Bed uncomfortable . Cooked breakfast was always cold . Shuttle bus too small so long waits . We called one of the shuttle bus drivers Mr Happy because he was the opposite !

Grandiose Lage mit supergrosszügiger Gestaltung. Grosse Zimmer mit Balkon und sehr sauberer Darstellung. Sehr cooler, riesiger Pool. Etwas langweilige Liegen…aber ganz feine Sonnenschirme und herrlich-sonnengelbe Handtücher! Superfreundliches Personal vorallem der junge Pablo und Cammine Morrone! Die Beiden haben uns mehr als verwöhnt und sollten nochmals unseren Dank und unser Lob hören!!! Aus einen spontanen Stopp auf der Rückfahrt nach einem langen Aufenthalt in Firenze, wurde noch ein richtiger Kurzurlaub! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder, wenn wir demnächst wieder zurück nach Firenze reisen! Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Stunden auch der Pianist am vergangenen Dienstag war eine grosse Freude und hat uns einen zusätzlich feinen Abend geschenkt!!!

Das Publikum ist zu dieser Zeit arg in die Jahre gekommen…aber das kann man ja auch humoristisch-sportlich betrachten…wenn man Briten, Holländer und langweilige Deutsche beobachten kann :-)

Die Liegestütze am Pool könnten etwas bequemer sein!

Eine theoretisch gutes Angebot an Einrichtungen wie z.B. Indoor und Outdoor Pool, Gym, Bar ... Blick auf den Gardasee.

- Sehr eingeschränkte Öffnungszeiten für Einrichtungen (z.B. outdoor Pool 10-18h) - Mangelnde Angebote/ Zugangsmöglichkeiten für Kinder (Teens). - Mangelhaftes Frühstück (schlechter Kaffee in Italien!) - Zimmereinrichtung (Lüftung sehr laut/nicht abschaltbar) - wenig inklusivleistungen, viele Extrakosten

Lage, großer Pool, Shuttle

Betten sind sehr alt und unbequem, Hallenbad nur für Erwachsene, Kinder dürfen nur 1 std gegen Bezahlung rein. ( wenn es Regent extrem blöd) Mini Club war einfach nicht mehr verfügbar ab Dienstag ( waren aber bis 11.9 da) unsere Tochter sehr enttäuscht.

Toller Pool (50m - Tiefe 1,40m) Ideal zum Schwimmen. Abgetrennte Bahnen für Spaß und Schwimmen. Es gab auch immer genügend Liegen, auch wenn man nach dem Frühstücken erst kommt. Traumhafter Ausblick durch Hanglage. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und bei Halbpension Menüwahl am Abend. Kostenloser Shuttle nach Garda, schöne Terrasse beim Restaurant für die Abendstunden.

Ich kann leider nicht viel dazu schreiben, da es nur eine Nacht war.

Defekte Geräte am Zimmer. Der Weg von der Rezeption zum Zimmer, ein Irrweg. Wurde leider vom Personal nicht gut erklärt.

L hotel devrait rénover un peu les chambres de l hotel. La literie serait bonne a changer. La baignoire a de la rouille au bouchon de fermeture de l eau. Rideau douche est ancien. Les rideaux de la chambre pas tres propres. Pour les enfants il serait bien de prevoir 1 menu quand il y a le buffet. Pas adapte pour eux. De plus la piscine olympique ne permet pas de faire des jeux de ballon ou autre avec les enfants. Dommage. Accueil moyen. A savoir aussi que cet hotel est en majorité fréquenté par des Allemands et Anglais. Sinon bon rapport qualité prix mais hotel a rénover pour les chambres surtout. Et avoir un peu d activités. A part le golf en septembre il n y a rien pour les enfants.

