Very good location between the old and new town. Close to cycle shops, had nice lounge area outside. Breakfast was good. Gym was ok.

Pool area was nice, but it was small and hard to get a lounger at times. You couldn't use the indoor pool unless you had a room with access - bit strange.

Meiner Einschätzung nach sind die Kosten für den Innenpool etwas zu hoch angesetzt; ich würde eine preiswertere Gestaltung vorschlagen, da dies das Interesse der Gäste sicher steigern würde.

The property was stunning. The pool, the entry way, the restaurant were all beautiful. The rooms were clean, but fairly basic. The staff was exceptional. The morning breakfast was amazing!!

For the cost, the rooms were fine, but pretty basic. The property and staff were fantastic. I really would have loved more hooks in the bathroom to hang the (wonderful) robes!

Lovely stay in a beautiful grand hotel very close to the water and city center. Spacious room. Family dog welcomed and provided daily love from a warm and friendly staff throughout the hotel. Spotless room. Comfortable bed. Reserved parking (tight) but available and greatly appreciated. Excellent breakfast service. Excellent dinners and service in the evenings. Excellent bar and staff available too. I used the services of the Wellness Spa and was very satisfied with that experience too. It was my birthday weekend and I was given a free drink voucher upon arrival. A really comfortable and enjoyable experience at this hotel. We would definitely return in the future.

- Frühstück ist auf Deutsche ausgelegt (kein klassisches italienisches oder interkontinentales Frühstück)

Gute Lage für Unternehmungen ,man kann in Riva alles zu Fuss erreichen. Eine Bushaltestelle ist links vor dem Haus und eine weiter links auf der anderen Straßenseite. Der Bus 332 fährt stündlich nach Rovereto über Torbole. Super leckeres Frühstück mit dem,für mich ,besten Rührei der Welt! Sehr sauber alles. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal,das immer eine Lösung findet,wenn es möglich ist. Die Lobby zum verweilen hat tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten und eine grosse Terrasse. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist Gold wert. Wir kommen nun seit ca 5 Jahren und werden,wenn es das Buget zulässt ,auch weiterhin jährlich kommen. Die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Mit dem Gepäck wurde uns ,ohne darum zu bitten,,gleich geholfen .

Sehr hellhörig ,denn die Türen dämmen wie ein Vorhang. Die Nutzung des Schwimm-und Spa-Bereiches hat sich geändert und ist nun nicht mehr für jede Zimmer Kategorie frei zugänglich. Ärgerlich ,wenn man das jahrelang gewohnt war und man nun 25€ pro Person zahlen soll,weil man das "falsche"Zimmer hat. Aber der Gardasee ist ja nicht weit,da ist es noch Gratis! Im vorderen Haus ,sollten die Fenster erneuert werden.

The hotel is at the excellent location - near the lake, city center and all locations worth visiting. The breakfast was really good with a lot of gluten free options and wonderful outdoor seating area. Pool area was excellent - big pool with enough sun beds around with options to lay in sun or shade.

The rooms need a lot of renovations for a 4 star hotel, extremely small shower with no space to even turn around. Lack of electrical sockets - if you want to use the ones next to bed you cannot have a night light on. Extremely bad sound isolation between the rooms, as well as very old and loud doors and window shutters. Staff for any food and drink services was also very slow - they took more then 20 min to even come to take an order and then it again took very long to revive the order.

Bcp de choses: le personnel, l'emplacement, les équipements, le cadre, la décoration, le restaurant, le petit-déj, l'espace spa, la piscine. Le charme fou.

Les chambres renovées sont petites et certaines donnent sur une rue peu reluisante; la lumière de la salle de bain qui passe par la baie vitrée donnant sur la chambre n'est pas une bonne idée. Le rapport qualité - prix est un peu déséquilibré. La parking est assez étroit.

Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου το δωμάτιο 126 στη καινούργια πτέρυγα. Το δωμάτιο είναι πολύ μικρό και με κακής ποιότητας υλικά σε σχέση με το παλιό κτήριο.

Très bel hôtel historique. Emplacement proche du centre et de la plage , très pratique pour aller dîner et boire un verre à pied. Joli jardin et terrasse pour le restaurant. Petit dejeuner très bon. Piscine agréable et calme avec beaucoup de transats ( on a jamais eu de pb à en trouver de libres) quoique d’une fraîcheur stimulante. Un réfrigérateur de bonne taille dans la chambre et une bonne literie.

Le manque de café et thé dans la chambre. La chambre sous les toits avec : un risque de se faire mal en se levant le nuit si on est côté soupente, petite odeur désagréable provenant de la tuyauterie surtout le matin, des portes de placards bruyantes, l’attente pour l’ascenseur treeeees lent . Mais bon on a survécu!Ne pas avoir un accès spa avec les massages payants ( a minima le sauna ou le hamam, surtout sinon est deux et qu’il faut s’attendre). Le shampoing pour cheveux gras décidément pas adapté aux cheveux secs( il faudrait remplacer par du doux…). Les couvertures un peu lourdes au lieu de couettes légères.

