De locatie is perfect. Het hotel ligt direct aan het strand. Om er te komen moet je wel kris kras door Blanes, maar met een goede navigatie is dat prima te doen. Parkeren kan een dingetje zijn. Niet veel parkeergelegenheid in omgeving hotel. Prijs voor een dag is €.6,00. Van 15-6 tot 15-9. Na 15-9 vrij parkeren.(einde seizoen). Het centrum van Blanes ligt op wandelafstand. Daar veel restaurants. en leuke straatjes met winkeltjes. De ontvangst en de uitcheck in het hotel waren zeer aangenaam. De kamer was ruim en schoon. De badkamer had een ligbad met een douchewand. Prima voor mensen die goed ter been zijn, maar niet voor ouderen. Hoge instap en gladde vloer. Heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Schoonmaak is perfect Uiterst vriendelijk personeel. Prijs/kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend.

Le manque de décoration de chaleur, c'est triste il y a pas de déco, ça fait un peu désuet. Un peu de moisissure dans la salle de bain au niveau du plafond. tapisserie/mur avec des marques. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre ça n'a pas été possible en disant que le l'hôtel était complet peut-être était-ce le cas. Le petit-déjeuner bon bah vraiment avec des produits basiques pas une honneur énormément de choix même si cela suffit. Le petit-déjeuner était indiqué dans la chambre jusqu'à 10h30, à 10h15 alors qu'ils étaient en train de tout ranger j'ai demandé pour avoir un verre d'eau la personne a répondu assez sèchement non c'est fermé ! Ça n'est pas un quatre étoiles. Même si nous avions pris une chambre standard on a l'habitude de mieux. Il faut monter des marches devant l entrée pas pratique avec une grosse valise.

L’endroit face à la mer et l’hôtel proche du centre et le restaurant sont tres pratiques.

La chambre est nettoyée avec de l’eau de javel et l’odeur est insupportable, la chambre ne ressemble pas aux photos. L’accueil n’est pas terrible, une personne désagréable a’ notre arrivée au matin, et nous parle en espagnol alors qu’on lui a demandé si elle parlait français elle aurait pu au moins nous répondre alors en anglais.

Face à la mer, demi-pension correcte, chambre propre.

L’eau est payante pour les repas en demi-pension (3,20€ les 50cl) alors qu’elle est disponible au petit-déjeuner ainsi que le champagne 😅 pas de télé connectée et oreillers durs, lit en 140. Lumière de la Clim dans la chambre la nuit donc pas de noir total. Peintures et tapisseries à rénover dans chambres et couloirs des étages. Spa payant 15€ /personne.

Dorucak je bio odlican, raznovrstan. Puno opcija, za svakog po nesto. Lokacija odlična uz samu plažu blizu centra, dobra povezanost sa Barselonom vozom.

Kreveti mogu da budu udobniji. Doručak raznovrsniji, u smislu drugačiji švedski sto svakog dana ili svakog drugog dana.

La televisión tendría que estar de frente, lavabo muy pequeño, difícil para ducharse. Por para ir al retrete , no cabían mis piernas, por que tocaban a la pared, y solo mido 1,75 cm

Reinigung der Zimmer könnte besser sein. Parkplatz versprochen dann aber uns erklärt unser Auto sei zu Groß, Haben auf der Straße geparkt.... Abendessen hat man nicht aufs Terrasse servieren können, nur Frühstück.... Auf Zimmer Balkon kann man das Licht nicht ausschalten somit sitzt man wie im Schaufenster!!

Que no tengan un secador de pelo potente en la habitación. Siguen con esos de toda la vida que no secan el pelo. Igualmente me consiguieron uno. Y me llama la atención que no tengan gorra de baño

Location was amazing. The split room was perfect. The shower was clean and had great pressure. The breakfast was awesome, the staff was attentive and kept the foods filled even during high demand. Overall wonderful stay!!

The only observation/complaint is that the floors seemed thin, we could hear the people over us stomping around, but this is not the hotel’s fault.

Road noise is a problem, we were in room 105, from early morning the traffic is noisy, maybe request a room higher up , it might mute it a bit. The shower was fabulous but the safety rail is positioned right in the centre which whallops your elbow at times, needs to be moved further towards the shower door exit

I didn't enjoy anything

Staff rude, rooms not as described, far from what you see on the booking. Com, I went for a holiday for 2 weeks and this was ruined my holiday totally, I never get refund and I end up paying another hotel. The location also it's very bad, avoid this hotel at all cost, they will never answer to your enquiry and you will end up like me

Vieta gera. Pusryčiai labai prasti. Kiekviena diena tas pats meniu, kiaušinienė. Arba sumuštiniai. Septinta dieną valgyti jau nesinorėjo.