Hotel położony spokojnym miejscu, na górze z widokiem na jezioro. Obiekt zapewnia rozrywki przez cały dzień jak i wieczorem. Super duży basen.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, con unas vistas bonitas al lago y una piscina gigantesca. La suite era amplia y la comida estaba bastante bien. El desayuno era tipo buffet, con buena variedad. Para la cena se podía elegir cada día entre tres o cuatro primeros y tres o cuatro segundos, salvo el sábado, que fue tipo buffet. En general, la media pensión nos gustó.

La estética del hotel está algo anticuada y no hay actividades para niños, ya que está más orientado a un público adulto. Además, nuestra suite estaba bastante alejada del edificio principal y, después de pasar todo el día fuera, se hacía pesado subir la cuesta para ir a cenar, por lo que terminábamos bajando en coche.

Super Lage mit großem Pool und vielfältigem Sportangebot. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, für alle möglichen Unverträglichkeiten und Allergien gibt es genügend Alternativen. Wir haben ein Zimmerupgrade bekommen und von der Terrasse aus einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee.

Könnte hier und da einen kleinen Anstrich vertragen. Da es aber super sauber war, fällt das überhaupt nicht ins Gewicht. Daher auch kein Kritikpunkt.

When you pay 300£ per night it s ridiculous to charge 2 € to exchanghe a towel. Dinner not worth at all. Really hard to choose something. Meat? Just a wish. In Garda you have many more options, much better.

The food selection was great and service fast, loved the muesli station at breakfast with all the seeds, nuts and dried fruit. Pool was perfect and evening entertainment lovely and chilled. The staff in the golf buggy’s were great, they would just stop and tell us to jump on to get a lift to our block. The shuttle to Garda was great as it was so frequent, never had to wait long. Waiting/bar staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spa was gorgeous. Whole place was very clean.

Shop was only open 2 hours a day and not all reception staff would sell bottles of water outside of those hours. Location isn’t ideal as it’s a long walk to Garda or to a restaurant outside of the resort and even though the shuttle was brilliant, you have to be mindful of the time that they start and stop otherwise that 5 minute journey will cost 20€ in a cab. Only one set of pool towels for the whole duration of the stay wasn’t appropriate.

We didn’t liked the resort!! Poor looking resort, old furniture, very poor unkept the resort . Expected you will keep hold of the pool towels until the end of your holiday ! Most of the activities are additional charge. Not worth the money.

We haven’t been pleased with our stay considering we paid sign any amount for 4 days . The resort it is not a 4 star hotel , has old furniture, walls are marked , poor cleaning and swimming pool tiles are slippery!

Siamo una famiglia di 2 adulti e un ragazzo di 17 anni in sedia a rotelle. Abbiamo avuto un'accoglienza splendida in tutti i sensi. Alloggiavamo in Hotel. Stanza sempre pulita, vista fantastica sul giardino e una veduta fantastica sul lago. Camera ampia il giusto per passare una decina di giorni in pieno relax. Ma i nostri più grandi complimenti vanno alle persone che ci lavorano. La reception sempre cordiale e disponibile, il caposala è una persona splendida che ci ha trattato con dei guanti d'oro, compreso TUTTI, ma dico TUTTI i ragazzi che compongono una squadra che fa il suo lavoro con un amore infinito, e che automaticamente viene visto con la loro disponibilità ed efficienza nel lavoro. Facciamo i nostri più grandi complimenti alla struttura, ci rivedremo prestissimo!!

La struttura ha solo un problema, non è adatta e strutturata per le persone in carrozzina. Per andare in piscina si potrebbero avere grandi difficoltà, vista l'assenza di una rampa per raggiungere la piscina stessa e la distanza tra l'hotel e gli appartamenti collegata da una strada non a livello. Però nel caso la struttura mette a disposizione piccole macchine da golf e sono sempre disponibili. Nostro figlio è leggero e siamo riusciti a muoverci quasi in tranquillità, ma per altri potrebbe essere un grande problema, perché la struttura è praticamente su una collina. Questa è la mia unica nota negativa, facilmente risolvibile, con una piccola rampa all'ingresso della piscina, un"altra rampa per scendere sul bellissimo giardino ed almeno 2 parcheggi per disabili nella prossimità dell'Hotel. Per il resto tutto perfetto.