Hotel veramente eccezionale, dall'organizzazione alla gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo disguido con la prenotazione della camera, sono stati velocissimi e disponibili per risolvere tutto nel modo migliore. Servizio di ristorazione eccellente, colazione varia e personale di sala pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza, abbiamo chiesto ad un giovane ragazzo alto e biondo di venir incontro ad alcune nostre necessità ed è stato molto gentile e professionale nel rispondere alle nostre richieste. Hotel da consigliare.

Hotel centrale e pulito e in vero stile liberty. Cibo ottimo e colazione anche pensata per chi ha problemi di lattosio e glutine. L'hotel ha un'ottima posizione ma non ha la vista lago. In 2 minuti si arriva al centro cittadino.

Tagliaerbe azionato alle ore 18 in area piscina quando la chiusura era prevista alle 19. Dopo 6 ore di viaggio, e un solo pernottamento, non ce lo aspettavamo. Abbiamo rimediato 30 minuti di rumori e punture di zanzare.

Der mangler en genmengang til hotellet så man ikke skal ud på vejen. Lidt træls når man skal til morgen mad og pool. Så glemte de at gøre rent ved os de første 3 dage. og vi fik først rengøring og nye håndklæder da vi spurgte til det i recieptionen.

Ismaskinen i spat tog väldigt lång tid att tillverka is. Lite konstigt flöde i en av duscharna i spa avdelningen. Men annars var spat super.

Doskonała lokalizacja (w samym centrum miasta i niedaleko plaży) i świetny (przyjazny i pomocny) personel to największe zalety obiektu. Jest to obiekt, który ma swój charakter i mimo, że miejsce nie jest pozbawione wad, chce się do niego wrócić.

Na wyposażeniu pokoju nie ma czajnika, filiżanek, herbaty czy kawy (nawet rozpuszczalnej) o żelazku czy desce do prasowania nawet nie wspomnę. Wydawało mi się, że to standard w 4**** hotelach.

Tra i punti assolutamente a favore di questa struttura citerei: servizio e personale attento, molto cordiale e accogliente; colazione varia e di ottima qualità e posizione in pieno centro.

Il parcheggio non è sufficiente per tutti quindi bisogna essere fortunati e sperare che si liberi un posto per evitare i costi eccessivi dei parcheggi circostanti. La camera un pò piccola e non soddisfatta la richiesta di due letti singoli (si trattava di un matrimoniale con due materassi singoli affiancati) e complessivamente un rapporto qualità (della stanza usufruita)/prezzo eccessivo, pur beneficiando della piscina (piccola ma carina e sempre pulita)

Le istruzioni per il parcheggio, che è solo a pagamento, sono state pessime, sia via messaggio che di persona.

La posizione

L’appartamento che si trovava in un altro stabile rispetto all’albergo . Aria condizionata solo in soggiorno, in camera da letto non c’era e la temperatura era di 35 gradi . Il garage era in un parcheggio di un supermercato

Posizionato a due passi dal centro, il Liberty Hotel è un albergo che, grazie al suo design novecentesco, trasporta in un’altra epoca. Gli interni sono eleganti e molto curati mentre all’esterno è presente un giardino con piscina in cui poter trovare sollievo dal caldo. La colazione è molto buona e i piatti che si possono ordinare dallo snack bar sono eccezionali (consiglio vivamente il club sandwich). Camera spaziosa (eravamo in tre) con terrazzino e cabina armadio!

Da aggiornare un pò la Palestra della zona SPA

ottima posizione, staff gentilissimo, belle e caratteristiche le zone comuni, buona area welness interna e piscina esterna nel bellissimo giardino.

colazione non all'altezza del ranking dell'hotel, buona la parte dei prodotti freschi, uova e contorni, bevande calde e fredde solo da macchinette automatiche, brioches o cornetti ma pasticceria in genere non all'altezza.

Das Haus war wunderschön :) Dad Personal war sehr gut gelaunt und immer zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Pool war sehr schön da er neu ist und die Aussicht auf den Berg vom Pool war unbeschreiblich :)

Wir hatten als erstes einer der etwas älteren Zimmer als wir ankamen. Es hat uns leider vom Einrichtungsstiel nicht gefallen und haben das angesprochen und uns wurde ohne Komplikationen ein neues angeboten, was wir dann auch schöner fanden :)

Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Der Service ging weit über das hinaus, was man normalerweise erwarten würde. Uns wurde beispielsweise sogar bei der Suche nach passenden Bus- und Zugverbindungen sowie bei der Buchung geholfen – obwohl solche Dinge eigentlich gar nicht zum normalen Aufgabenbereich gehören. Wirklich sehr vorbildlich! Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot alles, was man für einen gelungenen Start in den Tag braucht. Der Wellness- und Poolbereich ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und insgesamt wirklich schön. Auch die Zimmer haben uns gut gefallen und das gesamte Hotel ist geschmackvoll und ansprechend eingerichtet. Die Lage ist perfekt, das Hotel macht auch optisch einen sehr schönen Eindruck und insgesamt hat für uns einfach alles gepasst. Noch einmal ein großes Lob an das gesamte Personal – so einen freundlichen, aufmerksamen und engagierten Service erlebt man wirklich nicht überall. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, la propreté, le parking vélo et le parking auto externe à l'hôtel.

