The location was nice. And view on lake from room was nice. Room a big but not cozy, bed not comfortable

Staff very rude and unfriendly Spa not nice at all. And I payed for 2 hours massage but they did only 1.5. And they dont care even then I complained. They pretend they dont understand english. Breakfast really bad. No normal bred, not even one vegetable, surprisingly bad food for Italy.

Friendly, close to town and water. Breakfast was nice staff were great in restaurant.

The AC advertized goes off at midnight. If you open door, car fumes and bar noise consume the quiet. The room temp was 27C. Not a good environment to sleep in.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt am See nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß am See entlang in das kleine Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants und Eisverkäufern. Direkt am Hotel ist keine Badestelle, aber ca 15min zu Fuß gab es eine nette Bademöglichkeit mit Gastronomie. Der Einstieg ist allerdings etwas steinig, so dass Badeschuhe eine gute Idee sind, aber es ist auch barfuß möglich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Empfang sehr freundlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Restaurant. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich, der Service sehr gut, das Essen hat geschmeckt und der Panoramablick über den See war sehr schön.

Balkonzimmer direkt über der lauten Durchzugsstrasse. Gesamtes Gebäude Sehr abgewohnt.

Ho trovato la colazione squisita e molto variegata. Anche se qualcosa terminava bastava richiederne dell'altro al personale. La posizione mi è sembrata strategica : a una decina di minuti a piedi in direzione Volpino si arriva alla "Baia delle Rose" , oltre questo punto parte una bella passeggiata in piano che porta al 'Parco Fiume Oglio' e 'Ponte della Pace'

Hotel heeft een prachtige ligging met uitzicht op het meer vanaf het restaurant. De kamers zijn zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ontbijt was degelijk en het restaurant heeft veel plaats en voldoende keuze op het menu.

Het hotel is erg gehorig en er hangt regelmatig een onaangename geur op de gang.

Bella struttura, ottima l,'organizzazione, parcheggio nel cortile interno e anche sotterraneo con accesso da ascensore. Colazione ricca e varia su terrazza panoramica fronte lago. 900 mt dal centro di Lovere, 15' a piedi. Bella e spaziosa la camera come il bagno, tutto ben arredato e pulito. Consigliato.

Avrei gradito qlche sorriso da parte del personale.

Camera molto ampia e accogliente. Terrazza che so affaccia sul lago d'Iseo. Possibilità di utilizzare le biciclette messe a disposizione dall'albergo.

Brutal laut auf dem Balkon, da direkt an der Straße , keine Markise oder Sonnendach auf dem Balkon. Frühstück ok, aber nicht abwechslungsreich!

Camera troppo piccola

Staff e ristorante sono il punto di forza della struttura! I camerieri sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili, con possibilità di mangiare cena in camera...Anche il parcheggio sotterraneo, seppur non fenomenale, è molto comodo vista la difficoltà a trovare parcheggio all esterno

La struttura è datata, per cui alcune cose andrebbero sostituite (es doccino della doccia orrendo) ed anche il balcone vista lago poteva essere più accogliente e tenuto meglio.. nel complesso la camera è molto spaziosa, ma viene fatta pagare la vista lago, mentre davanti al balcone c e una struttura fatiscente (non vale per tutte le camere sia chiaro; purtroppo a noi è capitata una delle due più defilate).. poi x carità il lago si vede, ma mi sembra davvero caro il costo della camera per quanto offerto..

Mein Einzelzimmer war eine Zumutung und sollte gar nicht vermietet werden - vor allem nicht zu diesem Preis. Ich hatte einen Blick in einen stinkigen und lauten Schacht und habe weder den Vorhang noch das Fenster geöffnet.

Ottimo albergo con vista lago. SPA gratuità se soggiorni almeno due notte, tranquilla e silenziosa. Ottima colazione vista lago. Noleggio gratuito delle biciclette.

Location was ok - on the edge of the lake - but on a busy main road.

Room - whilst the confirmation said don’t expect a lake view - I wasn’t expecting a sheet of metal about 6 meters from the window! I couldn’t even see what the weather was.

Den stora terrassen som ingick i rummet med utsikt över sjön var härlig Bra läge i Lovere. Parkeringen i källaren Att ett spabesök ingick i bookningen. Trevlig restaurang och god mat både frukost och middag. Vatten i kylen som fylldes varje dag var trevligt. Samt en liten flaska prosecco första dagen.

Besviken över Spa avdelningen. Bara en pool och en ångbastu. Men skönt bada en stund. Lite löjligt med badmössa men vet att så är det ibland i Italien Söndrig stol och solsäng på uteplatsen. Dessa hade behövts bytas.

La camera era bellissima, ma rumorosissima, forse l'impianto di condizionamento o la spa vicina non saprei, ma un rumore di sottofondo continuo e la stanza pur essendo al secondo piano dava invece su una strada, con una finestrina piccola e quindi poco c'era poca areazione.