This resort was spread out in it's own estate and so never felt crowded. The room was a good size and was clean. It had stunning views of the lake in the distance. Breakfast had a good array of options each morning. The house keeping team did a very good job and never interrupted us when we were in the room. The pool was a good size.

Most of the staff seemed to not enjoy their jobs, as our experience was that the majority were not friendly, did not smile or greet you and did not seem interested in offering much assistance to their guests. Luckily, the resort app you can download was useful to find out the basics about the facilities. The location of the hotel is quite a distance from the main town - there is a free shuttle bus service from the resort to Garda Town but this ends by about 8:45pm and so, with taxis almost non-existent, it means that you end up stuck at the resort quite early or having an uphill walk back (which was not an option for us with two small children and in the temperatures we experienced there this summer). The pool bar had a good food menu throughout the day, but the evening menu was very limited - we also discovered that the pool bar shut on days when the pool had to shut due to stormy weather., so food choices were very much reduced in those instances.

Volendo trovare qualche cosa da migliorare, il menù potrebbe offrire qualche alternativa in più vegetariana e vegana: molto orientato allo standard internazionale e tedesco. Tuttavia è sicuramente già di buon livello con diverse opzioni

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Poiano Garda Resort. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery with stunning views over Lake Garda. Our Junior Suite was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our family. The huge pool was a highlight, and breakfast had plenty of choice. The free shuttle into Garda was really convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A beautiful, relaxing resort with a lovely atmosphere and a great base for exploring Lake Garda. We’d happily return! ❤️

The resort is quite hilly and spread out, so getting around can be tiring especially in the August heat.

the bathroom needs some maintenance

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Man hat sich willkommen, geschätzt und familiär gefühlt. Alle waren aufmerksam und professionell. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Von warmen süßen und herzhaften Speisen über Aufschnitt, Aufstrichen, frischem und getrocknetem Obst bis Saaten, Nüsse und verschiedenen Molkereiprodukten, Heiß- und Kaltgetränken war alles dabei. Auch Milchersatzprodukte wie z. B. Hafer-, Mandel- oder Reismilch. Auch das Abendessen war abwechslungsreich und ansprechend. Vorspeisen, Salate & Dessert gibt es als Buffet. Die Hauptgänge (immer 1. & 2. Gang) werden am Tisch serviert. Man wählt täglich aus je 3-4 1. und 2. Gängen. Es wird täglich mindestens je ein Fleisch-, Fisch- und vegetarisches Gericht angeboten. Zusätzlich gibt es täglich wechselnde Kindermenüs. Bei Unverträglichkeiten oder Allergien gibt man im Vorfeld Bescheid. Dann wird dies berücksichtigt. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gibt es freie Platzwahl und es sind zu jeder Zeit genügend freie Tische vorhanden. Wir haben jeden Morgen einen Tisch unter freiem Himmel gehabt. Für das Abendessen gibt es einen fest zugewiesenen Tisch für den gesamten Aufenthalt. Die Getränke sind bei gebuchter Halbpension beim Abendessen nicht dabei (beim Frühstück inklusive). Die Preise sind mehr als fair. Eine große Flasche Mineralwasser 0,75 L kostet 3,50 €.

We stayed in the hotel in a room for 3 people. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and very clean. There was a mini fridge which was great, and the air con worked really well. The resort is excellent - the swimming pool was massive and there was never a problem getting sunbeds. The food and drinks from the pool bar were also reasonably priced and the aperol spritz was lovely. There was a good choice of food at breakfast.

The shuttle bus was great but could have run more frequently, or later into the evening as the resort is 45 mins walk uphill back from Garda.

