Someone had to come back and take the entire order again, making an already slow service even longer. The internet connection was also well below expectations. The hotel’s Wi-Fi was extremely slow, making some applications difficult or even impossible to use properly. To make matters worse, mobile phone reception was poor or completely unavailable in several areas of the hotel, including inside our room, leaving guests with very limited connectivity. Even small details reveal a lack of attention: the complimentary water bottles provided in the room were exceptionally difficult to open, even for someone with strong hands. Overall, the impression is that the hotel relies on the beauty of the building while paying insufficient attention to service. The décor and setting deserve five stars; the service certainly does not. Too often, it felt as though nobody really cared. With better management, improved staff training and greater attention to guests, this property could be exceptional. At present, however, it falls well below the standard expected of a true luxury hotel.

Le lieu est magnifique, chargé d’histoire. La décoration est élégante. Les extérieurs et la spa superbes. Le restaurant gastronomique est très bon. Un endroit où il faut aller !

Stunning property, beautiful gardens really hits the south of France expectations.

Nothing, my only gripes if I was being very critical was staff at times were not overly clear or helpful in regards to processes and procedures. E.g. I went and spoke to someone on reception about arranging a taxi to take us into the local town the following day and provided details of times and location. They assured me it would be arranged and I would receive confirmation via WhatsApp. However, I did not receive any message, so I went back down to reception an hour or 2 before the collection time the following day. To which they seem a little confused and unsure if it had or had not been arranged, approximately a few moments later they then made the call to the taxi company and arranged transport. I do not believe they had contacted the taxi company and had forgotten. I also arranged transportation to airport and collection from our previous accommodation, on discussion with other locals it seemed quite high, therefore I presume the hotel took a premium for the arrangement. Also as you would expect being at a 5 star hotel prices of drink and foods were fairly high.

Breakfast was perfect - buffet style with a huge variety of options available.

This place is an absolute gem. Zen atmosphere in a wonderful setting, a historical site beautifully renovated. The welcome is very professional, starting with valet parking, fresh water and a welcome cocktail. Our hybrid car was charged free of charge every day. Upon arrival, all explanations were clearly provided. The reception staff is very friendly, ready to provide any advice and assistance. Specifically, Julie was very helpful and suggested some really interesting places to visit in the region. She was very efficient, with a lovely smile, and clearly very knowledgeable about sightseeing, distances, driving times, and restaurants at each destination. The room was outstanding, without any negative points. In particular, we appreciated the high-quality bedding and bright, spacy bathroom. The coffee machine is available, and complimentary coffee and tea bags are replenished each morning and evening, along with non-alcoholic drinks. The breakfast is excellent, very rich, and you immediately notice that a dedicated, specialized baker is behind it. The selection of high quality fresh fruit is also superb. Except for the fruit juices, drinks are served at the table. We were a bit disappointed that matcha isn’t suggested by the staff. If you don’t know it’s available, you won’t think to ask for it, which isn’t great for newcomers. We were surprised that sparkling wine isn’t available for the breakfast like in many other high-standing places. Also at breakfast, it was surprising that you have to pay extra for eggs made to order. Despite a stretch of cloudy weather, we really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. There are two saunas, tropical rain showers, a hammam… all very pleasant and relaxing! However, we missed having a sauna scrub salt, which is a standard item in most of the saunas we visited. Having glass holders outside each sauna would also be a plus-point. Overall, a fantastic experience that we highly appreciated and do recommend!

Todo. La cena en el restaurante Le Feuillée fue inolvidable. El servicio fue excepcional y la comida superlativa. Nos hicieron un regalo especial por nuestro tercer aniversario. Fue toda una explosión de sabores en boca. El Spa es muy completo y la piscina es ideal para relajarse. Las suites son perfectas para el descanso. Tanto los jardines como la decoración de los espacios emanan paz. Los productos l’Occitane son la guinda del pastel.

Everything was immaculate. The hotel was beautiful, set amongst perfect grounds. The smell of lavender is everywhere. Absolutely gorgeous. The spa was fabulous. The facilities external to the spa also worth a visit with a 25m pool, pétanque playing area & plenty of rest/ reading spots. High standards throughout. We would visit again, and again, and again!

The only improvement would be the inclusion of simpler options on the food menu. The menu didn’t have enough classic options for multiple visits.

We were disappointed with the room, the balcony had no view and was not clean with dead plants. A mix up my reception over a dinner reservation left us feeling it was our fault very poor.

Une expérience incroyable de calme, de volupté et de luxe discret règne au Couvent. La restauration du lieu est sublime, les tons crème et le bois clair sont en parfaite harmonie avec la pierre et l'essence du lieu. L'espace SPA est superbe, nous avons profité d'un soin en duo exceptionnel. La piscine, le petit déjeuner, tout n'est que pur bonheur.

Il nous est arrivé 3 soucis sur place dont nous avons fait part à la réception lors de notre départ. - Au bistrot Pamparigouste, nous avons attendu plus d'1h notre sole meunière sans aucune attention du personnel. - Au SPA, notre réservation de soin avait été egarée... Heureusement le personnel du SPA a pu nous trouver un autre créneau. - Au room service, nous avons commandé du vin rouge au verre pour accompagner notre repas, celui-ci est arrivé fermenté et imbuvable ! Il a fallu rappeler la réception pour qu'on nous porte un autre verre....

מלון מהמם, המבנה הינו מנזר שהוסב לבית מלון יפיפה. שירות נפלא של הצוות שעושה הכל על מנת לסייע בכל דבר. חדר מרווח מעוצב ונעים מאד, ארוחת בוקר נפלאה, ארוחות הערב שאכלנו בשתי המסעדות היו מצויינות. הספא מעולה.

Honnêtement, le plus bel hôtel que nous ayons jamais fait. Le cadre est juste magnifique et rien n’est laissé au hasard. Tout est fait pour passer un séjour inoubliable : du personnel très attentionné aux multiples activités possibles : spa, fitness (bien équipé), bars, etc. Mention spéciale au jardin qui est immense où chaque coin invite à la détente. La chambre est très confortable et spacieuse. Sans parler de la qualité de la cuisine ! Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le large choix qu’offre le buffet du petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons très certainement en été pour profiter encore plus de l’extérieur et notamment de la piscine.

La rénovation qui a été réalisée est magnifique et la décoration est très raffinée. Le personnel est très souriant et à l'écoute. Les restaurants sont de très grande qualité et les petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans ce bel établissement où l'on se sent vraiment très bien.

J''aurais apprécié pouvoir profiter un peu plus longument du bassin extérieur au sein du SPA, pensant qu'il serait chauffé à une température agréable mais à 28°, ce n'est pas possible.

Certainement l’un des plus bel établissement en France. Une équipe attentionnée de la première minute au départ. Un lieu sublime, le spa est réellement magique, la chambre parfaite, le chef propose de très belles découvertes et la cave est tout simplement extraordinaire. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps.
