Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel waren wir von der Sauberkeit und dem Frühstück enttäuscht. Die Toilette war noch mit Urin vom vorherigen Gast verschmutzt und in der Duschbadewanne waren Haare. Ein absolutes nogo. Wir kamen später an und zu müde um uns zu beschweren. Das Zimmer und Hotel sind ansonsten ansprechend.

The continental breakfast was OK, but I was surprised by the lack of fresh vegetables. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free, secure parking is a big plus.

Non do 10 perché non condivodo la prima colazione a EUR 19,00 pro capite. Al posto di una vasca si poteva fare una doccia e un bidet ... ma il bidet in Francia è merce rara, nonostante l'abbiano inventato qui ahah!

Bewegwijzering voor fietsen was niet optimaal. Enige conditie is wel nodig. Spitsuur vermijden als je met de fiets naar het centrum gaat.

Comme je n’ai pas personnellement séjourné dans la chambre, je ne peux pas vraiment donner mon avis à ce sujet, mais la personne qui y a séjourné m’a dit qu’elle avait beaucoup apprécié.

Das Rührei war für unseren Geschmack zu labbrig/weich und hätte länger in der Pfanne bleiben müssen. An einem Tag war es dazu kalt.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026This was my fifth visit to Appart'City over the past two years and the hotel has consistently met all expectations. The staff are excellent, the location is very convenient, and the rooms are adequately sized and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is well thought out, with a combined bath-shower, a very spacious sink and a towel-warming rack. I ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was very good. All in all, another very satisfactory stay.
Breakfast was a little plain, though not enough to be a real drawback. Over the course of a week the restaurant menu appeared unchanged, and the restaurant did not open from Friday to Sunday — I could not tell whether this was a one-off or a regular arrangement.

J’ai trouvé très peu d’amabilité chez la personne de l’accueil à peine un bonjour et déjà la carte d’identité qui est demandée , aucun renseignement donné.

The hotel is comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The room was brand new, well-equipped, and spotless. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and everything was clean and immaculate. There is excellent air conditioning and a modern safe. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the town center, a supermarket, and a wonderful Saturday market. Simply fantastic! Highly recommended from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Les voisins qui fument dans leur chambre, à la fenêtre et qui laissent leur cendrier toute la journée en plein soleil sur le rebord de la fenêtre empestent le couloir et les chambres alentours. Ce manque de civisme est insupportable.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Posizione eccellente, molto vicino all’aeroporto. I prezzi sono decisamente più bassi rispetto alla Svizzera, quindi è un’ottima soluzione per risparmiare. Le camere sono fantastiche: pulite, spaziose e accoglienti. Mi è piaciuto tutto, è stato perfetto per riposare bene prima di proseguire il viaggio. Consigliatissimo!

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026الفندق موقعه جميل وقريب من جنيف وتقدر تطلع لها من موقع الباص على الشارع العام القريب من الفندق والغرف نظيفة بصراحة وفيه موظفات مغاربة كانوا لطفين معاية في التعامل والمساعده اشكرهم وقريب من مطعم المدينة اللبناني . وفيه مواقف مجانية .
بصراحة خيارات الفطور كانت محدودة جدا لي ولم يناسبني وسرت افطر في مطعم المدينة .

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Wij waren aangenaam verrast tijdens ons verblijf. Een zeer ruime kamer met alles wat we nodig hadden. Het was rustig en stil wat belangrijk voor ons was na een hele dag+nacht op Paleofestival. Kamer goed verduisterd. Fantastische bedden en kussens. Zeer goed, uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Gratis parking voor de deur. Oprecht, dit hotel was veel beter dan we hadden gedacht.
Het enige wat we jammer vonden was dat het restaurant dicht was op vrijdagavond. Daar hadden we geen rekening mee gehouden.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Although the hotel was fully booked when we first arrived, I still wanted to leave a review because of the exceptional service we received. A special thank you to Ali, who went above and beyond to help us. He had never met us before and owed us nothing, yet instead of simply telling us there were no rooms available, he took the time to call several other hotels to help us find accommodation. His kindness, patience and genuine willingness to help complete strangers made a stressful situation much easier. That level of hospitality is rare and deserves to be recognised. The following day, I was delighted to return and discover that a room had become available. What was meant to be a one-night stop has turned into a one-month stay! It was also a real pleasure to meet Claudia again. I remembered her from my previous visit three years ago, and it was wonderful to see that she is now the Front Office Manager. Seeing dedicated team members grow within the hotel and take on greater responsibilities speaks volumes about both the hotel and the people who work there. Claudia is warm, approachable, highly professional and makes every guest feel genuinely welcome. It is easy to understand why she has progressed to this position. After spending time here, I can honestly say that the service has consistently exceeded my expectations. Thank you to Ali, Claudia and the entire team for making us feel so welcome. I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.
There was nothing that negatively affected our stay. Overall, we were very happy with the experience.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026A high class hotel near GVA. Very good for the night before an early flight. Breakfast is very good. Room is large, clean and comfortable. Amenities look pretty new.
I was very disappointed with the shower. It looks new and clean, however the water flow is extremely low. I didn't complain because I was there for one night only. I expect much better from a 4 stars hotel.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026What a little gem, the hotel was modern and bright, very clean and the rooms were very well equipped. Plenty of Parking. No Restaurant at Weekends, but was fine as we ate out. The ladies on Reception on arrival were both lovely, took our luggage for safe keeping and gave us ice cold water ( it was very hot). They also helped when our travel adapter was wrong size and providing an iron and board. The Bar was open in the evening and the Bar person was also very good.
