Vor allem das freundliche Personal und der gute Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel, die Matratze hervorragend. Frühstück reichhaltig mit allem was man sich wünscht

Es war eigentlich alles bestens

Ehrwürdiges altes Hotel mit Charme, aber modernen Zimmern (sogar Einzelzimmer!). Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Gutes, grosses Frühstücksbuffet. Alles in allem sehr freundlich. Kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen!

Manche Sachen wirkten etwas umständlich (z.B. auf dem Zimmer essen statt im Restaurant) mit Selbstabholung nicht möglich, Emails wurden schleppend beantwortet. Service teilweise nicht ausreichend geschult, z.B. ob man nun die Ladestationen nutzen kann oder nicht.

Very expensive but get moneys worth!

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr frisch, liess keine Wünsche übrig. Das ganze Hotel, auch das Zimmer und der Wellnessbereich war sehr sauber. Altehrwürdiges Gebäude, tiptop in Schuss gehalten. Hervorragende Lage, Bushaltestelle in 200m zu Fuss erreichbar, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Accueil sympathique. Personnel aimable, souriant. Petit déjeuner au top .

Nichts, das Zimmer war so wie wir ausgewählt haben und das war ok.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Servicepersonal, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück in stilvollem Saal.

Very good food, very nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff, superb SPA and wonderful atmosphere. And this in a perfect scenery with mountains and lakes all around.

Hotel bellissimo, tenuto bene, ottima pulizia e super colazione! Al mio arrivo ho trovato anche tutto l’occorrente per il mio cane… dalla ciotola, alla cuccia, asciugamano e snack. Ho apprezzato molto!

Forse l’unica cosa che vorrei far presente è che non sempre ho trovato personale che parlasse anche l’italiano. O tedesco o inglese.. però tutto lo staff è stato gentilissimo!

Très bel emplacement au centre du village, bel hôtel alliant traditions régionales et modernités. Très bon accueil et services durant tout le séjour. Chambre bien équipée avec toutes les facilités pour un hotel ****. Petit-déjeuner copieux et comportant pas mal de choix. Une belle nouvelle expérience (2ème séjour dans cet établissement).

למלון הזה מגיע ציון גבוה במיוחד בשל החוויה שהוא נותן לאורחים. צוות מסביר פנים ונעים. יש הרגשה שממש רוצים לתת חוויה טובה לאורחים. קיבלנו גם כרטיס חופשי להשתמש בתחבורה ציבורית וברכבלים בסביבה. יש קונצרט פסנתר כמעט כל יום בערב והמיקום של המלון מצויין. שימו לב חלק מהחדרים מגישים רק באמצעות מדרגות ואין מעלית. חדר אמבטיה יחסית קטן וצפוף. אבל בהחלט מלון שווה

Die Beleuchtungen waren fast überall etwas schummrig. Lesen ist etwas mühsam. Aber das ist das einzige, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat.

Wunderbares Frühstück reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Auch das Servicepersonal aber auch alle Andern Angestellten waren sehr nett und man fühlte sich verwöhnt.

Ich würde sofort wieder eine Buchung vornehmen und das Hotel auch weiterempfehlen.

Lage, Zimmer. Besonders war, dass das Wasser in der Dusche mit gutem Druck den Duschkopf verlässt.

Das Frühstücksbuffet dürfte etwas kreativer ausfallen.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, the breakfast room is beutiful, and breakfast excellent. The large lobby/bar area with piano music is a nice place to spend the evening. Location is very good, right in the center. Room was very comfortable and bed excellent.

Die Mitarbeiter sind mit ihrer warmen und freundlichen Art herausgestochen. Sehr Hundefreundlich inkl Hundefrottee, Napf, Hundeleitfaden etc…einfach fantastisch! Das Einzelzimmer war gemütlich und komfortabel, inkl Kaffeemaschine mit Tee Option. Das Frühstück bot allerlei frisches aus der Region und war reichhaltig & vielfältig. Der Service sowie das Essen war am Abend in der Stüva da la Posta grossartig. Toller Tisch mit Hund erhalten und das Tiramisu war ein Traum!

