All the facilities nearby. Kids' mini club and activities were really good for a 4 year old. The staff was excellent and made everyone feel at home. The restaurant never felt too busy as it was open for several hours on each service.

The food choice was good, but perhaps a bit repetitive. Being on the sea, I wish there were more fish fillets / fish based food offering. The facilities were good but perhaps some of them outdated (kids toys in the club, pool may need a little refresh in the tiling).

Απίστευτο ξενοδοχείο !!! Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο !!! Όλο το προσωπικό από την στιγμή που φτάσαμε στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου μέχρι και που φύγαμε ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και πρόσχαρο να μας εξυπηρετήσει!! Θα κάνω προσωπική αναφορά στον Εμερλιτο γιατί ήταν ο καλύτερος !!Οι παροχές του ξενοδοχείου απλα τέλειες!!! Θα σας επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα ξανά !!

Пытаюсь придумать, что не понравилось, но ничего в голову не приходит, значит нет того, чего не понравилось, конечно, кроме вьетнамской кухни, она отвратительная.

L’hôtel est magnifique, la déco est raffinée. On trouve plusieurs espaces pour ce poser. La chambre magnifique avec une vue Waouuuh. La restauration est variée et très bonne. La piscine est la plus belle que j ai pu voir. Merci à tout le personnel pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse. Et merci Maria pour vos conseils et votre disponibilité. C’était mon deuxième séjour et je reviendrais.

Идеальный отель для семьи с детьми, возвращаемся туда уже 3 раз. Очень вкусная еда, много фруктов, бассейн с морской водой, всё рядом- пляж и бассейн, 1 минута ходьбы, что очень удобно, не люблю отели, где с пляжа в номер нужно идти по жаре 10 минут. Всё просто отлично 👍 спасибо Petra Mare.

המיקום נהדר ממש על קו החוף ושומעים את הגלים מהמרפסת שזה תענוג! האוכל לרוב מצוין אבל לא תמיד עקבי ברמה שלו. חדרים גדולים יפים ונקיים. וצוות בידור מעולה ברמות!

הזרם במקלחת חלש חלש ברמה שהתגעגענו למקלחת בבית האוכל לא עקבי - לפעמים היה מעולה לפעמים בינוני. הבריכה הגדולה בחוץ ממש קרה יחסית.

La qualité et la variété de la nourriture sont d’excellent niveau. Le cadre et les infrastructures sont top. Le service est de très bon niveau.

Le piscine meravigliose, l’hotel è moderno e comodo, accesso diretto sulla spiaggia, diversi bar e ristoranti.

Ci sarebbe da migliorare l’igiene nel ristorante.

האוכל היה מגוון ומדהים, סביב השעון, בשפע ופינוק. צוות הניקיון עשה עבודה יוצאת מן הכלל בכל שטח המלון כולל החדרים והאיזורים המשותפים, צוות הוואי ובידור היו מקסימים והפעילו סביב השעון! והשיא היה הערב היווני עם הזמר והנגן בוזוקית פשוט וואווו!!! נהנינו מכל רגע במלון הזה! כמובן חוף הים הצמוד היה פשוט מושלםםםם! היינו 7 ימים ולא השתעממנו לרגע. נהנינו מכל רגע!

L'hôtel était parfait pour un séjour en all inclusif ! Maria qui parle français, toujours là pour nous aider, On voit du personnelle nettoyer à tout heure, Il y a des activités toutes la journée et le soir, La piscine est au top ainsi que le côté plage, Le buffet est incroyable, il est varié et il ne manque absolument de rien ! Mention spécial aussi pour Despina du baby club, très douces et très attentionné, nos enfants se sont régalés ! Ils ne voulaient plus partir ! Des vrais vacances !

Les équipements sont parfaitement adaptés à des enfants en bas âge, 45 cm de profondeur dans la piscine pour enfants, des toboggans adaptés, un mini et baby club sympas. Restauration à la hauteur.

Avis mitigé sur les desserts / l’offre sucrée (en snack par exemple) et le nettoyage de la chambre pendant le séjour qui n’est pas parfait mais suffisant.

Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut und frisch und facettenreich, zusätzlich sehr viele gesunde Optionen zur Auswahl !!! Das Design und die Größe! Es hat alles, was ein Resort hat, aber in angenehmerer Größe und familiärer Stimmung.

