Fantastische ligging direct naast autostrade voor als je op doorreis bent ! Prachtig ontbijt zeer vriendelijk personeel en zeer ruime kamers ! Om te onthouden !!!

Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Ook was er gluntenvrij brood en dachten ze graag mee met melk- en glutenvrij eten. De ontvangst was heel hartelijk, de kamer was prima voor met zn 4tjes!

Het was een proper en heel goed hotel. Wij hebben geen opmerkingen.

Hotel insgesamt sehr gut gelegen für Zwischenstopps oder fûr 2-3 Tage ÜN. Restaurant ist super, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden. Nicht so gut ist, dass die Zimmer lediglich mobile Klimaanlagen haben und die Türen zum Balkon/Terasse sich nicht kippen lassen, sondern nur ganz geöffnet werden können. Im Sommer bei hohen Temperaturen steht dann die Wärme im Zimmer.

Çok memnun kaldık. Personel ilgiliydi. Temiz ve rahat bir otel.

Service und Frühstück waren bestens! E-Auto kann gratis geladen werden. Top! Es gibt einen Spielplatz für Kinder. Das einzige es gab Schimmel im Bad, die Matratze war unbequem und die Bettwäsche hat geraschelt. Hotel wird aber demnächst umgebaut.

Stanze esterne al locale centrale principale, effetto motel di strada, lo ho trovato un po' inquietante. Molto ricco il buffet della colazione. Buono ed efficiente il servizio ristorante.

Visited in 2023 when they had the cook in front of you grill which was excellent. Now replaced with a disappointing carvery. This is the hotel's 50 th anniversary so you might think they would make it better not worse. Other than that great staff especially Zafar. Good breakfast. Lots of free parking. Air con unit in my room but not my colleagues. Internet OK

Voyage d’affaire

The rooms were spacious, but dated. In the search, it indicated air conditioning (a key criteria for us in August) but only certain rooms have it. Ours did not. The info binder in room said fans were available but they were not. If I was traveling alone as a woman, I wouldn’t love the lack of security in the back door. Dinner was expensive and ok.

What can I say, I and my engineers have adopted this hotel as our stop point when working in this area, actually my guys introduced me to it. You are met by the wonderful reception staff, always with the biggest smile. Rooms are ok, all you need, very clean. But then you go to the restaurant, I have to say the staff in this restaurant as well as beautiful are probably some of the best I have met. Incredibly good all of them. On this last trip the two young guys where close to brilliant, they just kept an eye on you all the time. The young ladies are not just beautiful but also brilliant. This hotel is a pleasure to stay in and always brings a smile to meet these brilliant beautiful people again. Management should be seriously proud of there staff, and again obviously a brilliant management team to hold staff at this high level.. An absolute must stay if your in the area,

Es ist doch an der Zeit dass anscheinend das Hotel umgebaut wird....der Zahn der Zeit nagt daran...und es ist ja kein Motel....Also Unterkunft und Restaurant sollten vereint werden.

Nettes Hotel für eine Nacht bei der Durchreise. Zimmer war klein aber ausreichend - das Bad und die Dusche geräumig - gutes Bett - und es war ruhig trotz naheliegender Autobahn. Das Frühstück für den günstigen Preis eine Wucht ! ab 0630 , und alles vorhanden - angenehme Atmosphäre.

Shower didn't work in the room (ran cold). Food was OK but for the cost, expected better. Room on the top floor was very hot, no AC or operable window which would not compramise safety.

This was a nice place to stay. Room was comfortable. Bed was comfortable. 4 of us shared a family room. It worked out fine. Unfortunately there was no AC. We happened to arrive on the hottest day of August. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Staff were great.

Great place for a stay during our car trip from Italy to the Netherlands. Very friendly staff in the reception and restaurant. Quick to solve some issues we encountered (allergies for bedding), large rooms for a family of 5, nice playground for the kids and close to the highway to continue our trip. Would definitely stay again on a future trip

Das personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Familienzimmer im Anbau war das geld nicht wert / es war sauber ind das bad klrin aber schön. Insgesamt war das zimmer jedoch zu klein für 4 Betten und es war renovierungsbedürftig. Azf das Frühstück (4Personen = 80€) haben wir verzichtet.

Staff very friendly and a very reasonable standard overall. Hotel room was clean, functional and comfortable if a little dated from the outside. Overall good value for money.

Hotellet ligger i Egerkingen, som ligger smukt mellem bjergene. Selve hotellet ligger tæt på større veje, men er rent og med høflig betjening. Indretningen er en blanding af den oprindelige indretning fra det, der ligner 1980'erne og med nyere badeværelser. Det ser slidt ud, men er som sagt rent og pænt ellers.

The stay was a business trip with an ideal location. Limited food option for me as I am not a buffet meal fan, however the stir fry was very good. Room clean as well as the everywhere in this accommodation.

Ruhig im Zimmer. Schlecht, dass die Dusche nicht höhenverstellbar ist. Ich will nicht täglich Haare waschen. Ganz schlecht, dass es nach 22:00 Uhr rein gar nichts mehr zu essen gibt. Nicht mal ein Stück Brot.