Le complexe est incroyable, beaucoup d’activités, le restaurant est super. La piscine est gigantesque on n’est pas les uns sur les autres, et le bar est un peu plus pour les collations ! Vue magnifique, et le service de navette pour aller sur Garde est génial et permet d’éviter de prendre la voiture.

La literie n’est pas des plus confortables.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was very comfortable, with an absolutely beautiful view of Lake Garda. Everything was clean and well maintained. The shuttle service to the town was also very convenient and a great bonus. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Het zwembad is geweldig. Groot en goed onderhouden. Met badmeesters en geen badmutsen. Veel sportmogelijkheden voor kinderen. En veel activiteiten. Ook de drivingrange en de 2-hole golfbaan is prima.

De ligbedden bij het zwembad zijn zeer oncomfortabel. Heel hard plastic met je handdoek erop nodigt niet uit tot lekker lang liggen.

Au vu des autres commentaires on sait à quoi s’attendre . La région est chère et on voulait une grande piscine une vue et un peu de calme . Contrat globalement rempli … la piscine olympique est très sympa pour faire des longueurs et profiter . La vue est top et le personnel très sympa.

Tout est vieillissant et plus dans les standards 4 étoiles en terme de décorations de finitions d’attentions ….nois etiôs étions en étage c’est isolé comme un immeuble des années 70 Je trouve le rapport qualité prix juste acceptable car nous avions 2 ados et le terrain de foot ⚽️ aide

Het ligt op een steile berg, wij lagen volledig bovenin.. dat was iedere keer weer klimmen ( flink bergop wandelen ) naar de kamer.. zeker niet aan te raden voor mensen slecht te been.. of slechte conditie 🙈

Very hilly we were up the very top and was quite the workout getting up the hill with the buggy.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr gutes Frühstück. Große Verbesserung zum Vorjahr in Bezug auf Auswahl bei den Cerealien (Nüsse, Früchte, Haferflocken, Chiasamen usw.) viele Sorten an Milchalternativen und sogar Kefir stand zur Verfügung. Durchgehende Öffnungszeiten im Fitnessstudio.

Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Das Rührei könnte fester sein und es wäre schön, wenn das Frühstück schon ab 7 Uhr möglich wäre, da ich bei der Wärme mit dem Rennrad schon zeitig unterwegs sein wollte…in der Nachsaison sind die jetzigen Frühstückszeiten in Ordnung.

Der Pool ist groß, sauber, gepflegt und von 2 Bagnino beaufsichtigt, die angrenzende Poolbar lässt keine Wünsche offen - wir haben dort die besten Pommes gegessen und die Eiskarte für Kinder ist super. Für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes bekommt jede Person ein Poolhandtuch. Wir hatten Halbpension, tolles Frühstück mit einer sehr guten Auswahl an Allem und für das abendliche Menü kann zwischen 3 Vorspeisen und 3 Hauptspeisen gewählt werden, abgerundet wird das Abendessen mit einem reichhaltigen Buffet an Salat und Dolci. Die Bambini haben ihr extra Bamini Menu. Im Restaurant kann abends bis 21 Uhr gegessen werden, danach geht es im Außen oder Innenbereich der Bar weiter. Alle - wirklich ausnahmslos alle - sind freundlich, zuvorkommend und die ganze Anlage versprüht italienisches Flair. Gerne wird man auf Nachfrage abends mit dem Golfcaddy auf sein Zimmer gefahren, wenn die Pasta doch etwas schwer gewesen ist :-) Wir sind bereits das 2. Mal mit unserm Mädels da und werden in jedem Fall wieder kommen.