Suplyše rankšluosčiai, suplušusios užuolaidos. Kondicionierius pilnas dulkių ir garsiai veikentis. Tolete nebuvo šepetuko klozetui išvalyti.

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, though basic. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

Reception staff were despondent and unhelpful. My beach towel disappeared from my balcony — it had been soaking wet from a rogue wave, so it couldn’t have blown away , my swim shorts remained which were lighter a quick drying — yet staff just shrugged their shoulders. The spa area felt rundown and not properly maintained, and there was a €15 charge for only two hours. I had to ask for a towel and even request that they turn on the steam room and sauna. The jacuzzi water looked unclean.

Les équipements sont vétustes, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre et donc nous avons dû changer pour une chambre plus petite. Le personnel nous a demandé de quitter le petit déjeuner dès la fin de l’heure annoncée de manière peu délicate.

La ubicación y el trato del personal

Mí habitación individual resultaba pequeña para un hotel de cuatro estrellas y tenía ni una silla o taburete de apoyo. Hay detalles del mantenimiento de las habitaciones que no se ajustan a las cuatro estrellas del hotel y la limpieza es mejorable, aunque en este apartado tendría que saber si hay suficiente personal ya que yo solo veía cada día a una persona de limpieza en mi planta

Locatia excelenta. Aproape de terase si supermaketuri. Un mare avantaj il are faptul ca in imediata apropiere a locatiei exista o parcare foarte mare gratuita doar ca in sezon cateodata este greu de gasit loc si iti trebuie putina rabdare pentru acest lucru. Un mare avantaj pentru noi a fost faptul ca locatia este pet friendly. Un mare + il are si micul dejun care este destul de diversificat si nu prea ai cum sa nu gasesti ceva sa mananci. Personalul foarte amabil , camere curate si spatiu suficient pentru 2 persoane + catel :D

Frigiderul din camera nu prea (spre deloc) racea :(. Zona de SPA din punctul nostru de vedere ar merita mai multa atentie , zona pare cam delasata : usa de la baie ruginita si veche , becurile din tavan multe din ele arse dar ai alte optiuni in zona pentru relaxare si nu as recomanda cea de la hotel poate si din aceste motive pretul este destul de scazut 15E/ora pentru 2 persoane.

Közvetlen elhelyezkedés a tenger mellett. Szép kilátás a tengerre a szobák erkélyéről.

Vše bylo vynikající, personál, úklid, strava. Poloha hotelu v pohodlné vzdálenosti kamkoliv, letiště 20 minut taxi.

Pokoje przestronne dobrze wyposażone i bardzo czyste a do tego balkon z zapierającym dech widokiem. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Świetna lokalizacja przy samej plaży Serdecznie polecam

Todo estuvo muy bien

Super poloha pri pláži. Všetko v pešej dostupnosti, centrum, obchody, reštaurácie aj zastávka autobusu a turistický vláčik, s ktorým sme sa odviezli do neďalekej krásnej botanickej zahrady. Výborné hotelové raňajky, dali sa dokúpiť za 23 € aj večere formou bufetu, ocenili sme každý deň iný vyber hlavných jedál, všetko veľmi chutné, dostatok rýb a morských plodov. Personál na recepcii prijemný a ochotný. Klimatizácia na izbe fungovala výborne.

Upratovanie na izbách bolo slabšie, podlaha neumytá celý týždeň, uteráky menili denne, to bolo ok. V kupelni mi chýbali kozmetické tampóny, paličky do uší a telové mlieko a tiez čistiaca kefa na WC.

Прекрасный вид на пляж, рестораны и кафе рядом, супермаркет Mercadona находился в 500 метрах. Когда заселялись в гостиницу спросили есть ли у них зонтики для пляжа, и мы были очень удивлены когда нам тут же их дали. Классический европейский завтрак, чисто и очень аккуратно, быстро убирались столы, если что-то заканчивалось то ждать не проходилось. В комнатах убирались каждый день и менялись полотенца. Спасибо большое за сервис.

Balkons op 6e verdieping mogen wel worden meegenomen met de schoonmaak. Verder zou een wasrekje fijn zijn om je spullen op te kunnen hangen na een strandbezoek.

Mancata disponibilità da parte dello staff nel venire incontro all’esigenze del cliente su una problematica, infatti ho perso due notti. Ne ho richieste due in più(anche pagando) ma senza un minimo di empatia e un ulteriore occhio di riguardo visto che avevo perso due notti.

What I liked: 😉🌴🌅 The room was very clean and housekeeping was excellent. The bathroom was beautiful and well equipped with toiletries. I appreciated having a kettle in the room and a balcony where we could dry clothes. The hotel is located directly opposite the beach, and our room facing the inner courtyard was very quiet. The restaurant was also good, and the food was tasty.

