The rooms are very comfortable and well kept, and the location is great for getting into the city pretty easily. There's not much for cooked breakfast, but there's some delicious pastries and drinks

It was a nice and clean location

The cleaning ladies start early in the morning moving the heavy wood furniture making it impossible to rest past 8am. We stayed 9 days and this happened every single morning. Really annoying!!!

The hotel is in an excellent location, 40 minutes from Central Barcelona (accessible by buses or train) and 10 minutes walk from the beach as well as 10 minutes walk from the 1992 Olympic sport ground. All the receptionist were excellent.

The ice cold bold egg for breakfast - The only minor point. They should keep it in the warm section or indeed get a machine for clients to boil themselves like many hotel.

The location was good about 10-11 km from the aeroport, the staff was helpfull since we arrived very late, the room was very clean, the towels and the bathroom, we enjoyed the balcony. We’ll recomend this stay to our friends.

It was close to the beach and to the X95 bus station which got us to Barcelona. Also, it has a very nice pool and a lounge opened until midnight.

We got a room with two twin beds even though we requested a king size bed one. Big smart TV but without any apps on it.

He llegado al hotel sobre las 16h, cuando hice la reserva ponia no pagaras nada hasta tu llegada al hotel...esta mañana antes de las 10h ya me ha hecho el cobro dejando mi tarjeta en numeros rojos, yo no veo correcto esto ya que ahora hasta el lunes no puedo reponer mi cuenta, reservo con una tarjeta como garantia y pago con otra...en recepcion no me han dado una justificacion convincente, solo me han dicho...lo habra hecho la compañera de la mañana...respuesta que no me ha convencido.

Camera spaziosa e pulita. Colazione ottima molto varia. Ho utilizzato questo hotel per poter visitare Barcellona. In pullman comodissimo per andare in centro città tutti i giorni senza ovviamente utilizzare la propria auto che è cosa da evitare per vari motivi.. traffico, ZBE, parcheggio introvabile ecc... 25 minuti per piazza di Spagna con tre euro a persona..

Il bagno della camera. È da rivedere. Vasca da bagno con rubinetti un po' vecchi con telo doccia.

Mit der Infrastruktur stimmt was nicht. Aus dem Abfluss der Dusche hat es gestunken. Es fehlt wahrscheinlich bei den Abwasserrohren an einem Belüftungsrohr über Dach, was verhindert, dass in den Abwasserrohren ein Überdruck oder Unterdruck entstehen kann.

Hace 4 años seguidos que venimos a este hotel con mi hija, y este año por primera vez la habitación nos la encontramos un poco sucia al entrar, el suelo del baño y alrededor de la cama habían restos de patatas fritas. El primer día que nos limpiaron la habitación, después de 6h que estuvimos fuera desde la mañana, al volver el suelo de la habitación seguía empapado y tuve que secarlo con una toalla porque no se podía andar, se resbalaba.

I love the Pool, the Location, the staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. My son loved the Pool he was swimming all the days we were there. The Beach is like 15minutes Walk from the hotel They Are ebike near the Corner of the hotel,you just download the ebike App and Fill Information and You Are good to go. The Bus stop to Barcelona isn’t far from the hotel too like 6/7 minutes from the hotel. The have a variety of breakfast but I Are Only once because I didn’t Pay for breakfast Next time I will Pay for breakfast

Het hotel zag er netjes verzorgd uit. Goed voor een paar nachten maar ik zou het niet aanbevelen voor langer dan dat.

Erg kleine kamer/badkamer. Balkon terras was niet schoon gemaakt. Er stond in de beschrijving van de kamer dat er een koffieapparaat aanwezig was op de kamer maar die was er niet!

L'hotel è tatticamente posizionato subito a nord della C31, in una zona tranquilla e facile da parcheggiare, ma con un sottopasso si raggiunge la spiaggia a piedi in pochi minuti. La colazione è ampia e di buona qualità ed è disponibile già dalle 07:00. C'è una grande piscina aperta fino alle 22:00.

La reception mette a disposizione gratuitamente asciugamani per la piscina ma richiedere un deposito di 5 EUR per ogni asciugamano, da lasciare tassativamente in contanti, che viene poi restituito all'uscita. Sarebbe molto più comodo se questo deposito fosse gestito con una pre-autorizzazione sulla carta di credito e/o un addebito extra al check-out.

The noise around our room, top and side. The walls of the rool dirty and the wallpaper needs replacing. No kettle, no tea and coffee area. The cleaning service was sloppy and careless. The cafeteria very limited options. The staff not really happy to be there. The location pretty far from everything.