Das Essen war köstlich, das Zimmer geräumig und die Betten sehr gemütlich

Das ist nach einer Woche Aufenthalt in den Ferien sehr voll wurde

Das Personal ist freundlich, aber beim Aushilfspersonal wirkt der Ton auf Englisch sehr barsch, was aber ggf. an der Sprachbarriere liegt. Hotelzimmer schön und sauber, auch klimatisiert und mit Balkon, Ausstattung aber nicht mehr zeitgemäß hinsichtlich des Design. Ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Kostenloser regelmäßiger Shuttle nach Garda und zurück. Schönes Hotel, gutes Frühstück, Zimmer ok und sauber, Personal mit merkwürdigen Vorgaben, aber größtenteils freundlich und kompetent.

Die Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Spielplätze sind in schlechtem Zustand und baufällig. Außerdem sind sie komplett in der Sonne ohne Schatten. Der Mini Club ist eine Katastrophe, es wird ein bisschen Spielzeug in den Pool gelegt und gut ist. An anderen Tagen werden Kekse aus Fertigteich gebacken. Die angebotene Betreuung bzw. das klimatisierte Spielzimmer steht nicht regelmäßig zur Verfügung, stattdessen sollen die Kinder bei 35 Grad Celsius draußen sein. Auf den Vorschlag man könne ja selber dableiben zum Aufpassen wird aus meiner Sicht nicht reagiert.

Wir waren schon das zweitemal dort und es war so wie beim ersten mal alles tiptop. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen sicher wieder.

Het ontbijt was zeer lekker, veel keuze. Mooi uitzicht vanuit het restaurant en de kamer op het meer. Er was leuke animatie, vooral de aquagym/ aquafitness was leuk om mee te doen of zelfs maar om naar te kijken.de grootte van de kamer was zeker ook een pluspunt.

Het eten aan de poolbar was afschuwelijk,zelfs de pizza was aangebrand. Er was weinig plaats aan de poolbar om naar het wk te kijken.

I have just returned from Garda and my stay at this hotel was excellent, the staff were super helpful and friendly and the facilities excellent. Location overlooking Garda has some stunning views to be had but be prepared for some hills and steps, however golf carts on hand to ferry people around.

Overall 5 stars. Basic self-catering accommodation but everything we needed, clean and very comfy beds. Bus in/out of town was very handy. Kids loved the football pitch for playing with other kids in the evenings.

Lovely hotel for a week self catering with teenagers, great facilities and lots to do, pool bar worked well for watching the World Cup. Shuttle bus service is fantastic and the service was great, our apartment was perfect for what we needed and a lovely view from our balcony. The sun also shined all week ☀️😊

You have to charge everything to your room, they don’t seem to allow you to pay as you go. It makes for a nervous surprise at the end of your stay. They charge you for lots of extras such as hire of golf clubs etc. city tax is also added on at the end. Breakfast was nice but lacking options.

Leider sind die Rühreier am Frühstück Buffet nicht so tolle ,viel zu matschig und flüssig... Würstchen extrem mit Beigeschmack... liegt vllt daran, dass wir was anderes gewohnt sind.... und Fernseher ohne Internet Möglichkeit zum Streamen wie Youtube oder sonstiges

Hotel liegt recht außerhalb von Garda. Fliesen rund um den Pool extrem glatt und Weg zu den Umkleiden nur über sehr hohe Treppenstufen zu erreichen und dann gab es keine Ablagen für Kleidung und keine Kabinen

We are just back from a holiday here. Hotel staff: very helpful Restaurant: continental and cooked breakfast, plenty of food even when you went there later. Food was nice at dinner - there were two courses to choose from. There was only one bad meal and that was houmous with vegetables. It looked like a bald hedgehog when it appeared (about 10 strips of veg stuck in it). It was awful. Resort: very hilly. Dont come here if you have even minor issues with mobility. However there is a golf buggy doing the rounds so you can catch the driver’s attention for a lift or contact reception and they’ll contact him. Pool: lovely but not heated. It was always busy but there are more than enough sunbeds. There’s a bar at one end and they had it decorated for the World Cup and showed live matches. Room: we were in a junior suite. It was a good size and the balcony overlooked the pool. However the fridge was not cold in the slightest. Shuttle bus: they run every 30 minutes but more frequently if anyone is waiting. It’s a 5 minute drive to town. In my opinion there’s no way you could walk there in less than 30 minutes.. Facilities: spa was £15 for 3 hours. Tennis was £7.50 per person for an hour and £3 for a racquet. I didn’t see anyone use either the spa or the tennis courts. I think it was too expensive for guests. Day trips: often you get picked up by the coach at the barrier to the hotel which is about a 7/8 minute walk away. All in all, a really good resort.

