객실과 숙소 자체는 전반적으로 무난했습니다. 공항이나 시내 이동 시 이용하기에 위치도 나쁘지 않았고, 버스 정류장이 생각보다 가까워서 도보 5~10분 정도면 이동할 수 있었던 점이 편리했습니다. 체크인 후 에어컨이 작동하지 않는 문제가 있었는데, 말씀드리니 다른 객실로 바로 변경해 주었고 변경된 방의 에어컨도 확인한 후 안내해 주신 점은 좋았습니다.

호텔 주변은 저렴한 주거지역과 아파트가 많은 편이고 외국인 근로자들이 많이 거주하는 지역으로 보였습니다. 주변에 아랍 음식점도 많아 아랍권 동네 같은 분위기가 강했습니다. 이런 분위기에 익숙하지 않다면 특히 밤에는 혼자 걸어 다니기 조금 부담스럽게 느껴질 수 있을 것 같습니다. 또한 체크인 후 처음 배정받은 객실에서 에어컨 패널이 작동하지 않아 객실을 변경했습니다. 이후 리셉션에서 기존 객실에 에어컨 리모컨이 있었다는 연락을 받았는데, 처음 문의했을 때 리모컨 사용 여부를 먼저 확인해 주셨다면 객실을 변경하지 않아도 됐을 것 같아 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 에어컨이나 객실 내 시설에 문제가 있을 경우 객실 변경 전에 리모컨 등 간단한 조작 방법이나 시설 상태를 먼저 확인해 주시면 좋겠습니다.

Nice place n environment

Excellent transit hotel. We had a 22 hour layover in Singapore that started at 1am and ended at 2300 that day. It was much cheaper to stay here for "two nights" than use any transit hotel for 8 hours.

The location is in Geylang which is Singapore's legal red light area. By even Bangkok standards the street area is filty with discarde rubbish and smelling over filled commercial bins. The beautifully presented girls sit on plastic chairs amid all this mess trying to entice customers. If successful some will be brought to the hotel. It is discreetly managed by the staff - who initially and understandably - mistook the situation between my Thai wife and I. One look at the guy etc Thoroughly recommended as a perfect transit hotel.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to the downtown and other areas where I can go and eat. The place was very quiet and staff at the desk were very friendly.

The toilet was a little smelly but day 1 they washed and it was Ok.

Personel to wizytówka tego hotelu. Wspaniali, zaangazowani, serdeczni i bardzo pomocni ludzie. Codziennie byłem z uśmiechem witany i pytany czy czegoś potrzebuje. Przy wymeldowaniu zapytano mnie czy chce zostawić bagaż z czego z przyjemnością skorzystałem. Hotel jest w pobliżu przystanków autobusowych, z których można jechać do centrum. 16 min piechotą do stacji metra. W pokoju bardzo czysto, pokój dość spory jak na Singapur.

Great value especially for Singapore, staff were incredibly friendly and very easy to get to the MRT station wirh a 10 min walk. Room was comfortable and clean. A great budget option

We come from a cold place and when we arrived the aircon was not on so we fell very uncomfortable and we didnt expect the room is tiny but we manage through the night, over all was good room is tidy staff are friendly.

Horrible beds, felt like gym mats. Bidets and tap power was insanely high. Shower head was half broken and weak. Rooms are also extremely small, we used twin beds but there is no space for two luggage’s to unpack. Only would stay one night if you’re absolutely desperate, no more. Also the doors and walls were so thin so we could hear everyone in the hallway.

Clean rooms, safe budget hotel, convenient for shorter stays. Good value for money. The staff is very kind and professional, especially Mr. Pang at the reception.

Its nothing like the pictures portrayed. I was shocked. The bathroom shelves weren't clean, no soap to wash your hands and towels had marks/stains on them. No even little fridge to put your drinks in etc. Everything is very old and outdated. Very very disapointed!

Absolutely horrific location. THE worst place in Singapore. It is so dangerous. DO NOT stay here if you are a solo female. Hotel is old and very grubby and I had to leave halfway through my stay because of how awful it was. Was told by reception staff not to leave any valuables in the room, just laughable. Spend a little bit of extra money and stay somewhere else or you’ll regret it.

Mi colchón súper duro pero el de mis viejos bien… así que será cuestión de suerte. Por ahí la zona de noche está muy llena de hombres y miran mucho (no se si se entenderá). Si fuera una mujer sola me movería siempre en taxi y que me deje directo en la puerta del hotel.

Nice hotel, clean and accessible to all . Very comfortable and the sraffs are very accomodating. Highly recommended to all travellers looking for accomodation.

The area the hotel was located at was not family friendly. It was in a red light area. This was not mentioned during booking. The bathroom was dirty and had a tripping hazard on entry and exit. The towels were thread bare and we were not provided enough towels. The hand towels were used by the staff to wipe the water leaking from air conditioner. There were no toiletries available which was not mentioned in the booking. The air conditioning was leaking on the floor causing a slippery floor. The room was humid despite the air conditioning being on. The beds were uncomfortable and the mattresses had significant wear and tear. Asked for extra pillow, they brought 2 dirty pillows after calling the staff twice. The pillows were provided without pillow cases.

There was a lot of insects in the bathroom. Some kind of flies coming out of the pipe in the shower.

(1) safety issue: the front of lift door should not be piled up with Hotel stuff. (2) TV channel selection is limited. (3) Lack of Wardrobe and refrigerator. it is not convenient especially when you want to stay for more than 3 days.

I stayed at ibis budget Singapore Pearl twice during my trip, and I would really like to share my experience. My first stay was from 22–23 March (3 rooms), and my second stay was from 26–28 March (also 3 rooms). Both stays were very pleasant, mainly because of the wonderful staff. During my first stay, I met a front desk staff member named Ten. He was extremely polite, friendly, and very helpful. When we checked out, I left my child’s stroller at the hotel, and he kept it safely for us. When we came back for the second stay, we met him again, and he was just as kind as before. I really appreciated his help. I would also like to mention two other staff members who made a great impression on me. Qayyum helped me book a Grab after two drivers had already rejected my booking. He even offered to speak directly with the driver to help us, which I found incredibly kind and thoughtful. He also recommended a Thai restaurant for us, which was very helpful. Another staff member I would like to thank is Pang Yi. One of our three rooms had a problem with the air-conditioning, so I called the front desk. In less than 5 minutes, Pang came to check the room and immediately arranged a room change for us. He even upgraded the room, and the whole situation was handled very quickly and professionally. All the staff here are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Their service really made our stay much better. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. 😊