L'insonorisation de la chambre, on entend tous les vrombissements des motos et véhicules le soir. Aucun emplacement pour le chargement et déchargement des valises il faut faire vite pour de pas gêner la sortie de véhicule.

Świetny hotel w centrum miasta. Basen na zewnątrz świetny, dostępne leżaki. W samym centrum miasta, obok restauracje. Pięknie położony, wystrój wnętrza bardzo ładny. Garaż rezerwowałem wcześniej, dostałem podziemne miejsce parkingowe. Godny polecenia!

Die Lage ist als noch zentral zu beschreiben. Die "Altstadt" praktisch direkt vor der Haustür. Das Frühstück (v.a. Auswahl) war gut. Die Zimmer groß, sauber und gut klimatisiert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer zur Stelle, auch wenn es Probleme zu lösen gab. Parkplätze werden per Vorabreservierung angeboten.

Der Strand liegt allerdings doch mehrere hundert Meter (ca. 750m) und damit ca. 10min Fußmarsch weit entfernt. Das angebotene Frühstück wird durch die zum Teil eher durchschnittliche Qualität etwas relativiert. Der Parkplatz vor Ort musste separat gegen Aufpreis gebucht werden.

The beds were very uncomfortable; we woke up with pain all over every day. They were as hard as rocks. The shower door never closed, and every time someone used it, the whole bathroom flooded with water.

Hotel was lovely. Great spot. We pre booked parking and it was perfect.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. We had two rooms: a comfort room, lovely and modern and a superior double, a huge room, but it needs modernising. The Pool areas are fantastic, lunch menus were a delight. Breakfast was very good, but a little more variety needed. The bar lounge was small, but the two terraces more than make up for that. Excellent value 4 star hotel, once all rooms are modernised, this will be a fantastic hotel to stay in Riva, it still is.

Zeer mooi hotel op top locatie, dicht bij centrum maar rustig Mooie, ruime kamers met airco Lekker, uitgebreid ontbijt en restaurant Vriendelijk personeel Welness is ook mooi (wel jammer dat kinderen maar tot de middag binnen mogen)

Bad midden van de kamer heeft weinig toegevoegde waarden (maakt alles nat :)) Parkeerplaatsen zijn zeer nipt, zeker voor elektrische wagens is het bijna onmogelijk parkeren achter het 'muurtje'.

Przepiękny budynek w świetnej lokalizacji w centrum Riva del Garda. Obsługa całego obiektu bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Różnorodne i pyszne śniadanie, podawane na urokliwym tarasie. Dla osób sportowych - w hotelu jest rowerownia zamykana na kartę, gdzie można bezpiecznie i komfortowo zostawić rowery. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni i na pewno wrócimy!

Pokój, który otrzymaliśmy był na poddaszu z małymi oknami - w porównaniu do całości standardu obiektu, akurat te pokoje wydają się dość ciemne, następnym razem zadbałabym o to aby otrzymać pokój na niższych kondygnacjach. Trzeba też zaznaczyć że pokoje są urządzone w spójności z całym obiektem - w starym stylu. Estetycznie bardzo to pasuje do całości, ale nie każdemu może spodobać się taka estetyka. A

Qualité de la chambre. Une honte pour un 4 étoiles. Mobilier plus que vieillot, abîmé. Joint de douche abîmé, encadrement de fenêtre en bois cassé. Bref chambre jamais rafraîchie. Rapport qualité prix déplorable.

Excellent localization close to curry center, lake, restaurants. Nice 2-floor apartment, very effective and silent air-condition, available bar also by pool, tasty and differentiated breakfast also with live-cooking.

Ich komme seit Jahren und fühle mich immer sehr wohl.

This hotel in Riva was in a great location. The staff went above for every question or need we had. The hotel was lovely as well as the pool and spa. The breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast staff so friendly. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back.

Where I toom was located it was quite noisy- as when people came out of the their rooms a slammed their doors our door would also bang and peoples voices carried due to the high ceilings. I wonder if the doors could be fitted with something to stop them slamming so much.

Just returned from our 3rd holiday at this wonderful hotel. Lovely staff, beautiful surroundings and so relaxing. We have already booked to return next summer
