Le petit déjeuner était très copieux et varié. la possibilité de prendre un repas le midi ou le soir pour un prix très raisonnable. L'hôtel a une situation privilégiée, celui-ci domine la mer, il a donc une vue exceptionnelle avec une piscine très agréable.

La salle des petits déjeuners est au soleil, des stores seraient bienvenus tout comme la terrasse qui manque de parasols. Deux ou trois parasols de plus, permettraient de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'ombre sans attendre qu'une table se libère

Alles was voortreffelijk en niets op aan te merken , wij hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad en komen volgend jaar vast weer terug .

Mały, kameralny obiekt, dzięki czemu nigdy nie było problemu z miejscem podczas śniadania czy przy basenie. Wieczorami basen był przeważnie całkowicie pusty. Dużym plusem są schody prowadzące w dół oraz bliskość plaży i restauracji. Przepiękny widok ze wzgórza, z dala od innych hoteli, zapewniał ciszę i spokój. Pokoje są piękne i bardzo czyste. Codziennie były starannie sprzątane, dzięki czemu cały pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy.

Ciężko jest się do czegoś przyczepić, może jedynie do łóżek, które są łączone i czasami się rozjeżdżały.

A lépcsőn való feljutásra jó volna felhívni a figyelmet, mert így sajnos mi nagyon messziről, valami hátsó útról érkeztünk meg gyalog, ahol volt azért emelkedő is. Miután felfedeztük a lépcsőt, már sokkal egyszerűbb volt.

Bellissima vista panoramica sul mare, sicuramente uno dei punti forti della struttura. Camera piccola ma carina, accogliente e ben tenuta. Comodo parcheggio direttamente davanti all’hotel. Struttura con piscina e ambienti piacevoli.

La strada per arrivare alla struttura è un po’ scomoda e, a mio parere, è praticamente necessario avere la macchina. Per raggiungere il mare bisogna scendere una lunga scalinata e poi attraversare la strada, quindi il percorso non è comodissimo. La colazione non mi è piaciuta molto: era sempre uguale, con poca scelta e gli stessi dolci ogni giorno. Inoltre, trovare l’acqua frizzante a pagamento durante la colazione mi è sembrato davvero poco piacevole e una cosa che non avevo mai trovato in altre strutture. Peccato anche per l’assenza dell’ascensore.

La nostra luna di miele è iniziata qui. Location meravigliosa, completa di tutti i servizi. Personale super gentile e sempre sorridente. La pulizia in angolo è perfetta. Abbiamo trascorso anche 3 giorni senza muoverci e abbiamo approfittato della loro ottima cucina. Colazione internazionale e con prodotti locali freschi ogni mattina. Mangiate nella loro terrazza è bellissimo. Torneremo sicuramente per la prossima vacanza!

Beautiful amazing place, all what you need to rest. Comfortable clean room with air conditioner, fantastic pool and really good food in restaurant breakfast or lunch with local delicious. Nice and helpful people in hotel, fantastic domestic hotel. Incredibly amazing view to the sea from balcony. On site is possible to rent a car. I hope I will back someday to this hotel.

Such a lovely, clean, well located place to stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The view from our room, from the the pool and the restaurant were just amazing! Within 10 minutes or so of walking, there are couple of restaurants and a supermarket. If you walk just a bit further, you’ll find many restaurants and bars. We would definitely return here!

Nothing. The quicker walk down to the beach requires going down some steps (about 80) - didn’t bother us, but it could others.

C'est un hôtel familial où nous sommes très bien reçu (en prime, le jeune homme à l'accueil parle français!). L'hôtel est très bien entretenu, la piscine est très agréable. Un parking pour se stationner.

We stayed for one night. The hotel was very clean and modern, with a beautiful sea view. The interior was stylish and looked exactly like the photos. I think it deserves a 4-star rating rather than 3 stars.

The only downside was that there were a few bugs in the room. Breakfast can be better.

Such a wonderful hotel, very lovely family who, as other reviewers say, cannot do enough for you. And the views! From balcony and pool. Good is excellent and good value, plus whole hotel is spotless. The steps are not as challenging as we imagined and plenty of buses and taxis to take you to busier areas and gorgeous Chania. Also lovely restaurants and great beach a few minutes walk away. Use the Esperides beach loungers for free if spend 16 euros, the food there is also very good. Overall a wonderful hotel which made our holiday very special.

