Tout était parfait ! La journée commence avec un bon petit déjeuner très complet et varié. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses pour poser les valises, et des espaces de rangement y sont prévus. La piscine de l'établissement est chauffée, ce qui est un grand plus lorsque les températures sont fraîches.

Le personnel de la réception qui n'est pas souriant et désagréable. Mention spéciale pour Tania qui a effectué notre check-in en nous "balançant" le stylo sur la table, quel manque de respect !!!

Beautiful position over the harbour and lovely pool and bar area. The room had a lovely balcony onto the sea view as well. Breakfast was good and the heated pool was lovely as well as the spa area.

Room was quite cramped and the gym wasn’t air conditioned.

Ótimo pequeno almoço Destaque para a equipa de todos os ambientes : recepção, bar da piscina, restaurante . Todos muito amáveis e prestativos . Incrível mesmo ! A massa da pizza é muito boa e os ingredientes é de qualidade. O quarto é bom com uma boa duche e boa cama ( houve problemas de entupimento no duche mas foram rápidos em resolver) , boa limpeza e bonita vista do Porto.

O cheiro um pouco forte ( odor de esgoto e mofo) no andar 1. Devem por um cheiro no ambiente e um desumidificador A TV do quarto pequena e não ser smart A piscina muito pequena e rasa lotada de crianças a fazer barulho. Um casal não tem como descansar e ter privacidade. O hotel tem que repensar um melhor espaço para adultos ou para crianças pois não tem condições. Não indico para casais que queiram descansar.

Breakfast, location, and views were amazing.

Our room was bit small for a couple.

We were upgraded fom a double room to a suite giving lots of space for relaxing. Excellent outdoor heated pool. Extensive breakfast lots of choice and all very fresh and well prepared.

Evening meals were a little disappointing. Not very much choice for my gluten intolerant husband. Very little fresh fruit and vegetables available. Local restaurants were of a better standard.

O cafe da manha foi otimo, a localização é um sonho

As limpezas do quarto so sao feitas a partir das 15:00 ate as 17:00 se voce ja é hospede. O hotel prioriza a limpeza dos quartos para os hospedes que estao a chegar, ou seja, aqueles que ja estão hospedados, se tiverem sorte o quarto sera limpo. Ao inves de se desculparem por nao ter sido feito a limpeza do quarto, so foi justificado que a prioridade sao os novos hospedes. Um dia antes recebi uma mensagem perguntando o horário que gostaria de chegar, presumi que era possível chegar mais cedo do que indicado no site, porem ao chegar mas cedo o quarto ainda nao estava desponivel. Mesmo assim nos ofereceram que a piscina está disponível para podermos usarmos.

A localização do hotel é muito boa: em frente a uma praia calma (vista bonita, mas ruim para se banhar) e próximo dos restaurantes do centrinho.

Os quartos eram um pouco barulhentos e no café da manhã nos incomodou um cheiro de ovo em todas as xícaras, todos os dias.

Las vistas maravillosas, la piscina climatizada y la limpieza de todo el hotel. Decoracion preciosa.

Me falto leche vegetal sin azucar, o leche sin lactosa. Y las almohadas no a la altura del hotel, eran cojines.

O pequeno almoço era muito vasto, o staff do hotel era super simpático e educado. A vista do hotel é muito bonita. A cama era muito confortável.

A localização é má, o hotel estava cheio de crianças onde era impossível relaxar, tanto na piscina como no resto do dia. A insonorizarão nos quartos é de fraca qualidade ao ponto de ouvir pessoas a caminhar, pessoas a falar, etc. O hotel por dentro é um labirinto, não há muitas indicações. A piscina não é funda, sendo que eu ficava apenas com a minha cintura coberta por água.

The hotel is absolutely wonderful — beautiful, comfortable, and with excellent service. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a great experience overall.

However, considering the price, I don’t feel it offers the best value for money. It is a fantastic hotel, but the overall experience does not quite justify the high cost.

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt! Es ist alles sauber und riecht gut. Der Speisesaal zum Abendessen ist wirklich toll, man hat eine super Aussicht und wird freundlich bedient.