L'hôtel familial. Bien situé. Pas loin du centre de la ville et des plages. La piscine est très bien. Chambre confortable avec une terrasse, vue piscine. Propre. Personnel est agréable.

La piscine

Séjour très décevant. Pour un hôtel 3 étoiles, je m'attendais à une bien meilleure prestation. L'accueil est vraiment le gros point faible : le personnel est froid, ne sourit pas, ne regarde même pas les clients et n'est pas du tout agréable, en particulier une employée. On a vraiment l'impression de déranger. La chambre est correcte dans l'ensemble, mais la salle de bain est très mal pensée. Les toilettes sont quasiment inutilisables si l'on est grand, car le lavabo est beaucoup trop imposant (voir photo). En revanche, un bidet prend de la place alors qu'il ne sert pratiquement à rien. Autre point très préoccupant : la sécurité. N'importe qui peut entrer facilement dans l'hôtel et accéder aux étages sans aucun contrôle, ce qui n'est pas rassurant. Le petit-déjeuner est correct, mais reste très basique et sans réel intérêt. Au final, le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. Cet hôtel ne mérite clairement pas son tarif et il y a de nombreux points à améliorer. Pour un établissement 3 étoiles, c'est une vraie déception.

El desayuno en el bufet libre, bastante completo y de calidad. La atención por parte de los camareros impecable.

Pagué para tener una cama de matrimonio que nunca me dieron. En su lugar, nos colocaron dos camas individuales juntas que ademas se separaban de la pared y entre ellas al más mínimo movimiento. Los colchones muy justitos también. La chica joven que nos atendió a nuestra llegada literlamente nos dijo "Os quedáis solamente una noche, no os puedo ayudar" y "la cama de matrimonio se ofrece bajo disponibilidad", cuando literalmente en Booking yo había seleccionado esa opción.

Lovely hotel, staff were excellent, very helpful, from the cleaner to the manager. Very quiet and calm atmosphere, always lots of room at breakfast and round the pool. The breakfast buffet was always excellent, good coffee, freshly baked daily and great hot food options. A special shout goes to the breakfast service staff, particularly Amihoa (apologies if I spell that wrong) who had such a friendly smile and helpful attitude every day. You made our stay! The pool was clean and quiet also. We had a family room with 2 single beds and one enormous double bed, on the side overlooking the tennis club and school. The room had a fridge which was very handy for food and drinks. We stayed for 5 nights. The whole area was very calm and quiet, with tall pine trees and large villas in the area. The hotel itself is about 15 min from the airport by taxi, 15 min walk from the sandy shallow waters of the Castelldefels beach, with lots of beach bars and restaurants to choose from. 20 min walk to supermarket and train line into the city itself. I would stay here again. Thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay happy and comfortable.

Todo excelente, la limpieza, el área de la pileta muy linda, las camas super cômodas y el baño con buena presión de agua. El personal 10/10.

Si no tienes auto, es complicado acceder a un supermercado, farmácia, no hay nada, excepto a 10 cuadras algunos chiringuitos playeros. Es una zona residencial de hermosas casas. Deberían ofrecer shuttle al aeropuerto. Los taxis o ubber no bajan de los 30 euros. Otra sugerencia es que la habitación debería tener un frigobar, en Julio el calor es agobiante y es imperioso tener algo fresco para beber.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was modern, clean, and nicely designed. The staff were always very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with in English. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food, and the daily housekeeping was appreciated. The hotel is also in a good location, with the beach only about a 15-minute walk away. Overall, we were happy with our choice of hotel.

There were a few things that could be improved. The room description on Booking.com was misleading, as the "two single beds" were actually two mattresses on one bed frame and could not be separated. The bathroom lacked some practical amenities, such as a toilet brush, a bidet towel, and enough towel hooks. Housekeeping made the bed and changed the towels every day, but the used dishes were not replaced. These are small details, but improving them would make the overall guest experience much more comfortable.

Es un hotel situado en una zona no muy cercana a primera línea de playa pero que tiene buenas zonas de aparcamiento alrededor, por lo que si te gusta andar y no eres de los que lleva muchas cosas a la playa, puedes dejar el coche "olvidado" durante tu estancia. Además dispones de una buena piscina en la que puedes disfrutar también si quieres. Las habitaciones son cómodas, y pese a estar cerca del aeropuerto, los aviones no son una molestia a la hora de poder descansar. Gran servicio del personal, y buena zona de bar con un buen buffet en el desayuno.

No hay nada que no me guste de este hotel, siempre que vamos por la zona es nuestro sitio de referencia.