Abbiamo cenato sempre in Hotel sulla terrazza della piscina con cibo fresco e di qualità, inoltre abbiamo noleggiato l’auto direttamente in Hotel con la compagnia URANUS, puntuali e cortesi con consegna e ritiro dell’auto in Hotel! Che dire consigliamo questa struttura!

My wife and I stayed in the Renieris in early June. This is an amazing family owned hotel. Everything is first class. Everywhere is absolutely spotless. The staff and the family are great, can't do enough for you. Breakfast is superb. Caters for all requirements with eggs cooked to order. Food served in the poolside restaurant/bar is excellent with generous portions. Although you have to climb 97 steps to reach the hotel, it's absolutely worth it. Can't praise it too highly. We shall return!!

Das Hotel und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren alle äußerst freundlich. Das Zimmer überraschte uns mit toller LED-Beleuchtung, genug Steckdosen und sogar einer USB-Steckdose zum laden von Handy usw. Beim Frühstück waren auch typisch Griechische Sachen dabei, z.B. Dakos und Olivenpaste.

Die 98 Stufen nach dem Abendspaziergang… 😂😂 Nur Spaß, wir fanden sogar dass das gut für unsere Gesundheit ist wenn man die Treppe auf der Rückseite vom Hotel nutzt. 😊

Ausgesprochen sauber (insgesamt, Zimmer, Pool), freundliches Familienhotel mit sehr nettem Personal.

Leider war in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft ein Platz für Hochzeitstag- Events, der während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalt mehrfach – teilweise bis in die Nacht – genutzt worden ist.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso! Ospitalità familiare unica e indimenticabile! Struttura fantastica, ci è piaciuta moltissimo! La posizione è ottima e molto comoda per esplorare Creta. L'hotel è curato nei minimi dettagli e ha una bellissima piscina, ideale per rilassarsi. ​La colazione è eccezionale, ricca di prodotti tipici della tradizione greca: lo yogurt greco autentico è delizioso, il caffè è ottimo e le uova espresse vengono preparate al momento, calde e squisite. ​Ma il vero valore aggiunto di questo posto è l'atmosfera. È un hotel a gestione familiare, guidato dalla splendida signora Stella e dai suoi figli. La loro attenzione, cura e genuina gentilezza verso gli ospiti sono doti rare. Ieri è stato il mio compleanno e ci hanno sorpreso con un gesto meraviglioso che non ci aspettavamo assolutamente: abbiamo trovato in camera una bottiglia di vino, fiori freschi e un biglietto di auguri. È stato un momento davvero emozionante e toccante! ​Un grazie di cuore a Stella e ai suoi figli per aver reso la nostra vacanza a Creta così speciale. L hôtel surplombe la baie et la vue sur la mer est très agréable depuis le balcon, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, le petit déjeuner est incroyablement copieux et le restaurant propose de très bons plats à des tarifs compétitifs. This hotel is by far one of the stand out hotels we have stayed in. A small boutique hotel with a very relaxed atmosphere - if you are looking for entertainment 24/7 this isn’t the one for you. We have never returned to a hotel before but this is our second visit and very likely we will be back again. I cannot praise all of the staff more, they all work so hard to make your holiday a fantastic experience. The hotel is immaculately clean and the rooms are comfortable and well proportioned. The breakfast had a wide choice to cater for everyone. As per previous reviews the stairs up to the hotel are challenging so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Thank you again to everyone at the hotel for making our holiday a memorable one.

Located in a peaceful setting, with a beautiful view of the sea, it sits above the bustle of the city. It is close to Chania and many attractions. The owners and staff are very attentive and friendly. The premises are immaculate and the rooms tastefully decorated.