Breakfast was lovely, kind service and wide variety of items to choose from. The dining room was a beautiful space, elegant and comfortable.

Amazing hotel in beautiful Sils Maria. Everything was perfect - very cozy room, delicious breakfast with variety of options, one of the most spectacular xc ski trails at the doorstep. I’m sure I will be back!

Super Service, gute Küche

Nádherný hotel. Snídaně ve slavnostním sále byla zážitek pro všechny smysly ! Krásné prostory, vynikající pestrost jídla i nápojů. Pokoj s příjemnou a klidnou atmosférou. Wellnes pěkné. Překvapením byly večerní Lind bonbonky ! V sále u baru večer živá hudba. Opravdu skvělý zážitek. Využili jsme i výhodné ski pasy. Zastávka ski busu hned před hotelem. Na rozloučení jsme dostali malý dárek i vodu na cestu.

Přivítala bych občas uklidit podlahu v lyžárně.

Die Lage ist perfekt und Parkplätze sind inkl. Skiraum vorhanden. Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Bushaltestellen in der Nähe.

Unser Zimmer hat noch Teppich.

Ha due spazi terme, per andare in uno si attraversa una scala poco riscaldata. Il problema non si pone se si è nel lato delle camere al di sopra di tale spazio

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr höfliche Mitarbeiter, unkomplizierter CheckIn. Immer wieder gerne.

La calidad general del hotel y la atención de todo el personal son excelentes. Uno se siente como en casa con un confort extraordinario. Ideal para un descanso de lujo. La atención. de Carolina en la recepción y de Stefano en el desayuno siempre era sobresaliente.

Las habitaciones que nos tocaron nos parecieron mas bien pequeñas, pero estaban en excelentes condiciones. Una habitación nos asignaron en el edificio adyacente, Post, el cual es de categoría menor.

Geräumiges Zimmer, gemütliches Bett, schönes und modernes Bad, sehr gutes Restaurant (Arvenstube) und sehr guter Service.

Bis auf den Preis fast nichts. Die Hautpflegeprodukte im Bad waren nicht mein Geschmack. Dem Frühstück fehlt es etwas an Exklusivität, was sich in der eher schwachen Auswahl und der fehlenden Variation niederschlägt. Aber dennoch war es ein gutes Frühstück.

Immer wieder: die gastfreundliche Atmosphäre des ganzen Hauses. Die kulturellen Angebote ( Musik, Lesung, Barpianist) Das Cheminéefeuer... Das exzellente Frühstück im Saal...

Hotel di charme con ottima atmosfera la sera con piano bar

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit stilvollem Ambiente. Der Frühstücksraum, die Hotel-Lobby mit Bar und Station für einen Tee, die schön renovierten Zimmer - es ist eine Freude, hier anzukommen und sein zu dürfen. Es ist wie ein kleines Grand Hotel. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Die Restaurants sind auch empfehlenswert.

Great Location and very helpful staff.

I was not aware that you need to make reservations for dinner at most places in town. The first evening, we scrambled to find a restaurant that could accommodate us. It might be nice at check-in to know about the need for dining reservations.

The hotel is in a fabulous location, with stunning views and excellent facilities. There are plenty of walking routes and opportunities for cycling or windsurfing or sightseeing. For two nights in the hotel you get a free bus and train pass which also works for the cable cars. The hotel has a wellness centre with a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room, as well as a gym in the newest part of the building. The restaurant is great and breakfast is delicious and offering a great range of local products.

I cannot think of anything. The staff were always there to help and answer any questions or respond to requests. We felt really well taken care of.

Gemütliches Hotel mit herzlichem Empfang und freundlichem Personal auch im Restaurant. Ich habe mich willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Sehr schöner Speisesaal für das Frühstück.

La pulizia in particolare , ho mangiato una tortina offerta e tutte le briciole sono rimaste due giorni . Ho consumato un tubetto di balsamo non me l’hanno piu cambiato
