Wc was aan het lekken. Wc papier houder lag kapot op de grond. Terwijl ik het gelijk heb aangegeven is er helemaal niks mee gedaan. Ze zeiden dat ze het zouden oplossen maar ze deden er niks mee. Helemaal geen wifi bereik alleen in het lobby. Ik moest 2 sprinkhanen en 1 kakkerlak uit mijn bed halen. Niks werd verteld over ontbijt etc moest zelf alles navragen. Terwijl alles is betaald willen ze bij aankomst iets laten ondertekenen dat als er iets gestolen word dat zij niet aansprakelijk zijn etc en ze verplichten je het. Hygiene was er totaal niet. Was een complete nare ervaring.

Room Was missed 3 days for cleaning. Manager in charge of cleaning said it was two. Never cleaned bathroom Shelf.

The breakfast is very good with lots of variety. Hotel is very close to the beach, prime location. Staff are extremely friendly. Nice hotel lounge area with outdoor seating, bar, TV screens (for football games) and free pool table & darts.

Not clean - floor tiles easily become sticky from water. Fridges are tiny and dirty. Found dead cockroach on balcony. Rooms are very small. Old building. Not enough power outlets. Weak wifi. Kettle and fridge provided on demand (if room has none). Extra charge for using safe box. Balconies are too narrow to sit comfortably on. You also sit under the loud AC compressor outside. The area is extremely noisy from the many restaurants outside playing music and karaoke, until 12:30 - 1am. Pool is small and crowded during the day. AC was loud and had to be replaced by staff technician.

Just the check in process and staff. Amazing.

Was far too hot. The rooms were uncomfortable. No tv. Aircon was given but didn’t work just blew hot air.

Açık büfe kahvaltı seçeneği azdı ama isteğe uygun omlet yapıyorlardı. Konakladığım odadaki klima yeterince iyi soğutamıyordu. Çay kahve içmek için su ısıtıcısı kettle çalışmıyordu.

Aile odası tutmuş tuk ama bize yanlışlık var dediler onun yerine 2 kişilik 2 oda verdiler apart diye tuttuk ama sadece oda olarak kullanmak zorunda kaldık ha kahvaltı sı gayet iyi zaten müşterilerinin çogu yabancı ama yüksek beklenti içinde olmazsanız gayet iyi

Kesinlikle kalınacak bir otel değil hatta otel bile değil üç gün kaldık ailecek rezil olduk temizlik yok yemek yok kahvaltı saçma sapan eskimiş bayatlamış şeylerden başka bir şey yok onun dışında otelde her şey paralı su içtiğin suya kadar. Üç gün kaldık üç gün içerisinde odamızın kapısını bile açmadılar buzdolabı küçük bir şey vardı içinde tek bir bardak su bile yoktu lobiden istediğimiz de biraz sonra gönderilecek dedi gönderilmedi odadaki telefon kesinlikle bozuk gidin görün isterseniz. Odada bir yatak var diğer yataklar kanepedir kanepeyi açıp öyle yatıyorsun konfor diye bir şey kesinlikle yok sadece paranıza yazık ediyorsunuz ben işin içinden kaldığım için çıkamadım. Son gün paramı bile geri istedim otelden çıkmak için öyle bir otel kesinlikle rezil tavsiye etmiyorum gitmeyin

Helt greit hotell midt i sentrum av Icmeler. Noe forskjellig standar på rommene og oppleves som slitt. Pluss for rene håndklær hver dag, men vaskingen var særdeles dårlig.

Keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdim, tekrar geleceğim ;)) Odalar güzel dizayn edilmiş, kullanışlı ve temizdi. Denize, plaja yürüme mesafesinde olması benim için büyük avantajdı. Garden Bar' da vakit geçirmek ayrı bir keyifti! Çalışanlar güleryüzlü, samimi ve ilgililerdi. Üstelik hamburgerleri bir harika ❤️

The bar

Allocated a box room but moved quickly. Happy with size but on inspection it was filthy. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves but as we didn’t have industrial bleach and grout, nothing else we could do. The shower was slippery and dangerous. Another couple upgraded but charged £150. Hotel needs an urgent deep clean

Good access to beach and shopping. Bar staff at attached Garden Bar were very friendly. Good breakfast.

Pool closed very early. Coffee in room was not replenished. Double bed was not a double and was in fact two single beds - not great for a couple.

Wide selection of fresh food, including selection of omelette. Bar menu was good. Walk in steps to large warm pool.

Not keen on the coffee. Proper English tea instead of Lipton's yellow label would have been perfect. Wifi was poor, not always available in reception. No chance outside of there.

The staff are amazingly friendly. The owner and his wife were so welcoming and went out of their way and made sure I had everything I required. I didn't use the pool, but it was spotless, with stepped access.

I was on my own. So put in a small room, which was ok but needed refurbishment. I was shown some of the larger, refurbished rooms which were excellent.

Friendly staff throughout, especially those in the bar area. Great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Good size rooms and facilities. Already considering a return.

Nothing. Everything was ideal for our stay.

I liked the location. I liked the breakfast. I liked the personell.

I did not like the light in the room.

The location was fabulous. The omelette at breakfast was delicious.

