The poolside was also very good and had sufficient lounge chairs and umbrellas. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We checked out at 5am and the man working was very kind and even offered to get some things from their breakfast buffet. If I ever do come back to Toulouse I would definitely stay here just for the people that made it a good experience. The city centre was also about 10 minutes in a taxi which was very good, about 12€. Highly recommend.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Room 226. Very comfortable bed. Four large pillows on the bed, which were useful for between my knees. Bathroom had sufficient shelving to lay out razor, toothbrush, etc. The airport shuttle was perfect for us, as we turned in a rental car and shuttled to the hotel.
The shower door magnetic strip did not close properly along its length. This led to water escaping and covering half the floor, requiring mopping up using the bathmat and a hand towel. And while not necessarily bad was the configuration of the bathroom door. Something I've never seen before. The toilet was installed between the shower and the wall to the room. The door to the bathroom was hinged perfectly to turn the toilet area into a closed WC when the door was fully opened. So you had a closed bathroom door, or a closed WC, but not both. Odd.
