Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Good location, right in the centre, close to shops, restaurants etc, 10 mins walk to the station, cosy hotel with breakfast included, good variety of food at breakfast, little play area for children. Room clean , spacious with the desk but also with a small coffee table , beds on the softer side but comfortable for us. Window opens only little bit but that's again the case in a lot of hotels, there is no Aircon to adjust but general hotel climate control was making the room quite comfortable considering we have visited in August, that is still one of the warmer months.
Smell from the bathroom, from the drain however I think that can happen in any of the older buildings in the city centres ,as I experienced that in different hotel in another country as well, the smell gets better and worse at different times of the day

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Nice clean hotel, you need to let them know if you want your room cleaning otherwise it doesn't get done. Breakfast was nice and the afternoon brew and snack was a lovely treat.
Had requested early check in on here when I booked, it was an early flight over. I was told through the app it was ok and I could have the early check in. On the back of this I didnt make plans for the first day as thought myself and 2 children could get there and rest first. I was then told on arrival by a receptionist that I didnt have early check in, leaving us with nowhere to rest or anything to do, putting a bit of a spoiler on our first day. Unsure why I was able to request AND be told it was approved if its not actually going to be available.