We arrived late at night, on an easyJet flight from Bristol. EasyJet supplied a private car transfer, dropping us directly to the hotel entrance. We had expected to be dropped on the main road & to use the steps. The owner of the hotel had already messaged me to say he would kindly collect us from the main road & help with luggage, should this happen. On arrival at the hotel, we found an envelope with details of our room (205) and breakfast details. The hotel & room were immaculately clean. The room although small, consisted of comfortable twin beds, with duvets, & an open plan bathroom with hand held & overhead rain shower, with sliding door shared as the toilet door. Hairdryer, showergel, shampoo, handwash & disposable slippers were provided. Along with good quality towels, which were replenished as required. Hanging storage with 6 hangers & shelves were provided but no drawers. Storage shelves are high & slightly challenging for short people. This area also housed the free safe, a kettle, glasses & mugs, tea & coffee, 1 bottle of water in the fridge below. ( no milk provided for late arrivals) There were sockets, lights & charging points beside the beds. Air con / heating were included in the cost of our holiday & worked efficiently. Also a large tv and remote control. The sea view was amazing from the balcony, also providing good views over Stalos. There were 2 chairs & a table. No drying rack or pegs provided. The grounds & gardens of the hotel were well kept, and everywhere was extremely clean. The pool, although we didn’t use, looked immaculate, plenty of sun-beds & umbrellas provided. The breakfast room, which is located down steps into the garden, had plenty of tables & chairs, both inside & out. Breakfast was excellent, with eggs cooked to order & ready cooked items kept in a hot server . Offering lots of choice, including cold cuts, cheeses, breads, cakes, olives, yogurt, cereals, juices, teas & coffees. Everything was well labelled. We had 2 days of heavy rain & staff dealt efficiently with all guests eating inside in difficult & wet conditions. Breakfast staff work extremely hard & efficiently. There is parking outside the hotel, I would highly recommend car hire, as the hotel is located high on a hill, and the daily walk up & down the steps to the seafront is not for the faint hearted. Our easyJet pick up transfer was confusing, we were requested to wait on the main road at the bottom of the steps, it was dark & raining, but we duly waited there as requested, only to have a phone call to say the driver was waiting at the hotel entrance. The hotel owner was very helpful & had kindly given us a lift with our luggage in his pickup truck, but easyJet do need to sort this confusion out for their customers. It was no fault of the hotel. All in all, this was an extremely clean hotel with an excellent breakfast supplied. And good staff who are all happy to help at all times.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, moderne, geräumige Zimmer, tolle Lage, sehr sauber in der Anlage, Zugang zum Meer über eine Treppe und Straße. Das Restaurant ist recht gut. Es werden Ausflüge angeboten. Der Strand ist ganz gut, aber es wechseln Steine und Sand.

Die Anfahrt zum Hotel ist etwas abenteuerlich. Es wirkt drumherum sehr verwahrlost und schmutzig. Die Straße unterhalb des Hotels kann im Sommer bei offenem Fenster sicher gut gehört werden. Der Strand und die Zugänge sind nicht immer sauber und gepflegt.

The charm, kindness and efficiency of this family-run hotel. Excellent breakfasts and meticulous cleaning of the rooms etc.

Wide selection of breakfast, fresh vegetables, lovely greek cakes, cheases and olives.5-6 different types of coffees, 3 types of juices, 10-12 types of teas.Fresh greak bread and fruits. The view is fantastic,I can sit on the balcony all day long and just watching the beautifull blue/green sea and the Agia Theodori Island. Amazing location/hotel with amazing people. The room was nice and perfectly clean and modern.

2 weeks is too short on that place, I didn't like that we have only that much holidays...

Όλα ήταν άψογα!! Σε όλους τους τομείς!! Το μέρος, το ξενοδοχείο σαν χώρος, το πρωινό ήταν άψογο!! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Schöner Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer Richtung Westen. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet wird im Restaurant am Pool angeboten mit tollem Ausblick. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Nach 110 Treffenstufen erreicht man den Sandstrand auf der anderen Strassenseite. Guter Ausgangspunkt für die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Westen der Insel.

Der Lärm der unterhalb liegenden Küstenstrasse war bei geöffneten Fenster hörbar.

Vue magnifique sur la mer. Chambre très propre, spacieuse et confortable. Possibilité de manger le soir dans le restaurant de l'hôtel, ce qui évite de reprendre la voiture.

Very clean, the best food, very nice view. It is up of expectation.

Everything was perfect and relaxing. We stayed for 3 nights with breakfast included was the best stay. If you want a bit outside the busy city, peace and relaxation this is the best place with 5 minutes climbing down the steps to the beach and a big pool and a lovely view. The staff were lovely and friendly. And the breakfast was very good.