We purchased two nights in the family suite but was given the standard room without explanation. It wasn’t until we got up there and realised. Went back down to be told there’s no rooms to move us to, even though I already paid for the family suite. The standard rooms are cheaper but no refund. Wouldn’t return there, desperately needs updating.

It is very noisy in the evenings because of bars. Every night had problems with sleep.

Quickly settled in the rooms,friendly staff,delicious cuisine, cleaning every day, very, kind and homely atmosphere. Special thanks to the bar administrator for the care!!!!

Location is beatiful, very near the sea in a shadowy place. The breakfast was rather modest this year in compare as it was for e.g. 5 years ago, but quite sufficient. But this hotel still remain the best 3-star hotel in Ecmeler. And the popularity of the local bar with bartender Ikon this year was simply crazy. I hope that it will continue to be so.

The only one request: to upgrade the WiFi equipment and ask the hotel provider to raise the broadband. The need for Internet quality only grows every year. And the popularity of the local bar with bartender Ikon this year was simply crazy. I hope that it will continue to be so next year as well.

That i didnt got THE ROOM i payed for The lady in reception told me yes you have seawiev when i asked about that can she confirm it ,and when i got inside room i cud only see bulidings 😆

Temizlik, ilgi, olanaklar ve merkezi konumu çok iyi. Tek kusuru benim kaldığım odadaki yatakların yayları göğüs kafesime batıyordu.

За все время проживания так и не добились чтобы нам отремонтировали кондиционер который еще и за деньги отдельно оплачивался. В номере жара адовая на 4 этаже.

First of all we were way overcharged on the booking.com site. The hotel told us it is a much cheaper room. Secondly, we reserved a family room with a sea view and when we got there, they said there was no family rooms available so they gave us a crappy small room with a city view that they called a suite, but it was extremely small. Not a suite at all! The AC barely worked so it was hot in the room. We told the staff and they just shrugged their shoulders. They did not clean the room while we were there. They came in and mopped the floor. They did not touch the bed and did not change the towels even though it was obvious they needed to be changed. The only thing positive about this place is its proximity to the beach and the entertainment. I will never stay there again.

Son got throat and ear infection from pool. Toilet and shower leaked all over floor Beds rock hard Bar open till 3 am right next to our room Son 27 mosquito bites from garden moved to new place after 5 days as had to stay in will son being so ill

abbiamo soggiornato ad Agosto 2014. L'hotel appare molto datato. Al nostro arrivo la camera assegnata non era ancora stata rifatta, ci è stata quindi consegnata dopo una mezzora. Lo stato della camera era abbastanza fatiscente, idem per il bagno. La pulizia a lasciato a desiderare per tutti e 4 i giorni che siamo rimasti. La colazione è mediocre. Il personale, con l'esclusione della persona che abbiamo incontrato all'arrivo, si è domostrato comunque cortese. L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione visto che è a 100mt dalla spiaggia. Questo, unito al prezzo comunque basso rispetto alla media degli hotel della zona, è forse l'unico vantaggio presentato da questo hotel. Da sconsigliare.

Vi var tre personer på værelset og til en enkelt overnatning er det ok, men når det er flere dage er værelserne for små til det - det bliver nærmest klaustrofobisk.Der er ret kort tid at spise morgenmad i. Ellers et udmærket hotel med en god beliggenhed og et imødekommende personale.Vi tog dog hjem en dag før planlagt pga det meget lille værelse.

hotel was clean ,staff did not talk too much,only found they had downstair toilets 2 hours before our 2 week holiday finished,one small fridge, no kettle, beds rock hard,one light blanket on bed ,cotton sheet would be better. asked for early morning call never got it.the hotel bar was empty most of time.

On arrival we were given 2 beds and 3 adults staying!! Food was awful an example of a meal a tray of tomato soup chicken ad rice. Rooms are very small with fridge that does not work. Then to top your stay the Maid will write to you and ask you for a tip!!! Found this very rude I always tip but on this occasion did not. My tip to you is please stay somewhere else!!

Super Lage, tolles Essen und super freundliches Personal. Die Zimmer waren bißchen gewöhnungsbedürftig aber im großen und ganzen auch OK

Amazing customer service, kind staff, clean hotel, all for a very affordable stay

Suveræn beliggenhed, dejligt område med masser af restauranter og byliv og max 10 minutter hjem til Navy hvor end man befinder sig i Icmeler, og ingen støj efter kl 01. Hotellet var hyggeligt med god mad. Dog var personalet dårlige til engelsk og sengene var alt alt for hårde!

A very pleasant stay, well looked after and food was good.

Really enjoyed our short stay here. Only problem was that I couldn't connect to their internet. They gave me 2 different passwords and 2 members of staff assisted me but to no avail! That was the only disappointment however. Breakfast and evening dinner was of a very acceptable standard. Nice pool and friendly people. Nice location to shops and the beach. Also had a car park right outside the door.

the Navy hotel is very well located only one street back from the beach, very clean swimming pool and good breakfast, staff are very helpful and the room was cleaned daily. we would certainly return. this hotel is used by British package deal tours..so there are lots of Brits in the hotel and Icmeler, good value hotel.