We have been going here off and on for maybe 15 years. The location is really great. This is the first time we had a terrace room, we liked that a lot. Lunch was great, the pool was nice as well. It is really easy to have a fun and relaxed time here.

Our room at the end of the 5th floor was just out of wifi range. Maybe that was a good thing?

Great location, beautiful views, very peaceful. Heated pool a major plus, especially with kids. Staff were very good, always very attentive. Breakfast was fab. Rooms comfy and clean. Spa very nice.

Coffee throughout hotel is terrible, not what to expect in Portugal. Kids club is not a kids club - it’s a poorly maintained play house with no supervision or activities.

Un immense merci à cet hôtel qui a contribué à rendre notre moment encore plus beau. Les infrastructures sont soignées et procurent un véritable sentiment de bien-être. Un espace restaurant très classe. Cependant, ce qui nous a le plus touchés, c'est l'hospitalité de l'ensemble du personnel. Un grand "hug" à tous pour avoir rendu notre séjour mémorable. Vous avez été géniaux ! 🥂

The location and the food

The rooms were not clean enough, there was dust on the mirrors and there were no toiletries supplies in the wash rooms and they charged for water.

Très déçu des chambres. Impossible de dormir, les enfants qui courent dans le couloir dès 5h du matin et même le soir à 11h. Les murs ne sont pas du tout épais. On entend tout le personnel et l’hôtel ne font rien en ce qui concerne les enfants qui tapent qui court. Des enfants jouent même au ballon sur leur terrasse, ce qui fait que ça tape sur le mur et résonne dans les autres chambres. La piscine, impossible de profiter de se reposer, puisque les enfants jouent au ballon dans la piscine crient , saute et arrose tous les gens qui sont entour

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Great check-in experience, room was modern and clean, pool and pool bar were great. Restaurant and service was exceptional for dinner and breakfast.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer super Lage am Meer.

Der Poolbereich (aussen) kann zum Schwimmen nicht wirklich genutzt werden, zum einen wegen der Tiefe (o,5 - 1,25 m), was aber ok ist, hauptsächlich aber wegen fehlender Poolregeln, was dazu führt, dass der Pool zum Reinspringen und Ballspielen genutzt wird. Auch schön, aber nicht, wenn man ab und zu mal ein paar Bahnen schwimmen will.

A very nice hotel in the centre of Sagres. Comfortable and clean room. Very quiet. An excellent choice at breakfast. Plenty of free parking in the hotel grounds near to the Reception. Very friendly and professional staff.

L’hôtel est magnifique, tout comme la chambre ! Le lit était ultra confortable, je n’ai jamais si bien dormi dans un hôtel. Petit-déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix ainsi que des produits de qualités ! Le personnel était aussi adorable et disponible. J’ai apprécié le calme de Sagres, malgré que pour visiter l’Algarve cela nous a fait faire plus de route, mais je ne regrette pas du tout !

Rien de négatif ! Juste pour information, à Sagres il fait plus froid (je ne le savais pas), étant frileuse, il a été difficile pour moi de profiter de la magnifique piscine malheureusement.

Wonderful experience and even made my mom’s bday special, even when we didn’t mention it to them! Perfect location and a great spot to relax and unwind.

It was a wonderful experience again. As last year the hotel is very nice and the staff was extremely helpful. We will come back !

Prachtig uitzicht over zee. Restaurant met een uitgebreide kaart voor lunch en diner. Meerdere malen heerlijk gegeten en gedronken.

Het buitenzwembad is relatief klein gezien het aantal gasten. Het appartement was heel ruim van opzet en mooi ingericht. Een wasmachine was niet aanwezig, dat zou het nog fijner maken.

Always an amazing experience and lovely people. Hotel probably needs some capex but that is part of its charm. Great location and it wasn’t too windy!

