Gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof.

Die Dame an der Rezeption war beim einchecken sehr unfreundlich.

JR弘前駅近くで便利でした。 地元に古くからあるホテルなのか、色々な団体の会議などイベントが多そうでした。

お手洗いの水の音が中々止まらなかったりと 設備が古い感じがしました。 フロントスタッフさんの接客は無愛想で、おまけに宿泊費を間違われてチェックアウト時に追加払いしました。

ご飯がおいしくて、スタッフさんも優しくて良かった

3人部屋だと少し狭くて、スーツケースを広げるのが大変だった

連泊したが、初日の夜、入室の際にルームカードの不具合で電気が付かない トラブルに見舞われた。

ロケーションは駅近く便利だったが、観光の中心地からはやや外れていた。車のある人は必ずしも駅近くに泊まらなくとも良いかもしれない。

壁がやや薄く隣室の声が気になった。料金の割にアメニティは十分ではなかった。

弘前駅前でロケーションはとても良い

隣にあるホテルの駐車場のシステムがよく分からなかった。ナンバーが書いてあるコーンが置いてあるところと無いところの違いが分からない上に、そこの説明が何も無かった。結局提携駐車場にその都度停めることになった。 WiFiが遅くてPCを繋いでも快適に動かない。 朝食バイキングは楽しみにしていたがそこそこだった。

good location, close to the station

room smelled like cigarettes. even had cigarette burns on the chair seat. bed lining were stained. they changed us to a different room which smelled even worse. then they decided to add an ozone in the original room, they said it would make the smell to away and told us to give it 15 minutes. but the machine smelled really toxic so we left the room. that's when we decided to read up on what that machine is and we saw that it should never be used with people inside the room! incredible.

駅から近くコンビニも併設されていた。 朝食は郷土料理をはじめ和洋中も品揃えが多く大変満足でした。 静かで快適な滞在でした。

ユニットのバストイレでしたが浴槽はまずまずの広さがあった。

部屋は広く、ベットも快適で、アメニティーも充実していた。空調も調整でき、空気清浄機も申し分ない。いちいちルームキーを抜き差しすることがないので、部屋に戻ってきても快適だった。

シティホテルなので、無料のペットボトル水くらいは用意して欲しかった。

窓から岩木山が真正面に見えて最高の眺めでした。 朝夕のご飯美味しかったです。

駅から近い。駐車場が平面。セブンにホテル内側からすぐに行ける。岩木山が部屋の窓から見えた。ベッドかゆったりしていて、寝心地がよかった。静かな雰囲気。外部に行くための入り口があるのは、便利。ホテル１階のカフェのタルトタタンが、とてもおいしかった。

エレベーターが、端っこだったので、少し不便。駐車場が平面はよかったが、ホテルの敷地内ではなかったのは、不便。ﾁｪｯｸｲﾝが１４時からだったのだが、15時前の時間に部屋のある階では、またお掃除などが終わっていないようで、掃除機などが出ていた。

そこそこ清潔感はあるし、短期宿泊するには何も困らない 駐車場はある程度の台数は無料で停められる。 駅が近い。 コンビニ併設な点は助かる。

エレベーターが閉まるのが早くて挟まれる（締まりかけてぶつかる）。 ホテル内のブュッフェの料理がご当地感が少なくてワクワクしなかった。見慣れない料理の方が多くてどういう風に食べたら良いか少し困惑した。 宿泊した部屋のベッドサイドランプがダイヤル無段階調光式なのはいいが、調光器が古いのか、減光すると点滅してしまい、結局ちょうど良い明るさで使用できない。 エアコンが古いので、最低温度（18℃）にしてもそこまで冷えないので暑がりの人には寝苦しいかもしれない。

立地、清潔感が良く新しいホテルだったのか、期待以上で熟睡できた。

朝食が素晴らしくとても充実しており、美味しかった。今までのホテルとは格段の開きがあった。

４部屋を予約したのですが、一部屋に小さな虫が（コバエ？）が何匹書飛んでいて別部屋を用意してもらいましたが,どこから入ったのか不思議でした。

1. 自助式早餐豐盛好吃，服務生阿姨聽到我們講中文，主動用簡單的中文跟我們溝通，待客很熱誠。 2. 停車方便，位於飯店隔壁的平面停車場，入住期間都有車位。 3. 房間寬敞新穎(我訂了最大坪數的套房)