We stayed in an upper floor apartment overlooking the golf holes and down the valley which was really nice and peaceful especially early morning and at dusk. Apartment was clean, spacious and had nearly everything required. We had breakfast in the Hotel which had good options. Generally ate in town in the evening, got minibus down and walked back. There is a nice restaurant by the security gate to the hotel. Sports facilities are very good, played padel, used the driving range, footy pitch and gym. There are some nice walks locally in the hills. We tried the spa a couple of times, they do a family ticket early afternoon at 5euro each though i would only do this on a weekend as the sauna / steam room was cold during the week. Big outdoor pool looked inviting but was not heated so freezing. Hotel has a laundrette, small games room and a shop (small and only limited opening). Hotel staff were generally pleasant and helpful. Hotel is up a hill which is fine to walk into town but a bit of a slog coming back. Free mini shuttle bus is a good option if you can get on it especially back up from town. It was a bit chaotic at times and we went at a quiet time of year. We took a taxi back a couple of times. Nearest supermarket was 15 mins walk towards town but on the route the minibus takes and not the main road. Garda itself is a lovely little town and easy to then jump on a bus or take the ferry and explore the lake or venture to Verona. There is a great promenade down to the end of the lake. We hired bikes in Garda one day and took a leisurely ride down to Peschiera Del Garda, exploring the villages on the way. You can hire bikes from hotel but you have to give them 24hrs notice, shame you cant just hire one on the day. Most of the lake attractions were closed for the season so we didn't venture up the lake. In October the weather in Garda is a bit hit and miss, some lovely days but a few cold rainy days between. Generally a nice relaxing visit.

Stayed here with my fiancée and toddler and had the best time. All of the staff were amazing and fantastic with our little one, who really enjoyed himself and quickly took to the team. The room was lovely and had an amazing view of the lake. There were plenty of activities for all ages around the pool, which was a great addition. The shuttle service was very convenient, taking guests into Garda town every 15 minutes, as it can be a little too far to walk in the heat. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning to this beautiful place in Lake Garda. We made some wonderful family memories here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for families visiting Lake Garda.

Facilities and location with great views

One staff member in particular Mr barman Luigi… not at all impressed about his customer service, rather rude and arrogant attitude towards customers… he refused to serve a glass of water at the bar saying to go back to the rooms if wanted to drink tap water. Spa hours very limited and not open in the mornings disappointed about this as not been able to use it as looked great place to relax.

Extremely pleasant resort, the staff is beyond words - mega kind and helpful, well informed and ready to meet every wish and need, the room is spacious, clean, comfortable, the breakfast rich and miscelaneous... The pool is clean and big enough for swimming or just chilling, the hotel towels are huge and soft, the pool bar is also wonderful. The staff there is kind, fast and helpful, they also have a huge tv screen so we could watch football games at the World Cup in USA, Canada and Mexico. The city center is just a few minutes drive, there is a parking available by the lake side. The walk along the lake side is great, there are a lot of restaurants, coffe shops, souvenire selling shops, interesting crafts and handmade products.. We loved every second of our stay there and would highly recommend it!

Basen czysty, dużo leżaków i parasoli. Pyszna kawa i śniadanie ogólnie też jest ok. Ogólnie czysto i schludnie, pokój standardowo sprzątany codziennie. Ogród przepiękny a widok z hotelu zapiera dech w piersiach.