Das Kids Team… Animation sonst war super, aber die Kolleginnen im Kids Club waren leider absolut nicht proaktiv und sind nicht auf die Kinder zugegangen. Sie haben mehr untereinander „abgehangen“ und gequatscht… sehr schade alles andere war nämlich perfekt

Единственный минус этого отеля - это камни в море. Но мы нашли песчаный пляж в 30 минутах от отеля и катались туда

Quel séjour !!! Rien qu'en arrivant à l'entrée de l'hôtel.. ça plante le décor. Le cadre est magnifique, l'hôtel exceptionnel, l'accueil rien à dire, le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse que ce soit les serveurs, le service de nettoyage et l'animation, tous ont été d'un professionalisme exemplaire. C'est toujours propre, rien ne traîne, tout est fait pour qu'on soit bien et qu'on apprécie nos vacances. Un grand merci à Maria qui gère la réception, qui parle français, ça aide beaucoup. Très gentille et serviable. La nourriture est incroyablement bonne et variée ! Comment faire mieux ? Le buffet est rempli de bonnes choses, il y en a pour tout le monde, entrée, plat, dessert... Toujours revisités chaque jour. On s'est régalé !! Les piscines sont top, notre fille s'est éclatée et en a bien profité et elle a adoré les animateurs et danser avec eux. Beaucoup parlent français, que c'est appréciable ! Grosse pensée à eux. Ils nous ont amusé chaque jour et chaque soirée ! Sans doute nos meilleures vacances qu'on a fait. On n'oubliera pas, cet hôtel nous restera gravé à vie. MERCI.

A part la plage de cailloux, on aurait préféré le sable mais c'est personnel. Sinon on n'a rien a dire de négatif !

Очень быстро заселили, еда супер вкусная, хотелось все попробовать, весь персонал очень дружелюбный и приветливый, встречают с улыбкой, бармен в главном баре выше всех похвал, территория чистая, уютная и компактная, но в тоже время есть все что необходимо для отличного отдыха, красивый пляж с черным песком, хороший и просторный номер с видом на море, вернемся еще, спасибо

Un hôtel magnifique avec une vue mer absolument grandiose. La piscine chauffée pour les enfants était un vrai plus, tout comme les restaurants et l’équipe d’animation au top. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances en famille !

The hotel has a major focus on kids entertainment. There us everything what 2-6 yo child wants. Food, water park, mini disco, animation, beach. Besides this food is amazing and super versatile

We loved everything about this hotel — the food, the staff, the pools, the beach, the view (sea view room), the sunset and sunrise, the friendly service, and also the location, which is perfect for exploring the southeast of Crete. Our son also liked the playroom, although as parents we see considerable room for improvement here. I also liked the concept of “adult only” zones to ensure some calm moments in a hotel full of children.

For children who went to the playrooms not to join the kids’ program but simply to play, both playrooms felt somewhat neglected. The toys were broken, incomplete, had no batteries or empty ones, or they were dirty, and this level of wear cannot be explained by just one season of use.

This was our second time at Petra Mare, and once again we had only positive experiences. The hotel has become even better compared to last year — you can clearly see that the team is doing everything they can to provide maximum comfort for the guests. A huge thank-you to all the staff for their attention, care, and willingness to help at any moment. A special thank-you to the chefs — the food in the restaurants is truly amazing: always fresh, varied, and delicious. Entertainment, the beach, the rooms — everything is at a high level. Petra Mare remains a place we definitely want to return to again.

Gym required booking which is a hassle and it is both too small and not well equipped or maintained. There is so much free space they can do better

Der Strand ist leider ungepflegt. Überall hatte es Zigarettenstummel. Passt nicht zur sonstigen guten Sauberkeit des Hotels. Der Chef der Wassersportfirma war sehr arrogant und unhöflich. Das Hotel sollte hier Einfluss nehmen, da diese auf dem Hotelgelände arbeiten.

Eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage, mit einem außerordentlich abwechslungsreichen All Inclusive Angebot, sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern - ideal für einen Urlaub mit Kindern

Ich war mit einem Teenie unterwegs und da war das Freizeitangebot nicht so ausgeprägt wie für die Kleineren

Aussergewöhnlich gutes Essen, welches in kleinen Portionen frisch zubereitet wird. Die Anlage direkt am Meer mit warmen Salzwasserpool und Restaurant am Strand ist sehr schön. Mitarbeiter sind generell bemüht, Gastfreundschaft scheint aber nicht immer durch.

Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber gereinigt, in den Folgetagen war das Zimmer und die Anlage generell sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, in der Nacht war permanent ein sehr störendes Geräusch zu hören das nicht eingeordnet werden konnte (Lift?). In der Unterkunft sind sehr viele kleine Kinder. Wer Ruhe sucht ist ggf. in einem anderen Hotel besser aufgehoben. Wartung war mangelhaft, zB kaputte Duscharmaturen, verstopfte Abluftfilter. In der Nebensaison lohnt sich zu prüfen wo man b ch t. Animation ist zugekauft über Fremdfirma und hat geringes kulturelles Sensitivität gezeigt.

Very friendly staff, excellent food, beach just next to the hotel, very clean and nice atmosphere.

Children's pool was heated to around 27⁰C. Pool and beach are right next to eachother, making it easy to go back and forth. Lovely sandy playground at the beach. Great food, both in selection and quality, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good cocktails included in the all inclusive. Very friendly and helpful staff all around, especially Lujza and Aida of the animation staff, the kids loved them. Always free sunbeds at the pool and the beach. The room is spacious and allows separating the kids and parents area with a sliding door.

It was quite windy in early October, so the kids were cold quickly after getting out of the water. But can't blame the hotel for that :) Some of the toys at the kids playroom and the beach playground would need to be replaced.

The property is fantastic, with excellent facilities and very supportive, helpful staff.

The food could be significantly improved, as its quality doesn’t match the beauty of the location, the building, or the rooms. Additionally, the food provided for infants contains salt and sugar and appears to be made from frozen ingredients rather than freshly prepared.

Also das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut. Ganz besonders muss man auch mal das Personal im Service für Restaurant sowie die Putzfrauen erwähnen diese ziehen wirklich durch und sind immer super freundlich!! Pools sind alle top, es gibt immer eine Liege, der Strand ist ok und das Essen war auch gut. Alles in allem kann ich das Hotel wirklich empfehlen.

Die Animation wird jedes Jahr schlechter, unmotivierter und unkoordinierter. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails wurden geändert und sind nicht mehr so gut wie die Jahre zuvor.

Foi tudo maravilhoso. Atençao que as fotos não fazem justiça ao que se vê ao vivo. A praia é maravilhosa e de água bem clara e quente. A comida buffet é do melhor com muita comida variada todos os dias. Se querem um all include para a família este é o sítio certo.

Super Hotel in super Lage mit super Kueche-

Ideaal voor een vakantie met je kinderen waarin je volledig ontzorgd wilt worden. Genoeg om die kleintjes mee bezig te houden terwijl je zelf ook van de zon, zee en het strand geniet

Sa localisation. Le calme. Qualité global de l’hôtel au niveau aménagement, restauration, disponibilité du personnel et leur gentillesse. Une relation clientèle Maria au top qui parle très bien français et de très bons conseils.

Everything was amazing. The food is incredible a with so much variety everyday (even for vegetarians). There is so much to do for children of all ages. The entertainment staff (Christian and his team) were so wonderful with the kids. My son could not wait to attend the mini disco every night. Truly a beautiful place with a lovely staff.

The rooms are not very sound proof which can be tough in a hotel with lots of kids. Also we loved the buffet but there are three restaurants on property as well. We visited the seaside restaurant which was great, but the Mexican restaurant was disappointing.

Нам сподобалося буквально все. Готель розташований на самому березі моря, локація чудова, пляж пісочний,відразу при виході з готелю. На території готелю є два басейни, багато розваг, як до дорослих, так і для дітей. Також, звісно, буфет і три ресторани « а ля карт», їжа смачна. Окремо хочеться подякувати персоналу, який працює на рецепції, люди дуже привітні, компетентні і завжди раді допомогти.

З мінусів- основний бар, вірніше, один із барменів, дуже неприємний чоловік, складається таке враження, що ми прийшли до нього додому без запрошення і щось хочемо. На жаль, через це ми були там всього два рази, хоч там і були розважальні програми, але більше туди заходити нам не хотілося.

Food was delicious.

The food was very tasty, it had a good variety which changed each day. The beach was lovely, and the sea was crystal clear. All staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we would come again.

The shower had a partial blockage, and the toilet smelled a little of sewage. The cleaners never provided any toilet roll, so we had to keep asking from reception. We could also hear music playing from 7am to 11pm in our room.
