Quality of the room, very spacious and comfortable. Amenities working well. As the staff does not speak English they all use automatic translator and they are extremely helpful. Very nice breakfast buffet!

Unfortunately the swimming pool was not open. Location selected for business so not too much site to visit close by.

My stay was excellent, but I especially enjoyed my breakfast: the quality and the variety of food were great.

Far away from city centre and tourist spots. Not suggesting to live in this hotel except for business in this business zone.

The carpet in the room was stained, which was not a pleasing sight. Plus the property needs an upgrade of switches and fixtures.

+ Receptionists and concierge were always helpful. They made for a most pleasing stay. + Housekeeping Chinese elderly lady was responsive and service was in impeccable! + Breakfast was awesome because of the sufficiently wide spread, with something for everyone. Waiters and cooks manning the various stations were responsive & helpful. + beds & room were comfortable. - gym located at B1 was old & seemed to be part of the backend operations of the hotel. Overall a good experience. :)

Good room and very nice breakfast

Lobby has no atmosphere. The WiFi was very poor which is unacceptable for any five star hotel. There's also very few restaurants and shops in walking distance from the hotel.

Nothing really up to my expectation.

Rooms are too old, services are not good - I asked for a power adaptor but the first response is not available without even checking.

Hot water was with low pressure and as well I had to wait some minutes when it become really hot. Low quality internet. I booked a room for 2 person, but breakfast was for 1 person only.

Dirty. Smokey everywhere. Inspite of no smoking signs . No control no management! Room smell of smoke constantly! Smoke even coming through the aircon. Aircon not cold not effective!

Carpet was dirty, room smelt of cigarette smoke, bed was lumpy. all looked old

They insisted that I should contact Booking.com for the invoice and were unwilling to confirm their understanding. However, after I contacting Booking.com, they acknowledged that they could and should provide the invoice, and requested that I cover the mailing costs. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel if you're seeking reasonable service. *I'm from Taiwan, so I was communicating with them in Chinese. If you are not a Chinese speaker, I believe you will encounter more difficulties than I did.

The air circulation in the elevator was pretty poor. The kitchen oil smoke smell just all round the air once u get into to every elevator. It’s not a good experience for this two nights trip.

Pullman Beijing South was disappointing. My first room smelled like an airport smoking room. After changing to another room, it didn’t smell much better. Even the hallway had the same smell. The best part of the hotel was its lobby.

The hotel is obviously not more the newest. However, the staff try their best to give you a good impression. But also there are staff members, who rather prefer to disappear from an foreign customer, as to help or approach him. Hotel is convenient located, close to a shopping mall with restaurants. Behind the hotel is a recommendable reasonable Italian restaurant. The hotel Gym need some update too. Also the rooms need to be updated, regarding internet speed and Foreign TV channels (HBO & CNN only, if the weather is good). The bed is used up and it feels like a hammock. A replacement of the bed’s is highly recommended. I’ve had the executive suite (1726). Also the entire rooms need to have a modern makeover, at least for the prices… As for the same price I’ve payed, I had a modern new hotel stay at e.g Shangri-La / Jen hotel or Marriot with better service/food/quality of stay.

Don’t get fooled. This is NOT an international hotel. Long lines at check-in. No English at the front desk. Doesn’t understand how the health code works for foreigners. Gym not open in the morning. No service during breakfast. Unresponsive hotel staff. Rooms looks old. TV not working.....

if you have to do business in BDA Area in Beijing Pullman is a perfect place o stay. Good location surrounded from a big mall and many shops or restaurants. Hotel have a good gym ( newly renovated) and pool. The rooms are ok, If you can then book executive rooms. Buffet Breakfast is very good. Very wide selection. Also available 2 restaurants and a bar.

This is my second visit to Beijing, and this time I choose to live here. The service at the front desk is not bad. Every time I enter or pass by, morning or night, the staff here are very friendly and smile at me. It makes me feel good. Thanks to Alvin for his great service, especially for helping me find out where the nearest shopping center is so That I can get what I need faster.

No member benefits introduction when Check in. Platinum or diamond should argue for free breakfast and also no welcome gifts in your room. Room is clean but the windows are locked. What terribly is I can't modify the work mode of the air conditioning.

This property is everything a business traveler needs. It's central to the BDA high tech district, 10 min walk from 2 Metro stops on Yizhuang line. 30 min taxi to new Daxing Airport. Breakfast is excellent, staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Han's Plaza is 5 min walk, plenty of quality restaurants, coffees, pubs, and shopping. Don't bother staying anywhere else.

The stay was very good. Excellent Service. The room was cleaned every day. Staff was friendly All the time. I enyoyed the lounge for Business travellers, which Provided buisiness Support, afternoon tea as well

It is wonderful service, room’s cleaning and waiter’s attitude also perfect. I recommend this hotel for all of you who come to Beijing. You will feel relaxing, and happiness here. It is the excellent choice.

部屋は広くて、設備もきれい。ほかの席が空いているのに、朝食時に知らばい人が目の前に相席した。係員の誘導が必要だった。

When I stay in the Pullman Beijing. South The concierge desk give me a huge help because I m first time to come to China Beijing somebody give me advice where can I eat and the view of Beijing so I want say Thank you everybody I will come again

Advertised as a 5 Star Western style hotel - it just isn’t. I sent a colleague there to check in during a recent stay in Beijing and after a lot of confusion, arguing and general misunderstanding I had to make a new reservation and move the colleague to a different hotel nearby. Staff just could not communicate. I have worked in Beijing for twenty five years now and know that sometimes it can be a little challenging for all with language and cultural differences, but I’ve never before had to cancel a reservation because of it. Finally the hotel took a payment of RMB6000 (about £600) as deposit and so far have refused to reply to the question of refunding it.

The environment is very clean and tidy! That's a perfect score. Service staff attitude is also very good! My friends and I spent a happy weekend here! I'll book the hotel again next time I go out. Thanks a lot! (•͈ᴗ•͈ૢૢ)❊⿻*

The food is delicious, the price and the service is perfect. This restaurant is perfect for family and friends，I highly recommend the restaurant. In addition, the environment is also very comfortable.

I love this hotel. The rooms are spacious yet getting a bit old fashion. The Executive Lounge is in a good location, on the eighteenth floor, with a wide view. The staff are friendly, warm and efficient. They speak both Mandarin & English which made communicating so much faster. And thanks for their help, I quickly got what I needed to print in the business center.

Its been nice to stayed in Pullman. All hotel members are very nice to me. They helped me to get food and soft drinks. Executive launge is very nice. I like all the services here. IRIS is very good. She helped me to get food. Thank you IRIS.

I find pleasant and comfortable living there. The Pullman is a good place for me to take a break from my business trip. The room was very clean and the cleaner was very nice. Internet speed in the hotel is ok, and download speed is very fast. The food was delicious, and thanks to Gloria's friendly service, I had a great time at the Executive Lounge. I will stay at your hotel again next time.

Clean hotel Excellent room service , although the swimming pool is closed due maintenance till next year , taxi booking service is possible from dront desk , and also there is a subway station 10 minutes away from the hotel

Location good, it has a large shopping center nearby, room very clean and spacious. The sound insulation inside is not bad.The layout of the room was reasonable, and a lot of the things I needed were in a visible position. I feel very convenient and comfortable living here. The service here is professional. And the staff is friendly and their service with smile makes me feel good^ _ ^
