Dieses Hotel kann man einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprachen alle ein sehr gutes Deutsch mit uns und waren wie das gesamte Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel bietet durch die direkte Lage am See einen super Ausblick über den See. Pool und See konnte man gratis in dem 200m entfernten Schwimmbad nutzen. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

ALT! Virkelig dejligt sted, utrolig søde personale. Fantastisk værelse (lille og kompakt), med den skønneste udsigt over søen. Meget lækker morgenbuffet med stort udvalg. Alt lige udenfor døren - søen, færgepladsen, restauranter og butikker. Stille og rolig lille by. Vi kommer igen!

Ingenting - blot ville vi gerne have haft information ved indcheckning om, at man som gæst har gratis adgang til stranden inklusiv liggestole og håndklæder.

Liked everything! The location on the promenade and next to boat stop that takes you to any part of the lake, next to bus stop. Facilities in the room, including complimentary water and kettle for making complimentary tea/coffee. Various breakfast including anything you used to eat at home and very nice coffee. Balcony with lake view and reception happy to help.

Abbiamo alloggiato una sola notte all'hotel du Lac. La nostra camera era molto accogliente (anche se un po' piccola) e luminosa, con due porte finestre e due balconcini affacciati proprio sul lago. La vista è meravigliosa!! Letto comodo e bagno spazioso e dotato di set di cortesia. Abbiamo apprezzato la pulizia e l'ambiente ordinato e davvero accogliente anche per quanto riguarda gli spazi comuni. Ottima colazione che si può consumare anche sui tavolini all'aperto fronte lago, e che propone una selezione di prodotti sia dolci che salati di qualità per soddisfare tutti i giusti. Personale alla reception e in sala, educato, sorridente e cortese. C'e anche la possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento. La posizione è ottima davanti alla passeggiata a lago e per visitare il centro di Gardone Riviera. È stata proprio una piacevole esperienza. Lo consigliamo e ci torneremo molto volentieri se ne avremo l'occasione. Come direbbe Bruno Barbieri: ' la vista e la colazione fronte lago VALE IL VIAGGIO!!!'

Best location , just by the lake , wonderful view , staff very ready and helpful especially Martina , excelent breakfast. We were two couples and we came for two nights a second time. We had no disapointments and we enjoyed our stay like our previous one two months before. We look foreward to come back again to hotel du lac soon .

Die Lage direkt an der Promenade und nah am Schiffsanleger ist hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Zimmermit großer Terasse - super. Zugang zum 150m entfernten Strandbad ist ein Bonus.

Nichts auszusetzen - der Automatenkaffee beim Frühstück wurde auf einmalige Nachfrage vom aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal durch Espresso aus der Siebträgermaschine ersetzt - gabs dann mit einem Lächeln jeden Morgen.

The room was compact, smaller than it looked in pictures, but served the needs, noisey outside but with windows open thankfully air con it helped in the heat but noisy

lack of parking to drop off bags , short walk so if you have mobility issues this will be a big problem

Breakfast was ok , various with the beatiful view on the garda lake; room was very spacious with little balcony and limited view on the lake , elevator is users friendly , easy to reach the reception , personnel on the reception is very nice and prffesional , what could be improved is : mattress is little bit too hard for sleeping , hairdryer is very basic especially for women that can not easily dry hair, the bathtube is also very complicated for use

Top Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade. Es ist dort nachts sehr ruhig, zumindest Anfang September. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, die meisten sind okay. Im Hotel selbst gibt es kein Restaurant, aber eine Bar mit gutem Sortiment und kleinen Snacks. Eines muss ich betonen: Das war das mit Abstand sauberste Hotel, in dem ich in der Kategorie jemals gewesen bin. Das Personal war super. Die Tiefgarage ist nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, ist auch gut zu befahren. Selbst mit einem größeren Auto kommt man problemlos rein. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut.

Unser Zimmer in der 4. Etage war wirklich sehr klein. Maximal 12 Quadratmeter. Zu zweit war es eine Herausforderung, denn für die Koffer war kaum Platz. Wir kommen gern wieder, aber würden uns dann für ein größeres Zimmer entscheiden.

Ich hätte mir im Bad mehr Ablagefläche gewünscht, vielleicht unter dem Wascbecken als Regal o.ä.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli dans cet établissement. Le personnel était très courtois et soucieux de notre bien être. L’établissement est très propre et le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel.

Perfect location directly on the promenade and next to ferry stop.

Access for dropping luggage. The first desk clerk was very helpful in talking us through access. When we left the second clerk was not as helpful and was impatient with us when my husband followed her directions and ended up in front of the hotel where we almost got a fine from the police. Luckily the policewoman was understanding and did not fine us.

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja – hotel usytuowany jest nad samym jeziorem, dzięki czemu śniadanie można zjeść praktycznie nad brzegiem wody. Obsługa była niezwykle miła i pomocna, a wszelkie informacje przekazywano nam bardzo jasno. Podczas pobytu mieliśmy do dyspozycji basen, znajdujący się zaledwie 4 minuty spacerem od hotelu. Na duży plus zasługuje również pomoc ze strony personelu – pani z obsługi wskazała nam bezpłatne parkingi, na których za każdym razem bez problemu znajdowaliśmy wolne miejsce.

Nie było nic takiego.