櫃台不是很幹練，入住時付完款，離開櫃台後才說有費用沒收到。索取停車券時，第一位不會處理，第二位櫃台人員過來協助才完成。用英文溝通不太順暢，問房間的瓶裝水是不是免費，一位說要收費、一位說是免費。

位置就在弘前車站前。有洗衣機。樓下有便利超商。

房間冷氣涼得很慢，夏天陽光的關係，回房間要等很久才會涼爽

Personal con trato demasiado frío

Location bang on next to the station.

The facilities were fine, but the service fell well short of what I've come to expect from hotels in Japan. One of the things I usually appreciate most about staying in Japan is the exceptional warmth and hospitality of the staff. Unfortunately, that was missing here. They didn't feel particularly welcoming or proactive in assisting guests. I understand that not every staff member will be fluent in English, and that's completely understandable. The issue wasn't the language barrier itself, it was the lack of effort to help us when we encountered a problem. We had already paid for parking upon checking in, but when we went to the designated area, there were no available parking spaces, despite being advised that parking is available. After a long drive, arriving late in the afternoon, all we wanted was to check in, park the car, and finally get some rest. Instead, we were left trying to figure out what to do, with very little assistance from the staff. It was a frustrating and disappointing start to our stay. What made this even more disappointing was that this was not an inexpensive hotel. Given the price, I expected a much better level of service and guest care. In fact, if I had known the experience would be like this, I would have preferred to drive back to Aomori, where our previous stay was genuinely comfortable and the hospitality was excellent. I hope the hotel can improve its guest service, particularly in handling situations like this. A little more initiative and empathy from the staff would have made a significant difference to the overall experience.

飯店地點極佳位於JR弘前站旁，附近有HIRORO購物中心樓上有美食街和餐廳，飯店早餐非常優日式、西式齊全，樓下就是7-11，旁邊車站有百貨、藥粧、全家便，週邊停車便利自駕停車免煩惱！

冷氣有點強，半夜會冷醒，哈哈！

Breakfast, convenient location

I had a bad experience when checking in. I was given a handicapped room which I don't like and requested to change another room. However, the manager (old gentlemen) rejected, saying that there is no room available and keep saying it is me to choose the handicapped room in booking.com I reiterated many times I didn't choose handicapped room. I further showed him the room type in my booking record which never indicated we have reserved a handicapped room. . He said there may be translation issue and requested us to call booking.com I keep looking for room in the same hotel via booking.com and found 2 rooms available (not the manager said no room availeble). At the end of the day, I just asked if there is ro available, if he will change for us. He seems know I am checking for room and agreed to change for us. My concern is 1. Rejected our request at the first place , citing the hotel is full but later realised that I was checking the room availability, then offered the change. His credibility is a big issue. 2. Shifted the responsibilities to me, saying that we should call booking.com to settle. All the above was witnessed by a young gentleman too. Hope the senior management can handle in proper manner.

The ac in my room did not work well and the room was very uncomfortable. Front desk brought up a fan which helped a bit.

駅近での利便性。ロケーションが良い。アップルパイが美味しかった。ベッドが大きめ（少し前に１メートルのベッドに宿泊）Wi-Fiのセットアップが楽。コンビニの併設。

洗面、バスタブがもう少し大きいとよかった。アメニティの再利用感？が気になった（違っていたらすみません）環境的には賛成ですが…。

駅前の便利さ。施設も清潔だった。フロントの対応が良かった。宅配の手配も手際よく安心できた。

check in 時得知入住當天晚上強制停電，他們只是說了聲sorry，然後有一張英文的說明。當天晚上沒有冷氣、房間開著緊急照明燈，睡得非常差。雖然不知道停電是為什麼，但當天住宿體驗真的不好 浴室水量較弱，熱水不夠熱 設備比較舊 服務人員比較不會主動幫忙

駅前にあり、部屋から岩木山が眺められた。 朝食のビュッフェの種類が多く、美味しかった。お腹がゆるせば、もっといろいろな種類を食べたかった。

チェックインの時、研修中のスタッフだけだったせいか、予約していたレンタカー屋さんの場所を聞いたが違っていた。また、おすすめの居酒屋も聞いたが、1件のみの紹介だった。　もっと街のことを把握して教えてほしい。

Keine Klagen…allerdings hätte ich erwartet, das ein „Art Hotel“ irgendwo Kunst hat. Konnte ich nirgends entdecken.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. The apple pie from the bakery on the first floor of the building is fantastic.