We arrived late as our train was late from Lisbon. Then train station to the hotel is an expensive and not so convenient hour and half taxi ride. The reception was a bit stern and that was after we informed them And had requested two rooms, one with a double and one with a twin bed: our request was not met. There was kitchen almost closing so chef was kind. Upon asking for water at 11:30 we hear that there is no room service available. And then they finally brought it. The facility’s amazing. Breakfast was great. But the hospitality can be amped up With room service and greetings. I will come back but maybe a better resort next time. For the price it’s a bit too much.

Zuwenig Sonnenliegen am Schatten.

Schönes Design, toller Pool mit Poolbar, sehr gutes Frühstück, feines Restaurant, gute Yogastunden, sehr schöne Anlage. Sogar die Abfalleimer waren schön. Praktisch und sehr geschätzt waren auch die einfach zugänglichen Badetücher.

Ein schöner Strand ist nicht in der Nähe, 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Eines unserer Zimmer war gegenüber des Frühstückraums, was morgens laut war. Für Jugendliche wäre es toll, wenn es einen Billardtisch, Tischtennistisch etc. gäbe. Sowie Aktivitäten speziell für Jugendliche.

Schöne Zimmer, gut ausgestattet, feines Restaurant mit vielfältigem Angebot, Swimmingpool und Parkanlage.

Der Strand war eher eine Enttäuschung.

The breakfast is great, and the staff is lovely - very responsive when you have a question or need to solve an issue. The view is stunning as well. The gym is nice, well-equipped, and with good AC. The room was spacious and well-designed.

The massages are not worth it, and the hotel welcomes a lot of families with young kids but is not designed for it, so the cohabitation isn't super easy. You can feel it especially at the swimming pool, which is far too small to welcome both families and couples. Don't go there if you are a couple willing to enjoy some quiet time together.

Gostei da localização e das condições do hotel. Quartos e áreas comuns confortáveis, arquitetura minimalista com design. Staff muito simpático. Pequeno almoço excelente, com muita variedade. Restaurante com comida excelente.

Very beautiful view can be enjoyed from different point of the facility (from the pool, breakfast restaurant, indoor restaurant, relax areas and from selected rooms). Breakfast is abundant, food is constantly refilled. Rooms are spacious and clean (maybe the sink in the bathroom could be bigger). The staff is helpful and friendly.

A very nice hotel with a lovely restaurant. We had half-board, and the food was very good, although some dishes were a bit too salty. It is a four-star hotel.

We really liked the room and the view from it. The breakfast was very nice - better on the first morning when we dined earlier when less busy. The pool area was nice too. Hotel well located too.

Just a lack of information really. We weren't sure if the mini bar items were complimentary so had to ask if it was. Also, it wasn't explained at breakfast that eggs could be ordered.

A very relaxed high end easy going beach front hotel in quiet Sagres. Private access to a secluded beach. Friendly vibe in the small fisherman’s harbor a bit further down. Incredible vistas over the Sagres bay, nice pool and good pool bar. Tasteful local food in the restaurant outdoors & inside, with an amazing wine list, methode traditionelle, whites , a nice choice of pink and impressive list of red - all of the better Portuguese houses. Good beds, silent rooms, friendly staff. Good airco. Good quality breakfast but busy. Great surfing arranged by the hotel via a a professional and friendly surf school , 15 min drive or transfer, Free Ride surf school in vila do Bispo, so on the western shore, super easy swell this week. Other options available. We left in a very relaxed fashion, and will gladly come back !! 🙏

Absolutely love this hotel! It’s ideally located in Sagres, it’s on a cliff a short walk from the beaches. It’s very stylish but super comfortable, the rooms are spotless! We paid for a sea view and were not disappointed. The staff are wonderful and never stop! The algarve is expensive but I think this hotel is very good value for money. The only downside is the pool area, more umbrellas and loungers would be great, but what is there is good. The actual pool isn’t vast and when there are a lot of children in, it’s tricky to swim but it’s their holiday too so it’s not the end of the world. We love the food in the restaurant and at the pool bar.

The hotel was quite nice, though it could use a makeover in some areas. The food in the hotel restaurant was very good (dinner), and the breakfast was excellent too. Unfortunately, the service staff seemed somewhat drained and unmotivated, and were at times quite rude. There is also room for improvement regarding cleanliness in the hotel rooms and around the pool. I didn't really feel welcome; instead, I felt more like a nuisance. The massages were excellent.