Das Personal an der Rezeption, sehr unprofessionell und nicht freundlich. Kein Raum für die Fahrräder, mann kann sie irgendwo in ein Zimmer stellen (wo genau wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt, nur, dass es dann 10€ pro Tag kostet. Frühstück, jeden Tag das gleiche mit sehr wenig Auswahl außer Kuchen, da war die Auswahl ok, aber auch immer das gleiche.

Lange Irrwege zum Zimmer, viele verschiedene Aufzüge , Frühstück spärlich, Zimmer laut, unfreundlich an der Rezeption wir wollten das Zimmer wechselnkeine Lüftung im Bad, muffig und schimmlig, keine Aussicht aus dem Zimmer,Fenster in 180cm Höhe. Sehr ungemütlich, keine Dusche, Badewanne ranzig, es tropfte von der Decke im Bad..... auf Grund der ganzen Sachen vorzeitige Abreise!! An Schlaf war kaum zu denken - Sonntag 6 Uhr krach am Gang Zimmer war neben Technikraum

La struttura è completamente da ristrutturare con materiali e arredi di maggiore qualità. Al momento, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è sproporzionato rispetto al livello effettivo di stanza e servizi.

Prima hotel, perfecte locatie, badkamer fijn, ontbijt heel goed. Er werd iedere dag schoon gemaakt en bed opgemaakt en handdoeken verwisseld. .

Er viel niets tegen

Room was large and well set up. Comfortable bed, ample storage. Quiet, air conditioning worked reasonably well. Ample power sockets. Daily top up of free mini-bar was a nice touch. Breakfast spread was fairly good and lovely views from the breakfast room. We ate dinner in the restaurant twice. The food was excellent, and the staff were pleasant but on one of the two occasions the service was very slow.

No view from the balcony (although we knew this from the room we had booked) and the pillows were quite thin. The hotel is a bit dated in places and a few small repairs are required here and there, however we felt that the quality of the hotel was good for the price.

Fajny basen i możliwość skorzystania podczas dwudniowego pobytu. Duży pokój i łazienka. Blisko do jeziora i plaży.

Brak ekspresu do kawy ogolnodostepnego dla gości. Brak uzupełnienia jedzenia na bieżąco. Większa dbałość o gości. Panie z recepcji wiedzą o co chodzi. Jak coś nie działa wystarczyło poinformować gości a nie że trzeba się przypominać kilka razy. Skoro hotel posiada czat to kontakt jest możliwy na bieżąco. Goście zadowoleni wracają albo polecają dane miejsce i to powinno być na 1 miejscu.

Reception staff not very welcoming

First of all, the room looks nothing like the pictures. We came to the hotel and almost fainted because the smell was really bad. I felt like i was in a nursint home for eldery people. The room looks old thats okay, but i found spiders in the room and webs. The shower head was ruined. And the worst of all was the aicrondition. It never worked and we went down to tell the staff and they told us they were sending someone to fix it, but it never was fixed and we slept in a warm room. If you are from Scandinavia and are used to a certain kind of standar this hotel is not for you.

La stanza piccolissima con gli scarichi HVAC dell'hotel sulla finestra ,ho trallaltro fatto una verifica visiva dei percorsi cavi sotto la finestra, il.percorso per sicurezza dovrebbe avere le cable trays coperte, qualcuno potrebbe buttare delle cicche accee dalle finestre e causare incendi. Infatti.i.percorsi sono pieni.di cicche. Il ristorante ok.,molto professionale un.cameriere

Very centrally located with free parking, good wifi and standard breakfast. Helpful front desk. A great place for a short trip. The town and lake are fantastic for relaxing, eating and drinking cocktails. Worth a trip! Hotel looks a bit grim from the outside but rooms are comfortable and clean. Great for the price!

Prix assez élevé (trop) pour la prestation

L'accoglienza e la gestione del rapporto con i clienti. La colazione nella sala vista lago. La comodità della posizione. La pulizia delle camere. Esperienza più che positiva.

Purtroppo c'è stato un problema con l'aria condizionata ma la gestione da parte del personale e della direzione dell'hotel ha compensato il disagio. Quindi valutazione finale più che positiva.

Posizione, gentilezza dello staff, parcheggio in loco, silenzioso, mini bar compreso nel prezzo, comodità l’orario check in, accoglienza del nostro cane anche a colazione.

Niestety, hotel nie jest zadbany, wiele rzeczy w pokoju było zepsute, słuchawka prysznicowa i kabina:( a drzwi na korytarzu miały coś poluzowane i przy otwieraniu przytrzasnęłam palec, mają rowery dla gości, ale bardzo słabe i stare.