弘前へ泊まるときは毎回アートホテルを使っています。建物は年季が入っていますが、ベッドもシモンズで快適ですし、朝食は種類が豊富で美味しいと思います。

清掃も行き届いているのですが、今回泊まった部屋で一つだけ残念だったのは、白いレースのカーテンに黒いカビが見られたことです。

Dinner buffet was excellent value. As a gluten-intolerant person it helped that all food allergens were labelled for every dish. Much-reduced number of options but still enough and I felt confident in what I was eating. My husband had the best tart Tatin at the downstairs cafe.

The location: next to the train station.

Although the bathroom was clean, the carpet and chair in the room looked grimey, as did the carpet in the hallway. Although the staff attended us to the fact that they had overcharged us by a couple of hundred yen, the reimbursement was very arduous. They should have just handed us the cash. Instead, they insisted on cancelling the initial debit card payment (which was not immediate and in the end, it took 3 days to appear on our account) and charge us for the lesser amount, which meant that we left the hotel with nearly a double charge for the one night we spent there and not knowing whether the initial reversed charge would actually be effected. Totally unnecessary and not really the best way to treat a hotel guest.

朝食のバイキングがこれまで内外見たことが無いくらいの充実したものだった。種類豊富、質感も優れていた。値段も手ごろだった。お席も広く落ち着いて食事できた。

温泉でなくても良いから大風呂があるとよかった。

The location of the property is a big plus. Very close to the station and main market though a bit far from hirosaki park but we rented bicycle which was again located just outside the station so worked well. 7/11 is just outside the hotel. The view from the hotel room was just outstanding. The only issue with this property was facility like swimming pools were costing additionally and needed advance booking but the cost was again affordable.

남자가 리뷰를 남기는 것은 두가지 경우밖에 없다. 너무 좋았거나, 너무 나빴거나. 이 호텔을 히로사키에 올 때마다 이용하려고하는데, 그냥 수면의 질이 말이 안되게 좋음. 방 안에 무슨 수면가스라도 살포하냐 눕기만하면 아주 그냥 잠이 쏟아지고, 일어나면 말도안되게 개운해짐 일본에서 정말 여러 호텔을 전전해봤지만, 이만큼 만족감이 큰 호텔을 본 적이 없다

Great location right by the station, great to have a konbini literally downstairs, outside the reception. View to Mount Iwaki from the room was a great bonus. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Room was a bit hot and getting it to cool down was a challenge.

駅の前、というか、駅ビルか？くらいのロケーション 夕食無しでしたが、周りに居酒屋等沢山飲食店があるので食事には困らなかった

L'emplacement est idéal pour aller visiter Hirosaki Park. Le personnel est très agréable et le petit-déjeuner est exceptionnel !!! Les spécialités de la région sont mises à l'honneur et la qualité des aliments est incroyable.

Great location right next to station with great food options nearby. The hotel staff are very helpful, the room is spacious, there was a convenience store accessible without going outside. The laundry machines were great, washed and dried well at once!

The room was dirty - the desk was sticky, the walls covered in marks, the carpet had a strange smell, the bathroom had a different strange smell.

We had a quick one night stay at the Art Hotel and were very comfortable. It was a small room (expected) and had everything we need for a quick stay for two. The room was a little dated but everything was very functional and clean. The staff were easy to communicate with and very friendly.

駅前にあり「虹のマート」「ロピア」も近くにあって楽しい地元ならではの買物も出来た。 朝ごはんも種類豊富で美味しく素晴らしい。和洋中、何でも揃っているし、地の料理があったのも、フレッシュな果物・ゼリー・アイスクリームがあったのも、大満足。 喫茶ルームではタルトタタンが美味しかった。

タルトタタンに添えてあったアイスクリームはシナモン味だったと思うが、バニラの方がいいと思った。