Wir konnten statt bis 11.00 uhr um 12.00 uhr das zimner verlassen. Das war top, und sehr freundliches personal

Das Zimmer entspricht den gebuchten 3 Sternen. Nicht aufregend, aber sauber und alles nötige war vorhanden.

The hotel was nice and comfortable but was dated and in need of a bit of a refreshment. All rooms have a balcony or small terrace to them and the food was very nice. Convenient for the work I was doing in the area and there is a large shopping centre close by.

Good place for an overnight stop - fairly close to the freeway and with its own restaurant. Plenty of free parking space (with many charging stations). The rooms are basic but comfortable. The TV set on the wall is huge by hotel/motel standards. The coffee machine in the room gets you only 2 coffees in the morning (2 espresso capsules), but that's enough to get one started - there's more coffee in the restaurant for breakfast. The free internet is a bit of a joke. You need to log into the hotel's site, provide telephone number, and then you get an SMS with password. Fine if you only use a mobile phone. If you want internet in your laptop or tablet with no SMS card, than you have no internet in that equipment. Breakfast is fairly limited in choice when you consider that you pay 17 euros for one person, but nothing is cheap in Switzerland... It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Super hotel super accueil!!! Les chambres sont propres! Le buffet du soir et le petit déjeuner est incroyable!!! Nos enfants ont adoré jouer au parc de l’hôtel! Et notre chien a profité des espaces! Je le recommande fortement!!!

This is a decent sto-over place while on then road in Switserland. You can get a proper meal in the restaurant and the breakfast is proper. The rooms are fine, be it a bit dated but they have big renovation plans.

Comfort Hotel Egerkingen is a typical “Motel”, with basic accommodation in buildings of rooms on two levels. There is excellent parking outside the room,The rooms are very basic, with TV. But all have excellent bathrooms. We have stayed here twice and would do so again in an instant. There is a restaurant on site for evening meals and breakfasts, so you can ‘eat in’, if you don’t want to find other options. The hotel is very close the the motorway, so great for an overnight stay on your way. If the price is 30% lower than other hotels in the area then we’ll worth the money. We have stayed at other hotels close by, but they are more expensive and on most occasions we just need a good bed for the night. Hope this helps your decision making.

The Hotel overall was good, the bedroom simple and clean, however the bathroom was just absolutely out of date. They have not made any improvements in decades... thus however, my room, was the only room I have seen. The prices are at the higher end for what it is.

Away from the city hustle bustle, located in a picturesque background, worth you spend for. Having a good restaurant, but the service in the restaurant definitely requires improvement both with the provisions and in attending customers properly. We went in group of 31 and booked with complimentary continental buffet break fast. But the items provided was quite inadequate for the group and the exhausted items were never replenished even when requested to do so. As a result many of us cdn't get many of the items even though they went within the specified time slot. This is awful.

I was in this Hotel for a few nights due to Busines. The Rooms are a bit light insulated so that u hear your neighbor come in and out. The food and the staff was realy good! i Enjoyed my meals and the pleasant talks with the staff. If you are thinking of staying in this hotel for a night or two, sure give it a go.

Das Empfangsgebäude/Restaurant ist noch OK, aber das Gebäude, in dem sich die Zimmer befinden, ist absolut veraltet, ohne jeglichen Komfort. Abgewohnt, es roch sehr unangenehm, wirkt schmuddelig. Wie ein einfaches 3*-Hotel aus den 70-ern. Seit dem (gefühlt) unrenoviert. Vielleicht gibt es im Empfangsgebäude andere Zimmer, die einen besseren Standard haben... aber das, was mir geboten wurde, war/ist inakzeptabel, und für diesen Preis geradezu unverschämt.

I work for the hospitality Industry myself and so I know for sure what I am talking about. Checked into to a very spacious and cozy room by a extremely frowning lady. A very pretty looking hotel with a decent breakfast and great internet connectivity. I loved the surroundings. The room is super spacious with a well equipped bathroom. Couldn’t have expected more for the price. The lady in the second shift handling our group actually told us and I quote “IT’S NOT MY JOB to explain the wifi log in process to you” and infact we first came to the room, checked the compendium which said we needed to call the reception for access to Wifi. Mind you it’s not the simple username password process. Also, I did understand she was busy with the group and so we did not bother her initially and walked upto her about half hour after the checkin when the reception was empty. Very unfriendly and not at all helpful. She spoilt the rest of the evening for us treating my mother that way. The turning point was PAULA, I rate the hotel a five for her above all. A complete asset to the hotel though I found out later she only works on the weekends but she is one person who changed our perception completely.