Beautiful hotel in a rugged location. Can't fault the hotel - it is well maintained, clean and our room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and the food was superb.

L’accueil, le service, la vue, l’emplacement, le petit déjeuné copieux et savoureux avec des produits de qualités, et le repas du soir au restaurant.

Dieses Hotel hat wahrscheinlich eine der besten Lagen in Sagres. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend! Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Betten sehr bequem. Es lohnt sich der Aufpreis für ein Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Es gab nette Mitarbeiterinnen und welche die nicht so nett und hilfsbereit waren. Wir wollten verlängern, und eine Mitarbeiterin hat uns an dem einen Abend ein Angebot gemacht. Als ich am nächsten Tag das Angebot annehmen wollte sagte sie es gäbe es nicht und es muss eine andere Kollegin gewesen sein. Allerdings habe ich sie an ihrem Tattoo erkannt. Der Standabschnitt des Hotels ist direkt am Hafen, den kann ich nicht empfehlen

We have stayed here on a number of occasions over the last few years and the hotel never fails to deliver. The facilities from the rooms to the pool area are excellent. The restaurant is relaxed with very good food, very pleasant service and good value. What sets the hotel apart is the people who work here. There is a very friendly welcome and always a desire to help you. We hope to return again soon.

Il manquait des parasols, quasi tout le temps occupés dans l'après-midi. Peut-être mieux gérer les chaises et parasols qui sont réservés mais pas utilisés.

1. Kostenfreier Parkplatz mit ausreichenden Stellplätzen, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit. 2. Tolles Hotelzimmer, stabile Ausstattung! 3. Pool sauber & gepflegt, kein nerviges Liege-reservieren. Poolbar gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Sangria sehr gut! 4. Sehr freundliches Personal, vor Allem beim Frühstück und am Pool! 5. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbüffet, die Obstauswahl & -qualität wirklich herausragend!

1. Empfangspersonal könnte herzlicher sein (grüßte nicht und führte erst noch 2-3 Minuten private Gespräche zu Ende) 2. Das Rührei (vergleichsweise sehr schlecht). Lieber bei dem sehr freundlichen Personal ein Omelett oder ein Spiegelei bestellen.

La piscina resulta pequeña, demasiados niños y apenas podía nadar , los juegos con pelotas molestaban

Nos deram um quarto com vista linda para o mar (nascer do sol maravilhoso bem em frente). Toalhas e roupas de cama muito bons, chuveiro com bastante pressão, cama confortável e produtos de amenidades de qualidade (hidratante e condicionador disponíveis). Disponibilizam toalhas para a piscina e a área comum é muito boa, o quê faz ser um dia agrável, caso você tenha que fugir do sol e ficar mais tempo no hotel. Funcionários - recepção, restaurante, limpeza, café da manhã - são todos muito solícitos e parecem super bem treinados. O café da manhã tem bastante variedade, as frutas são boas, tem muitas opções de sementes/grãos para o iogurte e também há pudim de chia.

O café da manhã é muito bom, mas alguns pontos me chamaram a atenção. O ovo mexido disponibilizado no buffet é aguado e ruim. E não tem manteiga com sal disponível (perguntei ao staff). Pedi que fizessem um omelete com sal, estava muito melhor do que o ovo mexido, mas sem sal. Além disso, o bar da piscina estava sobrecarregado. Havia um rapaz trabalhando muito (atendia os hóspedes, anotava os pedidos, fazia batidos e drinks, servia as bebidas, etc) e duas meninas que não o ajudavam (uma que ignorava todos os clientes que chegavam lá querendo pedir algo e ficava somente controlando as notas/pagamentos dos quartos com os papéis) e outra que só olhava. Por consequência, eles ficavam sobrecarregados.

Principalement, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. La qualité des repas, l'environnement très calme et l'espace disponible. L'organisation d'activités dans la région en dehors de l'hôtel: très bien conseillé. Le parking bien en vue pour ma mtot de collection.