We loved everything, but just be prepared you need a car to go to the main cities like Chania etc and to the beach you need to climb down the stairs like a little hike, just letting y'all know. But we loved it.

Yet another wonderful holiday with Georgios and family, at the beautiful Renieris Hotel. The ipitomy of Greek hospitality. We had a suite with superb views over the sea and Kato Stalos, Fresh cooked breakfast with great quality food and lots of choice, try the fresh orange juice worth the extra 3 euros. Spotless hotel and pool plenty of sunbeds, we went to the beach most days and used the sunbeds at Taverna Kimatogi or Esperides beach hotel. True 97 steps down from the hotel keeps you fit. Lots of nice touches at Renieris like free water top-ups from the machine in the restaurant and great ice cold local beer on draught, also you can get a wonderful professional massage therapist Manolis either in room or outside under the trees (my advice trees). From our first visit in 2011 untill now 10 out of 10 see you again soon

Owner extremely helpful, resourceful & generous. Room & facilties very clean. Very nutritious and good quality breakfast included in the price. Surprisingly good quality lunch and dinner at very reasonable price. A very good family run small hotel for a relax vacation.

20/9/25 - 4/10/25 Family oriented run hotel - George (son) Stella (mother) and family. Not forgetting Tom the cat 🐈 very friendly and likes a sun lounger cuddle. Breakfast - plentiful food options! bacon, sausage, cereal, breads/toast, eggs/omelets, dried fruits, fruits, jams, cheese, meats, teas, coffees, juices, water (unlimited refills). Bar menu/snacks/evening meals - really good choice, delicious, hot and fresh prepared and great price. We had a few evening meals here to save walking into the town. Never had a bad meal! Rooms- ours was 304 Overlooking swimming pool, garden and sea view. Bedside table comes with charging usb port. This hotel is quiet and a laid back feel so don’t expect loud music/vibes. This is a relaxing holiday. These rooms are immaculately clean and kept clean throughout your stay here. Greta and Marta are amazing! Towels changed as and when you want them to be ( just leave on floor and they will change but remember the environment cost) One sleeping area of 2 single beds pushed together. Air conditioning. Toilet and shower cubicles with sliding doors, there are body wash and shampoo here in every room, so save money and weight by not bringing any. They have slippers and a shave pack too in the rooms. Beach/pool towel- 1euro each Short walk into town - we liked eating at Maria’s, oinomelo, Kris kri, kosmas, krinos. Buses - every 20 minutes ( bus stop just along road) and 2 euros into Chania ( they can get a bit packed so be prepared to stand) 1 euro up to again marina (busier end) Beach - water very clear and clean. Different areas have some pebbles on edge of sea but there are areas where there is sand. Beach itself not raked at all so expect some debris/stones. Now the only negative we had was we were dropped by easy jet transport at the bottom on the road and expected to carry 2 suitcases up nearly 100 steps. We were delayed on departure flight so didn’t get to hotel til 01:30am. Once my husband brought cases up slowly and stopping regularly, we went to reception and found envelope in our name with room keys. We have since learned that if earlier flights, George will come down and collect you and cases. We will certainly be back at some point and have enjoyed everything that this holiday has to offer. Stella and Georgios were great at recommending places to go and where to park. Breakfast was delicious, the room was comfortable and the view from the pool/breakfast area was gorgeous.

My partner and I stayed here at the start of September and all I can say is that the other positive reviews for here are spot on. Giorgios, his family and team are all such wonderful people they made our stay as enjoyable as it was. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the breakfast buffet was both plentiful and varied as was the food available throughout the day, the drinks were cold and well needed and the added extra of being able to fill your empty water bottle at the bar is ingenious. The pool is big enough and we never had a problem picking our Sun loungers. We met a variety of lovely people who like is didn't have a bad word to say. We had room 304 that overlooked the pool, village and beach and is was suberb, the sunsets being an absolute highlight. The only negative was the minibus driver from the airport dropped is at the roadside and we had to navigate the steps with our cases but we did arrive after midnight otherwise Giorgios would have picked is up as he dropped is down when we were being picked up. If you have mobility issues then the steps down to the road and back up again may be troublesome but we used taxis a fair bit and prices are really reasonable. We wouldn't hesitate to return here one day and again Giorgios thanks to you and everyone there for making our stay so wonderful