La struttura è un po' disarticolata e gli accessi alle aree delle camere a volte disorientano un po'. Rientrando tardi ho temuto di non sapere come raggioungere l'ala della mia camera, così come internamente, il raggiungimento del ristorante senza uscire all'aesterno mi ha impegnato un momento.

Klimanlage hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, Zimmer wurde wärmer anstatt kälter. Das Hotel ist echt in den Jahren abgekommen, man sieht es deutlich im Bad, an den Türen und an den Decken der Zimmer. Der Preis ist meiner Meinung nach zu hoch. Das Hotel bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung. Und es hat etwas modrig im Zimmer gerochen.

TUTTO da rifare. NON è assolutamente un albergo a quattro stelle. Una persona che aspetti con ansia un momento piacevole di relax e arrivi in questa struttura vive un incubo. Le foto del sito sono ASSOLUTAMENTE ingannevoli. Le camere vecchi monolocali in una struttura affiancata a quella principale, squallida, cadente e anche pericolosa (in quanto la camera è raggiungibile dalla strada con una scala). Da denunciare

Das Hotel ist für Töff Fahrer perfekte Für ein liebes Paar geht es aber garnicht. Hotel hat kein Flair, sieht eher aus wie eine Fabrik. Für mich alls Töff Fahrer egal.

Zentrale Lage mit sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten auch in der Garage. sehr gutes Restaurant im Haus.

great location by lake - note the main road runs between the hotel and the lake - so noisy. View great. Hotel dated but functional - underwhelming on arrival but the location made up for that. indoor pool dated but good. Breakfast excellent. Plenty of nice restaurants within 10mins walk for drinks and dinner. Good boat trips on lake.

L'unica pecca riscontrata riguarda lo stile. Un po' più di modernità, soprattutto nella gestione tecnologica della camera e nel bagno, renderebbe questa struttura perfetta."

Lo mejor del alojamiento fue la limpieza de la habitación. Cada día cambiaban las toallas (todo un lujo). El bufete también estuvo muy bien y conseguimos plaza de parking gratuita sin dificultad.

Los muebles y la decoración podrían cambiarse por algo más actual y cuidado. Tenían algún defecto y la decoración algo antigua (que no vintage).

La pulizia lascia un po a desiderare e la struttura è parecchio decadente, molta muffa nei corridoi e in bagno… non proprio quello che ci si aspetta da un 4 stelle…

מלון במיקום מצוין על אגם איזיאו.חניה תת קרקעית.מלון גדול מאד והחדר שקיבלנו היה חדר משפחתי בגודל של דירת ענק.החדר מאובזר עם מים ויין וכל מה שצריך- כולל מיזוג אוויר וקומקום לתה וקפה. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד עם מגוון מאכלים חמים וקרים, עוגות ועוד.הישיבה בחדר האוכל נהדרת- נוף מדהים של האגם והכול מרווח ומאוורר.

המלון מיושן ונדרש קצת שיפוץ אבל החדרים גדולים ומאובזרים היטב. המיטה חרקה מעט ועדיין גדולה ונוחה.המיקום המושלם וארוחת הבוקר הטובה מאד בהחלט פיצו על כך.

Non mi è piaciuto già il fatto che appena prenoti vieni a scoprire che se ci resti 1 sola notte non hai diritto alla spa e piscina, MA LO SCOPRI SOLO DOPO, e non puoi cancellare. La posizione, comoda, si, nulla di eccellente, bello che ha il parcheggio, tranquillo per dormire, colazione buona, poca varietà, le torte deludenti, prendete uova e prosciutto, unica cosa decente.

The rooms, spa and gym are located in different buildings which makes it awkward to get from one place to another. The spa is used for fitness 1-2-1 lessons which means that guests that book the spa may end up having to sit through laps side by side in the pool followed by exercises on rotation across the pool. We were at the spa between 11 and 12 noon and a lesson was on going on arrival and was still on going when I left at 12. That's more what you'd expect from a communal Spa. We were advised to go swimming at Baia Delle Rose located in the nearby village of Costa Volpino, however the beach is man made and the water though refreshing is pond-like with a lot of vegetation which makes it suitable as a plunge pool rather than for swimming. Finally, the hotel is located at the very end of Lovere, adjacent to the village of Costa Volpino, off the main road and on a bend so it is impacted by heavy traffic and limited visibility when crossing the road.

A very good location, with parking garage. Breakfast was good, and the coffee was served the way you want it. Spacious rooms with AC and refrigerator. Beds were comfortable.

Preiswerte Zimmer zum Hof sind vermutlich immer etwas laut. Besonders, wenn Fussball WM ist und Leute nachts um 2:00 Uhr "gut gelaunt" nach Hause kommen.

Les photos du site n'ont rien à voir avec le réel. Pour les chambres simples, qui bénéficient quand même de tout le confort, ont une vue sur un mur ou le triste parking. Personnel vraiment peu sympathique. Bon petit déjeuner.
