Très bon séjour! L’établissement est bien placé. Le gérant est au top : très gentil, disponible et toujours de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner est également très copieux et variés.

Seul point négatif : il n’y avait pas de réseau dans la chambre.

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, obwohl die Wurst- und Käsesorten jeden Tag die gleichen waren. Da hätte uns mehr Abwechslung gefallen. Die Mitarbeiterinnen im Speisesaal könnten zu den Gästen freundlicher sein. Gegrüßt haben nur die Damen an der Rezeption und die Reinungskräfte.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein und die Duschkabine müsste erneuert werden. Die Matratzen sind sehr hart und sorgen nicht für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Wir fragten nach einem Toppe , um eine bessere weichere Liegeplätze zu bekommen. Es wurde uns zugesichert, dass sich Jemand darum kümmern würde. Auch auf mehrfachen Nachfragen passierte nichts. Auch andere Gäste jammerten über die schlechte Matratzenqualität. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und man hört, Toilettenspülungen und Duschgeräusche sehr laut. Wenn die Müllcontainer morgens um 6 Uhr draußen geleert werden, schallt es durch das ganze Haus. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.

L’hotel è molto centrale, le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. L’aria condizionata funziona molto bene.

Il parcheggio non è in grado di ospitare tutte le auto dei clienti della struttura ma non è un problema perché il parcheggio in strada è sicuro e gratuito.

extremely unkind and unprofessional staff, literally the behavior of the two female employees at the reception ruined my entire annual vacation, which I remember with a sick feeling in my stomach, I have never had a worse experience staying in a hotel in my life. you can feel the springs on the mattress, the wifi doesn't work anywhere and this was maybe a 4-star hotel 25 years ago, it's not anymore, and the way the employees treat the guests doesn't deserve one. disgusting.

Dit hotel is basic, misschien lichtelijk vergane glorie. Maar staat in een alleraardigst dorpje waar je vooral ‘s avonds heerlijk kunt vertoeven.

Het zwembad was gesloten tussen 12.00-15.00 uur, terwijl dat het heetste moment was van de dag.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, l’espace piscine est très agréable et surtout pouvoir manger des pizzas très bonnes et surtout pas chère (6€ la moins chère !!) au bord de la piscine est très appréciable !

Le personnel du petit déjeuner est très rude surtout la personne qui a l’air d’être la gérante. Qu’on ne fasse pas ce qu’il faut avec le grille pain, d’accord mais il y a des manières de parler aux gens, idem quand on prend une bouteille d’eau pour notre table sans penser à mal…

Het was gehorig in het gebouw. Douchen en wc doorspoelen van de buren hoorde je goed maar was niet heel storend. Wat wel een groot minpunt was is dat het zwembad tussen 12 en 15 uur gesloten was.

Se proprio devo fare un appunto migliorerei un po' la colazione, il distributore di succhi purtroppo imbevibili e cappuccini caffè anch'essi dal mega distributore che onestamente ho tralasciato il secondo giorno in favore di buon cappuccino del bar a pagamento. Il resto impeccabile.

Le buffet du soir en Demi pension et le pdj était varié et de bonnes qualités, le parking privé de l' hôtel. La piscine.

1) dīvains baseina darba laiks, kas to padarīja par grūti izmantojamu; 2) niecīgas autostāvvietas - vairākas reizes nācās parkoties uz ielas, jo abas bija stāvgrūdām pilnas; 3) istabas ir ļoti nolietotas, prasās pēc remonta - pods un bidē neturējās pie grīdas, duša slikti strādāja, tualetes durvis iesprūda, lifts ir ļoti novecojis un nav atbilstošs standartam.

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und die Lage absolut top. Mit wenigen Schritten ist man in der Altstadt und es ist trotzdem ruhig.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte leider nicht und wurde erst nach 2 Tagen getauscht, was halt bei 39°C Außentemperatur nicht so lustig ist. Liegen am Pool sind absolute Mangelware. Wenn man nachmittags vom Strand kommt und nochmal an den Pool möchte hat man keine Chance!

Hotel je lepo urejen, predvsem bazen in okolica bazena. Zajtrk je obilen. Najbližja plaža je oddaljena 3 km, nekajkrat na dan vozi turističen vlakec. Do centra mesta je blizu in v okolici hotela je več restavracij in barov.

So to start this hotel is in a lovely location, within walking distance distance to restaurants and bars. On-site parking The reception staff were very welcoming and very helpful. The hotel is very clean throughout, the cleaners do a wonderful job here! The room itself is perfectly adequate. A decent size bed though the mattress quality isn’t great , but it was okay. There is a TV but it is not a smart TV. There is really good pressure in the shower and the bathroom itself is a fair size. No USB charging sockets just traditional sockets. A fair amount of wardrobe space and a clean balcony with table chairs and drying rack was nice. The pool area is lovely, plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas and a decent size pool. It’s all kept very clean. Breakfast was ok.

The walls are very thin, so this is not a quiet hotel if you are a light sleeper. What lets this hotel down is its restaurant. The staff in the restaurant are not great. They do not greet you, they do not tell you where to go or what to do. The first night we did not realise that wine and water is included with half board. The reception staff explained this to us the following day when we asked. Breakfast was ok, they offered what would be expected with a fair selection. However, when things run out staff were not filling them up, no tables were laid, no one came to ask what drink you would like. Dinner was pretty poor, not much selection and desert was one small piece of cheap opera cake. I would not waste money on half board again here, I would go into the local town and have something from one of the restaurants there for dinner. Poor WiFi

Bella la stanza e se vuoi rilassarti a bordo piscina è davvero un esperienza molto piacevole, le spiagge intorno sono bellissime e la colazione è stata ottima.

Il ristorante forse un po' caro per il cibo offerto, ma a vedere i prezzi nei dintorni mi son ricreduta (erano anche più costosi) almeno in albergo abbiamo potuto mangiare a bordo piscina!

No power outlets by the beds, only one at the opposite side., hard beds and flat pillows, tiny balcony, window and balcony doors were leaking when raining. Renovation work were not synced att all with hotel management. Outer wall renovation started 0630 hamering directly on our wall. They painted the fence at hotel parking lot without notifying gueasts and not covering cars so we had to spend half dat cleaning it from paint!

Bardzo słabe śniadania

Struttura accogliente e ben organizzata, con camere spaziose e pulite. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, sempre attento e professionale. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per muoversi sia verso il centro che verso le spiagge. La piscina con cascata è molto suggestiva e crea un’atmosfera rilassante. Buona la cucina, varia e con piatti di qualità

La struttura nel complesso è un po’ datata e avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento di rinnovamento, soprattutto negli arredi e nei dettagli delle camere. In alcuni momenti si percepisce un po’ di rumore tra le stanze.

Tutto, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ottima l'accoglienza e la pulizia. In sala tutti bravissimi soprattutto Carmela sempre pronta a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Anche il resto del personale doc.

L'Hotel Maria Rosaria è un ottimo Hotel. Il servizio è stato eccellente, così come la cordialità dello Staff. Ottima e ben fornita la colazione. Dispone anche di ristorante-pizzeria che però non abbiamo testato. Indispensabile e graditissimo l'ampio parcheggio privato, soprattutto per chi come noi viaggia in moto. L'Hotel è situato a due passi dal bel centro storico di Orosei, raggiungibile e visitabile facilmente a piedi. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Peccato per il minuscolo vano doccia, altrimenti l'Hotel avrebbe meritato il punteggio massimo. Comunque, un piccolissimo particolare, sicuramente da rilevare, ma che non ha turbato la nostra permanenza.
