Very slow communication, noisy room (haven't slept an eye, since it was located on the roomservice route and the carts make a crazy noise). Tried to speak with management and every time it was promised to be contacted, but even upon checkout it wasn't possible. Very sad for a huge property like this that management and even a duty manager seems to hide into their offices.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Every interaction with your staff highlighted a remarkable level of professionalism, attentiveness, and hospitality in particular I would like to recognise the front desk team who facilitated a trouble free check in, and out and went to great lengths to explain the layout and facilities of the hotel, the staff at the Koh Samui and the Lombocci restaurants exceptional service to accompany exquisite food. Also a big thank you to the maid who left our rooms sparkling, and arranged for an item of left clothing to be returned, the young lady at breakfast who recommended and prepared delicious omelettes for me. Please pass along my gratitude to the team. It is because of dedicated individuals like them that Asia Gardens maintains such an excellent reputation. My family and I look forward to returning in the future.
It would be greatly beneficial to have a handrail to assist senior citizens and or those with movement difficulties exiting and entering the pools.

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Está a sido la segunda vez que nos hemos alojado y sólo tengo buenas palabras, lo recomiendo en su totalidad, si quieres descansar y desconectar del estrés del día a día es perfecto, en general es un hotel excelente, me sentí super agusto, los camareros son super atentos sobre todo Adrián siempre estaba atento a que no nos faltara nada y se lo agradezco mucho. También hay un cocinero en vivo llamado Giacomo que para mí gusto es excelente, si no tiene mucho trabajo te explica algun truco de cocina, eso si si tú le das conversación.

Apenas hay indicaciones y es bastante grande y es facil perderse Tambien diría que al estar envuelto de tanta naturaleza hay muchas hormigas, en la habitación no se puede dejar nada de comida. I travel a-lot to define the 5 star service, and honestly what I received wasn't one. Some of the staff that i interacted weren't polite nor helpful, on a high season with a full load hotel was almost impossible to find space to chill and relax in the pool area. The breakfast was very basic and nothing special for a 5 stars hotel.

Si tengo que decir algo que no me gustó, quizá no sea tal, simplemente, el arroz con cigalas, carabineros y rape del restaurante La Palapa, noté que le faltaba un mejor fondo (y estamos en tierra de arroces). Y este sería el único "pero".

Los restaurantes no están a la altura del hotel, comimos en todos uno cada noche y puedo confirmar que ninguno es acorde a un hotel de estas características. Hay dos que son con reserva y código de vestimenta y uno va con las expectativas altas pero es muy normal sinceramente el precio de los mismos no es coherente con la calidad y variedad de la carta. Por otro lado deberían tener un restaurante que haga buenas paellas para el mediodía estando en la ubicación que está el hotel.

Tiene un marketing muy bueno, la expectativa que te genera antes de llegar al hotel es mucho mayor que la realidad. La relación calidad precio está desfasada, he estado en Hoteles de 5 estrellas que costaban la mitad. Me ha parecido caro para lo que realmente es y ofrece. El aparcamiento cubierto es pequeño y si ocupas estrictamente una plaza y aparcan a tu lado, casi no puedes entrar o salir del coche, ojo aquí los coches son de alta gama es decir no están diseñadas las plazas para la comodidad del cliente. Te cuesta lo mismo aparcar en cubierto que en las plazas a la intemperie. El desayuno es simple, como en un hotel de 3/4 estrellas lo que ofrecen es simple. En fin, un poco decepcionante.

Wir haben zwar direkt bei der Ankunft ein kostenloses Upgrade des Zimmer erhalten, jedoch war der Blick nicht ganz so schön wie erwartet. Wir hätten gern in den Garten oder zumindest auf einen der vielen Teiche geschaut.

Sugerencias : ambientador o escobillero baño Alguna actividad incluida en el precio básico le daría algo de vidilla al ambiente ,tipo taichi al aire libre o aquaying a una hora concreta.

Para ser un hotel de lujo, no me parece normal que te den una toalla para piscina y no puedas cambiarla. Por otra parte, fuimos en pareja un par de noches en media pensión para celebrar cumpleaños, informamos a servicio de relaciones públicas, no hubo ningún detalle y tampoco nos dejaron cambiar una de las cenas a uno de los restaurantes temáticos. Poco resolutivo y ningún tipo de atención al respecto. Pagas aparte por el parquing.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026TODO. Un diez desde que llegué hasta que me he ido. Piscinas, habitaciones y todas las instalaciones impolutas, personal de 10, vistas maravillosas, comida exquisita. Es muy caro, pero al final es que todo eso hay que pagarlo. A la llegada te bajan el equipaje, te aparcan el coche, te llevan el equipaje a la habitación, son súper atentos y detallistas, el hotel no puede ser más bonito, es el mejor en el que he estado en toda mi vida, parece que estás en otro país, es un lujo. Hay varios restaurantes, los que yo estuve especiales, sobretodo el buffet , en el cual no faltaba DE NADA, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, que fueron los que yo utilicé. Hay 5 piscinas de las cuales una es solo de adultos y es súper tranquila.No puedo decir una palabra mala de este alojamiento, estoy encantada.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The gardens were absolutely amazing — lush, peaceful and beautifully maintained, with a real “rainforest” atmosphere. As a full-time electric wheelchair user, I was genuinely impressed by how much of the hotel I could enjoy. Our accessible room was spacious, comfortable and felt like being in the rainforest, with a Huge lovely private terrace and a very stylish wet room. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially around the main pool area, where there was a pool hoist and the team helped reserve suitable seating/loungers for us. The whole hotel had beautiful Feng Shui energy — calm, elegant and very special.
Only a couple of the more exclusive pool areas were not accessible, which was a shame as the rest of the hotel felt so thoughtfully designed and inclusive. However, the main pool area did have a pool hoist, and the staff were very helpful in making sure I could enjoy that space comfortably.