Mooie locatie aan het meer en met het ontbijt kan je op het terras ontbijten met uitzicht op het meer. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met op z'n Italiaans bij het ontbijt veel taartjes en zoetigheden. Fijne kamer met koffie-en thee faciliteiten.

Parkeren is even opletten (de garage bevindt zich 5 min lopen van een hotel en is een garagebox in een garage waar je toegang tot krijgt als je bent ingecheckt) maar dat wordt goed uitgelegd door de receptie.

Hôtel est très bien situé, les personnes sont gentils, lit est confortable, petit déjeuner est bonne qualité.

Location was very good. Room had nice views on the lake. The lakeside promenade was very nice for an evening stroll.

For the price paid, the breakfast was complete but basic when compared to other hotels in a similar price range.

This hotel is in a perfect location! Gardone Riviera is beautiful. We booked a lake-front terrace room which was incredible. Very spacious and offered incredible views. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and were decorated to a very high standard. Everything we needed, we had. I would definitely recommend.

Bett war viel zu hart leider und das Zimmer ist schon extrem klein, für 1 Person ziemlich OK aber wären es 2 wäre es zu klein.

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels, das freundliche Personal und die Möglichkeit ein Fahrzeug in einem eigenen Garagenabteil einer Tiefgarage abstellen zu können (gegen Aufpreis)

Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt, Lage und Frühstück war super. Da das Hotel mitten im Ort ist, gibt es einen externen kostenlosen Zugang zum See mit Pool ganz in der Nähe.

Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am See!! Sehr sauber , sehr nettes und freundliches Personal!!!

Wspaniała lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu na jezioro, miły personel i bardzo smaczne śniadania.

Locatie fantastisch, ontbijt prima, rondvaartboot meert vlakbij het hotel af. Kamer aan de kleine kant, maar dat wisten we vooraf.

Wat mij betreft niets. Parkeren elders in de stad, maar dat wisten we. Gardone Riviera is een kleine plaats

Amazing location, comfortable room, has refrigerator. Nice welcoming touch is two cold water bottles. Little care package at the bathroom - for make-up removal and stuff - was nice. Slippers. They have beach club access included. They were flexible with the baggage storage for us and providing the beach passes.

Only minor things - missed hair conditioner, the beach club allocated area is a bit far from water. However at least they had beach club included - which is big plus.

Spacious rooms, great location and attentive staff. The hotel felt very clean.

Guests are not allowed access to the pool facilities on the day of the check-out. This feels like it needlessly has a negative impact, and leaves a bad taste, on an otherwise genuinely good hotel and experience. One other small point is that there is a lack of variation in breakfast.

Die Unterkunft ist angenehm . Schöne Lage mit Niveau , nicht überlaufen und doch lebendig . Das Frühstück am See ist richtiges urlaubsfeeling.

Die Anlage wo sich der Pool befindet ist stark in die Jahre gekommen . Etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, au pied du départ des navettes pour le lac, les équipements (plage, piscine) partenaires de l'hôtel constituent un atout supplémentaire. Et nous avons été surclassés pour une chambre avec vue sur le lac, très belle vue et chambre confortable, moderne et propre !

Un détail : il manque des mouchoirs en papier dans la salle d'eau

Nous avons apprécié l emplacement et la gentillesse du personnel. Le petit déjeuner en quantité et en qualité

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am See war herrlich und so konnten wir auch direkt mit Blick auf den See frühstücken! Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und bot eine reichliche Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Zimmer wurden immer frühzeitig gereinigt! Auch die Rezeption war immer sehr freundlich besetzt und wir konnten uns auch in Deutsch unterhalten! Das Strand und der Pool waren zwar etwas entfernt vom Hotel, aber wir hatten immer Liegen, einen Sonnenschirm und Zugang zum Pool und zum See!

Es gab nichts, das uns nicht gefallen hat! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt.

Ci è piaciuta moltissimo la posizione dell'hotel, fronte lago con una vista stupenda. Abbiamo apprezzato parecchio l'upgrade gratuito della camera che ci hanno applicato al nostro arrivo. Ampia, pulitissima e terrazzo fornito di tavolino, sdraio e ombrellone. Una particolare attenzione al materasso che ci ha fatto dormire comodissimi! Colazione fantastica, super fornita e di qualità. Ottima pulizia in generale di tutto l'hotel e personale disponibile e gentilissimo.

Unico neo, se così si può considerare, la posizione della piscina che non è all'interno della struttura ma vicino alla spiaggia.

Recepcionista desagradable, trato no muy amable … entiendo que es agosto y que uno ya está cansado de turismo, pero siendo tu trabajo al menos no lo hagas desagradable también a los demás más que nada porque pagamos una cantidad considerable de dinero para estar en ese hotel y ver una persona que te trata así pues … hay días malos pero de cara al público hay que intentar que no se noten, lo dice una que trabaja de cara al público.

Superb location on the waterfront. Staff were extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were lovely. Good breakfast. Easy free parking just a couple of minutes away.

Great that we could have a safe and closed garage even if it was on site but it was 2 mn walking distance. The team was really helpful and nice

La situation de l’hôtel à front de lac est magnifique. La chambre est spacieuse, très bien équipée et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit-déjeuner est parfait.

Il est impératif de réserver un emplacement de parking privé car si ce n’est pas le cas, votre voiture est dans un parking public à 15 minutes !!!
