La salle de bain est vieillotte pour un hôtel qui se veut 5 étoiles. C’est un hôtel usine. Avec le système de porte avec carte magnétiques qui claques en faisant du bruit

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025氣派的大廳裝潢和中庭一眼就看到的無邊際泳池立刻就有好感，櫃檯服務員也很貼心的主動用中文辦入住，這次住的海景陽台套房不但在角落，甚至還有一座獨立的涼亭！ 房間設備很完整，床鋪和枕頭讓我睡了好幾天的好覺，熱水夠熱水量也極大，浴缸的長寬讓泡澡很舒服，海灘是公有的不過飯店有專用的躺椅，這裡的海灘濁度偏高，也要注意漲落潮時間。 飯店的每一個工作人員的非常的友善，好幾個可以說不只一種語言，非常主動的關心你在這裡的感受令人印象深刻。 從10點開始到下午6點每兩小時會有一班接駁車到T21，但座位有限需要先預約。
接駁車的時間能再更多就好了

Reviewed Nov 7, 2025Très bel hôtel. Magnifiques bâtiments et extérieurs. Personnel sympathique. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est correct. Les diners au restaurant de l'hôtel Le Blue Dragon sont très agréables. L'hôtel propose différents espaces/zones piscine aussi agréables. Le ménage des chambres est bien fait quotidiennement mais pourrait être fait avec encore plus de détails pour un hôtel de cette qualité.
La plage de l'hôtel est appréciable mais n'est par contre pas très grande. Pendant notre séjour, il y avait des odeurs de dissolvants et de peinture (rénovation en cours à priori) dans certains couloirs. Néanmoins cela était bien géré avec l'installation de ventilateurs supplémentaires dispersant efficacement les odeurs ce qui évitaient toute de gêne à l'intérieur des chambres.

Was een zeer grote verbouwing en is ook broodnodig, heb al eerder geschreven dat thailand achterloopt met onderhoud van de kamers. Hier geldt hetzelfde..alleen hun doen er iets aan.

The cleanliness of the rooms, especially the bathtub, was terrible. The breakfast was not good at all. Although it was supposed to be a 5-star hotel, the room facilities and the hotel itself were only at the level of a 3-star hotel . Noise of workers .

Reviewed Aug 30, 2025The breakfast is outstanding with European and Asian choice. The pool is nice and having a private is good but no comfy chairs to sit on the beach and the beach is dirty.
This is NOT a 5* hotel, it’s run down. The rooms need a desperate upgrade, the beds are rock solid hard and the bathroom is old and dirty. They are doing construction in the lobby which makes it dusty.

Große Entfernung (3 km) zum Stadtzentrum Pattayas und den Einkaufszentren und Märkten der Stadt, die aber durch das Shuttle-Abgebot des Hotels weitgehend kompensiert werden konnte. Leider fanden während unseres Aufenthaltes umfassende Renovierungsarbeiten, verbunden mit Baulärm und -staub, statt, die aber so organisiert wurden, dass der Hotelbetrieb weiterhin reibungslos funktionierte.

I think the rooms need updating. When high winds the glass doors in the room at the balcony rattled all night. Need new design. Quite a few Indian people staying and I think they left there manners back home in India. Doors banging late at night and talking quite loudly with no respect for other guests sleeping at night. Even at breakfast time using mobiles and talking very loudly. Even heard some complaining there was no Indian food left 🙄 Apart from these people I'd come back for sure .

Reviewed May 31, 2025Room was good size and view was exactly like I expected. The hotel itself was older but very nicely set up. Beautiful entrance and lobby area.
Rooms were being renovated on the same floor and floor above. Noise was a bit of an issue also they left the doors open at night of the rooms being renovated which was a little disturbing. No real beach access and general location wasn't many restaurants close by.

Reviewed May 13, 2025Staff nice. Swimming, location nice. Property had great view and nice café restaurant. Great location parking big enough more space.
Room Quiet old style even clean but not look that clean. Oh erratic, charging Telephone convenient for working support support, breakfast nice but it will be more fresh and my choice or like morning market breakfast style will be something cool or different.

Reviewed May 10, 2025Evening drinks at the waterfront was very enjoyable, nice ambiance and beautiful view.
The rooms feel dated, the staff checked us in as a different booking and we had to move rooms. The breakfast was lukewarm warm and tasteless.
