Premier Inn Berlin City Spittelmarkt

Was in a great location, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean! Appreciated the 12pm check out :)

Wish the tv could be louder max volume was 25

Lage OK.

Stay Was Excellent, I met with an accident there but they were very Helpful.

One thing we didn't like was the television in the room,it was too outdated,we were there for 5days because of accident we were kind of locked in a room and the television was not working.we really got bored because of this.

Zimmer sind ansprechend und funktional eingerichtet. Frühstücksbuffet war top!

A good central location and decent sized room. Everything I needed was in the room for my short stay in Berlin. Staff were friendly and explained everything I needed to know on arrival. Good WiFi too.

spacious room

despite following their rules for cleaning the room ("let us know before 12pm"), it took 3 days and a lot of pressure to remind them, for our room to be cleaned a refrigerator would be very helpful

Spora, wygodna łazienka, z miejscem do odłożenia rzeczy. WiFi działało bez zarzutów.

zentral gelegen

Posizione tranquilla stanza pulita e buona colazione

Location

The pre-stay communication with premier inn was horrible. If you really want to understand the issue, look into my communication and the kind of reply I have been getting. Terrible

Keine Beanstandungen

Clean, silent, kind and helpful staff.

A mini fridge in the room would be nice!;)

Gorgeous central and clean

All good

Posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione della metro. Camere pulite con quasi tutto il necessario. Colazione buona. WiFi ben funzionante.

Materasso da sostituire. Biancheria letto tutta sintetica.

The location is ideal, the room was very large and the water in the faucet was hot!

Great location close to the center and with many restaurants in the area. Everything worked as expected, and everything was clean

There was a distinct paint smell sign that the property was painted recently. I think lower VOC paint would have been less noticeable

Quiet neighborhood, shopping nearby, comfortable bed

Elevator was terrible, very slow

Ottima posizione, colazione molto buona e personale cordiale. Tutto pulito

Clean, good room and friendly staff!

Nada, somente a localização.

Barulhento, sem ar condicionando.

Très bonne situation. Confortable et agréable

Tout était bien

Moderno, limpio y bien ubicado

Da gab es nichts was man kritisieren musste.

posizione comoda, staff cortese

la vista

Good location. Clean and friendly staff.

Parking is limited. Thankfully we were sorted on the day but it's €20 per day!

Comfort and cleanliness

Very happy with the Premier plus room. Beds beds ever.

Hotel had recently changed to Premier Inn and staff were not up to speed on the benefits of Premier plus. Cost of parking

Net i a prop Metro

Estàvem en un annex

ótima localização, quarto limpo, banheiro limpo, aquecedor e ar condicionado. Foi ótimo

Achei o café da manhã muito caro. Mas muito bom

Good location. Very good breakfast.

Bien ubicado.

Nice room in good location

Nein Danke!

Mancanza mini frigo

Me encantó!

The room was big enough, we had everything we needed, it was clean, the furniture was new and modern, the bed was big and the bathroom was nice and clean. The public transport is a few minutes away and it's really easy to move around the city.

The floor should be vacuumed more often and a small fridge would be nice, but even without that everything was perfect!

Sehr ruhig. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen war möglich. Großer Frühstücksbereich im Untergeschoss.

Dejligt hotel og ligger rigtig godt centralt

Der var en ubehagelig lugt på gangen

We found the hotel without any problems. At first, we checked into one room, but it didn’t suit us, and the staff moved us to another room without any issues. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are friendly. I would especially like to mention the breakfast, which was very tasty. Overall, we had only positive impressions of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Sauberkeit und Lage

-

Comfort and cleanliness

Loud works in the early morning!

Very good for the price, employees were very nice and professional

The elevator was broken so we had to walk a lot to our room. The hallway had a weird smell

Nice clean room, new modern bath. Good location, great district, friendly stuff

The smell on the floor (not inside room) like after some paintings or clay works. There were some renovations during our stay. No slippers in the room. No refrigerator.

J'y retournerai volontiers.

Seit langen wieder gut geschlafen

Next to Metro U2, no noise.

There is no fridge in the room. The staff is rude specially German guy. For room cleaning you ask in reception. It depends on the luck if they come😆 Can ask 2 times that they would come, or wount come.. This have to change! Clean all rooms like in all normal hotels. To wait service 8 hours not normal or till next day. I come every month to Berlin but this hotel wount choose anymore.

It was very clean

I wish the bathroom had some toiletry like toothbrush, cotton buds for ears etc

The top floor bar and access to 2 railway stations.

Location had very few alternative restaurants to the hotel's own.