Pros: We stayed with the group tour. We had a spacious room and a nice backyard. Comfortable blankets. Near to freeway and jogging trail easy access to Coop and Aldi stores. Cons: No kettle or any tea making provision. Rude staffs, the reception lady who works in night showed no smile and whatever questions we asked she responded rudely but at the same time she smiled at the locals/Europeans who stayed at the hotel. And also the technicians also rude they didn't even say welcome when we said thank you to the man for the service he provided.so it created some bitter experience for us.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für ein Zwischenstop völlig ok

Das Hotel ist aussergewöhnlich durch die abgesetzten Gebäude mit den Zimmern, welche die Tür direkt nach aussen haben, nur 3 Schritte bis zum vor der Tür liegenden eigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz. Vorteil ist die ruhige Lage, ab von der Hauptstrasse. Da es keinen Flur gibt, hört man auch keine spät heimkehrenden oder früh abreisenden Gäste. Die Zimmer blicken nach hinten in einen kleinen Garten, recht angenehm, mit Stuhl auf Balkon/Terrasse. Bad und Fernseher war relativ neu, Bett war gut, alles recht sauber, Wlan hat auch kostenlos funktioniert. An manchen Stellen sieht man aber auch, dass der Bau schon etwas länger steht. Das Personal war freundlich, Frühstück gibt es, ich habe es aber nicht dazugebucht. Aufgefallen sind mir die vielen neuen Ladestationen für PKW. Unterm Strich würde ich sagen, dass das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut ist und das Hotel für mittlere Ansprüche zu empfehlen ist. Eine Klimaanlage oder Minibar gibt es z.B. nicht.

Ein Frühstück für 18 CHF pro Person sollte reichhaltiger im Angebot sein. DIe Sauberkeit in den Zimmern sollte verbessert werden (Staub) Zahnputzbecher aus Plastik welche sehr schnell kaputtgehen wurden nicht ausgetauscht. Das Personal war hervorragend und zuvorkommend. Die verkehrsgüsntige Lage zwischen Basel und Luzern ist sehr positiv.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage, sauberes Zimmer. Höfliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Perfekter Ort für einen Platz die Nacht zu verbringen.

The rooms are big and spacious but the carpets and some furnishing looks very outdated and worn out. This was particularly true for carpets and hair dryer which actually had a melted head. The TV had no internet connectivity so my kids were very disappointed as they couldn't see their usual netflix, youtube etc. There was no channel available in English which caused further disappointment.

We travel as a family of 5. We booked a family room. The size was okay but very outdated. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom is in major need of a remodel. The Beds were comfortable except for the fact there is only one pillow. And it wasn’t even a big, fluffy, comfortable pillow. For the price (in swiss franc) this place isn’t the worst. But I’d probably look for somewhere else next time.

Journey from Italy to the UK. This was an ideal half way stay. Accommodation perfect. Food excellent but expensive, but your are in Switzerland.

Stayed here for business . The hotel has free bikes to rent which was a nice way to pass the evenings. The food was very nice with BBQ nights, helpful and friendly staff, rooms are small but nice seating areas for each room out the back which is nice. Only downfalls for me was wifi is a voucher which gives u 24 hours so u have to keep topping it up if your there for over a night thin walls can hear everything but i would happily stay here again.

Staying here on business.im in room 255 free wi-fi.as I have an early start the hotel make me a pack lunch.the restaurant is very good & all of the staff are excellent. Well worth a stay if you are visiting the area.

A quiet, agreeable hotel close to the A2 Swiss highway (the one connecting Italy with France and Germany). Rooms are directly accessible from the parking (like in a motel) and for those on the ground floor there is also access to a garden. The hotel features an extremely kind staff, both at the reception and in the inner restaurant.

There are 2 main types of bedrooms and the smallest is not so comfortable, even more its bathroom. The good think is the backyard, simple but nice place. The most inconvenient point is the main building with services and restaurant is completely disconnected from the rooms building, which means in a rainy or cold day, you need to dress yourself properly just to eat the breakfast...

We were on a "Road Trip" from the UK to go to Imola, Modena and the Grand Prix at Monza. We had crossed the border into Switzerland by early evening and decided to find a place to stay. We turned off at the next exit and found our way to the nearest hotel (Comfort Hotel Egerkingen) and were greeted by the charming and helpful Alexandra who found us 2 rooms and checked us in. This is a motel style of hotel with practical accommodation in 2 storey blocks of rooms and parking immediately in front of the room. Our rooms were spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed and a well appointed bathroom. I would have been quite happy to stay here for much more than an overnight stop. Being in the middle of the countryside meant it was a beautifully quiet location. We ate in the restaurant to relax after our journey and had a delicious meal and even more delicious couple of beers. Breakfast was the normal buffet style with enough choice to see us on our second leg of our journey. We had enjoyed this stay so much that we decided that if we were near on our return journey back to UK, we would stop again. Unfortunately we arrived at 21:50 and the reception was closed with what looked like a phone to a night porter for checked in guests. That was a shame as we would have liked to stay again so it's worth noting not to just turn up at random late at night.

Found The hotel on hotels.com. High service at frontdesk. Got all information at checkin. Room is avrage, with the things I needed. Positive stay. I will remember hotel if I is around one more time. I got room 118, quiet place with parking just in front of room and nearby reception and restaurant.

I visited this hotel in july 15 in a group tour. The hotel staff is very very supportive, handling such a big group with a smile is difficult, but the staff handled very well. The location is very good, some decent eating joints are nearby, shopping malls are also near. Breakfast was also good. The hotel does not have air conditioning, probably swiss hotels do not need them. But our visit's days were extraordinalily hot. Overall a very gud experience, and will stay again.