What I didn’t like:🩴👙 The refrigerator was not working properly and did not keep anything cold. The bed was surprisingly small and too short for two adults. Soundproofing was poor, and we could hear people walking, doors closing, and even plumbing noise from other rooms. For the price, I expected better value. Also, despite the hotel being right on the beach, there was no place to rinse sand off before entering the hotel, which was inconvenient.

J’ai réserver en face de la mer et ce n’est vraiment pas le cas

Hotel ponúka velmi dobrú kuchyňu, bohatý výber pri raňajkách aj večeri formou bufetových stolov. Poloha hotela hneď pri pláži je vynijajuca a všetko potrebné je v pešej dostupnosti, obchody, reštaurácie, zastávka autobusu. Klima na izbe fungovala vynikajúco.

Upratovanie bolo síce každodenné, ale podlaha zostala väčšinou neumyta. Výmena uterákov a dopĺňanie toaletného papiera bez problémov. Pri 4 hviezdičkach sme čakali lepšie vybavenie kozmetiky v kúpeľni, chýbalo telové mlieko a kozmetické tampóny. Manželská posteľ bola trochu úzka.

Spacious room, very useful hall with plenty of storage area, large bathroom, good matresses, daily room cleaning & towels change, very good standard breakfast and, in general, good - very good dinner. Beachfront with beautiful view. Relatively kind staff

The most important aspect to me is the fact that the hotel serves tap water at dinner. That water is totally undrinkable. The hotel deactivated the water fountain during dinner in order to force the customers buy bottled water. That's a pity, in my view.. In general, the room's furniture is quite worn out and bathroom has rusty metal bars/pipes. The lobby, though nice, lacked A/C and you cannot stay there due to high temperature.

The room was spacious, quiet and with a large balcony. The hotel has many options for breakfast and the location is perfect: beachfront and at walking distance from the center. I had a lovely stay, exactly what I needed to have some peace and relax.

One elevator is not enough, given the size of the hotel.

Proximidad a la playa, desayuno en la terraza abierta al mar, la amabilidad y educacion de sus trabajadores/as, camas muy comodas, television grande.

Aire acondicionado obsoleto y ruidoso, ascensor lento y no atendia a ordenes hacia lo que queria.....

Je séjournais pour la troisième fois dans cet établissement et les prestations sont toujours top. Le personnel est sympathique, les chambres confortables, la vue sur mer exceptionnelle, le petit déjeuner varié et très copieux.

Location perfect, right in front of the beach. Breakfast was good as usual in Spain (good buffet with fresh fruit, ham, coffee and even cava), cafe with a sea view, the selection is the same every morning, but I even like it. Not far from the bus stop, opposite there is parking in the blue zone for 6 euros per day, there are many cafes nearby if anyone wants variety.

It's a bit far from Barcelona airport, but I liked everything about the hotel, although we always want a lower price. :)

this 4* "premium" hotel in reality is an ordinary 3* hotel, in respect to the standard of the building, food and service. It also costs more than several other 4* hotels in Costa Brava.. Hotel shows considerable wear: loose wallpaper, scratches, damaged surfaces and generally tired interiors. The furniture in our room had a strong, unpleasant smell resembling that of an old, mouldy house. The biggest disappointment was the food. We took half-board and regretted it a lot. Dinner costs €23 per person and is served as a buffet, but the quality and variety do not justify the price. Often breakfast food recycled again at dinner. The set up is very basic and followed the same formula every evening: plain, fried meat, chicken or fish, with no seasoning and minimal effort to create flavour. Some food came right from a can. Plates were dirty. The atmosphere and food quality reminded more of a student canteen than a 4* hotel restaurant. Water is not included and must be purchased separately for around 3Eur. Another unpleasant point is the restaurant seating. The pleasant section with the sea view is reserved for occasional external customers, while hotel guests on half-board are forced into the darker interior section, even when most of sea-view tables remain empty. This creates the unpleasant impression that paying hotel guests are treated as a lower category of customer. For guests paying to stay in the hotel, this felt unnecessarily dismissive. The interior dining area has dull furniture and quite depressing atmosphere. In addition, to make things worse, a stern and judgmental maître d’ makes you feel like a criminal, rather than a welcomed guest. In summary, the main problem is the gap between the hotel’s "premium" 4* positioning and the reality. I could not find anything that was "premium" there. The hotel is overpriced. My advice is to check a good 3* hotel.

Kort vei til Strand, god frokost, laks og kaffe og kakene var spesielt god. Fin størrelse på rommene. Deilig med balkong.

Savnet litt mer velkomst ved mottakelse til frokost og fra resepsjonen når vi passerte inn og ut av hotellet.
